American Dreams of Freedom

Every so so often in human history, we hit something I like to called a “node”. Being a SF reader and writer, I look at it from a “Time Traveler’s Perspective”. If you were a time traveler, you would study up on history before visiting it, so you have an idea of what happened, and since most Time Travelers would be “historians” studying history, then visiting the chosen time period for verification, they would recognize these “nodes” immediately.

A Node is, in my opinion, a time in history where events occur leaving one with “no way out”. Lincoln and the Civil War is one such node. World War II, the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor and Roosevelt’s response, bringing America out of isolation, and winning the War with a devastating attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear weapons.

There are many of these “nodes” where something must happen, and there’s little to no choice to maintain freedom, or to fight some evil.

This past year, 2020, will rise in history and be shown that something had to happen. The end of a Presidential Term where the sitting incumbent receives more votes in history than any other candidate in history is one of those, and suddenly, his competitor “comes from behind” to actually “get more votes” than the incumbent.

But, it gets better. The number of people who came forward having seen actual cheating going on, and knowing full well it happened, the statistics and even the computer data from each state in question was run through various computer programs and showed the impossibility of this feat.

Trump won this election. There is NO DOUBT in the minds of ANYONE on this planet. Not even the people who helped Biden “Cheat to Win”. The Marxists know Trump won, which is why they conspired to cheat, to add fake votes to Dominion and other systems in the Swing States. It’s why some people in Wayne County were seen pulling “special ballots” from under a table and running them over and over again through the machines (ALL after the poll workers announced everyone should go home, and ushered all out but a handful, who continued to ‘count’.)

Now, we stand on a precipice – Americans all having stood and watched an election being rigged, then stolen from the rightful winner. Not a few of us watched this either. Nearly seventy-five million voted for Trump. Biden got less than 50 million votes and had “cheaters” in only specific areas push the numbers up to appear like Biden came from behind. All at once. All the states “closed” the counting at about 11 pm. By 4:00 AM the next morning, “Biden had won”.

And the media was not without effect, calling the election for Biden early in several places, as “IF THEY KNEW” something was up.

In the back ground, Covid-19, the Wuhan Flu was playing it’s part. Allowing people to wear masks to help hide their faces (imagine that), and giving Counters the power to throw others out. Who were the people counting or watching who were thrown out? Republicans!

Why is this a Historical Node?

Because, we have been in a Civil War now for months. Now, it will become a shooting civil war.

Enough evidence has been collected, and seen by the public now to know that this election was a fraud, and much of this is going to court. The courts will have to choose to throw out the election or ignore it. If judges ignore it, they do so at their own peril. If Legislators in the swing states ignore it, they too, do so at their own peril.

It Biden is “installed” this country allows this at it’s own peril.

If Trump is found to be the new President by Congress (because that is where this is leading, to the Constitutional Crisis route) then the Marxists will begin burning cities. And they will do so, at their own peril.

Trump appears to have considered and perhaps withdrawn from using the executive order put into play in 2018, perhaps out of sheer consideration of American People. Calling for Martial Law is, in this aged military man’s opinion, a bad idea. On the other hand, the US Military HAS gone in and kept elections honest in other countries. Why not here? Obviously, it’s nearly impossible at this point to “start over” given the Constitution’s rules.

But, is it?

On 6 January 2021, the ballots will come into the chambers in the House. The boxes and envelopes will be opened and counted. In those ballots from the swing states, are ballots for both Trump and for Biden. Pence can choose which he may vote on, based on the outcome of several court cases standing right now.

Senators and Representatives can challenge the election results, and if at least one Senator does so, along with House members, then, it will come down to a debate in both houses.

Given the amount of apparent cheating that went on, this old guy no longer thinks the American people are going to “hold back” if Biden is “installed”.

America will fall to the Marxists if these people get to be in charge again. They won’t stop with simply holding the Presidency. They will rewrite rules, ensuring there will never be another honest election again. They will use the power of the government to tax American’s into poverty. They will use agencies intended to protect this country from outside, foreign interference against their own people. They will not be stopped in Congress, because so many on both sides are caught up in the lies, the blackmail, the Chinese interference and the corruption.

They will simply ignore you as they have done through the Covid “plandemic” and call you names, and force you to become a nameless, sexless, faceless drone for the New Marxist government of the United States.

You will certainly no longer be free. If you think freedom is fleeting now, just wait until January 22nd, 2021 and see how deep that “rabbit hole” goes.

Simply put, American Dreams for a rich and expansive future are slowly dying in made up “pandemics”, carefully crafted “news”, lies told to the American people who have been convinced of the veracity of the media, and a powerful belief in our own Constitution. We have believed that people put into office to represent us are all on the up-and-up, because people like myself were sworn to protect the Constitution and America, and we believed (rightly so) that those appointed above us, too, were sworn (and would) cover our backs.

Those Dreams of Freedom that so many break laws to enjoy are drying up because those same “oath takers” can’t keep their oaths because of the corruption driving those in Congress, Governor’s offices and Mayors even in smaller towns.

If you, as an American, do not want to see your country devoured by the Evil that is Marxism, then you’d better do something about now. Not tomorrow.

On 11 March 2020, Rhode Island announced a door-to-door campaign to determine if people were there visiting from New York, the local “Hot Spot” to go catch the Chinese Virus or KungFlu (also known as Covid-19, SARS-CoV-2).  If they are/were visiting they were going to immediately, without any due process, to remained locked in the place they were staying for 14 days, in quarantine, disallowed from going out side under threat of arrest and fines.

That very same day, police were stopping cars with out of state plates, informing the people in the cars of the “14 day quarantine”; presumably placing the people in the car as well as officers at risk themselves of coming into contact with someone already infected.

In a little town in North Carolina, called Oak Island, rumors were rampant of police giving tickets to people from out of state.  On the 17th of March, Oak Island closed the bars, pubs, and all small “non-essential businesses”.  These included cleaning businesses, bike paths, jogging trails (there are few of those), local parks and boat ramps.

The State of North Carolina made a point of leaving the State run ABC stores OPEN (which are still open).  The majority of DMV offices, however, were closed.  Doctors offices began cancelling all appointments.  Routine “cancer screenings” were stopped, as were other, important check ups for the elderly, because, “Well, you’re stable, you don’t need to come in….”

Outer Banks shut down their bridges, stopping and turning around cars coming from “outside”, even if they owned property, they were disallowed from going into their homes on the islands of the Outer Banks.

Cruising boats (boats that have full time crews, owners and people traveling from port to port, state to state, along the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), to the Bahamas, Florida and so forth) were physically stopped and turned around along the ICW.  Fortunately, some Americans called the US Coast Guard on the local police, and they were ordered to cease and desist in preventing sailors from passing through.  This did NOT stop some of the “local self-appointed sheriffs” from stopping others from dropping an anchor in safe harbors (even though they had no intention of going ashore, but were simply seeking safety for the evening along their intended course).

The 14th Amendment states:

Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

From this alone, we can see that Rhode Island (and the Outer Banks, Oak Island) has well over stepped any bounds, and placed themselves in jeopardy of being sued for Civil Rights Violations.

Futhermore, Governors in several states, specifically Colorado, North Carolina, Michigan and New York (Many others have done the same thing).

Some of these states are issuing “Executive orders” and stating “This makes it law”  (Colorado is a specific example of this).

We all understand there’s a danger in catching a terrible, life-threatening virus.  Many of us, especially older people, already are “smart enough” to wash our hands, and ensure we’re not exposed to people who are obviously ill.  And we hear you “Nannies” telling us we don’t KNOW who is sick!

But, there’s a fine line in being a nanny and a ninny.

There’s also a fine line between “legal” and “illegal”.

In the United States, Executive Orders are issued by an Executive, like the President or the Governor of a state. Those Orders do NOT have “force of law” where individuals are concerned.  Executive Orders are used to manage, or control an entity or agency under the President or Governor.

Executive Orders are NOT to control people, population, or to interfere with businesses.

It isn’t LEGAL for a “Governor” to sign an “edict” to tell the people where to go, how to act, or to control their movements. Controlling someone’s movements through out, into and out of ANY STATE is AGAINST Federal Law.

Our Constitution LIMITS the government, not the people.

ALL “Rights” specifically not delegated to the USA by the Constitution are reserved to the states, or to the People.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

This doesn’t allow the states to unilaterally deny access to jobs, beaches, parks, trails, or any businesses. (In reality, this disallows Feds, State and local governments from even exercising their ‘rights’ over revenue income, like alcohol, tobacco, firearms, marijuana, etc but for some reason these are ignored by everyone and even accepted).

The Constitution’s 10th Amendment specifically disallows the Federal Government from placing mandates on states and people, like telling them “to stay home”.

Using one state as an example, Colorado, let’s look at something specific to understand the issue more clearly.

Colorado issues an executive order to “Stay home“.   This is being treated as “Law”, but the state of Colorado has a State Legislature, who creates the laws, which are then signed INTO law by the Governor (Polis).  The State Legislature took no such action.  The EO as shown in the link above orders people to stay home.

In contradiction to this, the state Covid stay-at-home-explanation states, CLEARLY;

Will I be fined or jailed if I don’t follow the stay-at-home order?

This Executive Order Ordering Coloradans to Stay at Home makes this the law, therefore breaking the order is breaking the law. Success depends on all of us doing our part to slow the spread of the virus and ultimately, save lives. We are calling for voluntary compliance by all affected; however, local law enforcement agencies have the authority to enforce this law. Local law enforcement enforces public health orders. State law enforcement will assist and support in any way requested, but our hope is that involvement by law enforcement is reserved only for the most aggravated circumstances.  We are calling on people to individually do their part. Your employer may be fined if they are not following the rules outlined in this order.

Public “health” orders.

It’s for YOUR safety, Citizen!  Go home. Stay home.  Don’t visit.  No contact with others.

Law Enforcement has no authority to “enforce public health orders” – and declaring an “emergency” or “disaster” gives a government/governor over reaching “authority” to do as he or she sees fit.

Against YOUR WILL.  Against the Will of the People.  Against businesses.  All Businesses, regardless of their product or service are essential to someone, otherwise they would not be in business. (Read this link about essential businesses)

In a Police State, the government can do anything it likes, to you, about you, to your business, to your family.  Right now, we are in a Police State.  Each state claiming to be doing this under the auspices of “For your Own Safety” are doing so “Against the Law” and “against The People”, and “against Capitalism”.

Businesses are shutting down, permanently.  Every day this continues, more and more are closing their doors forever.  They can’t make their bills, which, didn’t stop.  They can’t pay employees, whom they are letting go.  Employees are making more money staying home than going to work in some areas of the country – thus the gas station people, dollar store people are making their 7 bucks an hour minimum wage, while the “Stay at home, non-essentials” are making 400-800 dollars a week in unemployment monies.

Suicide rates are up, but there is little information at this point to show this to be true, we know it is happening.  We also know that most deaths are being attributed to the virus itself.

Human beings, by and large, are social creatures.  We love to see our friends, family, meet with people, do things together.  While some of us are more “stay at home types”, the majority go out at least once a month, while many are out every chance we get.  Some of us live a different life than most, out of doors most of the time, inside for only sleeping, rest or hiding from the heat or cold of the day.

Being “sentenced” to an imprisonment indoors for having committed no crime, for an indeterminate period of time, without the ability to even go to a beach, park, or ride your bike, or visit your favorite watering hole is criminal.

Even Criminals have due process, Civil Rights, right to a speedy trial.  And look at the number of “criminals” who’ve been released from prison to “prevent them from catching Covid-19″…  Common sense among some of these so-called leaders walked out the door and never looked back upon them.

To plant the final seed, remember these people aren’t our “leaders”.  They are elected officials.  They have NO/ZERO/NONE Authority to control, or tell an adult, human, FREE Population what to do, nor how to do it without your CONSENT.

Remove their Consent.  Do it today.  Stop these illegal activities and understand that We the PEOPLE run this country, and will no longer allow tyrants to do so.  Also understand we have the Right to decide our OWN fates, to mingle or not as WE choose, not how some Nazi/Leftist Government wants us to do….

Vote them out, recall them, order them to stand down, protest this over stepping of Constitutional Boundaries and remove them come November, from any chance of every controlling you again.

Dr. Dan Erickson of Bakersfield, CA just dropped multiple bombshells that completely eviscerate the official government narrative. Main points made by the doctor:

1. The answer as to whether or not we need to continue to stay at home and keep businesses closed is an emphatic “NO”.

2. Covid-19 is in fact no more dangerous than seasonal flu.

3. Quarantining is a health hazard in and of itself.

4. ER doctors are being pressured to add Covid-19 to death reports.

5. Not about science. Not about Covid-19. When they use the word “safe” – that’s about controlling you.

Time to get back to work America.

The Government KNEW Ebola was coming – and did nothing to prevent it

Ah HA!  The government DID see this coming.  Our government is SO concerned with internal conditions and the control of the American population that they can’t actually take the time to consider incoming problems, like too many illegal immigrants (one is too many, they are ILLEGAL!), the spread of diseases from said immigrants (children suffering from debilitating entroviruses that are now causing paralysis and even death) and the stopping of air travel in and out of Ebola-stricken countries.  Instead, it’s the damned Right Wing Nutjobs with guns, Bibles and the Constitution that irks them the most.

If a few Americans are exposed to Ebola, then – well, in the words of Rahm Emanuel:

“You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”

Things like, say, Martial Law?  Things like “banning guns”?  Things like “Control Americans”

Ebola’s U.S. arrival comes with concerns for Michigan

Michigan health care professionals are informed and ready to deal with the threat of the Ebola virus that is now on American shores. But there is no need to worry about it spreading rapidly, as it has done in some West African countries where it has killed thousands of people.

That’s the message from several health care professionals and infectious disease specialists in Michigan.

“What the public should know is that the public health system across the state has been preparing for the possibility of a person being diagnosed here for several weeks now,” said Dr. Matthew Davis, chief medical executive at the Michigan Department of Community Health.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed earlier this week that the first case of Ebola in the United States had been diagnosed, involving a person who had traveled to Dallas from West Africa. The man developed symptoms about five days after arriving in the United States and sought medical care. He was isolated and local health care officials have started identifying people who might have come into contact with him for further monitoring.

Davis said there have been numerous conversations between local, state and federal healthcare officials to ensure that health care workers know what to do if they encounter someone suspected of having the Ebola virus.

Symptoms include a fever of more than 105 degrees, severe headaches, muscle pain, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and bleeding.

“There also has to be a situation where a person has been in contact in the past 21 days with a person known or suspected to have Ebola,” Davis said.

The virus is spread through direct contact with the blood and body fluids of an infected person with Ebola or with objects — such as needles — that have been contaminated with the virus.

Dr. Katherine Reyes, an infectious diseases physician at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, said the United States’ health care system is better prepared to stop the spread of the virus than many other nations.

“There is a big difference between health care and infectious disease control in the United States and in parts of West Africa where Ebola is spreading,” Reyes said.

The doctors said anyone suspected of having Ebola would be isolated from other patients immediately and treated by health care workers wearing protective clothing. State and federal public health officials also would be notified.

Davis said people visiting his practice in Ann Arbor Wednesday wanted to know how real the threat of Ebola is for them and their children.

“My response is our hospitals and health systems are all alert and vigilant and prepared for the possibility of Ebola, but the risk of it spreading in the United States is very, very low,” Davis said. “I encourage families and individuals to focus more on immediate health risks here like the influenza virus which has caused hundreds of thousands of people to be sick and hospitalized each year and caused thousands of deaths. And fortunately, we have an effective vaccine for it and I encourage the public to get vaccinated.”

Detroit Metro Airport is one area where officials regularly prepare for the possibility of someone carrying an infectious disease.

The CDC operates a quarantine center in the federal inspection area at the McNamara Terminal, and the airport’s firefighters drill for such situations, according to airport spokesman Michael Conway.

He directed specific questions about the quarantine center to the CDC, where a message was left seeking comment.

Conway said the drills help maintain good relationships with area hospitals and medical professionals, and he said authorities “are vigilant and prepared to respond” if needed.

“Our firefighters are all trained paramedics with the proper training and protective equipment to assist and transport a patient to the hospital,” Conway said.

Airport officials are notified when there’s a report of a sick airline passenger, Conway said, noting that there have been no such situations today at Metro and he is unaware of any cases where a passenger was considered contagious.

The reports that a person has the Ebola virus in the United States ”certainly has gotten everybody’s attention, but the protocol for alerting the local authorities of a sick passenger on a plane has existed for years and years,” Conway said.

Detroit Metro currently has no direct flights from West Africa, although it does have flights to major international hubs that do.

Texas ‘militia’ says it’s heading out to help ‘secure’ border

The immigration situation is already messy. Now an armed Texas militia is planning to make a move for the U.S.-Mexico border, according to news reports.

Members said the goal is not to interfere with law enforcement but to help secure the border and slow the surge of undocumented immigrants illegally entering the country.

The group, called Operation Secure Our Border-Laredo, was identified to the San Antonio Express-News as “Patriots,” “Oathkeepers” and “Three Percenters,” a reference to the 3 percent of colonists who took up arms against England during the Revolutionary War. Organizers are using social media and a 24-hour hotline to recruit and mobilize armed volunteers to send to Laredo, Tex., within the coming weeks.

It’s uncertain how many people belong to the group or how many might actually show up.

“We’re here to supplement and be where law enforcement is not and help them support the border,” Chris Davis, the 37-year-old listed leader, told the Los Angeles Times.

“There’s nothing malicious, there’s no malicious intent — every person is vetted. We’re just here to serve freedom, liberty and national sovereignty.” Davis said once the group has enough manpower, it will do its duty in a “legal and lawful manner.”

It’s quite a different tactic than the one Davis announced via a YouTube video in which he allegedly said: “You see an illegal. You point your gun dead at him, right between his eyes, and you say, ‘Get back across the border or you will be shot,’” the McAllen Monitor reported last week. Davis told the Express-News he removed the video after it was taken out of context “by a newspaper that supports amnesty.”

Thousands of migrants, including large numbers of children, have been crossing into the U.S. on a regular basis since the fall, fleeing violence in Central America.

The situation President Obama called a humanitarian crisis has moved many lawmakers, law enforcement and local residents to come up with their own solutions.

Last week, hundreds of California protesters took matters into their own hands, forming a human blockade and shutting down access to a Border Patrol station near Murrieta as agents were trying to transport three busloads of immigrant children and families. The protests transpired after Murrieta Mayor Alan Long urged locals to fight immigration transfers. The buses were forced to reroute to San Diego.

On Monday, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said Los Angeles Police will no longer hold immigrants for possible deportation without either a court order or an arrest warrant.

“The federal government is in charge of enforcing federal immigration laws — not us at the local level,” he said. “That responsibility can’t be forced onto local law enforcement officials who already have stretched budgets.”

The situation has some Southern lawmakers — from both parties — nervous.

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Tex.) told Fox News he’s worried the president’s decision to not visit the border while he’s in Texas this week will become his “Katrina moment.”

Cuellar was referring to the wave of criticism that came over the presidential administration after George W. Bush was photographed peering at the Hurricane Katrina wreckage from Air Force One instead of landing the plane and meeting people on the ground. Years later, Bush told NBC’s Matt Lauer it was a “huge mistake.”

And Gov. Rick Perry (R-Tex.) told ABC News’s “This Week” the federal government is “just absolutely failing.”

“We either have an incredibly inept administration, or they’re in on this somehow or another,” he said. “I mean, I hate to be conspiratorial, but I mean, how do you move that many people from Central America across Mexico and then into the United States without there being a fairly coordinated effort?”

A day later, the White House took a tougher stand, saying it expects to deport most unaccompanied minors who enter the country illegally through the Southern border.

In any case, the Texas militia is ready to do its part.

Members said the FBI in Laredo and local law enforcement are aware of the group’s plan, though. Brenda Medina, spokesman for the sheriff’s office in Webb County, Tex., told the Times sheriff’s officials have no plans to meet with them. And U.S. Customs and Border Protection told the Express-News it does not “endorse or support any private group or organization from taking matters into their own hands as it could have disastrous personal and public safety consequences.”

Among those who have joined the effort is Rick Light, who leads a militia in Rocksprings, Tex. He clarified that the militia’s plan isn’t a “‘go in guns blazing’ operation.”

“There’s a big interest throughout the United States to come and assist,” Light told the Times. “This is what happens when our politicians ignore the letter of the law.”

US army builds fake city to shoot at during training

The American army has built an entire fake city including a school, a mosque and a football stadium

The 300 acre ‘town’ includes a five story embassy, a bank, a school, an underground subway and train station

The US army has built a fake city designed to be used during combat training exercises.

The 300 acre ‘town’ includes a five story embassy, a bank, a school, an underground subway and train station, a mosque, a football stadium, and a helicopter landing zone.

Located in Virginia, the realistic subway station comes complete with subway carriages and the train station has real train carriages.

The subway carriages even carry the same logo as the carriages in Washington DC

There are also bridges and several other structures which can be transformed into different scenarios.

The $96 million is designed to meticulously “replicate complex operational environments and develop solutions”.

The U.S. army’s Army Asymmetric Warfare Group opened the training centre last month.
The unit was created in 2004 to help combat terrorism and reduce the vulnerabilities of the army to emerging threats.
Colonel John P. Petkosek, the commander of the group said of the new training city :
“This is the place where we can be creative, where we can come up with solutions for problems that we don’t even know we have yet,”
“This is where we’ll look at solutions for the future–material solutions and non-material solutions…anything from how you’re going to operate in a subterranean environment to how you dismount a Humvee to avoid an IED strike.
“The things that we do here at this facility will have a direct and lasting impact on our entire army.”
It has taken six years for the site to be developed, including two years of construction.

The Progressive Degradation of Freedom

 There are Chinese towns near the border with North Korea that send rice across the Yalu River in exchange for girls to marry.  It makes sense.  North Korea needs rice, because communist farming is a failure.  China needs girls, after thirty years of sex-selective abortion and female infanticide.  And this neat little arrangement in an obscure corner of the East holds an important lesson for what is left of a Western civilization looking down the barrel of a gun of its own aiming: the feeling of self-determination can be reduced to the satisfaction of having a daughter to sell for food.

As totalitarian dreamers of both the one-party and multi-party varieties have long understood, and have come to count on, humans have an almost infinitely elastic ability to accommodate themselves to conditions that seem inescapable or predetermined.  Our natural desire for self-preservation virtually guarantees it — there is almost no degradation that men cannot learn to live with, given enough time.

“Learning to live with it,” however, is both a natural reflex and a great danger.  For although self-preservation is not at all the same as acquiescence, the former can devolve into a rationalization of the latter due to the slackening of will and reason that results from battle fatigue and the stretching of the soul’s moral cords by’ the constant pull of inescapable conditions.  And when this slackening of the soul occurs, men may become bound to oppressive rulers more firmly than could ever be achieved with mere chains and fences.  For what they are losing is a faculty of perception less obviously vital to our bare existence than others, and therefore easier than others to survive without, namely the capacity to feel free.

I am convinced we are born with a “freedom sense,” a mental faculty which perceives the degree to which our lives are grounded in our own will and judgment.  This is not the same as the desire to be free; rather, it is the capacity to perceive whether we are free.  It is therefore related to the desires as are all our perceptual faculties, namely as nature’s means of revealing our proper goals.  Freedom would therefore stand in the same column of human goods as the beautiful and the euphonious, things which are desirable because they satisfy the natural purpose, or obey the innate “rules,” of the faculties to which they correspond.

This freedom sense is also something distinct from what academic philosophers and psychologists have taken to calling the “sense of agency,” i.e., the mere ability to perceive ourselves as physically in control of our movements.  The difference may be clarified by way of the old observation that a man with a gun to his head still has the capacity to make a choice, namely to choose whether to comply or be shot.  That is, a man under the most extreme coercion is still fully capable of experiencing himself as an “agent.”  In fact, many of our most admirable examples of moral agency occurred under precisely such conditions — and will have to do so again if we are to climb out of the present morass.  But we would not call a man in such conditions “free,” except in a specialized, apolitical sense.  We would say that the man’s will may be free, as a matter of human nature, but the man himself is not.

The precise faculty to which I am referring is related to the innate self-preservational intentions of a rational animal — the inner necessity which gives rise to what we moderns call our natural rights, which is to say the moral constraints our existence imposes upon other men.  What this faculty perceives, then, is specifically the extent to which those moral constraints are being observed or violated.  It is not an inwardly-directed faculty of self-consciousness like the “sense of agency,” but rather the conscious awareness of one particular aspect of our relations with other humans, namely whether those relations are consistent with our natural rights.

Time to Start the Movement

Might be a little early to find us a good Presidential Candidate and draft him to run – but I think it’s time we started thinking it through.

It is, however, TIME to Unite America Against Obama.  You’ve had FIVE years to view this man’s policies – most of which were put in place by his Marxist/Terrorist Cabinet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, THIS IS AMERICA.  We do NOT TAKE KINDLY to TYRANNY!  It’s time to stop it.

I think the conservatives, tea party and libertarians ought to – for once band together and get on the same sheet of music and propel someone into office. We’ve got to get someone that can

1) Reverse what Obama has done
2) CLOSE the EPA, the Dept of Education, get RID of the Homeland security department and break up the scams, scandals and corruption.
3) WEAKEN the government back down to a “by the people” condition.
4) Strength the US military – and refocus them on defending this country.
5) Remove the parap-military abilities the police have against American Citizens
6) bring back the strength of America, the belief in and respect of the American Citizen and not “government officials”.

Government officials have no more respect for us citizens than we do for cockroaches. And they are just as pervasive as roaches.

Seriously. We have blogs  with people from multiple states all with similar beliefs.  If we can get one person or group in each state to start working on this – such as the Tea Party, Libertarians, and Conservatives and start working to convince people of the advantages of getting someone in office we can get to do the things above, we might have a chance in hell of reversing some of this bullshit in our life times.

Obviously not everyone in these groups have exactly the same beliefs – we know and understand this.  However, we have beliefs CLOSE ENOUGH to one another (and some Libertarians, and even some Liberals belong to the Tea Party!) that we should be able to come together.  I’m not concerned about “building a new party”.  Screw the “party” system.  We need a LEADER who can reverse Obama’s destruction.  And while I may disagree with many things Libertarians say (specifically things like legalization of drugs – that’s a state matter anyway) – they need to step up to the plate too.

Our country is BROKEN. We have three more years of this idiot, the Man of Kenya who believes in Marxism.  We MUST find a leader who can stop the damage and reverse it.  Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and their ilk will simply continue the complete and utter destruction of this country, bringing it down to the level of African Politics (where every leader is a crazy man, and everyone wants to kill him to get their own crazy man in office).  This madness MUST STOP.

Obama is working under the assumption that someone like Hillary will take over when he leaves and force the rest down our throats. And he’s got three more years to screw up America. The worse he can make it, the more difficult it will be.

For every year this man has been in office now, it’s likely to take three or four years more to fix things. If he gets 8 years, it will take us a full generation to repair the damages – assuming we CAN fix the damages now.

Folks, it’s time to get out of the clock and stop the pendulum….

Russia has invited the U.S. to participate in a tank biathlon so that both nations may learn to play nice — with heavy artillery.

The invitation was apparently extended while Secretary of State John Kerry and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel Sergei Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu in Washington on Friday. The “two-on-two” talks were intended to relieve some of the tension between the two countries, so the suggestion of a little friendly competition — under fire — wasn’t out of place.

On Thursday, KOMO reported that the city of Seattle has issued a memo telling city workers the terms “citizen” and “brown bag” are no longer acceptable for city documents and discussions.

A memo released by the Office for Civil Rights says the terms are potentially offensive and other words should be used.

“Luckily,” Elliott Bronstein wrote, “we’ve got options.”

“For ‘citizens,’ how about ‘residents?'” she wrote.

The office told KOMO the city serves all residents, not just U.S. citizens.

Bronstein also told KOMO the term “brown bag” has a sordid history with racial undertones.

“It used to be a way people could judge skin color,” she said.

“For a lot of particularly African-American community members, the phrase brown bag does bring up associations with the past when a brown bag was actually used, I understand, to determine if people’s skin color was light enough to allow admission to an event or to come into a party that was being held in a private home,” she added.

Heroes and Villians

The latest question the media is pushing on the sheep of America is a simple “Is Snowden a Hero or Traitor”?

Let’s examine that question for a moment.

First the question presupposes everything is ok, normal, performing normally and society hasn’t already gone off the deep end themselves.

Second the definition of “Hero” is:

  1. A person, typically a man, who is admired for courage or noble qualities.
  2. The chief male character in a book, play, or movie, who is typically identified with good qualities.

Third, the definition of “traitor” is:

       1. A person who betrays a friend, country, principle, etc.

Those definitions are random from online dictionaries.  But let’s dig deeper.  Treason is a law term and it is specifically defined, not only in the United States Constitution but in many other countries’ important documents.  Here’s the US version…. now please read the entire article, there’s a point here:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

In the normal scheme of life, where the country is following the law, following the Constitution, following proper steps of law and using correct and legal checks and balances then releasing Classified information to the public is illegal.  A person with access to such information is “signed off” or “read in” when they get their clearance.  They usually sign a piece of paper saying they “understand” the ramifications of using it in an unofficial capacity.

With that said, understand ANYONE with a clearance has access to ONLY that material required to do his or her job, not “anything” or “everything”.  With me so far?

Assuming the law is still being followed, not just by those with access to classified, but by those “in charge” then he is a traitor.  Absolutely.

But there are some problems here….

So far in the past few months our country has broken its own laws.

The IRS has been working diligently to prevent one side in the political spectrum from engaging opponents.

The DOJ has run guns to illegals in Mexico causing the deaths of hundreds – likely in an attempt to out right ban guns.

The DOJ has investigated journalists, taken phone records from innocent people (the parents of the Journalist in this case) and perhaps thousands from the Associated Press.  A direct attack on the First Amendment and Fourth Amendments.

Now… if you were a young man working for the CIA, then later as a contractor spying on Americas (something that has up until the Patriot Act been completely verboten) and were able to collect data, and realized that it was just plan wrong, what would you do?  Quit your six figure job?  Protest to your government bosses (and yes, contractors DO answer to government bosses, this writer has personal experience with this)?  Would you go on about your day-to-day business and think nothing of it – or would it gripe at your conscious for the months you’re doing it?

If you’re a principled person, and forgive this old man for saying so, but if you have a security clearance you must have some principles otherwise you wouldn’t get that clearance in the first place, then you might find a way to get out of doing the job, you might expose the problem, you might walk away and say nothing.  There are plenty of options to anyone.

But if your government has already proven itself untrustworthy are you going to trust your lot in life to taking it to a judge, a congressman or are you going to step across that line and tell the tale?

America is a Free Country.  Our Constitution is the Rule of Law and it is being bent, battered and broken on a daily basis by the very same people who are SWORN (there’s that “oath” thing again) to uphold that selfsame Constitution.

Boys and Girls, students of history, my fellow Americans, it’s with a very heavy heart I submit to you that Snowden is no more a criminal than the very government that is usurping the Rights of the People.

A government with the power to collect metadata from phone records and internet records does NOT need to listen to your voice conversations to be able to predict your behavior, thinking, or what your political background might be.  They can collect enough data to know what you buy, where you go, with whom you speak on a daily or weekly basis, what guns you own (or don’t), to whom your political donations go, your public friends and no so public friends.

This is an intrusion beyond anything that was capable in the past.  If Hitler had this technology there’d be no Jews on the planet.  In fact, there’d be no one but Germans if he had his chance.

A government that has this kind of power without the oversight of good people like you and I – and make NO MISTAKE about this, WE are the GOOD GUYS, invariably WILL abuse that power.  It is being abused even now.  The NSA I’m sure will scoop this article up, like all others, collate, file and store it for future reference to be used against the author, the readers and anyone else that suits the administration in charge of this stored information.

So, is the man a hero or a villain?

The answer is simple… it “depends” on who is in charge.  If We the People were in charge of the Government as we should be, he would be a Traitor.  Since the government is no longer in the hands of the people, but the people are under the thumb of the government then there can be but one answer.

Congress has attempted to ban weapons in America.  A direct assault on the Second Amendment.

NSA snoops, IRS dupes, Holder Loops and Obama Poops

After thirty seven years of working in, around and for the government I’ve decided that this is NOT what I signed up for.

 

We have Eric Holder lying to the public and Congress.

We have the National Security Agency spying on not just bad guys, but all of our emails, pictures, calls, or whatever other data you put out there.  That’s great perhaps they will read THIS message.

We have the IRS preventing, in a most political manner, Conservative groups from getting their tax exempt status to PREVENT them from fighting the powers that be.

We have Obama.  Need I say more?

 

Americans, it is time to STOP this intrusion into our privacy, it’s time to stop Obama from becoming a third world dictator, it’s time to stop the IRS and the Justice Department from over reaching, over arching and from being the “police arm” of the United States Government.

Now I know that there is one and only one job our government is SUPPOSED to be doing, and that is protecting this country from outside enemies and they AREN’T EVEN DOING THAT right.  The military has been cut drastically (which China, Russia have grown, Iran is producing nuclear weapons, DPRK is producing nukes and the Muslim world is coddled).  Our injured and wounded are treated like crap when they come back from “Fighting for Freedom”.  That’s another joke.

They aren’t fighting for OUR freedoms any more, they are fighting (without their knowledge) for the Freedom of Big Government to continue it’s oppression of the people of the United States of the America.  WE THE PEOPLE.

We are the people who OWN this country.  The Government doesn’t “own” anything.

Get ON the phone with your Congress people and tell them to STOP THIS CRAP NOW or the American people will stop it.

This is NOT a police state, we do not live in 1960s Soviet Union – this is the United States of America.

To all you so-called Liberals out there;  don’t sit on your asses any longer and whine about “Republicans” and “Tea Party”.  We’re all the same.  This is NOT a “Progressive” country (and Progressive is a Code Word for Communist) so get off your asses and get into this and STOP IT.

You Liberals seems to think your precious Freedom of Speech is protected while my Right to keep and bear arms is not.  We’ve said over and over without the Second, you don’t get to keep the First.  Are you starting to GRASP this yet?  If you’re not, shut up, don’t vote, and don’t talk; go sit in your living room and watch television so you can be further brain washed.

If We the People ALLOW this to go any further you can kiss your precious Bill of Rights good bye completely.

Now, in case you really just don’t get this, let me explain something.

Pulling phone and data records (by the NSA) for basically EVERYONE in America is wrong on many, many levels.  In the USA you are INNOCENT until proved Guilt.

Thus if they THINK you are guilty, great they can look at your stuff to prove your guilt.

They CAN NOT under any circumstances look at everyone’s records and dig through them until they FIND something that MIGHT be a pointer to guild.  This is the Thought Police on a scale you can’t imagine.

 

Essentially what is happening here with the Justice Department (with the phone records) and the NSA (with all the other stuff) is that they are digging through every record looking for ANYTHING that might be “bad” (What ever their idea of “bad” is – and keep this part in mind).  When they find something “bad” they connect some links, look at other records and make a “tree” of who is connected to whom, where they live, who they are, how much they make, what they look at on the Internet, who they call, what they buy and where they go for vacation.

There are those who would say “I’m not doing anything wrong, why should *I* care?” – and in truth in a perfect world with a perfect government and perfect people this would be right.  But it’s blatantly obvious to anyone who hasn’t been living in a cave in the lower Himalayas that OUR government is less than perfect.

If on the other hand you’re like me, and millions of others and like “guns” and are a “conservative” and believe in smaller government, certain principles and just want to be left alone we become “targets” for an oppressive government looking at everything we do; and while what we do isn’t wrong, it could be considered “bad” by this particular Administration and obviously HAS been considered so.  Look at all the groups shut down by the IRS because they were doing nothing more than what the Liberal groups were doing…. but were CONSERVATIVE, or TEA PARTY, or for LIBERTY, or SMALLER GOVERNMENT.

If 100% of the people out there are completely outraged over all of this, then the small percentage NOT outraged must be part of the problem.

It’s time for them to go.  It’s time for Congressmen and women, President, Justice Department officials, IRS officials and anyone else who seems to think they “Control America” to get OUT of Office and be put in prison.

I’m calling for the arrest of all of those people.  There are still a few good men and women in Congress and in the Government.  They need to stand up, be heard and shut down the corruption and oppression in America.

This is NOT Russia.  This is NOT China.  Big Government is BAD, VERY VERY BAD.  This has to stop.
