Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

DOJ Sets Up Public Email Address to Take in Tips as It ‘Aggressively’ Pursues Zimmerman Civil Rights Investigation

The U.S Department of Justice is asking civil rights groups and community leaders to “actively refer anyone who [has] any information” that might help bring federal criminal charges against George Zimmerman, who was recently acquitted by a jury in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

The DOJ has reportedly set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation. The department is hoping to get tips from across the nation as well as locally in Sanford, Fla.

That email address, which is now “in operation,” is Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov.

It is unclear why, if officials saw enough reason to open an investigation in the first place, the DOJ now needs tips to help with its probe into Zimmerman.

Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said the DOJ during a conference called on individuals and groups “to actively refer anyone who had any information” that might build a case against Zimmerman for a civil rights violation or a hate crime, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

“They said they would very aggressively investigate this case,” she added.

Also on the DOJ conference call was, “Sherrilyn Ifill, President and Director-Counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund; Laura Murphy, Washington Chapter head of the ACLU; and several national, Florida and Sanford-based “human relations” groups participated, Arnwine said,” the Sentinel reports.

Attorney General Eric Holder has called Martin’s death unnecessary and has promised the DOJ will work to “alleviate tensions, address community concerns and promote healing.”

A Safer, Freer America

Do you feel “safe” today?

Do you believe that the government is protecting you by vacuuming up every piece of data on you they can?

Do you honestly believe that stopping a terrorist attack requires we give up all our privacy?

Or

Are you an American, like most of us, who’ve never broken a law unless perhaps it was a traffic ticket, you have no intention of robbing a bank, blowing up a bomb in a crowded marathon, mall or airport, and you’ve never contemplated walking into your world place or movie theater with the “infamous” Bushmaster AR15 with body armor, gas mask and shoot up the place and random people?

When it comes right down to it, the laws of this country simply DO NOT trump the Constitution.  Period.  End of statement.

And yet our Congress, the last few Presidents (Obama, Bush, Clinton) have demonstrated they don’t really care about that old piece of paper.  Of course the Leftists in this country will tell you that it’s a “Living Document”, subject to change.

The 4th Amendment is clear as crystal:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

We are the people.  We have the right to be secure in our persons (and carrying a cellphone on our person), and houses (and our computers in our houses) and papers (and the data which isn’t written down but exists as fleeting bits and bytes in a data stream, hard drive, thumb drive, cloud or zipping along fibers) and unreasonable search and seizure (meaning we have committed no crime, thus it is UNREASONABLE to probe our data, search it, collect it aka seize it).

No warrants have been issues.  And according to the fourth amendment they SHALL NOT issues but upon probable cause.

If you’re not a criminal or suspected to be a criminal you should not be subjected to any of the above without a warrant.

Let me say this again…. IF you are NOT a criminal or SUSPECTED to be a criminal you should not be subjected to any of the above without a warrant.

Americans, essentially ALL of us, have 1) been subjected to the above CRIMES by the Government, 2) without a swore Warrant, 3) Our data searched (examined), seized (collected) and stored without our permission so that JUST IN CASE, you know in the future perhaps-maybe that data can be gone through again later and in more detail, just in case, you know, you think you might want to do something.

The collection of metadata means “Data about data”, that’s the way we network security people, system administrators and security engineers view it.  It means that pointers to other data are collected.  Those pointers of course are phone numbers you are using, calling and times you’re online talking to that other number.  It means a list of links you visit, your geolocation information, your likes and dislikes all associated with you.

A good detective doesn’t need to know WHAT you said on the telephone if he knows to whom you spoke for thirty minutes this morning on the way to work.  A great detective can make inferences with great accuracy about your conversation.  In a court of law this is called “Circumstantial evidence”.

A government agency like the National Security Agency (NSA) has tools and young computer gurus (not unlike myself many years ago) who can examine data, put a few pieces together and determine a lot about a person.

They didn’t stop Sandy Hook, they didn’t stop 9-11, they didn’t stop Boston, they didn’t stop numerous other small terrorists attacks in this country (which they won’t even CALL terrorism).  They’ve stopped only what they wanted to stop.  (Never let a crisis go to waste you know!)

If every person in the United States isn’t upset about this you might fit the first three questions originally asked and might be comfortable with the government literally spying on everything you do online, on the phone or even clicking on the buttons of your microwave.  You might think you’re safe from terrorists.  You might believe that you’re safe and the government is “protecting” you.

What if this is all benign and no one has any intention of using the data collected against you today or tomorrow.  But what about after the next election?  What about next Thursday?  What IF some “government official” somewhere with access to this stuff decides to start using this data to root out enemies of the State?

Once, when I was still a child we all knew that our society existed to raise children to be considerate of others, to know that each thing we did to improve ourselves in turn, improved society.  Today Society seems to exist only to further the goals of a collective hive mind, to think alike, to act alike, to dress alike, to live in a Socialist Utopia.  That indeed seems to be the ultimate goal of not only “Society” as a whole (with a few individual exceptions, usually those reading these blogs) but to force all of us to act alike (including us “individuals”).

Targeting and auditing”Tea Party” and “Conservative” groups into oblivion, if that isn’t tyranny I don’t know what is.  Trying to limit, take and ban our guns, that’s tyranny.  Spying on us, that’s tyranny.  Going after journalists (against the 1st amendment), that’s tyranny.  Lying to us time and again about Benghazi, about everything they can lie about, that, my friends is tyranny.  Forcing religion on us (Islam), that’s TYRANNY.  Forcing Political Correctness on us, that’s tyranny.  Attacking us for having our say, that’s tyranny.  Passing state laws in the face of a majority of people who don’t want the law, that is absolute tyranny.  Telling Americans “its for your own good” – that’s tyranny.

At what cost do we continue this charade?

I’ll tell you the cost.  The cost is  ultimately our Freedoms and the fall of the United States as a Great Republic.

If we continue on the path which wends through Society today and into the future, in less than One Hundred Years the one great America will be nothing more than a memory for our great-great Grand Children.  In less than another decade we will have lost and we will be erased from the face of the world.  Our

We must stop this drive to defeat America from within.

If you want a Safer, Freer America then it is time to wake up, get off your asses and accept personal responsibilty for yourselves, your families and your GOVERNMENT.  We must insist, demand that the current elected Representatives stop the madness and get back to the bottom line of running this country.  That doesn’t mean making NEW laws, it means throwing out the old, bad laws, enforcing the correct laws and stopping snooping on our own people.  It means SHUTTING the border TONIGHT.  We don’t need “immigration reform”, we need “Government Reform”.

There is nothing wrong with immigration laws as they are, they simply need to be enforced.  We need to secure the border.  We need to let people take the normal path to citizenship.  We have no issue with immigration, we have a problem WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

We can’t let the government continue to grow in size, power and money sucking abilities.

We can’t allow the IRS to continue to abuse us.

We must NOT allow the IRS to become our overlords on medical care.  Government death boards are an absolute (see the young lady with the lung transplant problem).

We can’t allow the Department of Justice to continue to abuse us.  By letting them get away with “Fast and Furious” we’ve allowed the death of a young agent to go without justice.  The murderer might have been caught, but why haven’t those who passed those guns out ILLEGALLY I might add been brought to justice?  Arrest them, all the up to Eric Holder if necessary.

We can no longer allow our Department of State to let ambassadors just “die” in foreign service.  Where were the Marines and why was the military stood down?

If you want a Safer, Freer America then you, yes YOU, need to stand up and do something about it.  Run for office, pester the holy hell out of Congressmen and women.  Call the President.  Make your voice heard.  Organize protests (yes, PROTESTS).  Become visible.  Don’t hide in the shadows any longer.

We are AMERICANS. We do not give up.  We do not tolerate losing.  We do not tolerate losers.  Kick those losers out of office and put yourselves IN.

The time has come.

Don’t let up until we win.

Apparently Boston is not Over: FBI Hunting for 12 Member Strong Sleeper Cell per UK Mirror

The drama which unfolded over the last five days is apparently not over. With the dramatic events of Thursday and Friday still fresh in everyone’s mind, the arrest of three more individuals in New Bedford, MA last night before the final shoot out with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev appears to be only the tip of the iceberg. According to the Sunday morning edition of the U.K. Mirror, there is a now active 12 member terrorist sleeper cell in the United States:

The FBI was last night hunting a 12-strong terrorist “sleeper cell” linked to the Boston marathon bomb brothers.

More than 1,000 FBI agents were last night working to track down the cell and arrested a man and two women 60 miles from Boston in the hours before Dzhokhar’s dramatic capture after a bloody shootout on Friday.

A source close to the investigation said: “We have no doubt the brothers were not acting alone. The devices used to detonate the two bombs were highly sophisticated and not the kind of thing people learn from Google.

“They were too advanced. Someone gave the brothers the skills and it is now our job to find out just who they were. Agents think the sleeper cell has up to a dozen members and has been waiting several years for their day to come.”

Exclusive: Congressional Source Contradicts ICE Account, Says Lawmakers in Possession of File on Saudi National That Called for Visa Revocation

Documents have been presented to Congress confirming that plans were made to revoke the visa of Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, a Saudi national once considered a “person of interest” in the Boston bombings, a congressional source told TheBlaze on Thursday.

Other sources, including one at the FBI, previously informed TheBlaze that there have been discussions about deporting Alharbi on “security and related grounds.” He has been living in the Boston area and in the U.S. on a student visa. An FBI source said the agency is against deporting Alharbi because of his status as a material witness.

The congressional source told TheBlaze it was unclear as to why representatives from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would be unaware of this information. Earlier on Thursday, an official with ICE said it was “categorically false” that Alharbi had ever been considered for deportation.

The congressional source, however, said the information sent to Congress showed that a file was created on “Abdul Rahman Ali Al Harby” at 4 p.m. on Tuesday by an official with the National Targeting Center, a counterterrorism sub-agency of U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Department of Homeland Security. The file stated that the individual is “linked to the Boston bombing” and was to be processed for revocation of his visa based on national security grounds, the congressional source revealed.

This is really getting deep… maybe, JUST MAYBE, we can finally catch those involved all the way up the chain.

Sleeper Cells in the USA

It appears to be a foregone conclusion these two assclown-terrorist-Brothers-Muslims  in Boston are part of some kind of a Sleeper Cell.

In the past few days we have had two chemical fires, one in Clinton, Oklahoma and one in West, Texas.

On Monday or so reports of some electrical substations having been shot up came in from the California area (San Jose specifically, there was a second incident somewhere which escapes me at the moment).

It occured to me months ago during Newtown when there were reports of “a possible second shooter” who apparently escaped, got away, was questioned and released, had nothing to do with it, etc etc etc.  We never got a clear understanding of the guy’s actual involvement.  The media stopped pursuing it in fact and called us “nuts” for questioning it, when many of us SAW the video of the man on the ground, handcuffed, and witnesses in the area saw him in the police car.  He vanished from the face of the planet after that.

I know this sounds like a horrible conspiracy theory, but if these cells are here to disrupt America and they were involved somehow in Sandyhook and Newtown (and I won’t put it PAST Muslim terrorists, especially those who lived through things like Chechnya to be involved).

It explains some things for me… how someone like Lanza could have killed those kids.  He had assistance perhaps.

All of this of course is supposition and guessing.  But WHAT IF Lanza’s mother was involved with someone who found out about her guns, knew about Lanza’s mental issues and used the two of them as scapegoats.

What better way than to bring a hostage dressed in camos, with guns, belts and ammo, kill some innocents in a school (Something Al Qaeda has suggested plenty of times) and then kill Lanza, put the gun in his hand and get the hell out of the area before he is caught.  Or was caught and let free.

Sleeper cells DO exist.  The Russians have them here, the Chinese have them here, Al Qaeda and Hamas have them here.  This is only the beginning of something bigger and worse and more terrible for Americans.  I hesitate to say this, but I don’t believe for a moment that this is all over when they get this guy.

Report: Turkish brothers detained in Niagara Falls

Authorities are interviewing two Turkish brothers who drove into Niagara Falls this morning in a vehicle with Massachusetts plates, the Buffalo News is reporting.

A member of the Air National Guard spotted the two men in the vehicle early this morning and followed them into Niagara Falls where authorities stopped them at Elmwood and 19th Street, police said. A bomb squad was called to the scene, according to the Buffalo News.

NIAGARA FALLS, NY –  Police say 3-4 “suspicious” packages have been removed from the car that was stopped early this morning at 19th and Elmwood in Niagara Falls.

Police would not say why the packages are considered suspicious.

Two people who were in the car are still being questioned and are said to be cooperative.

Residents are being asked to stay away from the area.

The vehicle is a black Nissan with Massachusetts license plates.

Sources early this morning said the two occupants were Russian nationals, but police now say that is not true.

NIAGARA FALLS, NY – A high ranking source tells 2 On Your Side that the traffic stop in Niagara Falls this morning was routine, but police are searching items in the vehicle and residents are being asked to stay away from the area.

Police stopped the car at 19th and Elmwood in the Falls.

UPDATE:  Police have boarded an AMTRAK train in the area of Norwalk, Bom squads were in the area. Train was evacuated. According to Lindsay Nyberg, a passenger on the train, those on board were told that there might be a person of interest on a train ahead of theirs.

An accomplice or associate of the suspect was believed to have taken a train to Connecticut, which appeared to have been stopped and surrounded at East Norwalk, NBC News learned.

Connecticut state police said police stopped a train that was traveling from Boston to Stamford as a precaution, since it was coming from Boston and stopping so close to New York City.

Officials from the Metro-North Railroad Metropolitan Transportation Authority issued a statement saying Amtrak’s Acela train #2151 was stopped at 8:22 a.m. in East Norwalk.

The Norwalk police SWAT team and MTA police, searching for a person of interest in the Boston situation, swept the train and the search turned up no results and the train was allowed to proceed at 9:16 a.m.

America under Seige

Folks, I posted yesterday a question “Are we under attack?”

Today, I state unequivocally that America is under siege by a foreign group.

We have all been focused on the Boston terrorist attack, so has the news media and many, many things have occurred in the past two days.

So let’s sum up events in the last couple days:

• Boston Marathon bombing
• Ricin letters in DC
• Emergency service fiber optic cables cut and an electrical substation shot up in San Jose
• Explosion at a fertilizer plant in Texas (likely just an accident though)
• Several college Campus lockdowns
• Suspicious package at 16th St Bridge in Milwakee
• Clinton Chemical plant fire in Oklahoma

There have been others, that’s a quick listing and all of those occurred in the last couple of days.

Last evening the gun bills were put to bed in Congress and Obama came out screaming about how shameful it was for Congress to have actually DONE the job we sent them there to do.  Things didn’t go his way and he was livid.  I for one am GLAD to see the Constitution upheld as it should be.  But the President is a huge crybaby.  He has lost the respect of every American in this country over his admonition.  We aren’t his children, subjects, servants or slaves.

His anger is ironic over “gun control” when around us we have had people murdered in the Boston bombing.  He wasn’t as angry over that, as the loss of a Congressional vote.

About the year 2000 some of us were predicting the use of airplanes in terrorist attacks, and we were ignored; until it happened.

Later we warned about “small terrorist attacks in large numbers” such as attacks on electrical grids, attacks in malls with guns, attacks on public schools and bombings in crowded areas.

Those things are HAPPENING NOW.

Pay attention.  Be alert.  Don’t put yourselves into a position of not being aware of your surroundings.  If you carry a weapon, it’s time to carry it all the time however uncomfortable – remember “concealed means concealed”.  Don’t make yourself a target.  Make sure your family is briefed and you have a meet up plan, a “recall plan” to get in touch with each other (some kind of a phone roster each family member carries, do NOT rely on your digital cell phones, keep hard copy notes).

Unless, and until we can assure ourselves that we are actually not under attack – then we must assume we are.  We don’t yet know for sure who the perpetrators are but most of us can guess.  And with the hatred coming from the White House about “Guns”  it’s time to watch your backs.  I won’t come right out and say that the WH is in on this yet… but I’m not ever going to rule it out now.  Too much anger over the Constitution and none at all about these “seemingly unrelated incidents”.

Be safe.

Be aware.

Resist any further erosion of our rights.

Operators of some kind.  Note the earpieces.  BOTH are doing something I caught myself and others doing often, pressing the earpiece into the ear to hear a broadcast.  The top image shows them apparently after the blast.  The bottom photo shows them before the blast, standing far back from the actual blast scene.

Edit: A few notes.  Having been in… situations where I was placing someone under surveillance in the past or helping observe certain things, these guys were dressed in a manner like I might dress when going into a “situation”.

Cargo pants, tan, nice looking, good for carrying things without a lot of notice.

They are DEFINITELY wearing earpieces going to a radio under their jackets.

We (me, work mates, military, etc) routinely carry black backpacks all the time. I have one with.. “stuff” in it for daily carry.  It’s a SOC medium black backpack with internal frame, carry it every day.  Similar to the packs those guys are carrying.

Top Photo, guy on left: Has on what APPEARS to me to be a Press Badge or some kind of event badge.  They are used routinely for staff members at events in all sorts of conditions and situations.  The badges get you past the cops or into holding rooms for say, the President at an event.

Guy on the left… Army for sure…. blondish fellow.  Short haircut, carries himself like an Army enlisted person.

Boots… forgive me the images are blurry, but… Desert combat boots on both of them?????

I don’t know. I’m “Guessing” but what do you think?

I doubt they are the “bombers” but were they Spec Ops guys sent in to find someone and missed the target?

Last Edit:  These guys are, in my humble opinion “the good guys”.  They had nothing to do with this directly.  They were there perhaps as undercover guys, had an idea something was up, part of a training exercise.  To be honest, they are the guys I’d RUN TO, or RUN TO ASSIST in an emergency – or a firefight.  So, folks who have these photos and have been adding lines and comments on… well, you saw them.  Now, find the bad guys in those images.

FBI and al Qaeda both “struggling” to identify culprit behind Boston Marathon bombing

(CBS News) As FBI investigators comb through photo and video evidence for new leads as to who was behind the deadly Boston Marathon bombings, it seems al Qaeda and its most fervent supporters are equally perplexed, but eagerly hoping the sinister act can be claimed by the group.

CBS News senior correspondent John Miller, a former assistant FBI director, says investigators are focusing on photos taken immediately before the bombing and others showing what appear to be parts of the detonated devices.

Bombs were “gun powder” weapons

The bombs are “Crude, unsophisticated but still deadly”

It appears to ME that the media is so desperate for this to be a “domestic” attack since the President himself said they couldn’t yet say if this were “foreign or domestic”.  Apparently they are trying to hijack those words from us defenders of the Constitution now.

Mohammed Badawood, 20, is the roommate of the potential suspect, described to The Post as a Saudi national.

REVERE, Mass. — A roommate of the man questioned in connection to yesterday’s Boston Marathon bombing described the Saudi national as “a good boy,” incapable of such a monstrous attack.

Investigators early last night converged on a fifth-floor apartment where the potential suspect lives with two roommates.

Mohammed Badawood, 20, described the potential suspect as “quiet and clean” and said he last saw him two days ago. Badawood told The Post he moved into the apartment about five months ago.

“He’s a good boy,” Badawood said of the potential suspect today. “I think he couldn’t do that.”

Officials showed up at the Revere apartment at about 5:30 p.m. yesterday in unmarked vehicles, a resident of the building said.

About an hour later, more vehicles, carrying agents of the FBI, Homeland Security and ATF also descended on the site, along with firefighters and a bomb squad.

Badawood said officials were searching his apartment when he arrived home last night at around 7.

Badawood said nothing was taken from the home and that officials told him the Saudi national was injured in the blast.

Boston Marathon Terrorist Attack update

Doctors in the news conference stated today that ball bearings and nails were being removed in such concentration from wounds that they “could not have been a part of the environment” and were in one doctor’s opinion “were a part of the bomb”.

Ask the Israelis who routinely use nails and ball bearings in bombs….

 

Also… an aircraft was turned around to Logan Airport a short time ago.

Early reports of the Boston Marathon bombing sought to link the blasts to domestic right-wing extremists.

The main thinking behind a link to the far-right was that the relative small size of the bomb and the fact it took place on Patriot’s Day – a hugely symbolic event.

Patriot’s Day is a civic holiday commemorating the anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775. The battles marked the beginning of military action American Revolution and have been seen as a symbol of American independence and freedom ever since.

The devastating Oklahoma City bombing of April 19, 1995, which killed 168 people, took place the day after Patriot’s Day. Perpetrator Timothy McVeigh reportedly considered the date significant to his anti-government terrorist attack.

Patriot’s Day also marks the anniversary of the end of the Waco siege on April 19, 1993. Right-wing groups have long linked Waco’s bloody conclusion – in which 86 people died after the FBI stormed the Branch Davidian cult’s compound following a 51-day siege – as an example of the US government abusing its power.

Patriot’s Day Bombing: Politicized already by…a Democrat?…go figure

So starts the “Jumping to conclusions” by the left. They are trying to get their blame in there before anyone is found to be the perpetrators. Me, I’ll go with Muslims (and no I won’t say “Extremists”, Muslims want us dead, period regardless of what they claim).

Setting off bombs on Patriot’s Day, in Boston of all places…. is the act of an evil person.

I am NOT a conspiracy theorist, but I WILL STATE HERE I believe this is an attempt to blame gun owners (the use of gun powder, as one guest stated on Fox and Friends this morning, people said they smelled it) – Gun owners buy large amounts of gun powder to reload. An attempt to ban it? To blame gun owners? Why were Sandy Hook families there? Who sent them there? Who paid for their trips there?????

Latest edit (16:20 ET):  This appears to have been two timed bombs from the videos I’ve watched.  I’m not going to speculate on WHO did this, but I will say this… what the HELL happened to the “Department of Homeland Security” again?  Once again they force all these drastic and idiotic “security measures’ on the public at airports, train stations and even bus stations and yet at an event like this someone let’s a bomb get through?

Appears there were two explosions.
Explosions happened right at 3PM Boston time, so about 29 minutes ago from now.

Confirming, three dead.

Devices were probably placed in barrels.

This is coming from the Boston Police.

More injuries…. Not good.

Edit:  At least 30 injured, 3 dead.  These are probably bombs, because at least one saw an explosion “in an object, probably a trash can”.

Boston Police are requesting all Bomb Squads to report to the finish line.  They believe they have at least one more “device”.

Security stepped up.

Other news sources are reporting at least 10 individuals with amputation injuries.

I am not going to report on the number of casualties because I don’t think there is enough information.  Fox is stating 2 dead, and a lot of injuries.  So I’ll leave it to the news.
