Real or Fake News?

Friday, 1 May 2020, the CDC updated their numbers.

I pulled the screen shot below from Facebook.

As of May 1, the CDC saying there were 64,283 deaths.

In REALITY, the death tolls being reported by the CDC on their main page are MISLEADING at best, lies at worst.

Where are they getting these? (CDC)  Read their data to find out – but to summarize, they are pulling it from death certificates across the country.  They also put out a letter stating that if someone dies, and they have been tested and have the Covid virus, the reporting officials are supposed to put “Covid” on the death certificate.

Should “COVID-19” be reported on the death certificate only with a confirmed test?

COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death. Certifiers should include as much detail as possible based on their knowledge of the case, medical records, laboratory testing, etc. If the decedent had other chronic conditions such as COPD or asthma that may have also contributed, these conditions can be reported in Part II. (See attached Guidance for Certifying COVID-19 Deaths)

This is called “padding the numbers”.  Because they want it reported as COVID-19, if a patient had COPD, the other parts are “reported on part II” of their forms, thereby allowing data entry to only show “Covid”.

So a patient that dies from pneumonia caused by covid, flu, or any other cause is being reported as “Covid-19”.

What we are seeing is a deliberate, and politically motivated attempt to show many more deaths in the USA related to this Chinese Virus, than actually caused by the virus.

Do we believe there is no virus?  Not at all. We are sure there is a virus.  We are not sure it was ever a virus that we should have made a bigger issue of, than H1N1 or SARS,  or MERS, however.  (This virus IS a SARS like virus though, so we DO understand that it MIGHT have been a very dangerous virus, and understand the original precautions.  At this point though, should be continue those precautions and shut down the entire US Economy over a “maybe”?)

Do we think it is dangerous?  Probably at least as dangerous as the worst flu you can imagine, and that means that many of people who are elderly, already is poor health or affected by other diseases like COPD, asthma, or other respiratory illnesses could be placed in danger by this virus.  Likely it is not as dangerous to many people as some other virus might be, but more dangerous than some.  H1N1 and various strains of this swine flu have been around for more than 100 years, and every time it rears it’s ugly head, people die.  The Spanish Flu (which was actually a CHINESE ORIGINATED flu) was also H1N1.  Masks and quarantines did little to stop that flu as well.

Do we believe the media about this virus?  No, emphatically not now.  In the beginning we were ALL willing to do what it takes to prevent the spread.  We stayed home. We wore masks.  Some people attempted to corner the market on hand sanitizer and for some unknown reason, toilet paper.  But, we stayed home, willingly closed our businesses, stayed away from others.  As for 17 March in most places, several states closed down, many more followed suit.

It has been very close to seven weeks for many states, cities and townships.  The Hot Spots like New York are still seeing spikes, because, for whatever reason the virus was already spread.  Places that have closed perhaps mitigated the spread.  But, perhaps not.  We just don’t know.

What we HAVE accomplished is to scare people who are otherwise quite reasonable people, who understand that to be immune to something you generally have to be exposed to it, and develop antibodies.  The other thing we have accomplished is social isolation – for a species of reasoning creatures whose very existence is dependent up on contact with others, the human race.

The other thing we’ve accomplished with isolation is to prevent people from being exposed to this virus, thereby giving them a higher chance of catching it worse than if they had been exposed on a normal basis.

Herd immunity, or Community Immunity is something that happens.  Here’s a excerpt from a medical site explaining it:

Herd immunity, or community immunity, is when a large part of the population of an area is immune to a specific disease. If enough people are resistant to the cause of a disease, such as a virus or bacteria, it has nowhere to go.

Herd immunity protects at-risk populations. These include babies and those whose immune systems are weak and can’t get resistance on their own.

Basically, our conclusion is that this virus was mostly hyperbole, and worse for some, while not affecting others at all, or they had very light symptoms and didn’t even know they were exposed.  It’s appearing more and more like the greatest and worse aspect of this entire virus was a “Gun and Right grabbing” group of people who are currently attempting to take advantage of the “national emergency” by  declaring a local or state emergency, in an effort to extend and push an agenda of “Removal of Rights by Fiat”.

By making some sort of legal-sounding order and convincing millions of people to follow that order for some period of time (in general a few months for a reasonable-person-standard) you apply a rule that isn’t law and make it “law” by fiat.  (Please go understand how “reasonable person standard” is used in law!)

A Mayor, or Governor has NO RIGHT to close legitimate businesses, cancel far-in-advance July 4th parades or prevent people from enjoying the parks (we paid for) and beaches which exist along the entire coast, based solely on their own perception, belief or interpretation.  However, we Americans are REASONABLE people and in general will listen to our “elected officials” because most folks want “leadership” and expect leadership to show in these people.

We also want and need to be helpful to our friends, neighbors and our Country in general.  At some point though, when that help is expected, assumed or even forced, it goes against our very grain as Americans.  Asking us nicely is one thing.  Putting us under orders to do something based on a Government Entity telling us to do so, is not nice and we simply don’t like it.

For an American population to stand back and allow these suggestions from the CDC and the Federal government, for a time, for the good of everyone is fine.  WE complied.  But now, to continue to arbitrarily (and against the original intent) to extend the conditions of “imposed isolation” and “private incarceration” by Mayors and Governors through obviously over-reaching “Rules” in direct contradiction to the actual data from the CDC, the President, and the Task Force is placing YOURSELVES, YOUR POPULATION at RISK of something much, much greater than “fear” or disease.

If the population continues to follow illegal orders, they risk this becoming the normal for society, the ARBITRARY “6 foot” separation rule becoming a “norm” and allowing the local governments to close your businesses permanently if they don’t “consider you essential”.

In the end, when it comes down to law suits (and it WILL come down to Civil Rights violations law suits) the government(s) can point to a reasonable person standard and say “A reasonable person would have demanded the removal of these regulations in a reasonable period of time”, and probably win the case against the parties bringing the suit.

It is time to stand up, be heard and stop allowing your local governments, particularly in the case of areas that have NOT been affected at all, to continue to extend the ban against businesses, parks, recreation, boating, biking, bars, eating establishments, barbers, salons and the rest of the “Essential Businesses” out there!

Remembering 9-11-01

On September 11th, 2001 this author had walked into his desk rather early at work in Colorado at the Missile Defense Agency.  I didn’t have television in my area, a restricted access room where we maintained the physical security of the building.  My responsibilities were to install, maintain and repair the Electronic Security Systems in place at the time.

My co-workers weren’t quite there yet, and it was early, before 0700.  I was reading through some logs when one of the Security supervisors badged into the room and came to get me.

“We need you in the Security Operations Center.  Now,” he said.  I asked what happened.

“A plane hit a building in New York.  Hurry,” he turn and ran out.

I sat there for a moment considering that it was a very, very bad pilot.  A few months before I had predicted this attack and talked about it on various blogs and with friends.  Most thought I was nuts.  Government officials said, “They want money, they don’t actually want to kill people,” I would be told.

Moments later, I was standing in the room watching CNN on the television in the conference room.  It was 0703 local time in Colorado when we watched, live as the second plane hit the World Trade Center.  My immediate, gut reaction was anger.  I knew instantly this was a planned, deliberate attack.  The Security Director asked me, “What next?”

I had spent many years working in Presidential Communications, not that it gave me any true insights, but I certainly have seen and heard a lot of things.  The Director never asked me for advice.

“They just tried to take out the symbol of the Western Financial World.  They will now hit the Pentagon, the White House and the Capitol building if they can.  If they took two planes, this was no fluke and a well thought out plan.  They will have other planes,” I said.

Everyone stared at me.  Someone called the Pentagon.  Someone called the Director of the MDA.  I don’t know exactly who called whom, or what was said, but 40 minutes later, the Pentagon was hit.  I was suddenly in the hot seat, everyone wanting to know how I “knew”.

How did I KNOW? Because you can NOT trust Muslims.  You can not believe anything Islamists tell you.  They lie to further their causes.  How did I KNOW?  It was right in front of all our faces, constantly in the news, constantly since I was a child.  Arabs this, fighting that, killing the Jews, attacking people, blowing themselves up, killing others, hijacking planes in the 1970s almost on a daily basis.  The Iranian Revolution – which removed the Shah and installed an Islamic Cult, holding our Americans hostage for 444 days.  We dealt with that problem in the 1979-1981.  I was on the ground support site for the Iranian Rescue Mission.  I don’t for a moment believe these people would then or even in our current future stop being what they are.  Dangerous, evil, murderers.

Today, we face an onslaught of attacks, not from Islam directly, but Apologists for them.  From the Left specifically.  From Facebook, from Twitter, from Google, from Youtube and other large social media outlets.  Why?  I am not certain, but the censorship of Americans who speak out about Islam is rampant.

This MUST STOP.

The Truth, friends, is under attack.  It must stop.

What other countries do is their problem, but Google, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube are ALL AMERICAN COUNTRIES.  They are built under Capitalism.  They must no long silence the truth.  They allow all sorts of ridiculous conspiracy theories, they allow people to routinely attack the President, or Right Wingers, they even encourage words of violence aimed at people who wear “Make America Great Again” hats.

How childish do you have to be to continue this behavior?

And how ignorant do WE have to be to allow it?

I do not see Donald Trump losing the next election, but I DO see the Left coming back violently.  Just as I saw the Muslims using aircraft as missiles.

Confiscation Begins

Vermont has approved, 30-0, a measure allowing police to confiscate weapons.

The proposal, which passed with a 30-0 vote, states a police officer could seize firearms from an individual if they were determined to be a risk to themselves or others, WCAX-TV reported.

Before Election Last Year

Over on facebook, a good friend of mine, who is also a Canadian and a staunch “Supporter of the American Constitution” as well as a “Right Winger” started a discussion on his page.  Over the course of several days there were dozens of comments, many of them were Left Wing trolls attacking him.

At one point I was defending various things, and the following is what I wrote there.  When I was finished, the only comment I received was from some guy saying “You need a girl friend”.  I explained that “I have a wife and she wouldn’t like that”.  His response was “Ask, you might be surprised.”

Is that seriously how Liberals think? It’s ok?  I mean if they can’t attack you with name calling, they try to drag you to their lowest level.

Today, the Right “owns” the White House, the House and Senate.  The Left “owns” the disaster of Barack Obama, and the near destruction of the American Economy.  They can’t come to grips with that, but can continue to call Trump a “racist”, “rapist” and all the other things.  Now that the “memo” is out, how many heads will roll?  Probably none.

Anyway, the following is a copy of the comments I made through the discussion.  It’s historical now.

Please allow me to educate some of the people here. This is what ” Progressivism” is about. They HATE that America was founded on it’s guiding principles. They HATE the Founding Fathers. They HATE the Constitution. They will use it only to gain benefit while usurping power from the People of the United States. They will use hate, name calling, mis-characterization, projection, dismissal, and denigration to gain their goal, which is the destruction of American Principles and the burning of the US Constitution. Progressives are the ENEMY of Americans, and America. They are NOT our friends. They walk hand-in-hand with Communists, Marxists and Socialists and hide among these people calling themselves “Social Democrats”. This is FACT. Not some of the BS they bandy about to convince others of their “good” to society.

The Progressives were reformers in the late 19th and early 20th century who believed that in order to address modern problems, America needed to abandon the old ideas of the Founding in favor of a new expansive conception of the role of government. Progressives paved the way for modern liberalism and politics, and their core ideas are still the mainstay of today’s liberalism.

Some Progressives were prominent journalists such as Herbert Croly (co-founder of The New Republic), some were distinguished professors such as John Dewey and Woodrow Wilson (president of Princeton before he was President of the U.S.), and many were political leaders such as Theodore Roosevelt and Robert La Follette. Progressives could be found in both political parties: Wilson was a Democrat, Roosevelt was a Republican.

The Progressives were united in their contempt for what they called the “individualism” of the Founding. Instead of a government that protects natural rights through limited, decentralized powers, they envisioned an expansive government, a “living” and evolving Constitution, and the rule of “experts” in nationally centralized administrative agencies.

Whereas the Founders believed the government had a well-defined and limited role to play in the lives of citizens—essentially leaving people alone to lead their lives—the Progressives favored a much more active role for the government in overseeing civil society, regulating the economy, and redistributing wealth.

These two fundamentally different understandings of the role of government grow out of two different understandings of freedom. For the Progressives, freedom is not secured when government protects natural rights and otherwise leaves citizens to rule themselves. True freedom, by this view, demands an active government that provides equal means to self-fulfillment for all. It is not enough to create the conditions that allow people to pursue their own happiness—equal opportunity—since some citizens start with more advantages than others. Government must set out to level the playing field and determine outcomes.

To ensure that all citizens possess all they need to attain happiness, government must create an environment in which all possess the same advantages, despite the fact that this requires government to interfere with the very natural rights the Founders sought to secure. Government must redistribute wealth and grant benefits in order to ensure that everyone has equal means to pursue happiness, and must provide economic and social resources to develop the social character of citizens.

This is why LIBERALS are also the enemy today: Liberalism can be understood in two very different ways. Liberalism, or what some call “classical liberalism,” is a political philosophy based on individual liberty and limited government. Over the last century, however, liberalism has come to take on a different meaning. The contemporary understanding of liberalism is based not on individual liberty, but on the use of government to grant benefits and advantages in order to give everyone the ability to achieve a certain standard of living and reduce inequalities. Therefore, modern liberalism encourages an extensive network of interest groups that receive benefits from government and organize in order to preserve those benefits.

Modern liberalism grows out of the Progressive rejection of American constitutionalism and an embrace of a new conception of freedom, anchored in big government. There are however certain significant differences between Progressivism and modern liberalism.

Whereas modern liberalism exalts freedom of self-expression, especially sexual liberation, most Progressives embraced traditional morals. Liberals are also obsessed with equality of outcomes in ways that the Progressives were not. Military Pay Raises
Military equipment that is needed just to SUSTAIN the force

The Marine Corps is the most relied on Military Force outside of US Special Operations Command. They are the most overused forces of the most overused Military in the WORLD.

So, please explain something to me:

How do we have funds for illegals and potentional Terrorists, but not to upgrade the Marine Corps from Vietnam Era helicopters to the SAME MODERN helicopters THE REST OF THE MILITARY IS USING?

How do we have funds for endless Obamas’ vacations, but we cant find enough $$$$$$ for parts to keep more than 1/3 of Marine Corps Fighter Jets DEPLOYED TO WARZONES flying?????

We have money for Social Justice Crap, But we Have VETERANS BEING LEFT TO DIE BY THE VA, and NO ONE at the VA being held accountable?????

Your American Identity

Over the past few decades, the Left has worked diligently to steal your identity from you. Not your name, or credit card numbers, but the absolutism of who “You” are.  If you’re white, a male, around 40 or older, working for a living and taking care of your family, or your older now, like myself and “white, retired, and OLD” by their standards, the Left labels you as a danger to society.

If you are Black you’re being oppressed – by “White people”.

If you’re an illegal alien, you’re an – “Undocumented immigrant”.

If you’re Muslim – you’re being racially discriminated against by “white people”.

If you own a gun – you’re evil.

If you support the 2nd Amendment – you MUST be part of the NRA. (No, I’m not.)

If you’re “white” – then you are probably a KKK member, a White Supremacist, or some other such thing. (even if you’re not)

And on and on.

A box. You’ve been placed into a box by the Left.  You are routinely called “Racist” or “Homophobe” or perhaps you’re called “Privileged” or some other names. This is to disconnect you from reality, who you are, and that for which you stand and believe.

The Left has this ability to put a label on someone to disconnect them from reality, and then use it collectively in a disproportionate manner, thereby disconnecting people from their own, true selves.

The Left dehumanize people to attack them, and make the attacks easier by the collective mob mentality they use. A new name (yes, they call you a name), to target you, then the others of their kind glom onto the name and they use it too.  That’s how the left functions.

The Left have sharpened this “weapon” of their’s over the years since the 60s. NOW, they use it to divide Americans.

You can see it in Facebook, Twitter and Gab. The folks who are “Nazi” and KKK types are all over the place… and the rest of us normal people are caught in the middle trying to redefine ourselves as “NOT being THEM”.

Just because you’re white does not make you a racist.  But the Left uses this tactic to make you think you are, and make others assume you are..  The Left is teaching this to your children and attempting to shame them and be ashamed of themselves because, well, you know, “White Privilege”.

Redefining a generation of Children to believe things differently from the way their parents believed is a stock trademark of the Left, and of Communism and Marxism.

Marxist tell you they aren’t Communists.  Communists hate Marxists. Supposedly.

The Left claims not to be Marxist, and yet look at the dumb asses walking about with Che Guverra Tee Shits on their bodies.  He’s a hero to these morons.

This author believes that 90% of everyone, right, left, middle, black, white – doesn’t matter – of Americans (Real Americans who understand what being American means) are none of these things above.  We don’t fit in boxes, pigeon holes, cupboards or waste bins.

We are Individuals.  We want SMALLER Government, less money taken from us, efficiency, Freedom to do as we like as long as what we are doing isn’t hurting others.  We believe in Individual Freedom and do NOT want Socialized medicine, shopping or funding such programs.  We want others to to be happy, and free as well.

We think criminals should be locked up, and dangerous people who’ve committed crimes like Murder locked up for good, or executed.  We do not believe that the Government should be able to deprive you of Life, Liberty and Happiness on a whim, in other words, LaVoy Finicum was murdered and his family deprived of a good man by a corrupt government.  (FBI, DOJ, Clinton Foundation, Uranium)

Chris Stevens was also deprived of his life, by corruption in our government, and no one has been held accountable yet. (Clinton)

The IRS targeted Christians and Right Winger through the use of “taxes” and let other groups go by default.  No one has been held accountable for that either. (Lois Lerner)

Those are a few small things the Obama Administration wrought.

The Left STRIVES to keep your minds off those things and mis-identification of your self is how they do it.  So, the time to stop letting them change your life, your name, your identity is now.  Focus on the real causes of Cancer in our Society.  Focus on the Left and fight back.

While I know most of you want to be “above it all” and “won’t lower yourselves to their tactics” (and this is very noble) we’re in a war here.  A war for our Identity in America.  You must start fighting back using their own tactics and stratagems.  No longer can you sit on your ass and let them win over your children’s minds.  Do not let them have the upper hand any longer.

Trump gave up a life of leisure, and his power to become President, to Represent YOU.

Don’t let him fail, and don’t fail to stop the Left at every turn.

The Arrogance of the Left

The arrogance of the these Left wing kooks never ceases to amaze and astound me.

Here’s a guy who out and out says exactly what we’ve been saying all along. That the “State” will “come take out guns” through the use of “militarized police”.

He goes on to state how he coolly handles those of us who say “You can have my guns when you pry them from my cold, dead fingers”. He says, “Oh, they will, and you’ll be dead in a pool of your own blood”.

Where his arrogance ends however is that we aren’t in this to play dead, or get dead, or to be the first to fire the “next shot heard ’round the world”.

We are in this for our Rights. Yes, that “Second Amendment” Right, and his blithering idiot “First Amendment” right. And all of the other of the first ten in the Bill of Rights.

The government, and it’s minions have NO rights to come take the guns “For the common good”. This is not a “Commonwealth”. America is neither a Monarchy where we are all “subjects” to a king, nor a Socialist State (Although so many of them like to THINK we are).

America is a Representative Constitutional Republic. We are not ruled by theocrats, autocrats, kings, emperors or the people we send to Washington, to the Capitols or the County Seats. We rule OURSELVES through those we place in office.

If, at this point the Left, Politicians and political appointees wish to test this theory, then Thomas Jefferson, one of America’s first “Bad Asses” said it first and I’ll repeat it for emphasis…. and I quote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Please, JIM KARGER, please understand that you too will be one of the masses lying there in a pool of your own blood, shot dead by the other side because you chose the wrong side to stand. And truthfully, you may fall victim to your beloved “State” because the second that most-hated “Second Amendment” goes away, you have nothing left to protect your “First Amendment” from the “State” masters.

Be the American Public so misguided, so ill-informed and so uneducated that they believe only that which is fed them by the media, the so-called Fourth Estate? The Media, the Press, the people who stood toe-to-toe with corrupt politicians in the past now stand behind them and take whatever they are fed, and then in turn feed that to a populous of sheep?

72 DHS Employees on Terrorist Watch List

Well, I have a question.  Actually, several questions.

Why are they on the watch list?

If they are on the watch list, why?

If they are on the watch list, why are they working for the DHS?

If they are on the watch list, do they have clearances?  If so, why?

If they are terrorists, connected to terrorism, are Muslim then why haven’t they 1) been fired, 2) had clearances revoked, 3) Named, 4) deported?

If they are Americans, what form of due process was used to place them on a no-fly list?

If they are actually adjudicated then why can they buy guns?

You see, it takes a few questions to get to the meat of the matter but apparently no one is asking questions, are they?  Especially not this President.

At least 72 employees at the Department of Homeland Security are listed on the U.S. terrorist watch list, according to a Democratic lawmaker.

Rep. Stephen Lynch (D., Mass.) disclosed that a congressional investigation recently found that at least 72 people working at DHS also “were on the terrorist watch list.”

“Back in August, we did an investigation—the inspector general did—of the Department of Homeland Security, and they had 72 individuals that were on the terrorist watch list that were actually working at the Department of Homeland Security,” Lynch told Boston Public Radio.

“The [former DHS] director had to resign because of that,” he said.

DHS continues to fail inspections aimed at determining the efficiency of its internal safety mechanisms, as well as its efforts to protect the nation.

Lynch referred to a recent report that found the Transportation Security Administration, which is overseen by DHS, failed to stop 95 percent of those who attempted to bring restricted items past airport security.

“We had staffers go into eight different airports to test the department of homeland security screening process at major airports. They had a 95 percent failure rate,” Lynch said. “We had folks—this was a testing exercise, so we had folks going in there with guns on their ankles, and other weapons on their persons, and there was a 95 percent failure rate.”

Lynch said he has “very low confidence” in DHS based on its many failures over the years. For this reason, he voted in favor of recent legislation that will tighten the vetting process for any Syrian refugees applying for asylum in the United States.

“I have very low confidence based on empirical data that we’ve got on the Department of Homeland Security. I think we desperately need another set of eyeballs looking at the vetting process,” he said. “That’s vetting that’s being done at major airports where we have a stationary person coming through a facility, and we’re failing 95 percent of the time.”

“I have even lower confidence that they can conduct the vetting process in places like Jordan, or Belize or on the Syrian border, or in Cairo, or Beirut in any better fashion, especially given the huge volume of applicants we’ve had seeking refugee status,” Lynch said.

 

Obama Planning Executive Order for Gun Control

Friends;  Americans, Arm yourselves.  ISIS had their hands in the middle of this attack, and I wouldn’t be surprised now if Obama himself didn’t have his hands in it somehow.

It is, however coming.  Obama is planning an executive order to control who can get a gun.  And we ALL know it will be applied impartially and fairly don’t we?  Right…. and chickenshit won’t make you sick if you eat it.

I personally believe that government is a requirement for civilization.  I DO NOT believe a BIG Government is necessary.  I DO believe that the Constitution is the highest law of our country and the President is there to support and defend that Constitution and the current idiot in the White House is neither defending it, nor supporting it and is in fact negating it, usurping power for himself and for the government and is culpable in the deaths of those people yesterday.

Obama is a Traitor to America and it’s high time the Congress took him out of the position he is in before he causes even more danger for this country.

His “Change” has become undeniably evil, Marxist and he has placed this country in danger of an internal civil war over guns, race, illegal immigration and has enabled foreign powers to undercut us in military strength, has over-reached spending and government to a point never before seen in the history of the world.

The danger to this country comes at a time when Russia is threatening the US on a daily basis as well as NATO in general.  Islam is NOT what it is touted to be, and Obama is as responsible for this as any other Muslim.

He is no longer President in my view.  He is a Liar, a thief, Traitor and a Muslim — all on a grand scale.

He must go.  If Congress does not remove him forthwith, there will be a severe danger to this country, the infrastructure and we will become vulnerable to war from the outside.  China, North Korea, Cuba, Russia and the entire Muslim population of the planet awaits the weakening of this country to the point that will allow them all to attack us with impunity.

At some point there will be an “incident” which will be precipitated by Islam’s fanatics, which in turn will put thousands in danger of even going outside.  Martial law may be declared at that point making it difficult to travel or move around across state lines.

When that happens…. expect the absolute worst.  On the bright side of all of this will be police, firemen, military and civilian leaders who will do all they can to put a stop to it.  There are too many people still in the government who will NOT stand for allowing it to happen.  Someone in there will do something, and they will all be purged.

President Obama Planning Executive Order to Expand Background Checks for Gun Purchases

Rather than tackle the root of the issue causing the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks in America — radical Islam — Obama continues to be a good little prog and push forward the agenda to shred our Second Amendment rights to bits.

In light of the San Bernardino mass shooting — which by the way, was composed of a freshly married Muslim couple — is looking to create yet another executive order to make it more difficult to buy firearms at a gun show.

Because background checks have done such a stellar job of stopping crazy people from doing bad things so far, right?

White House officials are seeking a way to use executive authority to close the so-called gun show loophole that allows thousands of people to buy guns each year without a background check, but complicated legal issues have slowed the process.

Almost three years ago, President Obama asked Congress to change the law to require background checks for weapons sold at gun shows, but a bill to do so died in the Senate – dashing administration hopes for legislative action to address the loophole.

Efforts to use Obama’s executive powers to address the issue took on added urgency in October, when a shooter at a community college in Oregon killed nine people, then shot himself.

Requiring background checks for weapons sold at gun shows might not have had any effect on Wednesday’s shooting in San Bernardino, in which 14 people were killed. So far, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has determined that two of the weapons used in the assault were legally purchased at a gun shop in Corona.

But White House officials and their allies continue to see expanding the background check system as the most promising avenue to reduce at least some of the deaths caused by guns.

“We all have a part to play,” Obama said, including “legislators” in the list of those who must work to make it more difficult for violent people to get access to weapons.

“Right now, it’s just too easy.”

Notice how this said background checks likely wouldn’t have prevented the shooting — or any of the others — yet the utter lack of success with said method of “gun control” isn’t going to deter them from implementing more.

They’re essentially trying the same solution to the problem, despite knowing this particular solution will fail, but because it helps push their agenda, they’ll do it anyway.

That, my friends, is the definition of insanity.

I’ve said it before, but what the heck, I’ll say it again:

We don’t need gun control. We need terrorist control.

And we just so happen to have millions of certified terrorist control experts at our disposal if only we’d send them out and let them do their jobs.

Unfortunately for us, that goes against the liberal playbook so it won’t likely happen with this president in office.

Obama, Hillary Toying With ‘Civil War’ Over Gun Confiscation

On November 2, The Daily Beast pointed to recent statements from President Obama and Hillary Clinton regarding the implementation of Australian-style gun confiscation and suggested “civil war could erupt on American soil” if any administration actually tried to confiscate privately owned firearms.

The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.

According to The Daily Beast, confiscation was workable in Australia because there was no Second Amendment and the government only had to take 650,000 guns. That is a far cry from the “350 million” believed to be in Americans’ hands.

Yes, “350 million.”

But even more important than the number of guns is the depth of American “devotion” to them. And The Daily Beast observes that it is this devotion–this dedication to the philosophy and tradition underlying the right to keep and bear arms–that turns the mere mention of confiscation into something that could literally rip the country apart.

The Daily Beast put it thus, “The prospect of confiscation—as much as it might, theoretically, reduce drastically or even eliminate gun crime altogether—is simply impossible in the United States.” They pointed to statements by Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson, who stressed that Jews could have curtailed the Holocaust had they retained their guns. The Daily Beast suggests Carson hit on something “Second Amendment enthusiasts are fond of arguing,” namely, “that gun rights are enshrined in the Constitution not only for the sake of hunters or people who want to protect their homes and businesses from criminals, but also to allow the population to resist an overreaching government.”

Breitbart News previously reported that Founding Father James Madison used Federalist 46 to make that very point–that armed citizens could band together and resist their government, should it tend toward tyranny. And he pointed out that this demonstrated American exceptionalism inasmuch as citizens of other nations, lacking arms, also lacked the ability to resist.

The Daily Beast addressed the way Hillary mentioned confiscation only later to mock gun owners for fearing the government might come after their guns:

Clinton can joke all she likes about Americans fearing “black helicopters” taking their guns away, but it is no exaggeration to suggest that civil war could erupt on American soil were the U.S. government to attempt anything remotely resembling what was done in Australia.

The column in The Daily Beast is aptly titled, “Yes, They Want to Take Your Guns Away.”

In May 1881 US explorers approached Jeannette Island, Wrangel Island and Henrietta Island in the Arctic Ocean and claimed them for the United States.

But according to the Obama Department of State no claim exists today over these US islands. In fact the State Department is conspiring with Russian President Putin to give away Wrangel Island to Russians. Wrangel and its 200 mile exclusive economic zone (EEZ) has billions of barrels of oil/gas reserves and hundreds of millions of pounds of fisheries. It also has a strategic military location for tracking Russian moves in Arctic.

The Coast Guard is a component of the Department of Homeland Security.
It unequivocally states:

“On 12 August 1881, he [William Reynolds] was at the head of the party that landed on what would be later named Wrangel Island and took
possession of the island in the name of the United States.”

The State Department keeps on pumping out false and misleading statements in a supposed “Fact Sheet”. The actual facts are presented at statedepartmentwatch.org.

Now, Vladimir Putin has begun construction of a naval base and army base on Wrangel without so much as a peep from the State Department or President Obama. Something is tragically wrong here.

The State Department has undertaken the giveaway with Putin in the guise of a maritime boundary agreement between Alaska and Siberia. But as an executive agreement, it could be reversed with the stroke of a pen by President Obama or Secretary Kerry.

The agreement was negotiated in total secrecy. The state of Alaska was not allowed to participate in the negotiations, Congress was not notified, nor was the public given any opportunity for comment. The Alaska Legislature has passed resolutions of opposition, and so has California’s legislature.

President Obama and Secretary of State Kerry could stop the giveaway with the stroke of a pen. But they won’t.

The founder and president of the Christian Action Network, Martin Mawyer, was a guest on Fox News Channel’s Hannity where he said there are 35 terrorist training compounds scattered throughout the United States under the lead of Sheikh Gilani and governed by Muslims of America. Mayer explained that these groups are protected by the U.S. Constitution.

“We spent two-and-a-half years investigating this group and during that time we interviewed law enforcement about why these groups, why these facilities were allowed to exist in the United States. We got a host of reasons, but the number one reason is they are protected by the U.S. Constitution and they are protected by state constitutions in the United States. Really, law enforcement’s hands are tied in trying to shut these groups down.”

Mawyer said he believes these groups are planning another attack on Americans.

Groups fly under radar as Congress seems unconcerned

Last week’s brazen attack by a “home-grown” terrorist cell in France that targeted the staff of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo has drawn renewed interest in potential cells operating inside the United States.

And there are many.

The FBI is aware of at least 22 paramilitary Islamic communes in the U.S., operated by the shadowy Pakistan-based group Jamaat al-Fuqra and its main U.S. front group, Muslims of America Inc.

With U.S. headquarters in Islamberg, New York, the group headed by Pakistani cleric Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani operates communes in mostly remote areas of California, Georgia, South Carolina, New York, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, Michigan, Tennessee and other states.

The FBI describes the MOA compound in Texas, called Mahmoudberg, as an enclave and “communal living site.” Located in Brazoria County along County Road 3 near Sweeny, Texas, it was discovered a couple of years ago by the FBI through a tip from an informant in New York.

The Texas commune, in a heavily wooded area, is estimated by a local resident to encompass about 25 acres. It dates back to the late 1980s, the resident said, which is confirmed by the FBI documents previously reported on by WND.

Pamela Geller, author of the Atlas Shrugs blog and the book “Stop the Islamization of America,” has been following the militant training compounds since 2007.

Gilani’s group operates a slick website in which a female narrator in one promo video waxes beautifully about how the group has rescued many young Americans from a life a crime, drugs and poverty. The group claims to focus on a ministry to “indigenous American Muslims.” One would never guess from the video that the group trains young men and women in the use of small arms and military tactics.

Most of the recruits living at these communes are African-Americans who converted to Islam while doing hard time in state or federal prisons, Geller says. They have operated “under the not-so-watchful eye” of the FBI since the early 1980s, she says, but few Americans are aware of their existence all these years later.

“Probably they haven’t been raided because Jamaat al-Fuqra is not listed as a terrorist group by the U.S. government and because there is a great reluctance among government and law enforcement agencies across the board, no matter who is president, to appear to be anti-Muslim,” Geller told WND. “These compounds say they’re peaceful Muslim communities, and the government wants to give the impression that such things can exist in the U.S. without any trouble.”

Indeed, MOA has operated freely under the watch of every president since Ronald Reagan. The group’s leader, Gilani, moved to America from Pakistan in 1979 and has been developing his network of communes ever since. He was once investigated by the Pakistani government for possible involvement in the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl. Some reports say he has as many as 35 affiliated compounds throughout the U.S., although only about 22 of the sites have been verified.

There have been run-ins with the law involving murder and financial scheming back in the 1990s.
In 1991, after a MOA bomb plot in Toronto was foiled, a federal search warrant for three suspects was issued and a nearly 45-acre compound about 70 miles south of Dallas was raided. The location of the compound corresponds to a reference in an FBI document obtained by the Clarion Project that says about seven MOA members purchased property near Corsicana, Texas.

Federal officials found four mobile homes; three military, general-purpose tents; and six vehicles. Also discovered were loose ammunition, books on counter-terrorism techniques and weaponry and various items with “Jamaat Fuqra Land” written on them.

Another compound in Buena Vista, Colorado, was raided and shut down by state authorities in 1992. But there have been no raids on any of the encampments since the 1990s.

Murder, firebombing

A 2007 FBI record states that members of the group have been involved in at least 10 murders, one disappearance, three firebombings, one attempted firebombing, two explosive bombings and one attempted bombing.

“The documented propensity for violence by this organization supports the belief the leadership of the MOA extols membership to pursue a policy of jihad or holy war against individuals or groups it considers enemies of Islam, which includes the U.S. Government,” the document states. “Members of the MOA are encouraged to travel to Pakistan to receive religious and military/terrorist training from Sheikh Gilani.”

The document also says Muslims of America is now “an autonomous organization which possesses an infrastructure capable of planning and mounting terrorist campaigns overseas and within the U.S.”

Robert Spencer, author of the JihadWatch blog and several books about radical Islam, says the communes operate much like Europe’s “no-go zones,” which are Islamic enclaves where adherents live under Shariah law and are off limits to non-Muslims. Police also tend to avoid the enclaves.

“Yes, there are similarities. They’re both very hostile to outsiders and have a history of hostility to law enforcement, and there has been evidence that police are hesitant to go into these communes just as they are in Europe,” Spencer told WND.

They are different in that they operate mostly in remote rural areas of the U.S., unlike the urban no-go zones in Europe’s major cities.

A mystical sect of Islam

Gilani is a follower of Sufi Islam, an ancient mystical sect that believes in miracles, signs and wonders.

Some Middle East historians have described the Sufis as more moderate and peaceful than their Sunni or Shiite cousins, but this is a mistake in Spencer’s view.

The Chechen jihad against the Russians was led by Sufis from the 19th century until the influx of Wahhabi Arabs in the late 20th century.

And Hassan al-Banna, one of early leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, prescribed Sufi exercises for Brotherhood members, Spencer said.

“They’re more mystical, but that does not mean they reject the principles of violent jihad,” he said.

Muhammad al-Ghazali, a Persian philosopher and founder of the modern Sufi movement in the late 11th century, “was very clear and strong in speaking about the necessity of waging violent jihad,” Spencer said.

The FBI report on Muslims of America has been heavily redacted but clearly says the group has engaged in murders and fire bombings in the U.S.

“So that’s the FBI speaking not some Islamophobe,” Spencer said.

Gilani, who did not immediately respond to WND’s request for an interview, teaches that Muslims should be self-sustaining and separate from the broader American culture. But he also purports to teach that they foster “good relations with our Christian brethren,” according to the group’s website.

Watch MOA’s promotional video below, casting itself as a mystical sect concerned about humanitarian-based rescues of Americans trapped in a life of crime and drugs.

Christian Action Network did a documentary on the elusive Gilani in 2009. The documentary shows the Christians being greeted at the entrance to a compound in New York with tremendous hostility.

“Christian Network was told by the local cops not to go there and not to bother them but they went anyway, and neighbors said they heard firearms training and all kinds of things going on there,” Spencer said.

Check out the Christian Action Network’s acclaimed documentary, “Homegrown Jihad,” which blew the whistle on Muslims of America communes and what its recruits are taught.

According to their own video, the MOA groups are all about peace, miraculous sightings of Allah and the mystical healing of incurable diseases from AIDS to cancer. They also make a point of claiming to develop their brand of Islam within the framework of being good American citizens.

This is all written off by Spencer as “window dressing” and Geller agrees.

“All Islamic groups make similar claims – including the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations, designated a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates,” Geller said. “These claims have to be balanced against the group’s others words, and its actions. MOA members have been involved in murders and firebombings in the U.S.”

They have also been involved in violence against other Muslims.

The Islamic spiritual leader Rashad Kalifa was one of the victims. He was a Muslim scholar who translated the Quran into English and also developed a teaching based on a Quranic numbering system that marked him as a false prophet and a heretic by many Muslims, including those affiliated with the MOA. Kalifa was found stabbed 29 times in the kitchen of a Tucson mosque in 1990. One member of MOA was found guilty of conspiracy in the killing and sentenced to 69 years.

“We should monitor them very closely. Hold hearings if necessary (in Congress),” Geller said. “Conduct a thorough investigation of each of these compounds with or without hearings.”

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., was one member of Congress who tried to get her colleagues to pay more attention to groups like MOA, but had little success.

“For years we’ve heard viable reports and seen photos and video tape suggesting Islamic jihadist training camps located in states such as Texas, Georgia and elsewhere.

U.S. national law enforcement agencies have a duty to secure the safety of the American people – that is the number one duty of government,” Bachmann told WND.

But the federal government, and increasingly state and local governments, have been more concerned about offending Muslims and bowing to the wishes of Muslim Brotherhood front groups like Council on American-Islamic Relations, she said.

“For law enforcement to fail to investigate reports of U.S.-based terror training camps or to turn a blind eye to incitement activities in U.S.-based Islamic centers is to intentionally avoid a tragic reality of American life,” she said. “In retrospect, wouldn’t it have been better for the U.S. military to have acted on their evidence and suspicions of the Fort Hood shooter? Wouldn’t it have been better for the FBI to have investigated the Islamic center of Boston prior to the Boston marathon bombing?”

“The clues to see Islamic jihad were and are in front of our eyes,” Bachmann added. “If only our government had the political will to see and act upon them.”

Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) claimed on Thursday that armed supporters of rancher Cliven Bundy are “domestic terrorists” and reckless individuals who put their families in danger.
Speaking at a Las Vegas Review-Journal event, Reid was clear: “They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists. I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism.”

The rhetoric certainly will do nothing to ease already-high tensions after the Bureau of Land Management prematurely shut down its operation to round up Bundy’s “trespass cattle” on Saturday. The federal agency cited fears of public safety after having run-ins with armed militia members who traveled to Bunkerville, Nev., to support the rancher.
Bundy reportedly owes the federal government roughly $1 million in grazing fees, an amount he accumulated after he “fired” the Bureau of Land Management in 1993 over its decision to turn public land into a protective habitat for the state’s desert tortoise.
There are two court orders that permit BLM to execute a roundup of 500 to 900 of Bundy’s “trespass cattle,” Reid reportedly said.
Reid, who recently said the situation is “not over,” revealed on Thursday there is a federal task force being assembled to handle to the tense situation.

“Clive Bundy does not recognize the United States,” Reid said. “The United States, he says, is a foreign government. He doesn’t pay his taxes. He doesn’t pay his fees. And he doesn’t follow the law. He continues to thumb his nose at authority.”

“It is an issue we cannot let go, just walk away from,” he added.

Glenn Beck and Tucker Carlson warn conservatives about Bundy ranch dispute

A note here…. I found this lurking around the Internet, trying to put another face on the Bundy situation.

I personally don’t care about the cows.  I care about the fact that the US Government has agencies and bureaucracies that are over reaching, over arming themselves and setting rules that shouldn’t be set in the first place.  Whether Bundy or the Government is wrong here isn’t the point – the point is the government has been duking it out with this rancher now for years and years.

Even in a Home Owners Association with HOA rules that don’t get enforced “in a reasonable period of time” in all fifty states (fifty-seven if you’re Obama of course) can NOT be enforced.

Basically a reasonable period of time might be a year or two, not decades.  The situation is untenable as far as I am personally concerned.  The government is wrong (in my opinion) regardless of the background of this case.   They need to stand down and get out of this fight, and in fact, the RIGHT things to do would be to disarm agencies that shouldn’t be armed.  The Department of Education needs guns and ammo WHY again?  The BLM?  The EPA?  Come on people.  This isn’t about Bundy and some “illegal activities” – this is like gun control.  It’s not about the guns, it’s about the CONTROL the government can hold over each and every individual in America.

Glenn Beck is warning conservatives not to get too caught up in the controversy over Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, who has been illegally grazing his cattle on federal land for more than 15 years. (Read more about the case here.) Yes, the federal government controls too much land out west — and yes, federal rangers went too far with their heavy-handed tactics — but Beck cautions that extremists are using this incident as an excuse to fan the flames of violence.

“We did some research online with PsyID today,” Beck said on his show, “and found that there’s about 10 or 15 percent of the people who are talking about this online that are truly frightening.”

There are many “decent, small-government proponents from groups like the Tea Party” supporting Bundy, Beck continued, and they should be aware this controversy has drawn “violent, anti-government groups” who constitute “the right’s version of Occupy Wall Street.”

Tucker Carlson (my boss at the Daily Caller) made a related point on Fox News’ Special Report Monday night:

I have a lot of sympathy for the Bundys. I think they were completely mistreated by the federal government. But I still think it’s important to point out that this land does not belong to them and that’s not a minor distinction, it’s the essence of private property.

It’s good to see conservatives are finally learning to eschew the knee-jerk impulse that assumes the enemy of my enemy is always my friend.

EPA Changes The Borders Of Wyoming; Governor Appeals Decision

Just when you think that the EPA can’t get any more out of control, it decides to change the border of a state.

According to an article on Trib.com, the EPA overturned a 1905 Federal Law by expanding the Wind River Indian Reservation:

CHEYENNE — Gov. Matt Mead’s administration is calling on the Environmental Protection Agency to freeze implementation of its recent decision that more than 1 million acres around Riverton remains legally Indian Country.

Wyoming Attorney General Peter Michael wrote Monday to national EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy and Regional Administrator Shawn McGrath in Denver asking them to reconsider the agency’s decision.

The EPA ruled last month that a 1905 federal law opening part of the Wind River Indian Reservation to settlement by non-Indians didn’t extinguish the land’s reservation status.

The EPA addressed the reservation boundary issue in its decision last month that granted an application from the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes. The tribes had applied to have the reservation treated as a separate state under the federal Clean Air Act.

Wyoming’s Governor, Matt Mead, says he will fight the decision and is concerned that a Federal Agency assumes it has the power to alter a state’s boundaries:

Mead has pledged to challenge the EPA decision in federal court. The state’s request to the EPA to halt implementation of its decision could help the state if it later asks the court to block the agency’s decision while the appeal plays out.

“My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law,” Mead said. “This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop?”

If you agree with the decision or not, the EPA does not have the power to adjust the borders of a state.  The proper places for such a decision are either in the legislative branch or the judicial branch.  To me this is an obvious abuse of a power the EPA wrongly assumes it has…

AKs Not Protected By 2nd Amendment Says CA Court

Not that this really matters, because it appears to me that the “4th District Court” of California is a California court.  They have no say over Constitutional laws…. so there.

On Monday the California 4th District Court Of Appeals ruled that 2nd Amendment does not apply to semi-automatic “AK” type rifles. They opined, “that the right secured by the Second Amendment is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose, but is instead the right to possess and carry weapons typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes such as hunting or self-defense.”

The court based its decision largely on the precedent set in the case of US v. Miller which allowed the banning of sawed-off shotguns on the grounds they had no military or civilian purpose. The court stated, “the ban on AK series rifles does not impinge on rights protected by the Second Amendment because assault weapons are at least as dangerous and unusual as the short-barreled shotgun.”

The case stems from the ultra-confusing Assault Weapons Control Act of 1989, which banned “AR” and “AK” series weapons. Subsequent court rulings said that the state couldn’t ban a type of weapon and must name the forbidden guns specifically by make and model. CA then adopted a list of weapons that were unwelcomed, but the manufactures simply renamed their rifles to get around the list. Finally in 2000 the state banned features like detachable magazines and pistol grips to keep these “assault weapons” illegal.

The defendant, William Zondorak, was busted with an AK-type weapon that appeared on the list of banned guns. Even though his rifle is identical to ones that are sold legally in California, because it was on the list, he’s in deep dog-doo. Any AK or AR receiver that is on the list, even if the gun has been reconfigured to meet CA standards, is still banned.

As if the California Assault Weapons Ban wasn’t stupid enough, this court ruling brings the state’s level of intelligence to an all-time low. First, they are saying that an AK has no lawful purpose such as hunting or self-defense. I don’t remember the part of the 2nd Amendment that restricts firearms ownership to these two usages. In any case an AK variant would be a great varmint gun and adequate for medium-sized game. It would have no problem ventilating someone stupid enough to enter a house without a back-stage pass. It has legitimate purposes.

Time to Start the Movement

Might be a little early to find us a good Presidential Candidate and draft him to run – but I think it’s time we started thinking it through.

It is, however, TIME to Unite America Against Obama.  You’ve had FIVE years to view this man’s policies – most of which were put in place by his Marxist/Terrorist Cabinet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, THIS IS AMERICA.  We do NOT TAKE KINDLY to TYRANNY!  It’s time to stop it.

I think the conservatives, tea party and libertarians ought to – for once band together and get on the same sheet of music and propel someone into office. We’ve got to get someone that can

1) Reverse what Obama has done
2) CLOSE the EPA, the Dept of Education, get RID of the Homeland security department and break up the scams, scandals and corruption.
3) WEAKEN the government back down to a “by the people” condition.
4) Strength the US military – and refocus them on defending this country.
5) Remove the parap-military abilities the police have against American Citizens
6) bring back the strength of America, the belief in and respect of the American Citizen and not “government officials”.

Government officials have no more respect for us citizens than we do for cockroaches. And they are just as pervasive as roaches.

Seriously. We have blogs  with people from multiple states all with similar beliefs.  If we can get one person or group in each state to start working on this – such as the Tea Party, Libertarians, and Conservatives and start working to convince people of the advantages of getting someone in office we can get to do the things above, we might have a chance in hell of reversing some of this bullshit in our life times.

Obviously not everyone in these groups have exactly the same beliefs – we know and understand this.  However, we have beliefs CLOSE ENOUGH to one another (and some Libertarians, and even some Liberals belong to the Tea Party!) that we should be able to come together.  I’m not concerned about “building a new party”.  Screw the “party” system.  We need a LEADER who can reverse Obama’s destruction.  And while I may disagree with many things Libertarians say (specifically things like legalization of drugs – that’s a state matter anyway) – they need to step up to the plate too.

Our country is BROKEN. We have three more years of this idiot, the Man of Kenya who believes in Marxism.  We MUST find a leader who can stop the damage and reverse it.  Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and their ilk will simply continue the complete and utter destruction of this country, bringing it down to the level of African Politics (where every leader is a crazy man, and everyone wants to kill him to get their own crazy man in office).  This madness MUST STOP.

Obama is working under the assumption that someone like Hillary will take over when he leaves and force the rest down our throats. And he’s got three more years to screw up America. The worse he can make it, the more difficult it will be.

For every year this man has been in office now, it’s likely to take three or four years more to fix things. If he gets 8 years, it will take us a full generation to repair the damages – assuming we CAN fix the damages now.

Folks, it’s time to get out of the clock and stop the pendulum….

Many Americans crossed the barriers that were set this weekend by President Barack Obama’s deputies to block public access to the Potomac River from Virginia’s George Washington Memorial Parkway.

In many quiet acts of civil disobedience, Americans removed car barriers and cut police tape, or walked across barriers after parking on grass verges or in adjacent suburbs.

Once past the federal barriers, they were able to enjoy the bike paths, parkland and overlooks — on what singer Woody Guthrie described as “your land” — during the sunny, 80-degree weekend.

Still, the Obama administration blocked easy access to the river for many Americans, except for boat club members or property owners in the 22308 zip code, where riverside homes sell for at least $1.5 million.

The federal barriers were set along 20 miles of the parkway, starting at a government-built parking lot at President George Washington’s Mount Vernon home and continuing northwards to scenic overlooks in McLean, Va.

“I’ll take my chances,” said one man as he unloaded his two children on a grassy verge beside Roosevelt Island, just across from Washington’s Georgetown district.

But their day in the sun was darkened by a locked gate on the narrow bridge from the parkway to the island that celebrates President Teddy Roosevelt, who is widely regarded as the first presidential advocate for national parks.

Motorists who pushed through the barriers were applauded by other Americans.

“They’re right to do that,” a cyclist told The Daily Caller as motorists drove through an opened barrier at a private marina near the Belle Haven Country Club, located just south of Alexandria, Va.

Still, many citizens were stopped by the barriers. Some were blocked because they could not get their boat down the blockaded slips, and others because they were not willing to risk a parking ticket from patrolling police cars.

A family, complete with three kids and a speedboat, found themselves at a scenic overlook 300 feet above the northern end of the river because all the normal slips were blocked. They told TheDC that they would turn back south to search for an unguarded boat ramp.

In several places, Americans gathered together to park in large groups around knocked-aside barriers.

But their respect for the law prevented them from puncturing the water-filled plastic barriers — at least during daylight — that are too heavy to be shoved aside.

GOP governors have also pushed back.

In Wisconsin, Gov. Scott Walker defied the federal edict, and cleared away barriers hindering Americans.

The state “has clarified areas where the federal procedures are over-reaching,” said an email from Cathy Stepp, secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

In contrast, the administration’s progressive officials were unapologetic about their massive resistance to public access of the federal parks and memorials.

“Republicans are willing to vote funding to reopen national parks, museums, memorials, veterans’ payments and the D.C. government.  Why is the White House against it?” one reporter asked White House press secretary Jay Carney on Wednesday.

“Because… It’s a gimmick and it is unsustainable and it’s not serious,” he insisted.

How are things working in the country today?  Almost all voters — 88 percent — say “the government is in charge of the people.”  That includes 83 percent of Democrats, 88 percent of independents and 94 percent of Republicans.

Only 8 percent feel “the people are in charge of the government.”

The Fox News poll is based on landline and cell phone interviews with 952 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide and was conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R) from October 1-2, 2013.  The full poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points.

A New York man, frustrated when his pro-Second Amendment sign kept disappearing, was surprised when the hidden camera he set up revealed the culprit to be a local cop.

Jon Gibson, of rural Lake Lincolndale, about 50 miles north of New York City, told FoxNews.com he set up a hunting field camera near the sign, which reads “Protect the Second Amendment,” and features the silhouette of an assault rifle, after two mysteriously vanished. A third sign disappeared before the camera finally captured the sign stealer — a police officer from the nearby Somers Police Department.

“It was pure shock to see,” Gibson said to FoxNews.com about first seeing the video recorded on Monday. “He had a huge smile on his face as he’s kicking down the sign.

I’m rushing this post out because, per Ed’s stellar round-up from earlier this morning, the Honor Flight vets are headed to the Memorial regardless. Members of Congress, among them Michele Bachmann, are already there, as are reporters of all stripes. If you use Twitter, I recommend following the Standard’s John McCormack, National Review’s Betsy Woodruff, and the Examiner’s Charlie Spiering, who took the photo I used for our front-page thumbnail of the feds actually deploying forklifts to set up gates around a memorial that’s open 24 hours a day with little supervision under normal circumstances. As I write this at a few minutes after 10:30 ET, Spiering is tweeting that the vets are scheduled to arrive within the next 15 minutes. Is your government really about to arrest 96-year-olds who fought at Guadalcanal because this bit of sub-moronic shutdown theater is too precious to them to forfeit? Stay tuned. It wouldn’t be the first own-goal they’ve scored because their pettiness overwhelmed their sense of optics.

By the way, the WWII Memorial isn’t the only one with a gate in front of it this morning. When McCormack strolled over to the World War I Memorial, he found this. No joke:

The sign reads, “Because of the federal government shutdown, this National Park Service area is closed, except for First Amendment activities.” So if you want to protest there, you’re good. If you want to quietly remember the dead, get off the damned lawn.

The United States federal government is so big that it can shut down and somehow no one really notices. That’s the truth. What difference did you notice yesterday? I am sure there are subtle things that we could pick out but when vital services keep running there isn’t a lot to shut down. Because our government sees everything as vital.

Yesterday we ran an article on The D.C. Clothesline written by Tim Brown. It didn’t garner much attention and it’s primarily my fault. I put a bad title on it. It happens.

But the message of the article is something that a lot of people have been waiting to hear. I can’t tell you how many times I have had conversations in which someone interjected the inevitable…

When are we going to stop talking and do something about it?

That’s a hard question to answer because no one really wants to be “that guy.” This goes for the person making the comment as well. No offense but that person isn’t telling me something like, “follow me I have a plan.” Everyone is waiting for someone else to take the lead.

Well, someone has taken the lead and in fact it’s several people that have. We all know about the Trucker’s strike that will be here very soon. It is planned for October 11-13. For those who may have missed it, you can find more information at ridefortheconstitution.org

As the truckers prepare to do their best to force their own brand of government shut down, Mr. Larry Klayman (founder of Judicial Watch) has upped the ante and is planning his own date with destiny.

In the wake of bikers roaring through the streets of DC in protest and just ahead of a planned shut down of DC by truckers, founder of Judicial Watch Larry Klayman has set a date of November 19, 2013 on which he is calling for Americans to “descend onWashington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time” for pushing “his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda.”

Klayman is of course talking about Barack Obama.

Isn’t this what we asked for? Isn’t this what we have been crying for?

We need these traitors gone and we need to start at the very top. After Obama rolls we can go after the rest like a bull in a China shop.

A blind man throwing darts could spear a traitor within this group. Even the good guys aren’t that good. I’m getting sick of patting people on the back simply because they do their jobs. That’s what we pay them to do. They aren’t going the extra mile simply because they are part of the 2% in D.C. who are semi-honest. They are simply doing their job.

What is wrong with this picture? Does your boss come up to you every day and say, “Bob, way to run that drill press. You should be president of this company.”

Probably not. But that’s exactly what we do every day in America. We make heroes out of guys like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul and it’s not because they are extra special, although I am fond of both. It’s because they actually do their job. Since they do their job we want to make them president. Think about that and think about it hard. If only a handful of people did their jobs at your place of work it wouldn’t last long. (hint)

People, things have to change. It is not supposed to be like this.

Dmitry Medvedev on nuclear weapons: “They may still come in handy”

Almost as if the strategic leaders and the media have no idea what’s happening on Russian soil, Dmitry Medvedev seems to be shouting it from the rooftops.  As we have learned in the past, when Russia makes promises, they lie; when Russia makes threats, they are telling the downright truth.  In just the past week, they have made one threat after another concerning their resistance to NATO’s missile shield, and things just got worse.

Exacerbating the tensions between NATO allies and Russia, Medvedev decides to flex Russian muscles on their nuclear capabilities.  Charles Clover and Geoff Dyer of FT.com report:

Then, taking the podium in a glittering Kremlin ballroom, Mr. Medvedev declared that Russia’s younger generation needed positive role models to inspire them towards “success in literature, art, education, and” – he paused wistfully – “nuclear weapons”.

Medvedev continues to talk about Russia’s itchy trigger finger and their nuclear arms capabilities.

“They may still come in handy,” he said, apropos, seemingly, of nothing. “We’re not going to use them, but let’s still keep them around, because we have a big country, a complex country. We must value it and protect it.”

This heightened rhetoric is suspected to be coming from what was discussed at the most recent NATO summit in Chicago.  The NATO European missile defense shield has been the subject of debate over the past few weeks, but it seems as if Russia is bringing the aggravation to a head.  They claim that the defensive measures of the shield would provoke war.  But, I thought that war was over?  Apparently, not.

In fact, the article goes on to state:

If that were to happen, said General Nikolai Makarov, chief of Russia’s general staff, it could lead to an “illusion of security”, which could lead to war. Countries allowing the missile defence shield on their soil, Gen Makarov said, risked a Russian nuclear first strike. “A decision on pre-emptive use of the attack weapons available will be made when the situation worsens,” he breezily told a news conference this month.”

Yes, the good general actually said the words, “nuclear first strike”.  This is extremely unnerving, especially given their recent activities, as reported earlier last week.  Steve Gutterman of Reuters reports:

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) was successfully launched from the Plesetsk facility in northwestern Russia and its dummy warhead landed on target on the Kamchatka peninsula on the Pacific coast, the Defense Ministry said.”

The new ICBM has capabilities, which suggest that the Russians had anticipated NATO’s construction of the shield.

The new missile is expected to improve Russia’s offensive arsenal, “including by increasing the capability to overcome missile defense systems that are being created”, the ministry said in a statement.

The General Makarov’s comments of a first strike are especially scary, concerning NORAD’s current level of preparedness.  The Clinton administration implemented PDD 60, which states that the US will absorb a first strike before retaliating.  In an interview with Robert Bell of the National Security Council, he stated that the US will no longer “launch on warning”.  He further says,

“Our policy is to confirm that we are under nuclear attack with actual detonations before retaliating,”

In short, if Russia does decide to launch a first strike in response to NATO’s deployment of the European missile shield, they shall certainly succeed (and their newly tested ICBM has proven it can get through).  This makes the US and NATO allies strategically sitting ducks.

Newtown Activists Again Lobby Congress On Guns

(NEWTOWN, Conn.) — Activists from the Connecticut town where 26 people were gunned down in a mass shooting at an elementary school in December headed to Washington on Tuesday to lobby again for gun control, a trip that took on new urgency in the wake of the massacre in the capital that killed 13, including the gunman.

The trip by about 50 members of the Newtown Action Alliance was planned to mark roughly nine months since the Dec. 14 rampage, in which 20 children and six educators were shot to death, and it now also quickly follows Monday’s killings at the Washington Navy Yard. The group will ask Congress to require background checks for gun buyers.

Members of the group focused their criticism on Congress, where an effort to enact new background checks fell short in the Senate in April.

“This is really what this is all about — our broken political system,” founder David Ackert told the Hearst Connecticut Media Group.

Carlos Soto, the brother of a teacher who was one of six educators killed in Newtown, criticized Congress for failing to impose tougher gun regulations since the shootings.

“It’s been nine months and there’s still no action on the federal level,” he told WFSB-TV. “We’re not gonna go away.”

On the Verge of World War III

The article at the bottom of my comments is a couple of days old, it’s from Debka – so it’s not the best source but is probably accurate. Basically we’re looking at the following states being involved in this as things heat up:

Syria, Iran, Hezbollah, Russia, China

Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America

France is “waiting” for more information from the UN.
UK is really “just waiting”.

Russia has moved about 8 ships total toward the Med. The US has moved a few subs, some destroyers into the Med and the Nimitz Carrier group to the Gulf.

Obama is preparing the country for an attack, “limited in scope and duration”, promising “no boots on the ground”. Anyone who has been in the military KNOWS this isn’t true, isn’t going to be true and can’t possibly work. Anyone with even a limited sense of tactics understands you don’t telegraph your moves to the “enemy”. Anyone with even a rudimentary grasp of strategy knows you don’t put all your eggs in one basket when planning any sort of an attack. And anyone with a clue about life understands you don’t go to war for no good reason and you certainly don’t do it if you can’t PROVE you have a good reason. Obama has not proved anything.

The Senate committee just delivered the Resolution to go into Syria to the full Senate. Congress, both houses will debate and vote likely next week on this.

We’re standing on the verge of World War III – without a “draft”, without American support, without support of the majority of Congress – and we’re less than a week away from September 11. Rumors are rampant on the Internet that there’s more than meets the eye here, and the country is “confused” according to our so-called “leader” Obama.

First he sets a “Red Line” then when the bad guys cross it a month ago, it takes time to verify this, and now he’s ready to go into a limited in scope and duration “war” against the Assad regime, to apparently punish the regime, but to give a leg up to verified enemies of America – Hezbollah, Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim lunatics. Iran is saying how they will “bring it” to the US. Russia is backing Syria. Syria is claiming their own allies now. The Chinese are going to back the Russians. Obama has castrated our military in recent months through the shut down of units, bases, equipment, and firing of men smarter than himself.

The United States is being set up for failure big time by this man. Americans, whom for the most part are opposed to this “action” in Syria are caught in the middle of all of the forces massing on the horizon.

America is, from intelligence, full of leaderless Islamic cells – from Iranian Revolutionary Guard to Hezbollah, to Al Qaeda. Americans are being disarmed in some states including my own, in an attemp(?) to make us more vulnerable to outside forces.

It is time to stand up and be heard. It’s time to remove this asshat from the White House. It’s time for his Impeachment to begin. Get on the phone and start making the case with your members of Congress. We have to stop this guy from bringing the nukes down on our heads for his own ego.

Syria’s Muqdad threatens World War III for US strike

Syria’s deputy foreign minister Faisal Muqdad said Wednesday his regime would not give in to threats of a US-led military strike, even if a third world war erupts. In an interview with AFP, Faisal Muqdad said his government had taken “every measure” to counter a potential intervention aimed at punishing the regime of Bashar al-Assad over a suspected deadly poison gas strike, was mobilizing its allies and would take every measure “to retaliate against… aggression.”

Is this entire Syrian issue with Chemical Weapons a cover up?

Seriously, Obama, almost a year ago stated what “the red line” was.

A year later – well in August it turns out that chemical weapons were used.  And they were used BEFORE that apparently and we did nothing.  Now we MUST do something?

What happened to the 27 or 30 scandals?  Oh, yeah, they aren’t in the news suddenly are they?

Benghazi is being ignored by the media. Deaths of Navy Seals, ignored.  The IRS scandal, ignored.  The NSA spying, ignored.  Project Gun walker and Fast and Furious, completely forgotten now… Obama has lied time and again to the American public.  Kerry has lied, over and over.  Hillary Clinton lied.  The IRS Director lied.  Eric Holder lied.

Or is this something worse, a method by which the asshole-in-chief manages to bring us to the brink of a nuclear war with Russia just so he and Putin can make nice-nice on the sidelines and “fix” the whole world, bring “peace in our time” or make himself appear to be larger than life?

What if this is all a giant hoax perpetrated by Obama and his puppet masters?

US Involved in Hot War with Russia?

US is involved in ‘Hot War’ with Russia, fought by proxies

Edward Snowden is a ‘red herring’ and the ‘childish’ cancelation by Obama of a meeting with Putin in September is of little significance as the US president has little to offer Russia, William Engdahl a geopolitical analyst, told RT.

The real issues of missile defense, Syria and Iran will remain unresolved because of a policy pursued by Washington of full spectrum dominance, where the sole super power the US seeks to dictate military, economic and financial terms to the entire world, Engdahl added.

RT: The Russian deputy foreign minister didn’t have a particularly productive discussion with the US Secretary of State in Brussels. Are there any indications that the same talks that are happening today will be any different?

William Enghdal: I doubt it rather seriously. The decision by President Obama to cancel the meeting with Putin before the G20 meeting is really an indication of a lack of strategy on the part of Obama rather than the putting down of Russia. The background to that is the fact that there are not only fundamental differences between the two sides, the United States government in Washington has been trying since the end of the Cold War to dismantle Russia, quite simply, with missile defense, with the plundering of their economy through using the IMF and shock therapy in the ’90s.

Now that Obama is back in the presidency they are finding a far more difficult negotiating partner over questions like Syria, over issues like the missile defense and others. Snowden, I think is a red herring, simply an excuse that is very convenient to use at this point.

RT: You are saying that if a consensus is reached on some of the issues that will be discussed that might off set the brewing tension over Edward Snowden?

US Assets in Place for Strike

No U.S. president has ever been turned down by Congress when asking to use military force. Ever…. this is why Obama took the time to ASK for a vote.  His chances are good he will get a “yes” from Congress thereby preventing himself from being held personally responsible.

Surviving Nuclear War

Because of the Syrian “conflict” I have created a “page” on this blog.  It contains some opinion remarks by me, and links to help you.

We are on the verge of something we’ve not seen before.  This Syrian things is dragging us into a direct confrontation with the Russians.  Will they have the balls to do something to us if we accidentally do something to them?  I don’t know, I don’t have that kind of confidence.

But the fact remains, we’re about to stand toe-to-toe with our mortal adversaries.  The Russian PEOPLE aren’t our enemy.  The Russian Government is.  And our own President has boxed himself into a situation that he can’t sidestep easily.  He will be culpable from this point on.

Nuclear Survival

Given the Syrian civil war and Obama’s wish to involve US military forces in action against the Syrian Government I have decided to open up a page with some information and links regarding nuclear war survival.

It is a given that the American government believes in nuclear war survivability, but they take no actions to provide nuclear fallout shelters for the public. You see, it isn’t the public they believe will survive. It’s the military forces, but more important, the civilian government personnel, in particular the President and other government “leaders”, Congress and the SES – Senior Executive Service personnel. The SES are none other than those strap-hanging, high level government workers who are promoted into positions of high bureaucratic authority. These people are usually GS-16 and above, they have some directorship position, all the way up to positions like Secretary of State and so forth.

The world has been on the verge of nuclear war several times since the advent of nuclear weapons.

Those almost-wars have always involved the United States and Russia. Some stories tell us we’ve almost stepped over the line roughly seven times in history.

In no particular order they are, the Suez Crisis (November 5, 1956), the SAC-NORAD communications failure (November 24, 1961), a U2 spy plane accidentally violates the USSR Air Space (October 26, 1962).

During the Cuban Missile Crisis time frame on October 26, 1962, an intruder caused a full scale alert by scaling a fence and triggering alarms – the alarms were triggered and instead of sounding alarms for the local security forces, caused F106s equipped with nuclear weapons to be scrambled. The flight was barely stopped by a car racing across the tarmac to stop them. The intruder… a bear. Not a Russian Bear, just a bear.

On January 21, 1968, fire broke out on a B-52 carrying a nuclear payload near Greenland, forcing the crew to bail out. The unmanned plane then crashed about seven miles from the early warning radar station in Greenland. The damage done could have been remarkable. The plane exploded, as did the explosives surrounding the radioactive core of the nuclear weapons (which require conventional explosives to detonate). Given the state of nuclear weapons technology at the time, this type of unintentional detonation of conventional first-stage explosives could have theoretically triggered the second-stage fission reaction, resulting in a nuclear explosion.

On November 9, 1979 several command centers received information that the Soviet Union had launched a full scale nuclear attack. Over the course of the next six minutes, planes were launched, nuclear missiles were initialized and prepared for immediate launch, the president’s National Emergency Airborne Command Post was launched. It took a few more moments to assess the situation, manually, and no satellites or other sensors were detecting launches, therefore the alarm was cancelled. A software glitch caused the problem.

On June 3, 1980, at 2:25 in the morning electronic displays at NORAD, the SAC, and the Pentagon included prominent, highly visible numeric counters showing the number of enemy nuclear missiles detected began showing the numeral “2″ instead of a “0″ in a random fashion. Crews manning bombers carrying nuclear weapons were ordered to begin to warm up their engines. Minuteman missiles were initialized for launch. The airborne command posts were also launched. It was finally determined that this first event was a false alarm, however three days later it happened a second time, causing the entire emergency response procedure to start rolling once again. The problem was eventually traced back to a single faulty computer chip combined with faulty wiring.

Today we’re in a position to be able to check and double check sensors, computers, satellites and even seismic sensors to tell us about launches. The chances of a “mistake” setting off a nuclear war is slim if not impossible. But we’re looking at a face-off of the Russians and United States in the Mediterranean right now, today. The Russians have moved a large number of ships into place to protect Syria.

The United States has moved the Nimitz and a full carrier group into place, along with several destroyers. President Obama is calling for action over a chemical weapons attack, and apparently many Congressional leaders, including the GOP Speaker of the House is going along with this call. Today there is a debate going on, yet, Congress is not in session.

From my limited previous military life (almost thirty years), and from growing up during the Cold War I can see clearly the same signals and flags we saw when I was a kid and later in the military. Slow but sure build up. A flash point in the Middle East. Israel is “involved”. The US is involved. The Russians are involved. Military movements on both sides are involved. Weapons of Mass Destruction are involved (albeit, not against our own troops or those of the Russians).

The Russians are protecting Syria. The USA is going after Syria. There is no way this can NOT be seen as a recipe for disaster.

Do I BELIEVE there will be a nuclear war? No, but there is a possibility it can happen. We have a scenario setting up that can lead rapidly and irreversibly to just such a condition.

Thus, this page is not actually to make YOU believe, nor to convince you it will happen. This page is here to provide a central location for links to information about survival of nuclear war. If you take a direct hit on your city or suburb or even close to a rural location where you might live, you will likely die. If, however you survive a nearby strike you will be subject to nuclear fallout, wild fires and fire storms. You will be subject to animals, wild and otherwise. You will be subject to the greatest predator on Earth; human beings.

Simply preparing a place in the woods to hide really isn’t the best option sometimes.

Simply staying put in a well stocked dwelling (whether city or country) isn’t always the best option.

Bugging out or Bugging in isn’t what it’s all cracked up to be in various conditions either.

I’m not here to tell you the “best” because frankly, nothing I say will be of use if your own conditions don’t match mine precisely. And anyone out there that tells you the ONLY WAY to survive something is THEIR way is lying to you.

No, ladies and gentlemen, the ONLY WAY to survive is with a combination of knowledge, luck, circumstances, training and practice. There is no “formula”. There is no “right and wrong” to anything you do. There is no one “best weapon” for survival, be it an AK47 type device, 9mm, .45, or AR15. There is only your own, precise knowledge of your own weapons, your personal ability to persevere and your personal internal strength of will – and of course your personal physical abilities and limitations.

Your greatest asset in your mind, your education, your ability to learn both from books and others, but to learn from mistakes as well.

If a nuclear war starts, millions will die. City dwellers will certainly be the first doomed to die. Survivors will die from radiation sicknesses and starvation. In the days following nuclear strikes on the country, prevailing winds in North America will blow radioactive fallout Eastward where the heavier particles will fall closer to the bomb sites. Lighter stuff will continue and fall further East or travel completely around the planet several times before finally falling to rest in the oceans, Europe, Russia and back in the good old, dead old USA. Animals will die. People will die. Fires will destroy large areas of forest, cities and farmlands.

Survivors will be those who are in the right place at the time of the attack and stay put, take action to protect themselves and those around them from the coming fallout. Gangs won’t gather together for some weeks probably in such an attack simply because they are too busy trying to survive. But some weeks, perhaps two months after an attack the second wave of evil will come crawling out of the darkness, the hungry survivors from the cities. They will fight each other at first, then band together and move outward from no food to food. They will find your suburban home with fully stocked shelves, your wife and children, you and your guns. And they will take it all. Your wife for their use. Your children as slaves. Your food for themselves and your guns will be used to execute you and others who fight them.

Some weeks after the attacks, the ground invasion will begin. The Russians, Chinese, North Koreans and the Muslims will come, along with the Mexicans, the Guatemalans and all the other Central and South American scavengers. Canada won’t be safe either, so don’t think you will be.

But you can survive. Your family can survive. You can fight back. You can live, for a time…. but if we are defeated in such an attack, our lives will be cut short and eventually the United States of America will be divvied up among the victors.

But do not worry, America will, if this President isn’t in cahoots with the Russians and we’re just watching smoke and mirrors, give as good as she gets. We will hit aggressors against us with all we’ve got. Everything. Every man, woman and child in this country will fight invaders.

Assuming they survive the first bombs.

Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

Every, single tag and category attached to this blog post had a crime committed against America – from the President speaking out AGAINST Zimmerman and FOR gun control, to Benghazi, to the IRS (which is being ignored) to the NSA (also being ignored) to the “sequestration” and loss of food for wounded warriors at Walter Reed while Gays are being given free leave to go marry their partners in other states.

Give Americans a break, Senator and kick this bastard out of OUR HOUSE – before we do it.

There is only one way to stop Hillary Clinton

If current political trends continue, there are two inescapable outcomes: Hillary Clinton will be elected President in 2016 and, by the end of her eight years in office, the United States will no longer exist.

The Democrat electoral juggernaut cannot be stopped for two reasons.

First, the Democrats seem to have perfected the art of voter fraud and it may now be considered an integral component of their national campaign strategy. The results of the 2012 election suggest that massive voter fraud is not required. Selective alteration of the count in specific precincts of large swing states such as Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida would be enough. That might help explain why Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton are vehemently opposed to voter ID requirements.

In parallel, the mainstream media will censor or manipulate the news in order to promote Hillary’s political ambitions, even at the expense of their own journalistic integrity and the well-being of the country.

Additional factors that will contribute to a permanent Democrat majority and a one-party state are the amnesty and the voting rights that will soon be given to 11 million or more illegal aliens.

The extent of corruption in the federal government and our political system is no longer compatible with liberty. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which will inexorably lead to national collapse and fragmentation.

The Republican Party can no longer be considered a political vehicle capable of providing effective opposition to the far-left policies of the Democrat Party and the propaganda of the establishment media. It too has become a party of big government, which is unresponsive and unaccountable to its constituency.

As a recent example of the tyrannical approach and abuse of power practiced by the political elite, the Republicans have joined with the Democrats to force Obamacare on the American people while at the same time exempting themselves.

Will a Military Coup fix America?

I personally just don’t see a military coup in the United States as an option.  But is my view of the world the same as others’ beliefs?  Probably not.  When it comes right down to it, with my vast amount of time as a military man, from my point of view, I can’t say that absolutely, definitely a coup could or would take place.  The truth is, in MY time, no such thing could have or would have happened.  But other factors are in play here that I would never have considered myself – but others might.

The Spanish have a long and storied history for coups – in fact, Mexicans and most Previously-ruled-by-Spain Central and South American countries follow suit.  When the people get mad, they start a war.  Someone winds up on top in the end, usually the existing military and a strong leader (regardless of his moral and ethically leanings).  Most south and central American countries are what we consider “banana republics”.

Is America becoming a Banana Republic?

Let us look:

A Banana republic is a pejorative term for a country with a kleptocratic government, often with a primitive economy and sometimes a puppet state of a major power.

The more proper definition being: Banana republic is a political science term for a politically unstable country whose economy is largely dependent on the export of a single limited-resource product, such as bananas. It typically has stratified social classes, including a large, impoverished working class and a ruling plutocracy that comprises the elites of business, politics, and the military. This politico-economic oligarchy controls the primary-sector productions and thereby exploits the country’s economy. (Wikipedia)

kleptocracy: Kleptocracy, alternatively cleptocracy or kleptarchy, (from Greek: κλέπτης – kleptēs, “thief” and κράτος – kratos, “power, rule”, hence “rule by thieves”) is a form of political and government corruption where the government exists to increase the personal wealth and political power of its officials and the ruling class at the expense of the wider population, often without pretense of honest service. This type of government corruption is often achieved by the embezzlement of state funds.

plutocracy: Rule by the wealthy. We’re technically not being ruled by the wealthy, but then again we are. Rich lawyers are elected thus rich lawyers are in charge of most of the government’s various sectors. Companies lobby for power in the government (and I have no trouble with open markets).

So this author’s guess is that  ARE a Banana Republic, or more accurately rapidly degenerating into a Banana Republic. We still have a Constitutional Republic and most of us KNOW this and MOST of us wouldn’t do anything against “the government” in the military. Whether some rogue officer would start something, I just don’t know – but I just can’t SEE it happening.

On the other hand…

1) Morals are in decline.
2) America is in decline.
3) Money is becoming worthless.
4) The economy is tanking.
5) Things are not worth what they once were.
6) People are in “gimme gimme” mode.
7) The President himself is working to divide people of this country.
8) The Left is fighting the Right on guns and every other thing you can imagine.
9) Detroit is the first major city to have fallen.
10) Other cities won’t be far behind.
11) Obamacare will destroy what’s left of the economy.
12) Oil and Coal are verboten.
13) Scandal after scandal has rocked DC and those are being called “phony”.
14) More people are on government help than are working now.
15) Political corruption
16) Government corruption
17) borders are uncontrolled, the “barbarian hordes” are coming through daily, by the thousands
18) the government coffers are being sucked dry by “entitlements” and the government keeps wanting more from the working people, the “rich” and corporations.

Rome fell for the many of the same reasons; moral decline, political corruption, “barbarian knowledge of Roman tactics” (think about that for a moment), a failing economy, unemployment of the working “class”, decline in ethics and values, natural disasters, barbarian invasion (Hmmmm…. border security?), military decay (not being trained right, and reduction in forces), and many other reasons.

So could a military coup take America back?  I can not answer that question but I can certainly suggest that this country is in a condition which will facilitate such a thing happening.  But will some military officer be able to gain enough power to lead enough American men, who are independent thinkers, into such a one way path?  I seriously doubt it will happen.  I don’t doubt the fall of America is upon us.

Why would Muslim oil billionaires finance and develop controlling relationships with black college students? Well, like anyone else, they would do it for self-interest. And what would their self-interest be? We all know the top two answers to that question: 1. a Palestinian state and 2. the advancement of Islam in America. The idea then was to advance blacks who would facilitate these two goals to positions of power in the Federal government, preferably, of course, the Presidency. And why would the Arabs target blacks in particular for this job? Well, for the same reason the early communists chose them as their vanguard for revolution (which literally means “change”) in America. Allow me to quote Trotsky, in 1939: “The American Negroes, for centuries the most oppressed section of American society and the most discriminated against, are potentially the most revolutionary element of the population. They are designated by their historical past to be, under adequate leadership, the very vanguard of the proletarian revolution.” Substitute the word “Islam” for the words “the proletarian revolution,” and you most clearly get the picture, as Islam is a revolutionary movement just like communism is. (Trivia: it is from this very quote that communist Van Jones takes his name. Van is short for vanguard. He was born “Anthony”). In addition, long before 1979, blacks had become the vanguard of the spread of Islam in America, especially in prisons.

Interestingly, in context with the fact that this article was written by her father-in-law, Valerie Jarrett has an unusual amount of influence over Obama (along with personal security that may be even better than his, another unusual and intriguing bit of business here). And equally interesting is that Obama, who may have been a beneficiary of this Muslim money, and may now be in this Muslim debt, has aggressively pursued both of the Muslim agendas I cited above. And, also equally interesting, is that Obama has paid a king’s ransom for court ordered seals of any such records of this potential financing of his college education, and perhaps, of other of his expenses.

Lastly, it’s very important to note that the main source for the article is Khalid Mansour, “the same lawyer who allegedly helped arrange for the entrance of Barack Obama into Harvard Law School in 1988.” (Valerie Jarrett, by the way, was born in Iran. The one country protected by Obama from the sweep of the Arab Spring.) Now all of this may seem sensational, but let’s face facts. What makes it most disturbing is that not only is it all logical, but it suddenly makes a lot of previously confusing things make perfect sense. – Pat Dollard

Americans: Stand up and Resist!

I’m an American.  I was born in the USA.  Before me, my father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, great-great-great-grandfather and several generations prior were also born here.

One of them came over on a ship from Ireland, another from Scotland.  Men before me have fought for this country from the Indian Wars to the Revolutionary War to the most recent wars in the Middle East.  My sons are Americans and Patriots.

The lie that “We are all immigrants” has been told so often that it’s now being believed.  Yes, my distant forefather DID come to America as an immigrant. A LEGAL Immigrant, albeit, forced to come here to find freedom from Oppression of the British Empire.

Today – illegal immigrants stream across the border in an effort to abuse our freedoms, to steal our tax monies and to commit crimes (illegal immigration, IS A CRIME).  There is no checks and balances any more.  Congress and the President do not want them.

Congress and the President don’t want us to defend ourselves.

The President has allowed agencies to spy on us, the DOJ to lie to us, to kill our own men by giving away guns to criminals, to kill our own military men, Navy Seals, to allow criminals and terrorists to kill our Ambassador and American heroes without investigation.

The current administration has worked to destroy the America my father, I and my children grew up in.

It is time to put a stop to the abuses of the American system, abuses to the American Taxpayer.  It is TIME to FIRE the current government and replace it non-Marxists, non-Socialists and non-Progressives.

A war has been declared on Patriots in America.  We’re now being labeled as terrorists and troublemakers, being called names like “Teabagger” (look that up) and worse.

Fight back.  Resist “Hope and Change”.  Resist Socialism, and Progressivism or suffer the long term consequences to this Great Nation.

Already the time is nearly past, and this country is nearly done.

If you THINK for one second this is all about “Justice for Trayvon” you are one of the most naive on the planet…. this isn’t about justice for some kid who was in the wrong place, wrong time and threw the first punch.  This is “Progressive Tyranny” if I ever saw it, and I’ve seen it.  Ladies and Gentlemen, of ALL races… Black, White, Hispanic… America belongs to Americans.

We have been invaded by Communists who style themselves as “Progressives”.  Our Congress is full of these people, all of them with a Marxist bent.  While you were sleeping or watching your favorite television show, you’ve had your country, your TRUE country yanked out from under you.

America, we are under seige by these people, and Obama is part of this, so is Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid.  Those people are claiming to be “Progressive” and yet, what they really want for you and America is to be slaves.  You think that your great grand parents being slaves was bad?  Wait until you’re a slave in the 21st Century to a tyrannical government run by Communists.

The Stakes of the Trayvon Martin Case… and the Need to SEIZE THE TIME!

Trayvon Martin was a 17-year-old African-American, walking home at 7:30 pm with a can of ice tea and a bag of candy. George Zimmerman had never talked to Trayvon Martin, never met Trayvon Martin, knew nothing about Trayvon Martin, never even heard of him. But nevertheless this society—this system—had trained George Zimmerman to “know” and to say that Trayvon Martin was “suspicious” and more—that Trayvon Martin was a “fucking punk…a fucking asshole” who “always gets away with it.”

George Zimmerman had no training, no judgment, no sense of the gravity of human life, nor any shred of respect or feeling for the lives of people like Trayvon Martin. Yet George Zimmerman carried a pistol with hollow-point “man-killer” bullets as he prowled in his car, with the blessings of this system. George Zimmerman stalked Trayvon Martin, with that pistol in his jacket, and George Zimmerman then confronted Trayvon Martin, feeling the whole strength of this system behind him. And then George Zimmerman decided to kill Trayvon Martin.

This was one more horrible, heartbreaking outrage at the end of a 400-year chain of such outrages. That is the heart of the matter.

Right now, American society—with the whole world increasingly taking notice—is polarizing. Two sides are lining up—one upholding the right of the Trayvon Martins of this world to live and flourish and, if they are attacked, to have justice… and the other upholding the supposed rights of people like George Zimmerman to kill people like Trayvon with impunity. This should be clear, but every day the powers-that-be work to cloud this, so we must all insist on this basic truth.

And every day the breadth and ferocity of this polarization grow and intensify. Last week the reactionaries vented their hatred and fury on Trayvon’s friend Rachel Jeantel in a vicious, gutter-level attack by a “virtual” mob. Rachel Jeantel is a key witness in the trial, the person Trayvon was talking to on the phone when George Zimmerman confronted him. Once again, these bullies had been trained to act and react by a system, to spew their ignorant venom full of the confidence of someone who feels they have power on their side. This kind of shit must be fought all along the way, and this growing polarization must be repolarized into deeper and broader energy, clarity, and direction for justice for Trayvon Martin… and for revolution and emancipation altogether.

You who read this paper must now step up. You have a chance to change history and you cannot step aside from that. Here is some of what you can do:

• Get what revcom.us has to say into social media… inject its leadership into the intensifying societal debate… get to us with ideas on how to do it and take initiative yourself…
• Take out materials on this trial—our newspaper, or materials from the Stop Mass Incarceration Network, or other positive things—and get them into people’s hands, even if it is just you and a friend at first… grow these into impromptu speak-outs and demonstrations when you do…
• Spread the “We Say NO MORE” statement and get people to sign it… change the polarization and give strength and expression to the side of justice…
• Answer the call of the Stop Mass Incarceration Network (SMIN) (check online at stopmassincarceration.net and revcom.us) to build public vigils when the jury goes out, so that there is a powerful collective response to the verdict… and join with that network, supporting and participating in it…
• Donate funds to revcom.us so that we can create MAXIMUM social impact…

And most of all, this: the most essential and important fact about the world today is that the Trayvon Martins in it DO NOT HAVE TO DIE. The most essential fact is that a society is possible in which the Trayvon Martins and Rachel Jeantels and the millions and billions like them, here and around the world, can not only survive, but can flourish and fully contribute all they have to offer to the world. Such a society is possible through revolution—a revolution based on the theory developed by Bob Avakian and won with the leadership provided by the Party he leads, the Revolutionary Communist Party. In the midst of this massive social upheaval, BA must truly be everywhere—the film of his speech BA Speaks: REVOLUTION—NOTHING LESS! sold and shown all over… the revolutionary handbook of his talks and writings, BAsics, out everywhere… his image out and around in every struggle, sparking people’s curiosity and thinking and letting them know the revolution is here, there IS a way out.

Justice Department faces evidence hurdles in proving Zimmerman bias after verdict

Yup… not much they CAN do.  Nothing they SHOULD do.  Fed, stay out of this.

 

The Justice Department was running into immediate hurdles Monday in its investigation of possible civil rights violations by George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin — namely, that after examining the case for more than a year, the evidence has not changed.

Though the department announced after Zimmerman’s acquittal that it would consider a possible federal case, previously filed FBI documents show agents have not turned up any accounts that Zimmerman, before the February 2012 shooting, exhibited racial bias. Sanford police detective Chris Serino also told FBI agents last year that he considered Zimmerman as having “a little hero complex, but not as a racist.”

Attorney General Eric Holder, in his first post-verdict comments, confirmed Monday during a speech in Washington, D.C., that his department continues to investigate while signaling concern for the position of the Martin family and those — such as the NAACP — pressuring the DOJ. He said the department is “mindful of the pain felt by our nation” over the “tragic, unnecessary shooting death” of Martin.

Counter Revolution

I’m sure many of you realize, understand and even “grok” that today in America we’re undergoing “change”.  Change that many of us don’t want.  In fact the Left has embarked on a journey to “fundamentally change” America.  A fundamental change is defined basically as; of or relating to essential structure, function, or facts : radical <fundamental change>; also : of or dealing with general principles rather than practical application <fundamental science>.

America is undergoing this “change” at her very roots.  Most Americans hearing Obama use those words for the first time sincerely had not a clue what he meant.  Many of us did and understood he intended to completely change America’s very basic precepts, fundamental to our heritage in this country, the belief that this country is something better than those that have gone before, that we, as Americans are somehow “not worthy” and religion, freedoms and liberty are Government Granted commodities.

Somehow the notion that Americans are all “equal” has taken a perverted change from what this means.  “Equal” doesn’t mean equal in the sense that “What I have is yours to take”, it means “We each work our asses off to get somewhere in life.  We spend our time learning, competing and gaining ground economically, educationally and we DO IT ON OUR OWN.”

We are in the midst of a Revolution.  The Revolutionaries are the Leftists, Communists, Socialists, Marxists and un-American “leaders” (and I use the word leader here, loosely).

The rest of us, you and I, who stand more to the Right and more conservative than those on the Left, those who believe in America as it was founded, the Patriotic who still salute the flag, say the Pledge of Alligence and believe we are and should remain the strongest country in the world, are considered to be an anachronism, a throw back to civil war times.  The Left sees us as carrying the Rebel Flag and fighting for slavery.

The truth is, my friends, each and every hand gun and rifle owner in America, whether they want to believe this or not, are believers in the Constitution…. that paper which is immutable, may not be thrown out or suspended without a fight, we are the Counter-Revolutionaries.

We are the people from whom the real change will come.

If we all stand up and do something about what is happening.

Otherwise, we simply stand and watch ourselves become history….

Honor Martin – Ban Guns!

Our gun grabber in chief spoke this weekend about the Zimmerman acquittal. Just as he used the Sandy Hook tragedy to immediately call for the destruction of our Constitution, he’s now calling for more gun control in the wake of the Zimmerman trial.  As surreal as it may seem, I’m not making this up.  Here’s what Obama said the day after Zimmerman was found not guilty.

We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this [Zimmerman case]. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin.

The ink isn’t even dry on the verdict and Obama is already using a tragedy to once again attempt a power grab by the federal government.  Last time he stood on the still warm bodies of the Sandy Hook victims to push his anti-gun agenda forward.  He is completely shameless and it’s disgusting to witness.

Apparently the President thinks that Zimmerman is guilty of murder and walked free due to some failing of the justice system.  He’s now grouping a legal self defense shooting into the same category as criminal uses of firearms and using it as justification to push his anti-gun agenda forward.  That means those of us who carry firearms for personal protection are part of the problem, according to Obama, and we must be stopped for the greater good of the community. In the President’s eyes I’m just as bad as a gangbanger because I have a CCW.

In preparation for the possibility of an acquittal of George Zimmerman, The New Black Panther Party has reportedly begun a mobilization campaign to target white communities.

According to a recent post on Sodahead, leader Samir Shabazz and the New Black Panthers are preparing to take the fight directly to those guilty of murdering Trayvon Martin – white people living in suburbs all over America.

“This time we’re doing it right… This time we’re not burning down our communities. This time we’re going out to Whitey’s suburbs and burning down HIS community. We’re going to make Whitey feel the pain.”

Shabazz, who previously made comments insinuating that he’d like to murder white babies and adults, recently made the shocking claim that he’d “love nothing more than to come home with a cracker’s head in my book bag.”

Thousands of tweets and Facebook posts echo Shabazz’s comments, with many users taking to the social networks to proclaim their support for the random killing of whites should George Zimmerman be found innocent.

With jury deliberations set to begin as early as Friday, residents in Florida where the trial is taking place, should take note.

However, because of the widespread coverage of the case, it’s likely that should civil unrest, riots, or violence break out, it would be a nationwide phenomenon with the potential to randomly target Caucasians and Hispanics all over the United States.

Reports have emerged that New Black Panther Party organizers are already taking steps to bus mobs of people into Florida in the event of an acquittal, so a wave of violence resulting from the Zimmerman verdict is all but guaranteed.

There are those within our government who would like nothing more than to see a race war break out to further and agenda that aims to control the American people under a banner of martial law.

Could the Zimmerman trial be the catalyst they’ve been looking for?
