Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

Every, single tag and category attached to this blog post had a crime committed against America – from the President speaking out AGAINST Zimmerman and FOR gun control, to Benghazi, to the IRS (which is being ignored) to the NSA (also being ignored) to the “sequestration” and loss of food for wounded warriors at Walter Reed while Gays are being given free leave to go marry their partners in other states.

A coming Civil War

It occurred to me a few hours ago when I was writing something that this whole thing, this Zimmerman thing, the “race baiting”, the race card playing, the pressure from above to cause riots and dissension among the people of this country is planned; part and parcel of a larger “conspiracy” (for lack of a better word) to completely terminate what America was and once stood for.

I mean we all suspect it, but seriously, how many times has Obama said of himself that he was like Lincoln, or worse, his people have said it and he’s been quiet about the whole thing?

Here’s one instance:

 “Actually, Mr. Obama has evoked deliberately comparisons with Lincoln ever since he announced his candidacy for president on Feb. 10, 2007, at the Old State Capitol building in Springfield, Ill,” Boyer wrote. “He chose the site because it was the same place where Lincoln gave a famous speech condemning slavery and called for the Northern and Southern states to unite.”

Now…. what BETTER way to put himself in a “good light” with “his people” (I’m talking about the American people now, not his black friends) than to sound and act like Lincoln IF ONLY he had a National Crisis similar to that which once faced Lincoln himself; the breakup of America.  States seceding from the Union would do it.  Better yet a complete and total breakdown of Society to include a Civil War!

After all, could he not then be compared to Mandela AND Lincoln if only he could get a race war started.   What if the word “apartheid” started making the rounds in the media as well?  Could not Obama himself be seen as “Great” as Lincoln himself, and Nelson Mandela if ONLY he could re-unite the country after a bloody civil war, or better a race war.  Why not kill two birds with one stone, so to speak?

So what if “Hispanic” is an ethic title,  George IS white.  And poor little 12-year-old-in-pictures Trayvon was an innocent little boy eating his candy and drinking his tea minding his own business.

Never MIND all the people drinking the Kool-Aid.

The U.S Department of Justice is asking civil rights groups and community leaders to “actively refer anyone who [has] any information” that might help bring federal criminal charges against George Zimmerman, who was recently acquitted by a jury in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

The DOJ has reportedly set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation. The department is hoping to get tips from across the nation as well as locally in Sanford, Fla.

That email address, which is now “in operation,” is Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov.

It is unclear why, if officials saw enough reason to open an investigation in the first place, the DOJ now needs tips to help with its probe into Zimmerman.

Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said the DOJ during a conference called on individuals and groups “to actively refer anyone who had any information” that might build a case against Zimmerman for a civil rights violation or a hate crime, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

“They said they would very aggressively investigate this case,” she added.

Also on the DOJ conference call was, “Sherrilyn Ifill, President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund; Laura Murphy, Washington Chapter head of the ACLU; and several national, Florida and Sanford-based “human relations” groups participated, Arnwine said,” the Sentinel reports.

Attorney General Eric Holder has called Martin’s death unnecessary and has promised the DOJ will work to “alleviate tensions, address community concerns and promote healing.”

Justice Department faces evidence hurdles in proving Zimmerman bias after verdict

The Justice Department was running into immediate hurdles Monday in its investigation of possible civil rights violations by George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin — namely, that after examining the case for more than a year, the evidence has not changed.

Though the department announced after Zimmerman’s acquittal that it would consider a possible federal case, previously filed FBI documents show agents have not turned up any accounts that Zimmerman, before the February 2012 shooting, exhibited racial bias. Sanford police detective Chris Serino also told FBI agents last year that he considered Zimmerman as having “a little hero complex, but not as a racist.”

Attorney General Eric Holder, in his first post-verdict comments, confirmed Monday during a speech in Washington, D.C., that his department continues to investigate while signaling concern for the position of the Martin family and those — such as the NAACP — pressuring the DOJ. He said the department is “mindful of the pain felt by our nation” over the “tragic, unnecessary shooting death” of Martin.

Holder Jr. says he shares concerns about “the tragic, unnecessary shooting death” of an unarmed black teenager in Florida last year, and he is vowing to pursue a federal investigation into the matter.

The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy.  Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America.  I know this case has elicited strong passions.  And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher.  But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken.  I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son.  And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities.  We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis.  We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this.  As citizens, that’s a job for all of us.  That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.

Gun Violence?  That was the cause of Martin’s death?  That is a flat out LIE.  Trayvon Martin’s OWN VIOLENCE against George Zimmerman was the CAUSE.  Zimmerman used a weapon because he was in fear for his life.

People, get OVER it.  Teach your sons to be more polite, teach them to stop the internal racist, anti-white nonsense they are currently being taught.  Teach them that it is wrong to rob each other, or “white people” (or any other race) and it’s wrong to mess with drugs.  Teach them to be POLITE in society and not to view themselves as “oppressed” by the “White people” because 99.9% of the “White People” out there couldn’t care less what color your skin is.

But if you walk the streets late at night, as a black man, appearing to be suspicious then LOOK AT YOURSELVES FOR DOING IT!  Look at the deaths in Chicago, almost every one a young black man or young boy, killed by SOMEONE OF YOUR OWN RACE!

Police yourselves first if you want to be “right” about anything.

Media Alert: Eric Holder to speak on Zimmerman

Breaking news; Attorney General is going to speak shortly about Zimmerman.  He will be speaking at a Voting Rights event shortly.  Note that the FBI has already stated that there are NO charges to be brought against Zimmerman in regards to civil rights violations.  Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges Friday evening after a 16 hour jury deliberation.

Our gun grabber in chief spoke this weekend about the Zimmerman acquittal. Just as he used the Sandy Hook tragedy to immediately call for the destruction of our Constitution, he’s now calling for more gun control in the wake of the Zimmerman trial.  As surreal as it may seem, I’m not making this up.  Here’s what Obama said the day after Zimmerman was found not guilty.

We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this [Zimmerman case]. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.

The ink isn’t even dry on the verdict and Obama is already using a tragedy to once again attempt a power grab by the federal government.  Last time he stood on the still warm bodies of the Sandy Hook victims to push his anti-gun agenda forward.  He is completely shameless and it’s disgusting to witness.

Apparently the President thinks that Zimmerman is guilty of murder and walked free due to some failing of the justice system.  He’s now grouping a legal self defense shooting into the same category as criminal uses of firearms and using it as justification to push his anti-gun agenda forward.  That means those of us who carry firearms for personal protection are part of the problem, according to Obama, and we must be stopped for the greater good of the community. In the President’s eyes I’m just as bad as a gangbanger because I have a CCW.

Many people worried there would be widespread rioting in American cities if George Zimmerman walked out of a Florida courtroom a free man. And some were all too willing Saturday night to spread that fear.

Following the not guilty verdict in the Trayvon Martin case, in which neighbourhood watch captain Zimmerman was acquitted of second-degree murder charges, a misleading video made the rounds online apparently depicting a riot in progress in Miami.

The video, first uploaded to YouTube and later reposted at World Star Hip Hop, was shared tens of thousands of times on Saturday night. However, the video actually depicted part of the 2011 Vancouver riots, which shook that city following the Vancouver Canucks’ loss to the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup finals.

Most Canadians would have recognized the video’s location immediately since whoever shot the original footage mentions Vancouver’s Granville Street, Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and suggests the police should go “all Dziekański” on the rioters — a reference to the death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekański, whose death at the Vancouver airport in 2007 made national headlines.

But to an American listener, those cues may well have gotten lost. Shot from a distance, the only thing clearly visible in the video is a sea of people clogging a street as a fire burns in the distance. The narrator’s suggestion that “hopefully the police are cracking skulls tonight” and insistence that “this is one of the only times that I approve of police brutality” would also have enraged many Americans who feel the verdict was unjust.

Although some people on Twitter tried to point out the truth, many others continued to spread the false rumour that there was a riot in Miami. There were no Zimmerman-related riots reported in any American cities as of this writing.

There are also no mountains in Miami.

Federal government re-arrests Zimmerman on charges of “Civil Rights Violations”.

In preparation for the possibility of an acquittal of George Zimmerman, The New Black Panther Party has reportedly begun a mobilization campaign to target white communities.

According to a recent post on Sodahead, leader Samir Shabazz and the New Black Panthers are preparing to take the fight directly to those guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin – white people living in suburbs all over America.

“This time we’re doing it right… This time we’re not burning down our communities. This time we’re going out to Whitey’s suburbs and burning down HIS community. We’re going to make Whitey feel the pain.”

Shabazz, who previously made comments insinuating that he’d like to murder white babies and adults, recently made the shocking claim that he’d “love nothing more than to come home with a cracker’s head in my book bag.”

Thousands of tweets and Facebook posts echo Shabazz’s comments, with many users taking to the social networks to proclaim their support for the random killing of whites should George Zimmerman be found innocent.

With jury deliberations set to begin as early as Friday, residents in Florida where the trial is taking place, should take note.

However, because of the widespread coverage of the case, it’s likely that should civil unrest, riots, or violence break out, it would be a nationwide phenomenon with the potential to randomly target Caucasians and Hispanics all over the United States.

Reports have emerged that New Black Panther Party organizers are already taking steps to bus mobs of people into Florida in the event of an acquittal, so a wave of violence resulting from the Zimmerman verdict is all but guaranteed.

There are those within our government who would like nothing more than to see a race war break out to further and agenda that aims to control the American people under a banner of martial law.

Could the Zimmerman trial be the catalyst they’ve been looking for?

I’ve sat on two juries myself.  Seemingly insignificant court cases of  “illegally carrying a concealed weapon” and another which was so vague I don’t even remember what the charges were.

In both cases the defendant was found Not-Guilty.

 

In both cases there was “reasonable doubt” in my mind and the mind of most of the jury.

In the first case there was probably some other mitigating circumstances that might have swayed us against the defendant – but the man was driving with his friend in a truck.  The truck was older and had vinyl seats.  This became important for a couple of reasons later in the trial.  It was something most overlooked until we tested the defense claim that the circumstances of being pulled over put the individuals into a bad position.

Apparently there was an altercation on the street.  The driver was concerned when people approached his vehicle in a fit of apparent road rage.  He pulled a weapon from a glove compartment and essentially “brandished” the weapon (which also is against the law) but stopped the attack without firing a shot.

A few moments later, after the would-be attackers ran off, they called the police on the person.  He had placed his weapon on the seat.  It was cold outside.  He AND his partner had been wearing heavy ski jackets… made of nylon, and filled with down.  So if you know the type of jacket you will realize they are slippery against a vinyl car seat.  They had placed their jackets against the back of the seat, behind them.
When pulled over, the cops surrounded the vehicles, and made them place their arms out the windows showing both hands.  In so doing they both had to lean forward, their jackets sliding from behind them and down over the weapon.

Now… what has any of this to do with Martin and Zimmerman?

The JURY…. has to have ONLY a reasonable doubt to find George Zimmerman not guilty.

In the case above, with the concealed weapons charge it turns out Colorado has a law that clearly states you have a right to have a hand gun in your vehicle, and be armed to protect yourself, and it is NOT considered concealed if it is sitting on your seat, under your seat, etc.  The prosecution was attempting to hide the fact that this law was in place first of all.  The judge never gave us rules on it, but as jury foreman I personally asked for a copy of Colorado Statutes in regard to guns.  This was refused to me, because “it isn’t relevant and not in the jury instructions”.

Interesting….

So we tried another tactic, by pretending to be the “bad guys” with the seat, the coats and weapon.  Those were all “states’ evidence” against the guy, so we actually sat in the seat, put out hands up and out the imaginary windows and lo and behold, the coats did precisely what we thought.

This was enough to put “reasonable doubt” into the minds of 5 of the jurors.  The sixth, a young college woman, about 21 years old “felt he was guilty”.  I asked her several times, “what makes you FEEL that way?”

It took four hours for the five of us to get to the bottom of the problem.  She HATED guns.  Guns were wrong, illegal (even if they were legal as his was) and dangerous.  Anyone who owned a gun had to have evil intent, and planned to shoot someone.  The man HAD to be, she FELT, a dangerous, evil criminal who was intent on harming people that night.

Interestingly, once I explained that I owned guns the others all said they owned guns as well.  She voted with us finally, but it was touch and go for awhile.

Reasonable Doubt is the only thing that the Defense MUST get into the heads of the jury and if the jury is HONEST (and usually juries are honest with themselves) they WILL find Zimmerman not guilty.

George Zimmerman in my mind, is innocent having sat and listened to the Prosecution and Defense, seeing many of the pieces of evidence and hearing a good portion of the witnesses.  Were I sitting on that jury, he’d be found Not Guilty or we’d have a hung jury.

Judge Debra Nelson has decided to ALLOW lesser charges to be introduced to the jury now.
This woman tried yesterday to browbeat Zimmerman into testifying yesterday.  Once she couldn’t do that, she’s now trying to railroad the guy into jail.
This is utter bullshit.  Maybe the “White Hispanics” of Florida ought to start rioting?  Just sayin’…..

Judge just ruled that the Defense may NOT use the animation of the fight between Zimmerman and Martin.
Judge also ruled just now that the cell phone photos and other information from Martins phone (showing him fighting etc) can NOT be used.

Cop Testifying At Zimmerman Trial Wore Military Ribbons She Didn’t Earn

Combat veteran Jeremiah Workman couldn’t believe what he was seeing: a police officer testifying at the George Zimmerman murder trial was wearing military ribbons.

“Am I going blind or is this police officer in the Zimmerman-Martin trial wearing ribbons that she doesn’t rate?” He wrote beside a picture he posted to Facebook.

Gina Harkins of The Military Times saw his posting and reached out to Workman, who fought as a Marine in the second battle of Fallujah and was awarded the Navy Cross for valor.

She reports that Workman noticed two ribbons in particular — the World War II Army of Occupation Medal and the Defense Distinguished Service Medal.

Harkins writes “Workman got a hold of [The Sanford Police Department] and said they told him they didn’t have their own awards system, so they went to the Army-Navy store around the corner and picked out Defense Department military ribbons to fit their own format. The WWII was selected, the police department official told Workman, because they knew there weren’t many veterans from that period alive so they didn’t think people would notice.”

Ironically were it not for Frances Robles writing a Miami Herald article on March 26th 2012 an entire chain of events would not have taken place.

It was that Robles article, and the outlining of the Miami-Dade School Police Department’s report on a Trayvon Martin incident from October 2011, that kicked off an internal investigation by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley against his own officers to find out who leaked the police report.

It was that M-DSPD internal affairs investigation which revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”.

When Trayvon was questioned about who owned the jewelry and where it came from, he claimed he was just holding it for a “friend”. A “friend” he would not name.

Later, after the police report was outlined in the Robles article, and despite Trayvon being suspended for the second time in a new school year, Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, said Trayvon’s dad, Tracy Martin, and Trayvon’s mom, Sybrina Fulton, did not know anything about the jewelry case.

It was only as a consequence of the M-DSPD internal affairs investigation that “why” they may not have known came to light.

As the murder trial of George Zimmerman marches on, supporters of slain teen Trayvon Martin are vowing to carry out disturbing and deadly acts of violence if Zimmerman is not found guilty.

Twitter has been buzzing with death threats against Zimmerman (and random white people…and for the truly ambitious, an “hispanic/white” person) if the verdict isn’t guilty as charged in the murder trial in which Zimmerman is pleading self-defense in his fatal shooting of Martin.

Fair trial?  I highly doubt it.  This whole thing is going to land on the heads and backs of the all-female jury.  I recall something about “Jury of your peers” in the law.  I just can’t see this going well for Zimmerman.    I’ll point out as a neighborhood watch person that we are REQUIRED to call 9-1-1 every time we see something suspicious.  Not to get into the fray.

Jurors in the George Zimmerman murder trial will hear about nearly 50 calls the defendant made to police prior to his fatal confrontation with Florida teen Trayvon Martin, evidence the prosecution believes will show the defendant was a neighborhood busybody who often eyed strangers with suspicion.

Zimmerman, 29, called the police close to 50 times over an eight-year period to report such things as slow vehicles, loitering strangers in the neighborhood and open garages.

Zimmerman’s Family Ordered to Leave Courtroom at Start of Trial

(SANFORD, Fla.) — The trial of George Zimmerman for the killing of teenager Trayvon Martin began in a Florida courtroom with an emotional statement by Martin’s mother and the judge sending Zimmerman’s family out of the courtroom.

The case opened Monday in Sanford, Fla., 16 months after Martin was shot dead by Zimmerman.

Before opening statements could be introduced, Martin’s mother, Sybrina Fulton, gave a statement.

“I’m here today as Trayvon Martin’s mom as I have been every day.  I will be attending every day to get justice for my son,” Fulton said moments before she and Martin’s father entered the court.  “I ask that you pray for me and my family because I don’t want any other mother to have to experience what I am going through now.”

Benjamin Crump, a lawyer for the family, also summed up the arguments prosecutors may make.

“We think this is a simple case.  There are two important facts.  Number one, George Zimmerman was a grown man with a gun.  And number two, Trayvon Martin was a minor who had no blood on his hands,” Crump said.
