It’s for your safety!

On 11 March 2020, Rhode Island announced a door-to-door campaign to determine if people were there visiting from New York, the local “Hot Spot” to go catch the Chinese Virus or KungFlu (also known as Covid-19, SARS-CoV-2).  If they are/were visiting they were going to immediately, without any due process, to remained locked in the place they were staying for 14 days, in quarantine, disallowed from going out side under threat of arrest and fines.

That very same day, police were stopping cars with out of state plates, informing the people in the cars of the “14 day quarantine”; presumably placing the people in the car as well as officers at risk themselves of coming into contact with someone already infected.

In a little town in North Carolina, called Oak Island, rumors were rampant of police giving tickets to people from out of state.  On the 17th of March, Oak Island closed the bars, pubs, and all small “non-essential businesses”.  These included cleaning businesses, bike paths, jogging trails (there are few of those), local parks and boat ramps.

The State of North Carolina made a point of leaving the State run ABC stores OPEN (which are still open).  The majority of DMV offices, however, were closed.  Doctors offices began cancelling all appointments.  Routine “cancer screenings” were stopped, as were other, important check ups for the elderly, because, “Well, you’re stable, you don’t need to come in….”

Outer Banks shut down their bridges, stopping and turning around cars coming from “outside”, even if they owned property, they were disallowed from going into their homes on the islands of the Outer Banks.

Cruising boats (boats that have full time crews, owners and people traveling from port to port, state to state, along the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), to the Bahamas, Florida and so forth) were physically stopped and turned around along the ICW.  Fortunately, some Americans called the US Coast Guard on the local police, and they were ordered to cease and desist in preventing sailors from passing through.  This did NOT stop some of the “local self-appointed sheriffs” from stopping others from dropping an anchor in safe harbors (even though they had no intention of going ashore, but were simply seeking safety for the evening along their intended course).

The 14th Amendment states:

Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

From this alone, we can see that Rhode Island (and the Outer Banks, Oak Island) has well over stepped any bounds, and placed themselves in jeopardy of being sued for Civil Rights Violations.

Futhermore, Governors in several states, specifically Colorado, North Carolina, Michigan and New York (Many others have done the same thing).

Some of these states are issuing “Executive orders” and stating “This makes it law”  (Colorado is a specific example of this).

We all understand there’s a danger in catching a terrible, life-threatening virus.  Many of us, especially older people, already are “smart enough” to wash our hands, and ensure we’re not exposed to people who are obviously ill.  And we hear you “Nannies” telling us we don’t KNOW who is sick!

But, there’s a fine line in being a nanny and a ninny.

There’s also a fine line between “legal” and “illegal”.

In the United States, Executive Orders are issued by an Executive, like the President or the Governor of a state. Those Orders do NOT have “force of law” where individuals are concerned.  Executive Orders are used to manage, or control an entity or agency under the President or Governor.

Executive Orders are NOT to control people, population, or to interfere with businesses.

It isn’t LEGAL for a “Governor” to sign an “edict” to tell the people where to go, how to act, or to control their movements. Controlling someone’s movements through out, into and out of ANY STATE is AGAINST Federal Law.

Our Constitution LIMITS the government, not the people.

ALL “Rights” specifically not delegated to the USA by the Constitution are reserved to the states, or to the People.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

This doesn’t allow the states to unilaterally deny access to jobs, beaches, parks, trails, or any businesses. (In reality, this disallows Feds, State and local governments from even exercising their ‘rights’ over revenue income, like alcohol, tobacco, firearms, marijuana, etc but for some reason these are ignored by everyone and even accepted).

The Constitution’s 10th Amendment specifically disallows the Federal Government from placing mandates on states and people, like telling them “to stay home”.

Using one state as an example, Colorado, let’s look at something specific to understand the issue more clearly.

Colorado issues an executive order to “Stay home“.   This is being treated as “Law”, but the state of Colorado has a State Legislature, who creates the laws, which are then signed INTO law by the Governor (Polis).  The State Legislature took no such action.  The EO as shown in the link above orders people to stay home.

In contradiction to this, the state Covid stay-at-home-explanation states, CLEARLY;

Will I be fined or jailed if I don’t follow the stay-at-home order?

This Executive Order Ordering Coloradans to Stay at Home makes this the law, therefore breaking the order is breaking the law. Success depends on all of us doing our part to slow the spread of the virus and ultimately, save lives. We are calling for voluntary compliance by all affected; however, local law enforcement agencies have the authority to enforce this law. Local law enforcement enforces public health orders. State law enforcement will assist and support in any way requested, but our hope is that involvement by law enforcement is reserved only for the most aggravated circumstances.  We are calling on people to individually do their part. Your employer may be fined if they are not following the rules outlined in this order.

Public “health” orders.

It’s for YOUR safety, Citizen!  Go home. Stay home.  Don’t visit.  No contact with others.

Law Enforcement has no authority to “enforce public health orders” – and declaring an “emergency” or “disaster” gives a government/governor over reaching “authority” to do as he or she sees fit.

Against YOUR WILL.  Against the Will of the People.  Against businesses.  All Businesses, regardless of their product or service are essential to someone, otherwise they would not be in business. (Read this link about essential businesses)

In a Police State, the government can do anything it likes, to you, about you, to your business, to your family.  Right now, we are in a Police State.  Each state claiming to be doing this under the auspices of “For your Own Safety” are doing so “Against the Law” and “against The People”, and “against Capitalism”.

Businesses are shutting down, permanently.  Every day this continues, more and more are closing their doors forever.  They can’t make their bills, which, didn’t stop.  They can’t pay employees, whom they are letting go.  Employees are making more money staying home than going to work in some areas of the country – thus the gas station people, dollar store people are making their 7 bucks an hour minimum wage, while the “Stay at home, non-essentials” are making 400-800 dollars a week in unemployment monies.

Suicide rates are up, but there is little information at this point to show this to be true, we know it is happening.  We also know that most deaths are being attributed to the virus itself.

Human beings, by and large, are social creatures.  We love to see our friends, family, meet with people, do things together.  While some of us are more “stay at home types”, the majority go out at least once a month, while many are out every chance we get.  Some of us live a different life than most, out of doors most of the time, inside for only sleeping, rest or hiding from the heat or cold of the day.

Being “sentenced” to an imprisonment indoors for having committed no crime, for an indeterminate period of time, without the ability to even go to a beach, park, or ride your bike, or visit your favorite watering hole is criminal.

Even Criminals have due process, Civil Rights, right to a speedy trial.  And look at the number of “criminals” who’ve been released from prison to “prevent them from catching Covid-19″…  Common sense among some of these so-called leaders walked out the door and never looked back upon them.

To plant the final seed, remember these people aren’t our “leaders”.  They are elected officials.  They have NO/ZERO/NONE Authority to control, or tell an adult, human, FREE Population what to do, nor how to do it without your CONSENT.

Remove their Consent.  Do it today.  Stop these illegal activities and understand that We the PEOPLE run this country, and will no longer allow tyrants to do so.  Also understand we have the Right to decide our OWN fates, to mingle or not as WE choose, not how some Nazi/Leftist Government wants us to do….

Vote them out, recall them, order them to stand down, protest this over stepping of Constitutional Boundaries and remove them come November, from any chance of every controlling you again.

 

 

Declaration of War – The Left has stated their true intentions

Beto O’Rourke said, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
“We’re not going to allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore,” the former Texas congressman said during the third Democratic presidential debate, hosted by ABC News.
“If the high-impact, high-velocity round, when it hits your body, shreds everything inside of your body because it was designed to do that so that you would bleed to death on a battlefield … when we see that being used against children,” O’Rourke said. He recalled talking to a woman in Odessa, Texas, who had watched her 15-year-old daughter bleed to death after she was shot by a man wielding an AR-15 late last month.
This statement is, without a doubt, a declaration of war on Americans’ Rights and Freedoms.  Guns in the hands of the men and women of this country isn’t just a right, it’s a responsibility, one that as Citizens of this great country, we have duty to observe.
With his pandering comments, he has outted the Left as Gun-Grabbers, something they repeatedly talk down to us about, saying “No one is coming for your guns!”
Well, that part is correct.  The government hasn’t the man power to take our guns.  There are not enough trained people in the US Government, armed or not, to come and take the millions of weapons from the hands of law abiding citizens in the USA.  They can’t even stop CRIMINALS who get them illegally on the streets, so they sure as hell aren’t going to take our guns.
However, this actual “Declaration of War” is exactly what the Left has been awaiting, someone to stick his foot in his mouth, and “make it real” for both sides.  Do you, as an American, sit on your collective asses and say and do nothing now?  Do you wait?  What DO you do?  Let’s continue….
Ladies and Gentlemen, I submit that we are already deep into Civil War 2.0. We have been for some time now. Obama brought on the “Great Oppression” – Bill Clinton and Janet Reno began the process. They demonized “militia groups” because they needed to point at someone as “evil”. The Militia is seen as a “Government Hating” entity, and is made up of mostly white people. (US Census puts whites in the US at roughly 76% of the population, Blacks at about 17%) – thus you will see such a disparity in all aspects of life.
For informational purposes, US Code states:
10 U.S. Code § 246. Militia: composition and classes
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.
The militia then, is made up of all the of people, who are male, 17 years of age up to 45 years of age, and does NOT exclude women, nor those over the age of 45. At 62 years of age, this “old gentleman” has carried his share of various types of weapons, and used them. With the new technology of eye surgery, I now have better vision (especially in my iron sights eye) than I had at the age of 10 years old.
Obama further eroded rights of Americans, if not in deed, certainly in words. “Bible and gun clingers”. What Clinton and Reno started on Ruby Ridge, and Waco have been realized by many as a wake up call about the attack on American’s God Given Rights to defense, not just of oneself, but of the nation.
When the Founding Fathers put together the Constitution, it was meant to create, and subsequently preserve the Republic. “A Republic,” said Franklin, “if you can keep it.” Keep it we will.
Civil Wars do not begin with gun shots. They begin with disagreement. Usually over some political aspect of the country in which they take place. The American Civil War did NOT start over Slavery. While Slavery was certainly one of the main concerns of both side, and has been pushed to the forefront of history, the truth is, each State has rights over it’s own governance, that the Federal Government may not touch. And so too, the People have reserved to themselves ALL RIGHTS not given to the states.
There is a fine balance that is out of kilter now. Some states wish to ban guns. Some don’t. Some in the Federal government want to ban them, while others do not. Above and beyond the State or the Federal governments however, are the Rights of the People.
The Second Amendment is extremely clear.
The Militia, made up of the PEOPLE, the Rights of those People to keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT be infringed.  The phrase “well-regulated” isn’t “government run”, it means “trained”.  People who train to defend the towns, villages and states are the militia, not “national guard”.  The National Guard didn’t exist until 1933
Let us be clear… the Civil War 2.0 started over political disagreement. It will be argued for centuries in the future how, when, why, where and who started it, but it is as simple as the Bill of Rights. No GOVERNMENT, State or Federal MAY touch the Right of the People to protect and defend their homes, state or homeland.
The Second Amendment is the back up to the First. You have an absolute right to voice your opinion of the government, government officials, follow your own religion, or to be a journalist and tell the truth. The Second Amendment is there to protect that first one, and all the others. It’s not the “First” in the list of rights, but certainly as important as the First is.
When a person running for the highest office in the land states, unequovcably, “Yes, you WILL turn in your guns” – that is an open declaration of war against the People of this country. Not the few that own guns, ALL OF THEM.
There will be those that support such a person, and they will, ultimately, be on the losing side of that war.
Today – 14 September 2019 – marks the true beginning of Civil War 2.0. Shot still have yet to be fired (unless you count the Texas, California and Ohio mass shootings, by Liberals and Bernie supporters, which, *I* DO COUNT as first shots). But the war of words just heated to the point of white hot.
Beto O’Rourke called the FBI against Patriots who “threatened” him – they merely asked if he was going to lead the charge to take the guns or send his minions…. so, truthfully, what is a “threat”?
O’Rourke made the first threat. HE personally declared war. Will he become President? Highly doubtful, but Leftists, Marxists and Gun Haters are flocking to the pandering fool, making themselves targets as well.
The Law of Unintended Consequences stands clear. If you poke a sleeping bear with a stick, you’re liable to be eaten that afternoon.
The choice now, is yours, People of the United States. We are the Government. The Government doesn’t control us. We are not going to sit and let anyone take our guns. We will fight. We are already organizing against such a thing.
If the Country wants an Uprising, it will get one.
My humble opinion is that people like this O’Rourke character should slowly back into the shadows, go back to whatever he was doing before, be quiet, hide, and stop poking the bear.

Safety Versus Security

Benjamin Franklin talked about the choice being between essential liberty and temporary safety. The truth is that safety cannot be bought. It might be borrowed for a time, but there is no such thing as permanent safety.

On 14 March 2018, thousands of young people, in the High School age range (and many much younger than that) walked out of their schools “in protest”.

This protest was staged by Progressives.  Let me be clear, a “Progressive” is nothing more than a Marxist, and Anti-Capitalist, a wanna-be Che Guevera Fan club member, and an arm of the Communist Party.  Every Liberal in the United States is a Closet Progressive, and out-of-the-closet Progressives are Communists in the making.

No, I don’t misunderstand the difference, I KNOW the differences in the definitions of the various types of political parties, but I also know that over time these groups have melded into one for a main objective; to utterly destroy the very foundation of the United States of America.

Those children of 14 March were Sock Puppets.  Many thought they were memorializing the children and teacher killed last month in Florida.  Outwardly, many were told to go protest, and teachers, school boards and school officials – MOST of whom belong to the NEA – allowed this to happen.  School officials who are not in the Teacher’s Unions (notoriously Left Leaning by the way…. seeing the pattern yet?) stood tacitly by for the most part and ignored the ramifications.

Instead of memorializing the dead children, one ADULT with a bullhorn angrily read the names of the children and teach killed, with a very emotional “MURDERED!” she shouted.

Others chanted “Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho! The NRA has GOT TO GO!”

Some young (Muslim) women – I know this because they were dressed in hijabs, stated they came here looking for “peace and tranquility” and America “is a murdering country”.  Came here for tranquility?  From where?  Why?  Stay in your own country and fight there.

Franklin argued for Liberty, not safety.  He, like so many others of the men of his time pledged his “fortunes” to the cause of making America Free.

History tells us that the Constitution originally did not contain the Bill of Rights.  The First Ten Amendments, which were required before the Colonies would eventually ratify the Constitution.  While those tend Amendments are certainly like all the others, able to be added or removed based on the rules IN the Constitution, those ten Amendments are part and parcel of what enables us, the People of this country, to remain in charge.

Not the government.  Not a set of Judges.  Not even Congress.  Not the President.  We, the People.  The laws in the Constitution govern the GOVERNMENT, not us.

The Second Amendment was not written as a secondary by product of wild imaginings.  It was written because the King of England had tried numerous times to disarm the British Subjects in the Colonies.  In fact, all of the Colonists were “Subjects” to the King.  Now, today, we, their descendants are CITIZENS.

We remain Citizens by Right of Being Born here.  By Right of being able to defend ourselves against those who would disarm us, and reign over us with tyranny.  The Colonists didn’t want a standing Army to be used against them.

Today, we have a “standing Army”; the police, who have been militarized.  The US Military, sworn to protect the Constitution, the National Guard, the Coast Guard, and other, lesser groups who are armed in every Department of the US Government (As “Agents”).

The Second Amendment is NOT about Hunting.  It’s NOT about “self-defense”.  It’s about PREVENTING a large standing army from taking our Freedoms away.

The Second Amendment is there to PREVENT Progressives from taking our guns.

I’m going to say something here, that might sound inappropriate to many of you, and I don’t condone violence, and am, having served in the military for over two decades, very against war.  But, it is high past time to stand up and fight back.  Not with violence.  With phone calls.  With letters.  With Email.  With speeches.  With words. With the Pen for the Pen is mightier than the sword.

It is time to let everyone know, without a doubt, we will NOT give up one more piece of Liberty for Safety.  Giving up our guns gives anyone the ability to come in and rules us all.

In my sixty years on this planet, I would never have believed that we could have gone so far down the path of destruction at the hands of an internal enemy of Progressive Marxism.  All, EVERYTHING I have fought for is being usurped before my very eyes by wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Progressives are the ENEMY.  They are not “Progressive”. They are REGRESSIVE.  They are the Children of Hitler.  They are the “arm band” people.  They are the ones who tell you “It’s for the Children” and then put you in prison later, for who knows what purposes or reasons.

Because, you are a dissenter.

I say DISSENT!

ARISE! and Stand up to these people.

While you still can, be heard.  When they won’t hear you any more and they start coming for your guns, then will be the time to shoot back.

This isn’t a game any more.  This is not a charade.  The Left WANTS YOUR GUNS.

They MUST DISARM YOU to control you.  And Control you, they will.

UnintendedConsequences is what happens when you attempt to remove the Rights of Free people, because a few loud mouths with zero understanding of history yell louder than the rest of us.

Stand up and be heard.  Shout down the Democrats, Liberals and ignorance of the “Student Protesters” to Congress.

America At War

The Las Vegas shooter has not yet been identified – at least not in a “political sense”.

The authorities haven’t put out any motives, and certainly haven’t assigned his attacks as “terrorism”.  I suppose this is because they can’t, or don’t want to do so.

This author will point out that he has connections with the Philippines and by association, the Muslim world.  Indonesia has the largest group of Muslims on the planet.

We are sincerely at war.  We are war with Islam, and have been for a long time, truthfully since the 1700s.  Even Thomas Jefferson recognized we were at war with them.  That war has never stopped and there has never been a truce.

Deeper than the war with Islam however, is a war against rational thought, against thinking, against the beliefs of Conservatism.  Against the American Way of Life.

The Left has become an incoherent mass of victims, blaming everyone but themselves for everything happening in America.  They tear down what is right, and destroy the ideals of truth.  Facebook has tried to suppress any news out of  Las Vegas.  Ok, perhaps not “any” but some.  By redirecting people to, of all places, Politifact.  Interesting.  When we tried to post some alternative news (which, by the way has turned out to be TRUE) a popup box showed, attempting to redirect readers somewhere else.  But don’t believe this article, here are the actual screen shots I took myself.

I’m sorry but I will not be directed.  Not by Facebook, Twitter, a Government Agency.  None. No one. Americans can find themselves in dangerous situations like Las Vegas.  Truth. Carry your gun. Carry it everywhere, regardless of rules.  Ignore the laws.  They are there to get you killed.

No a hand gun would not have likely helped in Las Vegas.  A rifle might, but most of us couldn’t have stopped him at that distance.  But there are other incidents where we could have.

We are now in a war.  I will tell you now why I believe this.  Even without evidence to support what I am about to say the Left declared war on traditional values long ago.  We all know they did. We all know that the Left denigrates anything good on the Right.  They teach the young that we’re evil.  We’re “Nazis”.  We’re “racists”.  And they scream and yell if we point to them and place them in a “generalized box” of “Liberals”.  Funny how that works.

It’s ok for the Left to place the Right, Conservatives, Christians and others into one box, but not for us to do the same thing.  They fight for control of our minds by indoctrinating the children, calling us names, and making us all appear to be evil.

And they blame the tools, not the men who use them for the damages caused.

Progressive Tyranny is the word.  This is what they do.  This is how they control.  It’s not about “Gun Control”, it’s about “Control”.  Whether it is gun control, mind control, school control, or Control of the White Right Wing… it’s about control.

Obama Planning Executive Order for Gun Control

You’ve been warned time and time again.

Americans on both sides of this particular strategic fence.

Americans with guns have been warned the Left is going to go all out to ban guns before Obama leaves office.

Americans on the Left, the gun-banners have been warned NOT to go for broke.

Now it is coming down to the wire, Obama is on his way out (because he IS leaving office whether he wants to or not, and regardless of Leftist conspiracy theories about G W Bush trying to remain in office, it’s NOT going to happen with Obama).

Another shooting happened yesterday, implemented by a Muslim extremist.  Which is to say “A Muslim, or man of Islam”.  Interesting how they keep saying it was “Domestic Terrorism” because he’s an American Citizen.

Interesting how they keep going after the guns, isn’t it?

Interesting how they want to go after cops and disarm them as well, isn’t it?

Isn’t it interesting how the Second Amendment is now “stupid” to some of the media darlings like Whorealdo Rivera….

Friends;  Americans, Arm yourselves.  ISIS had their hands in the middle of this attack, and I wouldn’t be surprised now if Obama himself didn’t have his hands in it somehow.

It is, however coming.  Obama is planning an executive order to control who can get a gun.  And we ALL know it will be applied impartially and fairly don’t we?  Right…. and chickenshit won’t make you sick if you eat it.

I personally believe that government is a requirement for civilization.  I DO NOT believe a BIG Government is necessary.  I DO believe that the Constitution is the highest law of our country and the President is there to support and defend that Constitution and the current idiot in the White House is neither defending it, nor supporting it and is in fact negating it, usurping power for himself and for the government and is culpable in the deaths of those people yesterday.

Obama is a Traitor to America and it’s high time the Congress took him out of the position he is in before he causes even more danger for this country.

His “Change” has become undeniably evil, Marxist and he has placed this country in danger of an internal civil war over guns, race, illegal immigration and has enabled foreign powers to undercut us in military strength, has over-reached spending and government to a point never before seen in the history of the world.

The danger to this country comes at a time when Russia is threatening the US on a daily basis as well as NATO in general.  Islam is NOT what it is touted to be, and Obama is as responsible for this as any other Muslim.

He is no longer President in my view.  He is a Liar, a thief, Traitor and a Muslim — all on a grand scale.

He must go.  If Congress does not remove him forthwith, there will be a severe danger to this country, the infrastructure and we will become vulnerable to war from the outside.  China, North Korea, Cuba, Russia and the entire Muslim population of the planet awaits the weakening of this country to the point that will allow them all to attack us with impunity.

At some point there will be an “incident” which will be precipitated by Islam’s fanatics, which in turn will put thousands in danger of even going outside.  Martial law may be declared at that point making it difficult to travel or move around across state lines.

When that happens…. expect the absolute worst.  On the bright side of all of this will be police, firemen, military and civilian leaders who will do all they can to put a stop to it.  There are too many people still in the government who will NOT stand for allowing it to happen.  Someone in there will do something, and they will all be purged.

President Obama Planning Executive Order to Expand Background Checks for Gun Purchases

Rather than tackle the root of the issue causing the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks in America — radical Islam — Obama continues to be a good little prog and push forward the agenda to shred our Second Amendment rights to bits.

In light of the San Bernardino mass shooting — which by the way, was composed of a freshly married Muslim couple — is looking to create yet another executive order to make it more difficult to buy firearms at a gun show.

Because background checks have done such a stellar job of stopping crazy people from doing bad things so far, right?

White House officials are seeking a way to use executive authority to close the so-called gun show loophole that allows thousands of people to buy guns each year without a background check, but complicated legal issues have slowed the process.

Almost three years ago, President Obama asked Congress to change the law to require background checks for weapons sold at gun shows, but a bill to do so died in the Senate – dashing administration hopes for legislative action to address the loophole.

Efforts to use Obama’s executive powers to address the issue took on added urgency in October, when a shooter at a community college in Oregon killed nine people, then shot himself.

Requiring background checks for weapons sold at gun shows might not have had any effect on Wednesday’s shooting in San Bernardino, in which 14 people were killed. So far, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has determined that two of the weapons used in the assault were legally purchased at a gun shop in Corona.

But White House officials and their allies continue to see expanding the background check system as the most promising avenue to reduce at least some of the deaths caused by guns.

“We all have a part to play,” Obama said, including “legislators” in the list of those who must work to make it more difficult for violent people to get access to weapons.

“Right now, it’s just too easy.”

Notice how this said background checks likely wouldn’t have prevented the shooting — or any of the others — yet the utter lack of success with said method of “gun control” isn’t going to deter them from implementing more.

They’re essentially trying the same solution to the problem, despite knowing this particular solution will fail, but because it helps push their agenda, they’ll do it anyway.

That, my friends, is the definition of insanity.

I’ve said it before, but what the heck, I’ll say it again:

We don’t need gun control. We need terrorist control.

And we just so happen to have millions of certified terrorist control experts at our disposal if only we’d send them out and let them do their jobs.

Unfortunately for us, that goes against the liberal playbook so it won’t likely happen with this president in office.

San Bernardino California Shootings – 2 December 2015

Edit: Just reported: One of the San Bernardino shooters is Farooq Saeed per police radio chatter.

I have been warning in this forum and others for Americans to ARM themselves.

We now have a mass casualty event in California, the number one anti-gun, gun-free zone in the United States.

Details are very sketchy, but we know this:

At 11:00 AM California time, at least three men, possibly dressed in black clothing and carrying “long guns” and “tactical stuff” walked into a building in San Bernardino, CA and began shooting people.  The even lasted approximately three minutes and these apparently well-trained terrorists vacated the premises, jumped into a dark SUV of some sort.

The faces of the men were covered by masks.

Fourteen people are dead, dozens more are injured.

Phones were shut down for some reason. (This was just reported as I am listening to the news, information coming from witnesses).

A week ago, or just less I warned people to carry weapons.  Apparently Americans aren’t listening.  Why are you not listening?

This event was a planned event.  It was either:

A) ISIS

B) Al Qaeda

C) Obama planned or Hillary Clinton Planned to bring out the big guns against Guns.

These were military trained people.  This was a barbaric act.  These men are most LIKELY ISIS.

They walked in and murdered a lot of people and left without being seen by authorities.  They planned this well, and they got away with it.

If this is an Obama-Thing, it is an evil thing.  The men, I promise you were not 40-something-White-Christian, Right-Wing, Gun-Owning Males.  I PROMISE you they were not.

These were hired men who did this mission to call out the Congress to attack guns in America, or they were ISIS terrorists.

My money is on the latter, and my hopes and prayers is that these were NOT people working for the current political establishment.

If, however, tomorrow suddenly Congress is meeting to address this issue and putting out various bills to ban guns, then you can bet your ASS Obama and the Presidency is involved.  (He did say he was planning to take care of the “gun problem” in America before he left office…).

If that’s the case, my friends, America is in very, very deep shit and we’re about to go to war internally.  There will be a Civil War over disarming American Citizens.  Hillary wants it. Obama wants it.  Various others want it. Some in Congress, and every Liberal and Progressive out there wants guns banned.

Americans… ARM YOURSELVES.  Liberals, either you’re with the Constitution or against it.  Progressives… don’t go there.  Military personnel, watch your orders.  Cops, watch your orders.  Constitutional Means Constitutional.  Oath Keepers, keep them straight.

Christmas is coming and so is ISIS.

Now, for those who do NOT believe this country was based on Christianity…. look around you, look at Islam and what they want to do to this country.  Look at terrorism as a whole, not breaking it down or comparing it to the very, very few “White Christians” who’ve done insane things.  Look at the MILLIONS killed by Islam.

Look at yourself and know… Civilization is going to fall if we Americans do NOT stop this.

Dmitry Medvedev on nuclear weapons: “They may still come in handy”

Almost as if the strategic leaders and the media have no idea what’s happening on Russian soil, Dmitry Medvedev seems to be shouting it from the rooftops.  As we have learned in the past, when Russia makes promises, they lie; when Russia makes threats, they are telling the downright truth.  In just the past week, they have made one threat after another concerning their resistance to NATO’s missile shield, and things just got worse.

Exacerbating the tensions between NATO allies and Russia, Medvedev decides to flex Russian muscles on their nuclear capabilities.  Charles Clover and Geoff Dyer of FT.com report:

Then, taking the podium in a glittering Kremlin ballroom, Mr. Medvedev declared that Russia’s younger generation needed positive role models to inspire them towards “success in literature, art, education, and” – he paused wistfully – “nuclear weapons”.

Medvedev continues to talk about Russia’s itchy trigger finger and their nuclear arms capabilities.

“They may still come in handy,” he said, apropos, seemingly, of nothing. “We’re not going to use them, but let’s still keep them around, because we have a big country, a complex country. We must value it and protect it.”

This heightened rhetoric is suspected to be coming from what was discussed at the most recent NATO summit in Chicago.  The NATO European missile defense shield has been the subject of debate over the past few weeks, but it seems as if Russia is bringing the aggravation to a head.  They claim that the defensive measures of the shield would provoke war.  But, I thought that war was over?  Apparently, not.

In fact, the article goes on to state:

If that were to happen, said General Nikolai Makarov, chief of Russia’s general staff, it could lead to an “illusion of security”, which could lead to war. Countries allowing the missile defence shield on their soil, Gen Makarov said, risked a Russian nuclear first strike. “A decision on pre-emptive use of the attack weapons available will be made when the situation worsens,” he breezily told a news conference this month.”

Yes, the good general actually said the words, “nuclear first strike”.  This is extremely unnerving, especially given their recent activities, as reported earlier last week.  Steve Gutterman of Reuters reports:

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) was successfully launched from the Plesetsk facility in northwestern Russia and its dummy warhead landed on target on the Kamchatka peninsula on the Pacific coast, the Defense Ministry said.”

The new ICBM has capabilities, which suggest that the Russians had anticipated NATO’s construction of the shield.

The new missile is expected to improve Russia’s offensive arsenal, “including by increasing the capability to overcome missile defense systems that are being created”, the ministry said in a statement.

The General Makarov’s comments of a first strike are especially scary, concerning NORAD’s current level of preparedness.  The Clinton administration implemented PDD 60, which states that the US will absorb a first strike before retaliating.  In an interview with Robert Bell of the National Security Council, he stated that the US will no longer “launch on warning”.  He further says,

“Our policy is to confirm that we are under nuclear attack with actual detonations before retaliating,”

In short, if Russia does decide to launch a first strike in response to NATO’s deployment of the European missile shield, they shall certainly succeed (and their newly tested ICBM has proven it can get through).  This makes the US and NATO allies strategically sitting ducks.

WASHINGTON — President Obama faces a daunting and uphill battle to win congressional authorization for a military strike on Syria, a USA TODAY Network survey of senators and representatives finds.

The comprehensive poll of Congress finds that only a small fraction of the 533 lawmakers — 22 senators and 22 House members — are willing to say they will support the use of force in response to the reported use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime. Far more overall — 19 senators and 130 House members — say they will oppose a resolution that would authorize military strikes.

The largest group of lawmakers remains undecided, including a majority of the Senate and the House. That could create an opportunity for the president to persuade them in a string of six interviews with TV network anchors Monday and a televised address to the nation Tuesday. The Senate could vote as early as Wednesday.

Air Force One had Wheels Down in St. Petersberg this morning for the G-20 summit.  I guess it’s on again.  Obama hasn’t got the balls to back up anything he says.  He’s vacillated on the “Red Line”, and now he’s blaming the world community, Congress and whomever else he can blame for setting that red line.  I guess backing out of meeting with Putin over Snowden is out too?

The “Lion’s Den” is right.  When Americans on the Right and the Left see Putin as a better leader than their own President, there is a damned serious problem in America.  A DAMNED serious problem.  Even this morning, Ralph Peters on Fox News said he didn’t like Putin, but he RESPECTED him as a tough and fair leader.  Amazing.

Putin called Kerry a liar.  Flat out, a liar.  Take that John F-ing Kerry.  All Kerry could do was sputter and say “That’s basically untrue…”.  What was untrue, Kerry?

I spent many years traveling with Reagan and Bush, Air Force One, Air Force Two, dropping in and out of countries before and after the “Boss” landed.  I did communications.  I really, really feel sorry for the WHCA guys these days traveling with this asshat.  I wish the military contingent well – assuming they are even traveling with the President these days.

Is this entire Syrian issue with Chemical Weapons a cover up?

Seriously, Obama, almost a year ago stated what “the red line” was.

A year later – well in August it turns out that chemical weapons were used.  And they were used BEFORE that apparently and we did nothing.  Now we MUST do something?

What happened to the 27 or 30 scandals?  Oh, yeah, they aren’t in the news suddenly are they?

Benghazi is being ignored by the media. Deaths of Navy Seals, ignored.  The IRS scandal, ignored.  The NSA spying, ignored.  Project Gun walker and Fast and Furious, completely forgotten now… Obama has lied time and again to the American public.  Kerry has lied, over and over.  Hillary Clinton lied.  The IRS Director lied.  Eric Holder lied.

Or is this something worse, a method by which the asshole-in-chief manages to bring us to the brink of a nuclear war with Russia just so he and Putin can make nice-nice on the sidelines and “fix” the whole world, bring “peace in our time” or make himself appear to be larger than life?

What if this is all a giant hoax perpetrated by Obama and his puppet masters?

Needed a break from everything.  Took a few days off.  Went “fishing” for a few days.  Caught a few…. oh… “fish”.

Anyway, been tracking Syria, the Russians, and the rest of the world political climate on the side, but keeping my comments limited.

Contrary to some of my friends who seem to believe the Russians are the good guys here I have to say they are certainly poking and prodding to awaken a sleeping Eagle.  At the same time, Obama is acting like a complete buffoon.  Obama IS a Buffoon.  He’s an asshat and a clown.  Some how he believes he has the right to launch a new war against someone in the Middle East.  We’re tired of this shit and he needs to bring home our boys and girls and let them rest.

Facing off with the Russians is about as stupid a thing as he could do.

Invoking the War Powers Act is about as unconstitutional as he could do.  He is asking Congress to back him.  He hasn’t called Congress home so he is apparently in no hurry to cause a nuclear war.

And, please make no mistake about this, if we launch attacks against Syria, who happens to have Russia as an Ally Russia isn’t going to sit on their asses and do nothing.  Now a lot of military personnel, and non-military personnel alike out there will argue the Russians can’t possibly stand up to the United States Military and ordinarily I’d agree.  But the truth is the Russians and United States alike still have Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICMBs) armed with from 2-20 megaton warheads.  Both countries can drop a warhead with pinpoint accuracy and we all know that.

No, their tanks can’t stand up to ours.  Their military, as well trained and large as it is isn’t a match for ours.

But this isn’t completely about the Russians invading American Soil (or us doing the same to them).  This is about Obama pressing Putin into a corner on Syria over might-be-chemical-weapons (and I’m not expert, but I’m both aware and cognizant of what Sarin nerve agents, or most nerve agents do to victims, and have seen videos of those who were affected by the chemical attack).

Currently, the Russians have around eighty armed vessels off the coast of Syria, including it appears two destroyers and at least one air craft carrier.

The US has sent a number of ships and the USS Nimitz is moving into place with a full carrier group.  I won’t post troop movements here though, ever…. but I’ll point out we’re not on equal terms right now.

What the US and Russia are doing is playing Russian Roulette.  One well placed nuke will take out most of the carrier group.  One accidental shot across the wrong bow, at the wrong building (containing Russian citizens or troops) and its on like Donkey Kong.

I have “high confidence” we can “take” the Russians.  But this, again, isn’t about our military.  This is about the innocent people who will be caught up in the ensuing nuclear strife.  Do I honestly think they will lob nukes at us?  Yes, the Russians are NOT our friends, never have been our friends.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike the Russia people.  I dislike the Communism they hold so dear, the deaths of millions because of Communism in the 19th and 20th centuries and I hate the fact that Putin is a former KGB bad boy who tries to look like a Russian James Bond on television.  He’s certainly more “manly” than Obama though, and I think that is what makes the girls make puddles in their panties.  And half the American “metrosexual” males, and maybe a good portion of the US military today.

The truth is, I don’t trust our own government to protect our own people against a nuclear war.  In fact, I’m 100% certain the ONLY people protected will be the “Elites” in Congress, the White House and a few special “governors” around the country.  I’m 100% certain that people like me, with a home in striking distant of any of several military installations will die in the first salvo rendering me useless to our own American fighting forces (the people of this country).  Along with me, thousands or millions would die in my area alone.  The whole region would be rendered useless to America, no more farming to the East, no military personnel here, no machines, no assets, no satellite control.  Well, you get the bleakness of the picture and I don’t need to beat a dead horse.

Sure, some of you will severely disagree with me, and say how we won’t get into a nuclear weapon throwing contest.  But, are you really that sure?

Basically, this is a clarion call to American Patriots around the country.  Be ready for the worst.  Be prepared.  When the shit hits the fan, we’re on our own.  There won’t be a government to help anyone, there won’t be a military force in place to protect American Citizens.  Martial Law will be declared and you’ll be told to stay home and pretty much die alone.

The time is at hand…. Congress isn’t even in session and we’re going to see something happen, soon.  I believe it won’t be what we expect at all.

Team involved in tracking Benghazi suspects pulling out, sources say

Two weeks after the Obama administration announced charges against suspects in the Benghazi attack, a large portion of the U.S. team that hunted the suspects and trained Libyans to help capture or kill them is leaving Libya permanently.

Special operators in the region tell Fox News that while Benghazi targets have been identified for months, officials in Washington could “never pull the trigger.” In fact, one source insists that much of the information on Benghazi suspects had been passed along to the White House after being vetted by the Department of Defense and the State Department — and at least one recommendation for direct action on a Benghazi suspect was given to President Obama as recently as Aug. 7.

Meanwhile, months after video, photo and voice documentation on the Benghazi suspects was first presented to high-level military leaders, the State Department and ultimately the White House, prison breaks in the country have eroded security. U.S. special forces have now been relegated to a “villa,” a stopover for the operators before they’re shipped out of the country entirely.

“We put American special operations in harm’s way to develop a picture of these suspects and to seek justice and instead of acting, we stalled. We just let it slip and pass us by and now it’s going to be much more difficult,” one source said, citing 1,200 prisoners escaping two weeks ago. “It’s already blowing up. Daily assassinations, bi-weekly prison escapes, we waited way too long.”

The latest development raises questions about when the attackers will be brought to justice in the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans last September.

The special operators are starting to get frustrated at the lack of action, and Fox News has been told by multiple sources that one special forces leader “literally yelled” at former Libyan Chief of Mission William Roebuck “and told him, ‘so you’re willing to let these guys get away with murder?'”

The outburst was “met with crickets,” the sources said.

Asked about what actions have been taken on the suspects, the U.S. Department of Justice declined to comment. However, a senior U.S. official with knowledge of the situation in Libya suggested there is always intelligence to be gained by simply watching and listening to the suspects.

In addition, Pentagon officials disputed what the operators in question are claiming, saying that group was not specifically tasked with finding the Libyan suspects responsible for the Benghazi attack. These officials said other forces out of Fort Bragg are tasked with that mission, and they are not leaving. Pentagon officials also say the trainers, which were authorized by Congress under part of the defense budget to facilitate training of Libyans for counterterrorism, were not there to track the Benghazi suspects. They insist congressional funding is very clear in its mission: for training locals in counterterrorism.

However, special operators in the region counter the claims and suggest the Pentagon and State Department are playing with words, saying those being pulled are in fact tasked with both training the Libyans and identifying Benghazi attack suspects. “The training is partly a cover and some of these guys … provided the information on suspects directly to U.S. military commanders and the U.S. State Department last November and again in January. They are there and trained to find, fix and finish,” one said.

Fox News reported earlier this year that American forces had identified suspects by the end of November 2012, and reported on their whereabouts to Roebuck last January, yet no action was taken. They returned again in January to identify and locate these same suspects after being requested to do so by military leaders. In the months since, the operators in the region have been sitting in de facto standby, despite the Justice Department charges being filed.

To make matters worse, the U.S. trainers have been sitting in their Libyan “villa” now for a number of days after a Libyan military leader kicked the Americans out of the camp where they had been standing-up a Libyan special forces team for nearly a year, backed by U.S. taxpayer dollars. The maneuver by the Libyan chief of defense has “left our guys high and dry,” and this same chief has locked down Tripoli as well, Fox News is told. The sources say U.S. leaders have now let the Libyan government occupy the special forces camp — and in turn undermine the effort to train a legitimate force capable of countering Al Qaeda, which was the initial assignment before the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi.

The men tell Fox News their mission was to capture or kill the suspects in question, and they briefed the acting U.S. ambassador in Libya and the senior CIA representative in the country. The men were told both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and an under secretary were briefed about their information and their ability to capture or kill those responsible. Still, they did not get approval from the Department of Defense or the White House.

Some of the individuals report seeing former AFRICOM commander General Carter Ham tell former Libya Chief of Mission Laurence Pope that he could easily submit a plan to kill or capture the suspects, but “politics and fallout kept us from acting. To do an operation we have to have (Chief of Mission) and state approval. We didn’t get it. … They sat on it.”

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

Homeland Security loses track of 1 million foreigners; report could hurt immigration deal

The Homeland Security Department has lost track of more than 1 million people who it knows arrived in the U.S. but who it cannot prove left the country, according to an audit Tuesday that also found the department probably won’t meet its own goals for deploying an entry-exit system.

The findings were revealed as Congress debates an immigration bill, and the Government Accountability Office’s report could throw up another hurdle because lawmakers in the House and Senate have said that any final deal must include a workable system to track entries and exits and cut down on so-called visa overstays.

The government does track arrivals, but is years overdue in setting up a system to track departures — a goal set in a 1996 immigration law and reaffirmed in 2004, but which has eluded Republican and Democratic administrations.

“DHS has not yet fulfilled the 2004 statutory requirement to implement a biometric exit capability, but has planning efforts under way to report to Congress in time for the fiscal year 2016 budget cycle on the costs and benefits of such a capability at airports and seaports,” GAO investigators wrote.

Outside business groups and Republican donors are trying to breathe life into the push for getting an immigration bill through Congress this year.

Nearly 100 top donors and former party officials signed a letter Tuesday pleading with House Republicans to pass a bill legalizing illegal immigrants, saying it could open the door to earning immigrants’ political support.

“Doing nothing is de facto amnesty. We need to take control of whom we let in our country and we need to make sure everybody plays by the same rules,” the donors said in their letter.

They aimed their pitch at House Republicans, who are trying to figure out a way forward and find themselves trapped between rank-and-file Republican voters who say legalizing illegal immigrants is an amnesty, and the party’s elites and donors who say the party cannot survive nationally without embracing legalization as part of a strategy to win over Hispanic voters.

We live in a seemingly free country, so we’re told. But that may be because the majority of us have never spent time in a war zone or highly secured police state-like environment.

Few of us understand what it looks like when military and state intelligence assets take over.

Those who do understand, and have themselves implemented such plans in other countries, see exactly what’s going on and they are sounding the alarm (often falling on deaf ears).

In Concord, New Hampshire the local police chief has filed a requisition with the Department of Homeland Security to beef up his police force with a Ballistic Engineered Armored Response Counter Attack Truck to quell any disturbances initiated by activists or other potential domestic terrorists. In response, the residents held a city council meeting, prompting a retired Marine Colonel to weigh in.

He was formerly a coordinator tasked with manning, training and equipping the Iraqi Army throughout the northern provinces, and he candidly shares his insights and compares the nationwide lock-down in Iraq to what’s happening right here at home.

This is coming from someone who knows – someone who has seen exactly how a population is put under control by means of surveillance and force – and he suggests that what they did in Iraq is child’s play compared to what’s happening in the Land of the Free today.

My job was to man, train and equip the Iraqi Army in Al Anbar, Najaf, Karbala and the northern provinces… We did everything we could to make it as strong as possible.

I’ll tell you right now, homeland security would kick their butts in a week.

What’s happening here is we’re building a domestic military, because it’s unlawful…unconstitutional to use American troops on American soil. So, what we’re doing is we’re building a military.

The way we do things in the military is called task organization. You take a command and then you attach units to it in order to accomplish the mission.

What’s happening is Homeland Security is pre-staging gear and equipment… what they’re trying to do is use standardized vehicles, standardized equipment. 

I saw a picture of the Marathon bombing and there were two officers – they both had identical helmets, flack jackets, weapons… everything I wore in Iraq.

What we’re doing here – let’s not kid about it – we’re building a domestic army and we’re shrinking the military because the government is afraid of its own citizens.

(CNN) — The National Security Agency broke privacy rules “thousands of times each year” since 2008, The Washington Post reported, citing an internal audit and other documents.

NSA leaker Edward Snowden — whose ongoing leaks have riled the Obama administration and intelligence community — provided material to the newspaper earlier this summer.

The May 2012 audit found 2,776 incidents of “unauthorized collection, storage, access to or distribution of legally protected communications” in the preceding 12 months, the Post reported in its story Thursday.

Many involved failures of due diligence or violations of standard operating procedure,” said the Post article by reporter Barton Gellman. “The most serious incidents included a violation of a court order and unauthorized use of data about more than 3,000 Americans and green-card holders.”

The paper said most incidents involved unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the country.

If current political trends continue, there are two inescapable outcomes: Hillary Clinton will be elected President in 2016 and, by the end of her eight years in office, the United States will no longer exist.

The Democrat electoral juggernaut cannot be stopped for two reasons.

First, the Democrats seem to have perfected the art of voter fraud and it may now be considered an integral component of their national campaign strategy. The results of the 2012 election suggest that massive voter fraud is not required. Selective alteration of the count in specific precincts of large swing states such as Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida would be enough. That might help explain why Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton are vehemently opposed to voter ID requirements.

In parallel, the mainstream media will censor or manipulate the news in order to promote Hillary’s political ambitions, even at the expense of their own journalistic integrity and the well-being of the country.

Additional factors that will contribute to a permanent Democrat majority and a one-party state are the amnesty and the voting rights that will soon be given to 11 million or more illegal aliens.

The extent of corruption in the federal government and our political system is no longer compatible with liberty. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which will inexorably lead to national collapse and fragmentation.

The Republican Party can no longer be considered a political vehicle capable of providing effective opposition to the far-left policies of the Democrat Party and the propaganda of the establishment media. It too has become a party of big government, which is unresponsive and unaccountable to its constituency.

As a recent example of the tyrannical approach and abuse of power practiced by the political elite, the Republicans have joined with the Democrats to force Obamacare on the American people while at the same time exempting themselves.

Will a Military Coup fix America?

I personally just don’t see a military coup in the United States as an option.  But is my view of the world the same as others’ beliefs?  Probably not.  When it comes right down to it, with my vast amount of time as a military man, from my point of view, I can’t say that absolutely, definitely a coup could or would take place.  The truth is, in MY time, no such thing could have or would have happened.  But other factors are in play here that I would never have considered myself – but others might.

The Spanish have a long and storied history for coups – in fact, Mexicans and most Previously-ruled-by-Spain Central and South American countries follow suit.  When the people get mad, they start a war.  Someone winds up on top in the end, usually the existing military and a strong leader (regardless of his moral and ethically leanings).  Most south and central American countries are what we consider “banana republics”.

Is America becoming a Banana Republic?

Let us look:

A Banana republic is a pejorative term for a country with a kleptocratic government, often with a primitive economy and sometimes a puppet state of a major power.

The more proper definition being: Banana republic is a political science term for a politically unstable country whose economy is largely dependent on the export of a single limited-resource product, such as bananas. It typically has stratified social classes, including a large, impoverished working class and a ruling plutocracy that comprises the elites of business, politics, and the military. This politico-economic oligarchy controls the primary-sector productions and thereby exploits the country’s economy. (Wikipedia)

kleptocracy: Kleptocracy, alternatively cleptocracy or kleptarchy, (from Greek: κλέπτης – kleptēs, “thief” and κράτος – kratos, “power, rule”, hence “rule by thieves”) is a form of political and government corruption where the government exists to increase the personal wealth and political power of its officials and the ruling class at the expense of the wider population, often without pretense of honest service. This type of government corruption is often achieved by the embezzlement of state funds.

plutocracy: Rule by the wealthy. We’re technically not being ruled by the wealthy, but then again we are. Rich lawyers are elected thus rich lawyers are in charge of most of the government’s various sectors. Companies lobby for power in the government (and I have no trouble with open markets).

So this author’s guess is that  ARE a Banana Republic, or more accurately rapidly degenerating into a Banana Republic. We still have a Constitutional Republic and most of us KNOW this and MOST of us wouldn’t do anything against “the government” in the military. Whether some rogue officer would start something, I just don’t know – but I just can’t SEE it happening.

On the other hand…

1) Morals are in decline.
2) America is in decline.
3) Money is becoming worthless.
4) The economy is tanking.
5) Things are not worth what they once were.
6) People are in “gimme gimme” mode.
7) The President himself is working to divide people of this country.
8) The Left is fighting the Right on guns and every other thing you can imagine.
9) Detroit is the first major city to have fallen.
10) Other cities won’t be far behind.
11) Obamacare will destroy what’s left of the economy.
12) Oil and Coal are verboten.
13) Scandal after scandal has rocked DC and those are being called “phony”.
14) More people are on government help than are working now.
15) Political corruption
16) Government corruption
17) borders are uncontrolled, the “barbarian hordes” are coming through daily, by the thousands
18) the government coffers are being sucked dry by “entitlements” and the government keeps wanting more from the working people, the “rich” and corporations.

Rome fell for the many of the same reasons; moral decline, political corruption, “barbarian knowledge of Roman tactics” (think about that for a moment), a failing economy, unemployment of the working “class”, decline in ethics and values, natural disasters, barbarian invasion (Hmmmm…. border security?), military decay (not being trained right, and reduction in forces), and many other reasons.

So could a military coup take America back?  I can not answer that question but I can certainly suggest that this country is in a condition which will facilitate such a thing happening.  But will some military officer be able to gain enough power to lead enough American men, who are independent thinkers, into such a one way path?  I seriously doubt it will happen.  I don’t doubt the fall of America is upon us.

WASHINGTON — President Obama hosted top executives from Apple, AT&T, Google and other tech and civil liberties groups at the White House on Thursday to discuss government surveillance, a White House official confirmed.

The meeting, which was first reported by Politico, was not on the president’s public schedule.

“The meeting was part of the ongoing dialogue the president has called for on how to respect privacy while protecting national security in a digital era,” said the official, who was not authorized to comment publicly on the meeting and spoke on condition of anonymity.

Thursday’s meeting, which included Apple CEO Tim Cook and AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson, followed another outreach effort earlier this week by White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler and White House chief of staff Denis McDonough. They met with a group of tech executives and civil liberty activists on Tuesday.

The president may have alluded to the meetings in his interview earlier this week with Jay Leno on the Tonight Show, when he noted that he was “talking to Congress and civil libertarians and others” about the issue.

America the Beautiful.  United States of America.  Old Glory.  Land of the Free, Home of the Brave.  Freedom.  Liberty.  Indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.  Stars and Stripes.  Play ball! As American as Apple Pie.

All of these words evoke, I hope in each of you, something in your heart of hearts.  The words should bring a vision of what America is supposed to be about, how we should act, and indeed this is how I grew up as a child, either reciting some of the words, singing them in a song or two or hearing the words spoken aloud at some reading or other.

To me, looking out at the Great Pacific Ocean on the left coast, the Atlantic to the East, standing in the Rocky Mountains and seeing the majesty of the vista before me, or riding down the Mississippi in an old Paddle Wheel boat right from the time of Samuel Clemons, fishing in a stream in Kentucky and following the same trek as Daniel Boone himself followed, or standing in the Alamo where Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie and Colonel William Travis died, and listening to the Star Spangled Banner penned by Francis Scott Key standing aboard the HMS Tonnant certainly evokes an emotion that is difficult to explain or to quite be able to put into words.

America was once a great country.  Oh, but how the great have fallen.  As a child we practiced the “Duck and Cover” exercises in kindergarten because America was afraid of the Atomic Bomb and we worked to preserve our children.  We understood the need for “Civil Defense”, and we built our military to stand up to, and defeat if necessary the evil Communists behind the Iron Curtain.  In 1962 we tittered on the verge of world destruction, but thankfully a strong leader in the Presidency, John F. Kennedy stood up to Khrushchev and the USSR finally backed off.

Today we are embroiled in little, petty wars all for the sake of making a President “look good on television”.  (For my friends, sons, brothers-in-arms and fellow military men and women, I realize that war is never petty please forgive my belittling of that thing so heinous to us all).  Really, why are we still spread out over there in the Sand Box taking casualties daily?  Why are we fighting the Muslims there?  Let them kill one another.  Bring the boys back home to rest.

Our country brethren belittle military service, they belittle our flag, they belittle our principles, they treat our Rights as something “offered” to us by the government and freely removed if enough people “just feel they don’t like it”.  Indeed we have men in this country who are so cowardly they will turn you in if they even THINK you are THINKING bad thoughts.  Leftists are rarely right on anything, always emotional about everything, and seek to use emotion, lies, obfuscation and name calling to their advantage.

Patriots in this country, believers in those things I mentioned above, the flag, the country, the strength of character of America are treated as if they are terrorists and ignorant backwoods boys who can’t think for themselves.  We are told “you have blood on your hands” because we believe in the Second Amendment.  We are called “baby killers” because a mentally insane person grabs a gun and attacks innocent people.  We are told we MUST give up our guns because it is for the GOOD of the Children.

The President of the United States speaks on behalf of these cowardly men who think that life must be good to them because the government takes so much from others.  In fact, when a man named George Zimmerman had to defend his own life against a young thug trying to beat him to death, this President, instead of reaching out and asking for calm, carefully, and artfully attempted to racially divide this country into “Black and White”.

This President has used his Executive position to enable the NSA spying on Americans.  He has used the long arm of the IRS to prevent his opponents from seeking and gaining office, or even obtaining donations to his opponents. His buddy in the Department of Justice, Eric Holder has lied outright to the Congress and to the people of this country and essentially murdered people with guns given to the drug cartels.

He is using the very military which our Forefathers feared as a bludgeon on the people of this country by indoctrinating certain officers in the “Social arts” (socialism and humanism) and firing those who do not meet his criteria.

This President, we aren’t even sure was even born in the United States, says one thing, then does another.  There are plenty of other scandals rocking the media today, and yet, nothing sticks to this man and his cronies.  America has become emasculated.  No one has the intestinal fortitude – or big enough balls to stand up and tell it like it is.  No one, no one but us bloggers and Patriots and we’re treated like scum in the bathtub….

The various Agencies and Bureaucratic Leviathans that have been created are given powers over the people, without oversight by our own Congress – because frankly Congress is lazy, they don’t want to work for the people any more – and these agencies use their power of regulation to destroy people’s lives, to shut down businesses, to harm the economy of this country and to destroy the belief in ourselves. Coal and Oil are forbidden to dig up.  Forests can’t be used, or even cleaned up and forest fires become conflagrations that kill people and destroy homes.  And the Global Warming kooks blame men for using oil.

This Leviathan has taken more from the people who work and create jobs it appears now, in an effort to destroy this country from within.  In fact the money taken in taxes from the “wealthy” (as defined by some random bureaucrats)  is redistributed to the “poor” (poor is a misnomer, it’s given to whomever is smart enough to scam the system, because I know poor folks personally that can’t get aid simply because they make a dollar more than poverty level and are white).

The words of Thomas Paine with which I started this piece were meant for men who lived long ago, nearly now forgotten by history.  Men who stood up to tyranny and took away from it a land from which to make a country.  A country that would be a proud and strong place, where immigrants came for over 200 years to make a new life, to work, to escape the poverty of Europe and other places, a county that is now a Banana Republic, run by a Puppet who can’t speak without his puppet masters running his teleprompter.

Perhaps from the words of Thomas Paine those within the sight and sound of this piece will take heart.

If you are to do so, then listen carefully. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.  And we are in a conflict for the hearts, minds and souls of Americans now.

Make no mistake; we are under a soft police state, a soft tyranny.  People aren’t yet being carted to the dungeons, but words are said by those that would disarm us that should make you take stock of your self, your family and your own safety.  There is no safety in this world but that which you give yourselves.  There are no tyrants who can stand against a united and genuine people.  This country is ours.  It doesn’t belong to the Leftists, Socialists, Liberals, Marxists and Communists.  It belongs to a people with Common Sense, it belongs to you and me.

It’s time to take it back.

It’s time to stand up, be heard and not back down.

No more Summer Soldiers and Sunshine Patriots.

This is real, this is Tyranny and it must stop before the trains and carts come to take you away.

Why would Muslim oil billionaires finance and develop controlling relationships with black college students? Well, like anyone else, they would do it for self-interest. And what would their self-interest be? We all know the top two answers to that question: 1. a Palestinian state and 2. the advancement of Islam in America. The idea then was to advance blacks who would facilitate these two goals to positions of power in the Federal government, preferably, of course, the Presidency. And why would the Arabs target blacks in particular for this job? Well, for the same reason the early communists chose them as their vanguard for revolution (which literally means “change”) in America. Allow me to quote Trotsky, in 1939: “The American Negroes, for centuries the most oppressed section of American society and the most discriminated against, are potentially the most revolutionary element of the population. They are designated by their historical past to be, under adequate leadership, the very vanguard of the proletarian revolution.” Substitute the word “Islam” for the words “the proletarian revolution,” and you most clearly get the picture, as Islam is a revolutionary movement just like communism is. (Trivia: it is from this very quote that communist Van Jones takes his name. Van is short for vanguard. He was born “Anthony”). In addition, long before 1979, blacks had become the vanguard of the spread of Islam in America, especially in prisons.

Interestingly, in context with the fact that this article was written by her father-in-law, Valerie Jarrett has an unusual amount of influence over Obama (along with personal security that may be even better than his, another unusual and intriguing bit of business here). And equally interesting is that Obama, who may have been a beneficiary of this Muslim money, and may now be in this Muslim debt, has aggressively pursued both of the Muslim agendas I cited above. And, also equally interesting, is that Obama has paid a king’s ransom for court ordered seals of any such records of this potential financing of his college education, and perhaps, of other of his expenses.

Lastly, it’s very important to note that the main source for the article is Khalid Mansour, “the same lawyer who allegedly helped arrange for the entrance of Barack Obama into Harvard Law School in 1988.” (Valerie Jarrett, by the way, was born in Iran. The one country protected by Obama from the sweep of the Arab Spring.) Now all of this may seem sensational, but let’s face facts. What makes it most disturbing is that not only is it all logical, but it suddenly makes a lot of previously confusing things make perfect sense. – Pat Dollard

American Patriot

I have decided to vanish.  My name is changed to protect me, the Innocent.

 

I’m sick and tired of being accused of untrue things, and I’m damned tired of people screwing MY country up.

The Government thinks that people like me are “terrorists” though people like me are the most loyal to America and the American Way of Life.  We’re the people who gave our time to keep America safe.  Some of us died in battle protecting this country and protecting Liberty.  Yet some of us return from foreign lands, tired, poor and as huddled masses forced to live with the memories of horrors seen in those foreign lands.

What does our government do?  Declares those veterans a danger to themselves, the public or whatever.

It is time this crap stopped.

It is time for Americans to rise up and put a stop to the “Hope and Change” that has been foisted upon us all in the name of “Social Justice” and “Economic Equality”, “Socialism” and outright Marxism.

New elections are coming soon.  Either get up off your lazy asses, and turn OFF the television and start working to remove the criminals in office, and further prevent damage to this country or it will be people like American Patriots who do the job;  and it won’t be pretty, it won’t be nice and likely won’t be something anyone else can stomach.  The time is NOW to throw off your chains, otherwise, you remain prisoner and slave to this NeoMarxism pressed upon us.

Awaken Americans!  Stand up and fight back!

Or you will end up as a historical anomaly, destined to be the dust under the feet of your new masters.

Understanding the latest leaks is understanding the rise of a new fascism

In his book, ‘Propaganda’, published in 1928, Edward Bernays wrote: “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organised habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country.”

The American nephew of Sigmund Freud, Bernays invented the term “public relations” as a euphemism for state propaganda. He warned that an enduring threat to the invisible government was the truth-teller and an enlightened public.

In 1971, whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg leaked US government files known as The Pentagon Papers, revealing that the invasion of Vietnam was based on systematic lying. Four years later, Frank Church conducted sensational hearings in the US Senate: one of the last flickers of American democracy. These laid bare the full extent of the invisible government: the domestic spying and subversion and warmongering by intelligence and “security” agencies and the backing they received from big business and the media, both conservative and liberal.

Speaking about the National Security Agency (NSA), Senator Church said: “I know that the capacity that there is to make tyranny in America, and we must see to it that this agency and all agencies that possess this technology operate within the law… so that we never cross over that abyss. That is the abyss from which there is no return.”

It is in popular culture that the fraudulent “ideal” of America as morally superior, a “leader of the free world”, has been most effective. Yet, even during Hollywood’s most jingoistic periods there were exceptional films, like those of the exile Stanley Kubrick, and adventurous European films would have US distributors. These days, there is no Kubrick, no Strangelove, and the US market is almost closed to foreign films.

When I showed my own film, ‘The War on Democracy’, to a major, liberally-minded US distributor, I was handed a laundry list of changes required, to “ensure the movie is acceptable”. His memorable sop to me was: “OK, maybe we could drop in Sean Penn as narrator. Would that satisfy you?” Lately, Katherine Bigelow’s torture-apologising ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ and Alex Gibney’s ‘We Steal Secrets’, a cinematic hatchet job on Julian Assange, were made with generous backing by Universal Studios, whose parent company until recently was General Electric. GE manufactures weapons, components for fighter aircraft and advance surveillance technology. The company also has lucrative interests in “liberated” Iraq.

The power of truth-tellers like Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, and Edward Snowden is that they dispel a whole mythology carefully constructed by the corporate cinema, the corporate academy and the corporate media. WikiLeaks is especially dangerous because it provides truth-tellers with a means to get the truth out. This was achieved by ‘Collatoral Murder’, the cockpit video of an US Apache helicopter allegedly leaked by Bradley Manning. The impact of this one video marked Manning and Assange for state vengeance. Here were US airmen murdering journalists and maiming children in a Baghdad street, clearly enjoying it, and describing their atrocity as “nice”. Yet, in one vital sense, they did not get away with it; we are witnesses now, and the rest is up to us.

Americans: Stand up and Resist!

I’m an American.  I was born in the USA.  Before me, my father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, great-great-great-grandfather and several generations prior were also born here.

One of them came over on a ship from Ireland, another from Scotland.  Men before me have fought for this country from the Indian Wars to the Revolutionary War to the most recent wars in the Middle East.  My sons are Americans and Patriots.

The lie that “We are all immigrants” has been told so often that it’s now being believed.  Yes, my distant forefather DID come to America as an immigrant. A LEGAL Immigrant, albeit, forced to come here to find freedom from Oppression of the British Empire.

Today – illegal immigrants stream across the border in an effort to abuse our freedoms, to steal our tax monies and to commit crimes (illegal immigration, IS A CRIME).  There is no checks and balances any more.  Congress and the President do not want them.

Congress and the President don’t want us to defend ourselves.

The President has allowed agencies to spy on us, the DOJ to lie to us, to kill our own men by giving away guns to criminals, to kill our own military men, Navy Seals, to allow criminals and terrorists to kill our Ambassador and American heroes without investigation.

The current administration has worked to destroy the America my father, I and my children grew up in.

It is time to put a stop to the abuses of the American system, abuses to the American Taxpayer.  It is TIME to FIRE the current government and replace it non-Marxists, non-Socialists and non-Progressives.

A war has been declared on Patriots in America.  We’re now being labeled as terrorists and troublemakers, being called names like “Teabagger” (look that up) and worse.

Fight back.  Resist “Hope and Change”.  Resist Socialism, and Progressivism or suffer the long term consequences to this Great Nation.

Already the time is nearly past, and this country is nearly done.

Stand up and be heard!
