American Dreams of Freedom

Every so so often in human history, we hit something I like to called a “node”. Being a SF reader and writer, I look at it from a “Time Traveler’s Perspective”. If you were a time traveler, you would study up on history before visiting it, so you have an idea of what happened, and since most Time Travelers would be “historians” studying history, then visiting the chosen time period for verification, they would recognize these “nodes” immediately.

A Node is, in my opinion, a time in history where events occur leaving one with “no way out”. Lincoln and the Civil War is one such node. World War II, the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor and Roosevelt’s response, bringing America out of isolation, and winning the War with a devastating attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear weapons.

There are many of these “nodes” where something must happen, and there’s little to no choice to maintain freedom, or to fight some evil.

This past year, 2020, will rise in history and be shown that something had to happen. The end of a Presidential Term where the sitting incumbent receives more votes in history than any other candidate in history is one of those, and suddenly, his competitor “comes from behind” to actually “get more votes” than the incumbent.

But, it gets better. The number of people who came forward having seen actual cheating going on, and knowing full well it happened, the statistics and even the computer data from each state in question was run through various computer programs and showed the impossibility of this feat.

Trump won this election. There is NO DOUBT in the minds of ANYONE on this planet. Not even the people who helped Biden “Cheat to Win”. The Marxists know Trump won, which is why they conspired to cheat, to add fake votes to Dominion and other systems in the Swing States. It’s why some people in Wayne County were seen pulling “special ballots” from under a table and running them over and over again through the machines (ALL after the poll workers announced everyone should go home, and ushered all out but a handful, who continued to ‘count’.)

Now, we stand on a precipice – Americans all having stood and watched an election being rigged, then stolen from the rightful winner. Not a few of us watched this either. Nearly seventy-five million voted for Trump. Biden got less than 50 million votes and had “cheaters” in only specific areas push the numbers up to appear like Biden came from behind. All at once. All the states “closed” the counting at about 11 pm. By 4:00 AM the next morning, “Biden had won”.

And the media was not without effect, calling the election for Biden early in several places, as “IF THEY KNEW” something was up.

In the back ground, Covid-19, the Wuhan Flu was playing it’s part. Allowing people to wear masks to help hide their faces (imagine that), and giving Counters the power to throw others out. Who were the people counting or watching who were thrown out? Republicans!

Why is this a Historical Node?

Because, we have been in a Civil War now for months. Now, it will become a shooting civil war.

Enough evidence has been collected, and seen by the public now to know that this election was a fraud, and much of this is going to court. The courts will have to choose to throw out the election or ignore it. If judges ignore it, they do so at their own peril. If Legislators in the swing states ignore it, they too, do so at their own peril.

It Biden is “installed” this country allows this at it’s own peril.

If Trump is found to be the new President by Congress (because that is where this is leading, to the Constitutional Crisis route) then the Marxists will begin burning cities. And they will do so, at their own peril.

Trump appears to have considered and perhaps withdrawn from using the executive order put into play in 2018, perhaps out of sheer consideration of American People. Calling for Martial Law is, in this aged military man’s opinion, a bad idea. On the other hand, the US Military HAS gone in and kept elections honest in other countries. Why not here? Obviously, it’s nearly impossible at this point to “start over” given the Constitution’s rules.

But, is it?

On 6 January 2021, the ballots will come into the chambers in the House. The boxes and envelopes will be opened and counted. In those ballots from the swing states, are ballots for both Trump and for Biden. Pence can choose which he may vote on, based on the outcome of several court cases standing right now.

Senators and Representatives can challenge the election results, and if at least one Senator does so, along with House members, then, it will come down to a debate in both houses.

Given the amount of apparent cheating that went on, this old guy no longer thinks the American people are going to “hold back” if Biden is “installed”.

America will fall to the Marxists if these people get to be in charge again. They won’t stop with simply holding the Presidency. They will rewrite rules, ensuring there will never be another honest election again. They will use the power of the government to tax American’s into poverty. They will use agencies intended to protect this country from outside, foreign interference against their own people. They will not be stopped in Congress, because so many on both sides are caught up in the lies, the blackmail, the Chinese interference and the corruption.

They will simply ignore you as they have done through the Covid “plandemic” and call you names, and force you to become a nameless, sexless, faceless drone for the New Marxist government of the United States.

You will certainly no longer be free. If you think freedom is fleeting now, just wait until January 22nd, 2021 and see how deep that “rabbit hole” goes.

Simply put, American Dreams for a rich and expansive future are slowly dying in made up “pandemics”, carefully crafted “news”, lies told to the American people who have been convinced of the veracity of the media, and a powerful belief in our own Constitution. We have believed that people put into office to represent us are all on the up-and-up, because people like myself were sworn to protect the Constitution and America, and we believed (rightly so) that those appointed above us, too, were sworn (and would) cover our backs.

Those Dreams of Freedom that so many break laws to enjoy are drying up because those same “oath takers” can’t keep their oaths because of the corruption driving those in Congress, Governor’s offices and Mayors even in smaller towns.

If you, as an American, do not want to see your country devoured by the Evil that is Marxism, then you’d better do something about now. Not tomorrow.

Paris – Friday the 13th Terror attack

Well, my “retirement” lasted a few hours at best.

On Friday the 13th 2015, Paris suffered multiple, coordinated attacks killing one hundred-thirty people, murdered by Islamic kooks. Nearly five hundred were injured as multiple gun shots went off, grenades and vest bombs were detonated. For anyone that has either followed me or folks like me, the warnings have been there for America for several years, since 9-11.

The warnings included exact scenarios such as this one.  The warnings have also stated that they will come to America, Canada, Germany, the UK and any other place they feel they can get in a few good licks.  These people are fanatics, and will bide their time preparing for their one, and ultimate attack because they know they won’t get a second one.

Americans across the United States have had enough of the crap coming from the White House, the lack of ANYTHING coming from Congress and have decided collectively that this is war.  The President won’t declare it.  Congress is impotent to do anything, but Americans have decided they will NOT take what happened in Paris laying down or with their heads in the sand.

At this point in time, thousands and thousands of Americans have armed themselves waiting for that one, stinking Muslim to pull a trigger in a grade school, a mall, a movie theater, the local coffee shop or on some random street.  If it happens woe unto those so-called “moderate Muslims” who sat on their asses, imagining they were helping by pretending to be indignant over ISIS (or radical Islam).

Most of us have given up asking, or telling these people they need to cull out the bad people themselves.  They have not done so, so most of us have come to the conclusion there is no such thing as a Moderate Muslim.  In fact, in my own visitations to some of the ME, I can assure you that in the 1970s there were “moderates”, but if they existed then, they are long gone now.  They were the ones culled from their society long ago.  Now, America faces a new dilemma.

America faces our OWN President bringing these alleged “refugees” from Syria.  Paris’ own attackers included at least one of those “refugees”.  The attackers also included a “French Citizen”, a Muslim.  Interesting, no?

Stand firm America.  Stand and prepare, because our time is coming.

Somewhere in the United States, Britain, Canada or Australia there will come an attack soon on a scale similar if not dwarfing, the one that occurred in Paris a few days ago.

And yes, it will make you sick.  If you think that the murderer who killed little children in Sandy Hook was bad, wait until the agents of Islam step into the arena.

Our children are at risk.

Our malls are at risk.

Movie theaters, sports stadiums, playgrounds, busy cities, intersections and any other location that “looks soft” are at risk.

We’ve listened for too long to the President and members of Congress attempting to disarm us.  We’ve had far too many Left Leaning kooks whining about “gun control” and too many cities that have gone for too long as “gun free zones” having dozens murdered each weekend (can anyone say “Chicago” for instance).  We have had Pelosi, Reid and Feinstein trying to ban our guns.  We’ve had President Obama trying.

And Obama believes that “Climate Change” (another name for “Global Warming”) is more dangerous than terrorism.

And Obama calling gun owners, NRA members and “the rich” dangerous.

And the FBI placing regular people on “watch lists” because they disagree with the President (Wonder how that happens? In a place that declares our ability to disagree with our government sacrosanct?)

I’m not “fear mongering”.  I’m telling the God’s honest truth here.  We are going to be attacked somewhere in this country.  Soon.  Like Paris.

But, know this, this country is so large and so spread out and is larger than all of Europe put together so it will be difficult for a terrorist group like ISIS to do anything other than small, localized attacks.  Unless they spread such attacks across the US and coordinate them all.

That will be difficult at best, but not impossible.  Obviously, it’s not impossible, as Paris proves.

However, expect any attacks in the USA to be focused on one city, probably New York, or some other large metro area worth hitting to kill as many as possible with guns, bombs and fire.

If they terrorists are smart, they will spread what teams they have across the country, coordinate the attacks in several cities at once.  Malls would be good, around Christmas.  39 days until Christmas.  Black Friday at the malls.

Is this GOING to happen?  Probably not tomorrow. But it will.  The second we let our guard down.

Am I suggesting we stay home and hide? No.

I AM suggesting that we prepare.  If you can do so legally, carry a weapon.  On your person, in your car, around you somewhere.  If you can’t legally – I won’t make suggestions for you. You can figure things out for yourselves.

But if ONE school is attacked by these heathens and someone in your community has prevented you from being able to help by denying your basic, human rights to keep and bear arms then you should take immediate steps to stop the attackers, and then remove whomever that was from holding office any longer (or in the future if possible).

I am warning everyone in this country now; in particular Leftists, Marxists, Progressives, the sissy Liberals and whiny Victims, it’s time to put up or shut up.  You are either Americans, or you Ain’t.

By that I mean, this is a Capitalist, Christian-based, Constitution-founded Republic.  Love it, or Leave it.  Stop trying to CHANGE IT.

Muslims:  Be warned.  If you’re brethren try anything here, there will be no stopping pissed off Americans from running you all out of this country once and for all, back to your bombed out, stone-aged countries.  Or outright running you into the ocean.  If you’re truly one of those alleged “Moderates” you’d better stand up, be counted and point out the fanatics before you find yourselves standing next to them in a jail cell or dead because you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time.

France; While you have at times been the brunt of our jokes about being “cowards” we all know that this was not meant for the people of your country, but for your leaders who have shown themselves in the past to be just that.  The people of the United States of America stand with you against the enemies of the West.

Western Civilization is being threatened at its very core right now by Islam.  This has happened in the past.

Each time Muslims have invaded Europe, France, Britain, Italy and Spain, the world has answered with a war.  Each time the war was called “The Crusade” for good reason, to shove the animals back to where they belonged.

This time, in modern times, if it comes to that, there will be no stopping the West this time.  Islam will cease to exist.  Korans will not only be burned, but those preaching them, issuing fatwas and attacking others’ religions will be as well.  This is my prediction.

I do not wish to see the world immersed again in fire, but the fires will be the fires of hell and nuclear damnation this time.  There will not be shiny armor and swords, spears and men on horses.  There will be fire from the sky, lead from the weapons of determined and rough agents of God.  There will be no “Rules of Engagement” other than the timely words of a Knights Marshal overseeing such a battle as between two knights of the Round Table of “LAY ON”.

There will be no prisoners.

The world be warned.

Harry Reid Labels Supporters of Rancher Cliven Bundy ‘Domestic Terrorists’

Speaking at a Las Vegas Review-Journal event, Harry Reid was clear: “They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists. I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism.”

 

As Harry Reid stated last week – “This isn’t over”.  It appears now that those of you who went there, those of us who blog about it and support Cliven Bundy, those of us against Government Overreach – well, the fear mongering about all of us being labeled as “terrorists” was not “fear mongering”, it was fact.

You’re all terrorists now.

The rhetoric certainly will do nothing to ease already-high tensions after the Bureau of Land Management prematurely shut down its operation to round up Bundy’s “trespass cattle” on Saturday. The federal agency cited fears of public safety after having run-ins with armed militia members who traveled to Bunkerville, Nev., to support the rancher.
Bundy reportedly owes the federal government roughly $1 million in grazing fees, an amount he accumulated after he “fired” the Bureau of Land Management in 1993 over its decision to turn public land into a protective habitat for the state’s desert tortoise.
There are two court orders that permit BLM to execute a roundup of 500 to 900 of Bundy’s “trespass cattle,” Reid reportedly said.
Reid, who recently said the situation is “not over,” revealed on Thursday there is a federal task force being assembled to handle to the tense situation.

It is time to change American BACK, it’s time to remove these people from Office.  The Executive Branch is corrupt, the Congress is Impotent and against the people.  The Supreme Court has been stacked against Freedom.

 

Poll Pourri

How are things working in the country today?  Almost all voters — 88 percent — say “the government is in charge of the people.”  That includes 83 percent of Democrats, 88 percent of independents and 94 percent of Republicans.

Only 8 percent feel “the people are in charge of the government.”

The Fox News poll is based on landline and cell phone interviews with 952 randomly chosen registered voters nationwide and was conducted under the joint direction of Anderson Robbins Research (D) and Shaw & Company Research (R) from October 1-2, 2013.  The full poll has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points.

The United States federal government is so big that it can shut down and somehow no one really notices. That’s the truth. What difference did you notice yesterday? I am sure there are subtle things that we could pick out but when vital services keep running there isn’t a lot to shut down. Because our government sees everything as vital.

Yesterday we ran an article on The D.C. Clothesline written by Tim Brown. It didn’t garner much attention and it’s primarily my fault. I put a bad title on it. It happens.

But the message of the article is something that a lot of people have been waiting to hear. I can’t tell you how many times I have had conversations in which someone interjected the inevitable…

When are we going to stop talking and do something about it?

That’s a hard question to answer because no one really wants to be “that guy.” This goes for the person making the comment as well. No offense but that person isn’t telling me something like, “follow me I have a plan.” Everyone is waiting for someone else to take the lead.

Well, someone has taken the lead and in fact it’s several people that have. We all know about the Trucker’s strike that will be here very soon. It is planned for October 11-13. For those who may have missed it, you can find more information at ridefortheconstitution.org

As the truckers prepare to do their best to force their own brand of government shut down, Mr. Larry Klayman (founder of Judicial Watch) has upped the ante and is planning his own date with destiny.

In the wake of bikers roaring through the streets of DC in protest and just ahead of a planned shut down of DC by truckers, founder of Judicial Watch Larry Klayman has set a date of November 19, 2013 on which he is calling for Americans to “descend onWashington, D.C., en masse, and demand that he leave town and resign from office if he does not want to face prison time” for pushing “his Muslim, socialist, anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant, pro-radical gay and lesbian agenda.”

Klayman is of course talking about Barack Obama.

Isn’t this what we asked for? Isn’t this what we have been crying for?

We need these traitors gone and we need to start at the very top. After Obama rolls we can go after the rest like a bull in a China shop.

A blind man throwing darts could spear a traitor within this group. Even the good guys aren’t that good. I’m getting sick of patting people on the back simply because they do their jobs. That’s what we pay them to do. They aren’t going the extra mile simply because they are part of the 2% in D.C. who are semi-honest. They are simply doing their job.

What is wrong with this picture? Does your boss come up to you every day and say, “Bob, way to run that drill press. You should be president of this company.”

Probably not. But that’s exactly what we do every day in America. We make heroes out of guys like Ted Cruz and Rand Paul and it’s not because they are extra special, although I am fond of both. It’s because they actually do their job. Since they do their job we want to make them president. Think about that and think about it hard. If only a handful of people did their jobs at your place of work it wouldn’t last long. (hint)

People, things have to change. It is not supposed to be like this.

On the Verge of World War III

The article at the bottom of my comments is a couple of days old, it’s from Debka – so it’s not the best source but is probably accurate. Basically we’re looking at the following states being involved in this as things heat up:

Syria, Iran, Hezbollah, Russia, China

Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America

France is “waiting” for more information from the UN.
UK is really “just waiting”.

Russia has moved about 8 ships total toward the Med. The US has moved a few subs, some destroyers into the Med and the Nimitz Carrier group to the Gulf.

Obama is preparing the country for an attack, “limited in scope and duration”, promising “no boots on the ground”. Anyone who has been in the military KNOWS this isn’t true, isn’t going to be true and can’t possibly work. Anyone with even a limited sense of tactics understands you don’t telegraph your moves to the “enemy”. Anyone with even a rudimentary grasp of strategy knows you don’t put all your eggs in one basket when planning any sort of an attack. And anyone with a clue about life understands you don’t go to war for no good reason and you certainly don’t do it if you can’t PROVE you have a good reason. Obama has not proved anything.

The Senate committee just delivered the Resolution to go into Syria to the full Senate. Congress, both houses will debate and vote likely next week on this.

We’re standing on the verge of World War III – without a “draft”, without American support, without support of the majority of Congress – and we’re less than a week away from September 11. Rumors are rampant on the Internet that there’s more than meets the eye here, and the country is “confused” according to our so-called “leader” Obama.

First he sets a “Red Line” then when the bad guys cross it a month ago, it takes time to verify this, and now he’s ready to go into a limited in scope and duration “war” against the Assad regime, to apparently punish the regime, but to give a leg up to verified enemies of America – Hezbollah, Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim lunatics. Iran is saying how they will “bring it” to the US. Russia is backing Syria. Syria is claiming their own allies now. The Chinese are going to back the Russians. Obama has castrated our military in recent months through the shut down of units, bases, equipment, and firing of men smarter than himself.

The United States is being set up for failure big time by this man. Americans, whom for the most part are opposed to this “action” in Syria are caught in the middle of all of the forces massing on the horizon.

America is, from intelligence, full of leaderless Islamic cells – from Iranian Revolutionary Guard to Hezbollah, to Al Qaeda. Americans are being disarmed in some states including my own, in an attemp(?) to make us more vulnerable to outside forces.

It is time to stand up and be heard. It’s time to remove this asshat from the White House. It’s time for his Impeachment to begin. Get on the phone and start making the case with your members of Congress. We have to stop this guy from bringing the nukes down on our heads for his own ego.

Syria’s Muqdad threatens World War III for US strike

Syria’s deputy foreign minister Faisal Muqdad said Wednesday his regime would not give in to threats of a US-led military strike, even if a third world war erupts. In an interview with AFP, Faisal Muqdad said his government had taken “every measure” to counter a potential intervention aimed at punishing the regime of Bashar al-Assad over a suspected deadly poison gas strike, was mobilizing its allies and would take every measure “to retaliate against… aggression.”

Is this entire Syrian issue with Chemical Weapons a cover up?

Seriously, Obama, almost a year ago stated what “the red line” was.

A year later – well in August it turns out that chemical weapons were used.  And they were used BEFORE that apparently and we did nothing.  Now we MUST do something?

What happened to the 27 or 30 scandals?  Oh, yeah, they aren’t in the news suddenly are they?

Benghazi is being ignored by the media. Deaths of Navy Seals, ignored.  The IRS scandal, ignored.  The NSA spying, ignored.  Project Gun walker and Fast and Furious, completely forgotten now… Obama has lied time and again to the American public.  Kerry has lied, over and over.  Hillary Clinton lied.  The IRS Director lied.  Eric Holder lied.

Or is this something worse, a method by which the asshole-in-chief manages to bring us to the brink of a nuclear war with Russia just so he and Putin can make nice-nice on the sidelines and “fix” the whole world, bring “peace in our time” or make himself appear to be larger than life?

What if this is all a giant hoax perpetrated by Obama and his puppet masters?

US Involved in Hot War with Russia?

US is involved in ‘Hot War’ with Russia, fought by proxies

Edward Snowden is a ‘red herring’ and the ‘childish’ cancelation by Obama of a meeting with Putin in September is of little significance as the US president has little to offer Russia, William Engdahl a geopolitical analyst, told RT.

The real issues of missile defense, Syria and Iran will remain unresolved because of a policy pursued by Washington of full spectrum dominance, where the sole super power the US seeks to dictate military, economic and financial terms to the entire world, Engdahl added.

RT: The Russian deputy foreign minister didn’t have a particularly productive discussion with the US Secretary of State in Brussels. Are there any indications that the same talks that are happening today will be any different?

William Enghdal: I doubt it rather seriously. The decision by President Obama to cancel the meeting with Putin before the G20 meeting is really an indication of a lack of strategy on the part of Obama rather than the putting down of Russia. The background to that is the fact that there are not only fundamental differences between the two sides, the United States government in Washington has been trying since the end of the Cold War to dismantle Russia, quite simply, with missile defense, with the plundering of their economy through using the IMF and shock therapy in the ’90s.

Now that Obama is back in the presidency they are finding a far more difficult negotiating partner over questions like Syria, over issues like the missile defense and others. Snowden, I think is a red herring, simply an excuse that is very convenient to use at this point.

RT: You are saying that if a consensus is reached on some of the issues that will be discussed that might off set the brewing tension over Edward Snowden?

John Kerry was asked about Russia

In regards to this Syria crisis, one of the Senators on the Foreign Relations committee (I didn’t catch who) mentioned Russia, asking specific and pointed questions of Kerry, after pointing out that the Russians had been providing money, aid, military defense equipment.

Kerry sputtered about an answer, and then stepped around the answer to basically ignore the Russian question.

Essentially, they (Kerry) doesn’t want the American Public to be confused or concerned about the Russians. Only chemical weapons.

We’re doomed to go to war.

Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

Homeland Security loses track of 1 million foreigners; report could hurt immigration deal

I forget… what do we pay these guys to do again? Oh, right, to keep track of visitors, and to know when they come and go….

 

This is just the ones they KNOW came in and can’t prove they left.  What about those that sneaked in and didn’t leave?  The ones they don’t even KNOW about?

The Homeland Security Department has lost track of more than 1 million people who it knows arrived in the U.S. but who it cannot prove left the country, according to an audit Tuesday that also found the department probably won’t meet its own goals for deploying an entry-exit system.

The findings were revealed as Congress debates an immigration bill, and the Government Accountability Office’s report could throw up another hurdle because lawmakers in the House and Senate have said that any final deal must include a workable system to track entries and exits and cut down on so-called visa overstays.

The government does track arrivals, but is years overdue in setting up a system to track departures — a goal set in a 1996 immigration law and reaffirmed in 2004, but which has eluded Republican and Democratic administrations.

“DHS has not yet fulfilled the 2004 statutory requirement to implement a biometric exit capability, but has planning efforts under way to report to Congress in time for the fiscal year 2016 budget cycle on the costs and benefits of such a capability at airports and seaports,” GAO investigators wrote.

Outside business groups and Republican donors are trying to breathe life into the push for getting an immigration bill through Congress this year.

Nearly 100 top donors and former party officials signed a letter Tuesday pleading with House Republicans to pass a bill legalizing illegal immigrants, saying it could open the door to earning immigrants’ political support.

“Doing nothing is de facto amnesty. We need to take control of whom we let in our country and we need to make sure everybody plays by the same rules,” the donors said in their letter.

They aimed their pitch at House Republicans, who are trying to figure out a way forward and find themselves trapped between rank-and-file Republican voters who say legalizing illegal immigrants is an amnesty, and the party’s elites and donors who say the party cannot survive nationally without embracing legalization as part of a strategy to win over Hispanic voters.

House rejects effort to cut off NSA surveillance program

The House of Representatives passed a $598.3 billion defense spending bill Wednesday, while rejecting an amendment to the bill that would have challenged the National Security Agency’s collection of millions of Americans’ phone records, in a debate that clashed privacy rights against the fight to thwart terror.

The defense spending bill passed 315 to 109. The amendment was voted down 217-205 on an issue that created unusual political coalitions in Washington, with libertarian-leaning conservatives and liberal Democrats pressing for the change against the Obama administration, the Republican establishment and Congress’ national security experts.

94 Republicans and 111 Democrats voted for the amendment, while 134 Republicans and 83 Democrats voted no.

The showdown vote marked the first chance for lawmakers to take a stand on the secret surveillance program since former NSA systems analyst Edward Snowden leaked classified documents last month that spelled out the monumental scope of the government’s activities.

It is unlikely to be the final word on government intrusion to defend the nation and Americans’ civil liberties.

“Have 12 years gone by and our memories faded so badly that we forgot what happened on Sept. 11?” Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., chairman of the Intelligence committee, said in pleading with his colleagues to back the program during House debate.

Republican Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan, chief sponsor of the repeal effort, said his aim was to end the indiscriminate collection of Americans’ phone records.

After the vote, Amash could barely hide his frustration, telling reporters: “Ask the American people if the House did the right thing.”

His measure, offered as an addition to the defense spending bill, would have canceled the statutory authority for the NSA program, ending the agency’s ability to collect phone records and metadata under the USA Patriot Act unless it identified an individual under investigation.

A coming Civil War

It occurred to me a few hours ago when I was writing something that this whole thing, this Zimmerman thing, the “race baiting”, the race card playing, the pressure from above to cause riots and dissension among the people of this country is planned; part and parcel of a larger “conspiracy” (for lack of a better word) to completely terminate what America was and once stood for.

I mean we all suspect it, but seriously, how many times has Obama said of himself that he was like Lincoln, or worse, his people have said it and he’s been quiet about the whole thing?

Here’s one instance:

 “Actually, Mr. Obama has evoked deliberately comparisons with Lincoln ever since he announced his candidacy for president on Feb. 10, 2007, at the Old State Capitol building in Springfield, Ill,” Boyer wrote. “He chose the site because it was the same place where Lincoln gave a famous speech condemning slavery and called for the Northern and Southern states to unite.”

Now…. what BETTER way to put himself in a “good light” with “his people” (I’m talking about the American people now, not his black friends) than to sound and act like Lincoln IF ONLY he had a National Crisis similar to that which once faced Lincoln himself; the breakup of America.  States seceding from the Union would do it.  Better yet a complete and total breakdown of Society to include a Civil War!

After all, could he not then be compared to Mandela AND Lincoln if only he could get a race war started.   What if the word “apartheid” started making the rounds in the media as well?  Could not Obama himself be seen as “Great” as Lincoln himself, and Nelson Mandela if ONLY he could re-unite the country after a bloody civil war, or better a race war.  Why not kill two birds with one stone, so to speak?

So what if “Hispanic” is an ethic title,  George IS white.  And poor little 12-year-old-in-pictures Trayvon was an innocent little boy eating his candy and drinking his tea minding his own business.

Communists instigating racial Divide

If you THINK for one second this is all about “Justice for Trayvon” you are one of the most naive on the planet…. this isn’t about justice for some kid who was in the wrong place, wrong time and threw the first punch.  This is “Progressive Tyranny” if I ever saw it, and I’ve seen it.  Ladies and Gentlemen, of ALL races… Black, White, Hispanic… America belongs to Americans.

The Stakes of the Trayvon Martin Case… and the Need to SEIZE THE TIME!

Trayvon Martin was a 17-year-old African-American, walking home at 7:30 pm with a can of ice tea and a bag of candy. George Zimmerman had never talked to Trayvon Martin, never met Trayvon Martin, knew nothing about Trayvon Martin, never even heard of him. But nevertheless this society—this system—had trained George Zimmerman to “know” and to say that Trayvon Martin was “suspicious” and more—that Trayvon Martin was a “fucking punk…a fucking asshole” who “always gets away with it.”

George Zimmerman had no training, no judgment, no sense of the gravity of human life, nor any shred of respect or feeling for the lives of people like Trayvon Martin. Yet George Zimmerman carried a pistol with hollow-point “man-killer” bullets as he prowled in his car, with the blessings of this system. George Zimmerman stalked Trayvon Martin, with that pistol in his jacket, and George Zimmerman then confronted Trayvon Martin, feeling the whole strength of this system behind him. And then George Zimmerman decided to kill Trayvon Martin.

This was one more horrible, heartbreaking outrage at the end of a 400-year chain of such outrages. That is the heart of the matter.

Right now, American society—with the whole world increasingly taking notice—is polarizing. Two sides are lining up—one upholding the right of the Trayvon Martins of this world to live and flourish and, if they are attacked, to have justice… and the other upholding the supposed rights of people like George Zimmerman to kill people like Trayvon with impunity. This should be clear, but every day the powers-that-be work to cloud this, so we must all insist on this basic truth.

And every day the breadth and ferocity of this polarization grow and intensify. Last week the reactionaries vented their hatred and fury on Trayvon’s friend Rachel Jeantel in a vicious, gutter-level attack by a “virtual” mob. Rachel Jeantel is a key witness in the trial, the person Trayvon was talking to on the phone when George Zimmerman confronted him. Once again, these bullies had been trained to act and react by a system, to spew their ignorant venom full of the confidence of someone who feels they have power on their side. This kind of shit must be fought all along the way, and this growing polarization must be repolarized into deeper and broader energy, clarity, and direction for justice for Trayvon Martin… and for revolution and emancipation altogether.

You who read this paper must now step up. You have a chance to change history and you cannot step aside from that. Here is some of what you can do:

• Get what revcom.us has to say into social media… inject its leadership into the intensifying societal debate… get to us with ideas on how to do it and take initiative yourself…
• Take out materials on this trial—our newspaper, or materials from the Stop Mass Incarceration Network, or other positive things—and get them into people’s hands, even if it is just you and a friend at first… grow these into impromptu speak-outs and demonstrations when you do…
• Spread the “We Say NO MORE” statement and get people to sign it… change the polarization and give strength and expression to the side of justice…
• Answer the call of the Stop Mass Incarceration Network (SMIN) (check online at stopmassincarceration.net and revcom.us) to build public vigils when the jury goes out, so that there is a powerful collective response to the verdict… and join with that network, supporting and participating in it…
• Donate funds to revcom.us so that we can create MAXIMUM social impact…

And most of all, this: the most essential and important fact about the world today is that the Trayvon Martins in it DO NOT HAVE TO DIE. The most essential fact is that a society is possible in which the Trayvon Martins and Rachel Jeantels and the millions and billions like them, here and around the world, can not only survive, but can flourish and fully contribute all they have to offer to the world. Such a society is possible through revolution—a revolution based on the theory developed by Bob Avakian and won with the leadership provided by the Party he leads, the Revolutionary Communist Party. Obama’s Gun Report Backfires–Guns Save Lives

Obama wanted a report on gun violence, and he got one, just not the one he may have been wanting.

A recent study supervised by the CDC and carried out by the Institute of Medicine and National Research Council found that individuals involved in violent crimes who defended themselves with a gun were far less likely to be injured than those who were not carrying a firearm.

The report ended up finding more benefits in regards to open or concealed firearm carrying than negative side effects.  It is estimated that guns are used in defense up to 3 million times per year.  Compare that with the number of violent crimes involving firearms in 2008–300,000.

The study cites that since 1983, there have been approximately 547 victims and 476 injuries of mass shootings.  While a problem, mass shootings are not an epidemic as gun control advocates would have you believe.  To put those numbers into perspective, thousands of people are killed each year by bats and human hands as Anthony Gucciardi has detailed in ‘A Brief and Bloody History of Gun Control.’

To my Patriot Friends

Your blogs are monitored.  Your phone records are being gone through.  Data from your computer goes through an ISP and is vacuumed up by “No Such Agency”, collected, collated, stored and kept on ice for at least five years hence.  Anything you write, every site you visit, every blog you read or post you make is subjected to reading – even if it isn’t really “read” by a person it is there “just in case”.

The Fourth Amendment states clearly what your rights are.

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

To be clear, your “papers” in the form of “data” or “metadata” have been searched, seized, violated and kept.  No warrants were issued.  No “Oath of Affirmation” by those whom consider you “suspect” was given.  No Judge consulted.  Your home was invaded.  You phone “tapped” – perhaps not in the conventional sense where a human listens in, but your phone calls were logged, collected and linked to those numbers you called, and those who called you.

Trust is sometimes a difficult thing to grasp, and nearly impossible to retrieve once lost.  The NSA, an arm of the US Intelligence community is there for a reason; their job is collect data on our adversaries, not on our own people.  This Agency is being abused by the US Government, plain and simple.  The Justice Department is corrupt.  The Internal Revenue System is corrupt.  Congress is remiss.  The President is culpable in breaking all the laws of our Constitution.

Do YOU trust your information to the US Government?  Do you trust your health to the IRS?  Do you trust your Freedom to this President?  Do you trust your life in the hands of the Justice Department?

Pens, paper, hand-carried messages, whispered conversations, coded communications.

Survivalists out here in the real world KNOW that counting on technology is probably a cool thing to do, but not always is it practical.  When the power goes out (and it will) you can’t count on your electric motors, vehicles, phones, radios and such.  You can’t always depend on technological marvels no matter how small.  Remember this; pen and paper can’t be data mined unless it it taken into custody.  Whispered conversations to those near you are rarely listened in on.  Turning off your cell phone is not a promise of security, but removing the battery is.  Posting something on a computer is kept for years; perhaps forever for all we know.Survivalists do understand this world, they do things in a simpler way for a reason.

Perhaps we should all consider “simple is safer”….

 

A Safer, Freer America

Do you feel “safe” today?

Do you believe that the government is protecting you by vacuuming up every piece of data on you they can?

Do you honestly believe that stopping a terrorist attack requires we give up all our privacy?

Or

Are you an American, like most of us, who’ve never broken a law unless perhaps it was a traffic ticket, you have no intention of robbing a bank, blowing up a bomb in a crowded marathon, mall or airport, and you’ve never contemplated walking into your world place or movie theater with the “infamous” Bushmaster AR15 with body armor, gas mask and shoot up the place and random people?

When it comes right down to it, the laws of this country simply DO NOT trump the Constitution.  Period.  End of statement.

And yet our Congress, the last few Presidents (Obama, Bush, Clinton) have demonstrated they don’t really care about that old piece of paper.  Of course the Leftists in this country will tell you that it’s a “Living Document”, subject to change.

The 4th Amendment is clear as crystal:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

We are the people.  We have the right to be secure in our persons (and carrying a cellphone on our person), and houses (and our computers in our houses) and papers (and the data which isn’t written down but exists as fleeting bits and bytes in a data stream, hard drive, thumb drive, cloud or zipping along fibers) and unreasonable search and seizure (meaning we have committed no crime, thus it is UNREASONABLE to probe our data, search it, collect it aka seize it).

No warrants have been issues.  And according to the fourth amendment they SHALL NOT issues but upon probable cause.

If you’re not a criminal or suspected to be a criminal you should not be subjected to any of the above without a warrant.

Let me say this again…. IF you are NOT a criminal or SUSPECTED to be a criminal you should not be subjected to any of the above without a warrant.

Americans, essentially ALL of us, have 1) been subjected to the above CRIMES by the Government, 2) without a swore Warrant, 3) Our data searched (examined), seized (collected) and stored without our permission so that JUST IN CASE, you know in the future perhaps-maybe that data can be gone through again later and in more detail, just in case, you know, you think you might want to do something.

The collection of metadata means “Data about data”, that’s the way we network security people, system administrators and security engineers view it.  It means that pointers to other data are collected.  Those pointers of course are phone numbers you are using, calling and times you’re online talking to that other number.  It means a list of links you visit, your geolocation information, your likes and dislikes all associated with you.

A good detective doesn’t need to know WHAT you said on the telephone if he knows to whom you spoke for thirty minutes this morning on the way to work.  A great detective can make inferences with great accuracy about your conversation.  In a court of law this is called “Circumstantial evidence”.

A government agency like the National Security Agency (NSA) has tools and young computer gurus (not unlike myself many years ago) who can examine data, put a few pieces together and determine a lot about a person.

They didn’t stop Sandy Hook, they didn’t stop 9-11, they didn’t stop Boston, they didn’t stop numerous other small terrorists attacks in this country (which they won’t even CALL terrorism).  They’ve stopped only what they wanted to stop.  (Never let a crisis go to waste you know!)

If every person in the United States isn’t upset about this you might fit the first three questions originally asked and might be comfortable with the government literally spying on everything you do online, on the phone or even clicking on the buttons of your microwave.  You might think you’re safe from terrorists.  You might believe that you’re safe and the government is “protecting” you.

What if this is all benign and no one has any intention of using the data collected against you today or tomorrow.  But what about after the next election?  What about next Thursday?  What IF some “government official” somewhere with access to this stuff decides to start using this data to root out enemies of the State?

Once, when I was still a child we all knew that our society existed to raise children to be considerate of others, to know that each thing we did to improve ourselves in turn, improved society.  Today Society seems to exist only to further the goals of a collective hive mind, to think alike, to act alike, to dress alike, to live in a Socialist Utopia.  That indeed seems to be the ultimate goal of not only “Society” as a whole (with a few individual exceptions, usually those reading these blogs) but to force all of us to act alike (including us “individuals”).

Targeting and auditing”Tea Party” and “Conservative” groups into oblivion, if that isn’t tyranny I don’t know what is.  Trying to limit, take and ban our guns, that’s tyranny.  Spying on us, that’s tyranny.  Going after journalists (against the 1st amendment), that’s tyranny.  Lying to us time and again about Benghazi, about everything they can lie about, that, my friends is tyranny.  Forcing religion on us (Islam), that’s TYRANNY.  Forcing Political Correctness on us, that’s tyranny.  Attacking us for having our say, that’s tyranny.  Passing state laws in the face of a majority of people who don’t want the law, that is absolute tyranny.  Telling Americans “its for your own good” – that’s tyranny.

At what cost do we continue this charade?

I’ll tell you the cost.  The cost is  ultimately our Freedoms and the fall of the United States as a Great Republic.

If we continue on the path which wends through Society today and into the future, in less than One Hundred Years the one great America will be nothing more than a memory for our great-great Grand Children.  In less than another decade we will have lost and we will be erased from the face of the world.  Our

If you want a Safer, Freer America then it is time to wake up, get off your asses and accept personal responsibilty for yourselves, your families and your GOVERNMENT.  We must insist, demand that the current elected Representatives stop the madness and get back to the bottom line of running this country.  That doesn’t mean making NEW laws, it means throwing out the old, bad laws, enforcing the correct laws and stopping snooping on our own people.  It means SHUTTING the border TONIGHT.  We don’t need “immigration reform”, we need “Government Reform”.

There is nothing wrong with immigration laws as they are, they simply need to be enforced.  We need to secure the border.  We need to let people take the normal path to citizenship.  We have no issue with immigration, we have a problem WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

We can’t let the government continue to grow in size, power and money sucking abilities.

We can’t allow the IRS to continue to abuse us.

We must NOT allow the IRS to become our overlords on medical care.  Government death boards are an absolute (see the young lady with the lung transplant problem).

We can’t allow the Department of Justice to continue to abuse us.  By letting them get away with “Fast and Furious” we’ve allowed the death of a young agent to go without justice.  The murderer might have been caught, but why haven’t those who passed those guns out ILLEGALLY I might add been brought to justice?  Arrest them, all the up to Eric Holder if necessary.

We can no longer allow our Department of State to let ambassadors just “die” in foreign service.  Where were the Marines and why was the military stood down?

If you want a Safer, Freer America then you, yes YOU, need to stand up and do something about it.  Run for office, pester the holy hell out of Congressmen and women.  Call the President.  Make your voice heard.  Organize protests (yes, PROTESTS).  Become visible.  Don’t hide in the shadows any longer.

We are AMERICANS. We do not give up.  We do not tolerate losing.  We do not tolerate losers.  Kick those losers out of office and put yourselves IN.

The time has come.

Don’t let up until we win.

Obfuscation, Hidden Agendas and Lies

First of all let us get this CLEAR.  No one said anything about “listening in” to our telephone calls.  We are talking about the NSA capturing every phone record (the metadata that tells one whom you have called, for how long, what numbers you dialed or dialed in to you, and even what clicks you do on web sites and searches you make on search engines).  Not listening in.

As a long time System Operator for various BBSes, Admin for web sites and forums and as a military communicator, I can tell you without a doubt that I don’t need to “listen in” to know much about a person.  I can collect data from files that shows where you’ve connected, what you’ve looked at on web sites, links from your computer show your searches and interests.  Don’t we ALL understand Google and other providers collect that for targeting you with Ads already?  Yes, we do grasp this.

What can the government do with that data?  Figure out your interests and who you are in contact with.

Why is it a problem?  If you’re a terrorist, all the better.  Great, let them find out all they can about you.  Buy what if you’re some old guy with a lot of grand kids, never broken the law in your life, travel to foreign countries occasionally for a vacation, and are outspoken against “Big Government”.

Agendas my friends determine if your Grandpa Data is going to be used against you later.  Obama is a Progressive.  He has the ability to put out Executive Orders to direct how heads of Agencies (including the NSA) operate and they must operate within his guidelines under penalty of firing or worse.

Normal Americans are being placed under a scrutiny that is well beyond the pale and tyranny in and of itself.  This isn’t about listening to my phone calls telling my wife “I love you honey” or when I’m speaking to friends about going to the gun range, or how many bullets I “don’t have this week”.  It’s simply wrong, it’s against the 4th Amendment and probable cause to wit:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

This is against the 9th Amendment:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

This is against the 1st Amendment:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I’m quite certain that any so-called checks and balances are no longer valid.  People defending this kind of nonsense are completely clueless, ignorant and uneducated in the facts of American History, the Constitution, and Founder’s Principles.

Obama is supposed to the President of the United States, not apologist for Muslims and Islam, nor is he supposed to have enemies lists, direct the IRS to go after conservatives and Tea Party (and let me be blunt, the LIES in this administration from the IRS are nothing more than covering for the President and his co-President Valerie Jarret);  these people are criminals in my opinion.  While I’m not a lawyer I certainly know my history, and I know what is right and wrong.

This Administration is WRONG, there is evil in there and among us, and those who are defending him are complicit.

Obama said, and did whatever it took to get elected.  He has flat out LIED over and over and over to the American people, about surveillance, about Obama Care, about Benghazi, about the IRS – and all of those in connection with these issues have lied to protect him as well.

This is Big Government, Fascism, and verging on the border of Totalitarianism.  Obama has even issued “decrees” of late, making him sound more like a King than a President.

Where is Congress in all of this?  Why hasn’t the House gone after him?  Why is there not a Special Prosecutor involved in the IRS fiasco?  Why hasn’t the House started impeachment proceedings?  They went after Clinton for lying about Monica…. They went after Nixon for a breaking and entering which wasn’t even done by himself.

Congress is also remiss; no, Congress is NEGLIGENT.

While there might be a “law” in place for “surveillance” and it might be “legal” it is NOT limited if they are collecting the records of pretty much everyone in America.

Lies, hidden truths (Obfuscation) and agendas drive this Administration. It is time to stop taking the word of anyone in leadership positions in this country.  Question everything. Be suspicious of all they say.  Nothing they tell you is true, and if it is true, it’s not what you’re talking about in the first place.

WASHINGTON — Public disclosure of the federal government’s effort to track terrorists through the telephone records of average citizens has reinvigorated a national debate over the balancing act between security and liberty.

A day that began Thursday with an uproar over the government trolling through Americans’ phone records ended with a new report about the government traipsing over their travels on the Internet. Taken together, they seemed sure to refocus Congress and its constituents on a debate that has waned since Sept. 11, 2001 — but never ended.

On one side, the White House, bipartisan leaders in Congress and former George W. Bush administration officials defended such snooping and note it’s been going on for years. The phone tracking dates back to 2006, when USA TODAY first reported that the National Security Agency was secretly collecting phone call records of tens of millions of Americans.

U.S. Military ‘Power Grab’ Goes Into Effect

Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances.

(1) Such activities are necessary to prevent significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property and are necessary to restore governmental function and public order; or

(2) Duly constituted Federal, State, or local authorities are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for Federal property or Federal governmental functions.”

 

Y’all think this is appropriate?  I don’t.  The whole IDEA of the National Guard under the control of the State Governor is where this comes into play.  The US Federal military has NO business jumping into this, and NO military commander in the US Military, under Federal control has ANY authority to do what they just put in the law, regardless of the fact it was “put into the law”.

America under Seige

Folks, I posted yesterday a question “Are we under attack?”

Today, I state unequivocally that America is under siege by a foreign group.

We have all been focused on the Boston terrorist attack, so has the news media and many, many things have occurred in the past two days.

So let’s sum up events in the last couple days:

• Boston Marathon bombing
• Ricin letters in DC
• Emergency service fiber optic cables cut and an electrical substation shot up in San Jose
• Explosion at a fertilizer plant in Texas (likely just an accident though)
• Several college Campus lockdowns
• Suspicious package at 16th St Bridge in Milwakee
• Clinton Chemical plant fire in Oklahoma

There have been others, that’s a quick listing and all of those occurred in the last couple of days.

Last evening the gun bills were put to bed in Congress and Obama came out screaming about how shameful it was for Congress to have actually DONE the job we sent them there to do.  Things didn’t go his way and he was livid.  I for one am GLAD to see the Constitution upheld as it should be.  But the President is a huge crybaby.  He has lost the respect of every American in this country over his admonition.  We aren’t his children, subjects, servants or slaves.

His anger is ironic over “gun control” when around us we have had people murdered in the Boston bombing.  He wasn’t as angry over that, as the loss of a Congressional vote.

About the year 2000 some of us were predicting the use of airplanes in terrorist attacks, and we were ignored; until it happened.

Later we warned about “small terrorist attacks in large numbers” such as attacks on electrical grids, attacks in malls with guns, attacks on public schools and bombings in crowded areas.

Those things are HAPPENING NOW.

Pay attention.  Be alert.  Don’t put yourselves into a position of not being aware of your surroundings.  If you carry a weapon, it’s time to carry it all the time however uncomfortable – remember “concealed means concealed”.  Don’t make yourself a target.  Make sure your family is briefed and you have a meet up plan, a “recall plan” to get in touch with each other (some kind of a phone roster each family member carries, do NOT rely on your digital cell phones, keep hard copy notes).

Unless, and until we can assure ourselves that we are actually not under attack – then we must assume we are.  We don’t yet know for sure who the perpetrators are but most of us can guess.  And with the hatred coming from the White House about “Guns”  it’s time to watch your backs.  I won’t come right out and say that the WH is in on this yet… but I’m not ever going to rule it out now.  Too much anger over the Constitution and none at all about these “seemingly unrelated incidents”.

Be safe.

Be aware.

Resist any further erosion of our rights.

Lawmaker Seeks To Extend 3D-Printed Gun Ban Bill To Ammo Magazines And Other Components

New York congressman Steve Israel has become the government’s most outspoken critic of a science fictional idea quickly approaching reality: 3D-printed guns. Since late last year, he’s pushed for the renewal of the soon-to-expire Undetectable Firearms Act as a measure to prevent a future where plastic guns are created as easily as ink is printed on a page. Now he’s going further, suggesting an expansion of that decades-old bill that would ban not only the 3D printing of firearms, but also of gun components that weren’t covered in the law previously.

Last week, Israel introduced a new version of the Undetectable Firearms Act that includes additions to the bill seeking to outlaw not only any firearm that can’t be detected with a walk-through metal detector, but also specific pieces like undetectable ammunition magazines–a part not included in the current version of the act–and lower receivers, two components that have been demonstrated in recent months to work reliably when printed on common 3D printers.

Colorado: First our guns, now for the taxes

I predicted less than a day after the passing of these idiotic gun laws in Colorado that this Libtard Governor Hickenlooper and his cronies in the Legislature would go after more taxes in the state as soon as they figured out they were “getting away” with nuking our guns.

It didn’t take them long.

DENVER – The Colorado Senate will debate a health care overhaul Friday, including a universal health care proposal.

Colorado would be the first state in the nation to implement universal health care if the proposal goes forward.

The proposal by a Denver Democrat would have Colorado abandon Medicaid and Medicare entirely and move forward with single-payer health care. A 9 percent payroll tax would be required to pay for the ambitious plan, tried in no other state.

Of COURSE to be able to force single-payer health care they MUST go after those of us who actually WORK for a living.  9% of my paycheck….

I have perfectly fine health care.  How will this affect me?  Well, since I already PAY for my health care out of my paycheck, the addition of another 9% on TOP of everything – which goes to nothing FOR ME, but for others… this is Socialism, Socialized Medicine, this is “redistribution of wealth”.

Fuck Hickenlooper and Colorado.  I hope Hickenlooper finds his ass on unemployment line having to deal with the rest of welfare people soon.

I’m selling my house and leaving.  To hell with this shit.

These politicians need to be tried for treason.

To many people, I am going to sound very cold right now.

Details about the Sandy Hook Massacre are starting to emerge after a few months of investigation.

Apparently, the shooter got in by shooting through the door, which was locked, where he promptly killed two people who came out of the office to investigate the ruckus.

In all, he fired a total of 152 rounds: 150 rounds in five 30 round clips, err, magazines, one in the chamber, and one in his pistol which he used to kill himself.

Investigators also said that he had researched mass murderers on the internet.

Rachel Maddow said on her show that it has emerged that all 152 rounds were fired in less than five minutes.

Here’s where I am going to sound cold. People are lucky that he fired that many rounds in that short a time. He wasn’t very accurate. The body count…
