Defend the Constitution Now

The “Narrative” Falters, and the Investigations will begin.

Folks, Freedom has never been free.  It costs blood, money and lives.  Today we stand on the edge of an abyss, where the sheep are destined to die, not as a free people, but as sheep led to the slaughter.  Fear, and shame have forced you into your homes.  Lies from the media, padded numbers, lack of information and data in the beginning have wrought a huge and undeniable political mess.

We have allowed the Left, the Leftist Governors, and the wannabe petty tyrants in every level of government get out of control, and to control you!  All over a virus.  All over the words “It’s for your safety.”

 

For weeks I have stated, regardless of a virus of whatever “virility” it has, the Constitution, our Rights as Americans have been and are being violated consistently.

 

I have around me people who state over and over “it’s not illegal for a governor” to do what they have done.

 

Or “Wear a mask!” or “we all need to stay home or DIE!”

 

But, what every, last one of these people misunderstand is the Oath of office I took several times, beginning more than forty-five years ago to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that oath never ran out. It didn’t mean “Fighting just commies” or enemies of America.

 

That oath has nothing to do with a virus, or my health.

 

It MEANT and MEANS to DEFEND and UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES.

 

Governors FORCING people by edict into their homes against their will, telling them “you will die” is not only illegal, it’s against the Constitution of the United States, and nearly every Constitution of every state.

 

Businesses have been shut down. People are going hungry. Stores are out of food, supplies, and no one can go outside.

 

All because a few people felt power because of this virus. And others are made to feel powerless over the virus. Whether this virus is deadly or not isn’t relevant. What IS relevant are the people who can’t work because of ILLEGAL orders (Executive orders) from Governors.

 

I’ve explained this over and over, but executive orders are meant to manage agencies under the Executive (President, governor, mayor etc). Mayors haven’t the authority to close cities. Governors haven’t the authority to close their states. The President hasn’t the authority to place the entire US on House Arrest either (and God Forbid if he put out such an EO right now – the Left would all die as their heads exploded saying it was illegal, think about that a minute).

 

Legislatures make laws. NOT Governors, and certainly not by executive order. Especially not to control Citizens’ behaviors.

 

Now these illegal orders by Governors and by various “smaller bureaucrats” like the one in this letter from the State of Colorado, (and this one to the North Carolina governor), are about to find out just how illegal their actions were.

 

I’m by no means a lawyer – but I can certainly understand High School Civics, and don’t try to “interpret the law”; I read it for what it is, and I study the various cases associated with such things.

 

America was founded on the Declaration of Independence, and it was based on the same nonsense happening here; petty overloads pretending to be governors sent by some “King” as his voice abused the people of their country, the Colonists.

 

The same thing is happening now. The faces and names have changed, the system of government is no longer a Monarchy, but, there are those that WANT it to be.

 

A virus might kill everyone, but by God it’s our right to be a Free People; not under house arrest for months.

 

It is HIGH TIME to open the states, the businesses and let people get back to being NORMAL.

 

All over this country, Americans are revolting against these illegal orders, reopening their businesses, police and sheriffs refusing to cite citizens for not wearing masks, or reopening their shops. People are sick and tired of the tyranny of a few Governors.

 

It doesn’t take a genius to see which Governors are the culprits either. It’s about to bite a certain political party directly in the ass too; and every, single governor who wanted to play “King”.

 

So I say to all Americans, if you’re scared of the virus, YOU stay home. If you’re terrified you might die if you contract it, then YOU wear a mask. If you’re worried about it so much, that you have to tell others “what to do” then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

 

If, however, you believe in America as I do, then stand up, be counted now, contact those governors and tell them you’re done playing this game. Time’s up. We’re going back to normal in SPITE of them.

 

The Governors all these states need to stand down, and do it tonight, or there’s going to be hell to pay sooner than later.

 

DO NOT be SURPRISED in November at what is going to happen to those who kept their states closed, or to people like Pelosi and the rest of that group.

Right of the People

In 1776 a war broke out between the Colonists and the British monarchy over the subjects’ rights to defend themselves.

On the one hand, it was required that local militias be formed of all men to protect the towns and villages.  On the other hand, the Colonists had begun to take issue with the way they were taxed, among other things.  King George III had decided that the Colonists needed a lesson.

A local Governor in Virginia, Lord Dunmore ordered the removal of the gunpowder from the magazine in Williamsburg, Virginia to a Royal Navy ship.  The incident came to known as “The Gunpowder incident” and happened the day after the Concord and Lexington battles.

This action sparked local unrest, and militia companies began mustering throughout the colony. Patrick Henry led a small militia force toward Williamsburg to force return of the gunpowder to the colony’s control. The matter was resolved without conflict when a payment of £330 was made to Henry. Dunmore, fearing for his personal safety, later retreated to a naval vessel, ending royal control of the colony.

On 20 January 2020, the rally brought tens of thousands of armed men and women to the forefront of history.  There was no bloodshed, no fighting, but there was an underlying indictment of the men and women in office in Virginia, from Governor Ralph Northam, to each and every Legislator in the state congress.  Current estimates say no less than 22,000 people showed up.  But, those estimates take into account only the area surrounding the actual Capitol building and not the other people in the streets leading up to the capitol.

Throughout the day, helicopters hovered, and drones were forbidden, so exact numbers are unknown at this time.

Youtubers videoed much of the activities, and interviewed people through out the morning.

Americans from all over the country came to show that the Second Amendment shall not be infringed.

Reading through the comments in Twitter, Facebook, the Main Stream Media, there are those who state they will continue to go through with the banning of guns.  Others, on the 2A side chide those who went with words of “Nothing happened, you accomplished nothing at all”.

In fact, what happened that day was to affirm our rights.  First Amendment, Second Amendment, were brought to the forefront, and the men and women that made the event happen are the heroes of the day.

They showed:

1. Our Rights are IMPORTANT TO US ALL
2. That Patriots, Americans, will stand up and defend what is theirs
3. That violence isn’t the only way to make a point
4. Laws aren’t necessarily RIGHT, especially when they are being used to take control of the population
5. That people of all races can come together
6. That people of BOTH SIDES of this argument can come together (there were Right and Left wingers there)
7. A very large number of people came together and gave voice for millions of others.

Remember, we know that those who lived in America at the time of the Revolutionary War were many, but not everyone was on one side or the other.  Some were on the fence over being Royal Subjects of the Crown.  Others, not so much.

In the end, it is estimated that a mere three percent of the colonies population at the time stood up and fought.  The actual number of participation are actually closer to 6% of the total population, but roughly 3% actually fought.  The rest were support people in some way.

On the 20th, an as-yet undetermined number of people showed up, but estimates have ranged from a low ten thousand to as much as one hundred fifty thousand.

Assuming for a moment, that those folks that showed up represented only the III% of this country who would stand up and fight, there should be closer to 9,904,660 people.

In truth – that is a number larger than the entire US Military, plus all of the Federal “officers” in this country.

And, given we have a population of 330 million, and the fact there are 393 million guns in the population there is a definite disparity here.

In the end, those with guns outnumber those without, and also outnumber those who might be used as a tool by a tyrannical government to disarm the population.

In the end, this is why the 20th was important.  To show that those who would wield a law against us, to disarm us, and to usurp our rights will never stand to those of us who support and defend that Constitution.

This author, as  III%er, and an Oath Keep believes his Rights are derived naturally – or from God, as many believe, and NOT from the Government.  We are not subjects of a Monarchy, but rather Free Citizens of the United States first and foremost.

No state, government, governor, or Congress shall infringe on our Bill of Rights and we mean to keep that in place.

Even if they attempt to repeal the Second Amendment, which will precipitate a war.

War is not something the US Government wants with IT’S OWN PEOPLE.

Some in the US Government and some state governments might want to interfere with our rights, but it’s in their best interest to stop meddling, stand down, step back and regain some common sense.

 

We Patriots ask of everyone else who is not actively involved at this point to take the time to call your OWN state Representatives and tell them to STOP the gun bans.  Stand up and be heard.  Write the Federal Government, Congress, the President and tell them “We will NOT comply” with any gun bans, we will no longer stand down and shut up.  They can’t guilt us into silence.

Those days are done.

The group started a week or two back, and is up to 8000 members suddenly.

The tyrannical Governor’s attacks on the Second Amendment have triggered a response he surely didn’t expect.

Several other states’ citizens have banded together with Virginia in support of the “2A sanctuary counties”.

Climate Change: Deniers vs Hoaxers

Climate Hoaxers want you to believe the tiny pieces of data they give you are the big picture, when in fact, they are simply cherry picked data.

The Hoaxers wants you to believe that if YOU find a piece of data that debunks theirs, you are the one doing the cherry picking, and this is a standard tactic they do.

The “Deniers” – like me, know the truth. We’re old enough, smart enough and well-educated in the sciences to see the facts aren’t all there at all.

The follow YouTube Video by Tony Heller, explains a lot more than the Left will explain. Not only has he managed to show why they chose the years they chose, but he fills in the blanks. You know, all the years before and after which actually indicate there is NO MAN MADE CLIMATE CHANGE.

I’ve mentioned this before.  As a child I recall seeing Newsweek and Time magazine, as well as some of the news papers like Detroit Free Press and Detroit News giving the dangers of America front page news; pollution, spewing exhaust into the air, and that we’d be an Ice Age before the year 2000.  I remember the later changes in the same papers and magazines talking about how Global Warming would kill us, and cities would be inside of Domes in the year 2000.

None of that came to pass.

If you watched the whole video you can now SEE visually, why Man Kind has had little to NO effect on the rise of water levels, or the warming of the planet.  You can also see that the graphs are only TINY PIECES of a LARGER picture.

The Larger picture is what truly tells the story.

“Settled Science” rarely is “settled”.  No one anywhere , unless they are crazy, believes Gravity isn’t real, so there are exceptions.  But physics is a field upon which the human race has barely scraped the surface.  Stellar physics isn’t “100% settled”.  Hydrodynamics isn’t perfect (they can’t predict the path of a hurricane for more than two days out, even though the Earth’s atmosphere is a “liquid” of sorts).

Anthropomorphic Climate Change – “man-created” climate change may occur on a very tiny scale, around cities where we’ve added massive amounts of concrete, asphalt and, you guessed it, cars and exhaust fumes.  SURE, we’ve all seen cities full of smog.  Sure, we’ve seen the dangers of breathing that stuff.  But, we’ve also seen Mother Nature clean the air in a few hours.  We’ve also seen Mother Nature rebuild woods and forests taken by forest fires.

In time, Mother Nature cleanses the Earth and puts back what man has borrowed.  Trees reduce CO2 to Oxygen.  The ocean’s plankton does the same job, converting CO2 in the ocean back into oxygen and giving it to the creatures who live there.

There are more trees in the North American Continent than there were when people FIRST moved here (and I’m not just talking about White People, either, I’m talking about ANY PEOPLE FROM ANYWHERE).

Climate Change has been on-going for the life of this tiny speck of sand on which we live, and it will continue.

It is driven by an extremely powerful force of nature called “The Sun”, or Sol, our nearest Star.  The sun has it’s ups and downs, it has sun spots, and lack of sun spots – massive magnetic storms on the surface – which cause stellar winds (solar winds) which in turn affect the planet’s magentosphere, which, in turn affects our weather.  There are pockets of dust in space, which we go through from time to time, darkening the sun slightly, and causing cooling.

There are volcanoes, earthquakes, tectonic plate movements, seasons, El Nino, La Nina and other weather events, all of them culminating in effects.  The largest, most pervasive of all weather events causing climate change is the simplest thing imaginable.  Water, in the form of rain.

Rain take mountains and creates hills, sand, breaks of rocks and boulders, blocks roads, causes floods and creates erosion.

Erosion takes islands away.  Erosion creates the sand on the beach.  Erosion make the Appalachian mountains into hills, and some day the Might Rocky Mountains will be like the Appalachians, small, not large, the Appalachian’s will be hills.

This has nothing to do with man kind or CO2 emissions.

The last thing I want to say here is that we’re not “Climate Change Deniers”, but rather “Climate Change Realists”.  We know climate change happens, but it doesn’t happen because of CO2 and other exhaust emissions from our cars and use of fossil fuels.  It occurs naturally, and will continue to occur naturally.

Just as a test of this… ask ANY climate change hoaxer, “How will we stop Yellowstone from erupting?” They will sputter and tell you you’re changing the subject, or deflecting, or even worse, call you a name.  Then ask them, “How are we going to stop a dangerous asteroid from destroying the Earth in moments?”

They will fall apart.  Those two things are extreme dangers and can happen at any second of any day of our lives from here on out.  I don’t hear anyone worried about something that will decimate the Earth or destroy it outright in seconds, but hear how we’re all going to die in a decade.

Anthropomorphic Climate Change is a HOAX, pure and simple.  It’s a device to destroy Capitalism, to force the rich to be poor, and to force the poor to get something for nothing.  It’s a Socialist PLOT, not a scientific study.

Climate Change is a Cult.

Climate Change Realists are those who eschew junk science for facts.

Declaration of War – The Left has stated their true intentions

Beto O’Rourke said, “Hell, yes, we’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”

“We’re not going to allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore,” the former Texas congressman said during the third Democratic presidential debate, hosted by ABC News.

“If the high-impact, high-velocity round, when it hits your body, shreds everything inside of your body because it was designed to do that so that you would bleed to death on a battlefield … when we see that being used against children,” O’Rourke said. He recalled talking to a woman in Odessa, Texas, who had watched her 15-year-old daughter bleed to death after she was shot by a man wielding an AR-15 late last month.

This statement is, without a doubt, a declaration of war on Americans’ Rights and Freedoms.  Guns in the hands of the men and women of this country isn’t just a right, it’s a responsibility, one that as Citizens of this great country, we have duty to observe.

With his pandering comments, he has outted the Left as Gun-Grabbers, something they repeatedly talk down to us about, saying “No one is coming for your guns!”

Well, that part is correct.  The government hasn’t the man power to take our guns.  There are not enough trained people in the US Government, armed or not, to come and take the millions of weapons from the hands of law abiding citizens in the USA.  They can’t even stop CRIMINALS who get them illegally on the streets, so they sure as hell aren’t going to take our guns.

However, this actual “Declaration of War” is exactly what the Left has been awaiting, someone to stick his foot in his mouth, and “make it real” for both sides.  Do you, as an American, sit on your collective asses and say and do nothing now?  Do you wait?  What DO you do?  Let’s continue….

Ladies and Gentlemen, I submit that we are already deep into Civil War 2.0. We have been for some time now. Obama brought on the “Great Oppression” – Bill Clinton and Janet Reno began the process. They demonized “militia groups” because they needed to point at someone as “evil”. The Militia is seen as a “Government Hating” entity, and is made up of mostly white people. (US Census puts whites in the US at roughly 76% of the population, Blacks at about 17%) – thus you will see such a disparity in all aspects of life.

For informational purposes, US Code states:

10 U.S. Code § 246. Militia: composition and classes

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

(b) The classes of the militia are—

(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

The militia then, is made up of all the of people, who are male, 17 years of age up to 45 years of age, and does NOT exclude women, nor those over the age of 45. At 62 years of age, this “old gentleman” has carried his share of various types of weapons, and used them. With the new technology of eye surgery, I now have better vision (especially in my iron sights eye) than I had at the age of 10 years old.

Obama further eroded rights of Americans, if not in deed, certainly in words. “Bible and gun clingers”. What Clinton and Reno started on Ruby Ridge, and Waco have been realized by many as a wake up call about the attack on American’s God Given Rights to defense, not just of oneself, but of the nation.

When the Founding Fathers put together the Constitution, it was meant to create, and subsequently preserve the Republic. “A Republic,” said Franklin, “if you can keep it.” Keep it we will.

Civil Wars do not begin with gun shots. They begin with disagreement. Usually over some political aspect of the country in which they take place. The American Civil War did NOT start over Slavery. While Slavery was certainly one of the main concerns of both side, and has been pushed to the forefront of history, the truth is, each State has rights over it’s own governance, that the Federal Government may not touch. And so too, the People have reserved to themselves ALL RIGHTS not given to the states.

There is a fine balance that is out of kilter now. Some states wish to ban guns. Some don’t. Some in the Federal government want to ban them, while others do not. Above and beyond the State or the Federal governments however, are the Rights of the People.

The Second Amendment is extremely clear.

The Militia, made up of the PEOPLE, the Rights of those People to keep and Bear Arms SHALL NOT be infringed.  The phrase “well-regulated” isn’t “government run”, it means “trained”.  People who train to defend the towns, villages and states are the militia, not “national guard”.  The National Guard didn’t exist until 1933

Let us be clear… the Civil War 2.0 started over political disagreement. It will be argued for centuries in the future how, when, why, where and who started it, but it is as simple as the Bill of Rights. No GOVERNMENT, State or Federal MAY touch the Right of the People to protect and defend their homes, state or homeland.

The Second Amendment is the back up to the First. You have an absolute right to voice your opinion of the government, government officials, follow your own religion, or to be a journalist and tell the truth. The Second Amendment is there to protect that first one, and all the others. It’s not the “First” in the list of rights, but certainly as important as the First is.

When a person running for the highest office in the land states, unequovcably, “Yes, you WILL turn in your guns” – that is an open declaration of war against the People of this country. Not the few that own guns, ALL OF THEM.

There will be those that support such a person, and they will, ultimately, be on the losing side of that war.

Today – 14 September 2019 – marks the true beginning of Civil War 2.0. Shot still have yet to be fired (unless you count the Texas, California and Ohio mass shootings, by Liberals and Bernie supporters, which, *I* DO COUNT as first shots). But the war of words just heated to the point of white hot.

Beto O’Rourke called the FBI against Patriots who “threatened” him – they merely asked if he was going to lead the charge to take the guns or send his minions…. so, truthfully, what is a “threat”?

O’Rourke made the first threat. HE personally declared war. Will he become President? Highly doubtful, but Leftists, Marxists and Gun Haters are flocking to the pandering fool, making themselves targets as well.

The Law of Unintended Consequences stands clear. If you poke a sleeping bear with a stick, you’re liable to be eaten that afternoon.

The choice now, is yours, People of the United States. We are the Government. The Government doesn’t control us. We are not going to sit and let anyone take our guns. We will fight. We are already organizing against such a thing.

If the Country wants an Uprising, it will get one.

My humble opinion is that people like this O’Rourke character should slowly back into the shadows, go back to whatever he was doing before, be quiet, hide, and stop poking the bear.

“Act of Terror”

Pam Geller wrote an article on the 22nd of December 2018 highlighting the murder of two, young Danish hikers in Morocco.  (https://gellerreport.com/2018/12/female-tourists-beheaded-2.html)

The scum that did this are connected to ISIS (as stated by Danish authorities).

But, the problem is, Islam is also connected to them.

Islam IS the problem.

Those Progressives in Europe are cutting their OWN throats with the “hate crime” legislation and rulings.  Far too many countries have opened their borders to these murderers, and people still, somehow believe that Islam is “a religion of peace”.

America is doing the same thing, in a smaller way.  We’ve had at least one woman murdered here by these criminals, beheaded at her place of business in Oklahoma in 2014.  Little was done.  Yes, he was caught, but was it treated as a crime or a terrorist attack?  He had been fired for “proselytizing” (Islam).  He was shot by … a citizen with a gun, one of the executives on duty that day.

What came from the FBIs mouth NEXT was the typical propaganda of the Obama Administration:

A law enforcement official said the F.B.I. had not found any connection between Mr. Nolen and the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, or other groups. “It’s not a typical workplace response, and given the current environment it is very alarming and is something we are closely looking into,” one of the officials said. “So far, there is no nexus to terrorism we are aware of.”

This scumbag, Alton Nolan was found guilty of murder in 2017 but nothing was done for the family.  The woman murdered can’t be brought back. The defense attempted to argue the man was mentally ill (Perhaps in an effort to remove any prison time).

Maybe, people like this SHOULD be viewed as mentally ill and removed from the streets immediately?  I know that the Left will scream about it, then try to say that “All religions are mentally ill”.  Or somehow spin the topic back onto the Right.

This is not a Right vs Left topic.  This is a Western Civilization vs Islam Topic.

The Danes, the Brits, the Norwegians, and most of the other “White European” countries are experiencing this anomaly, all because of “Open Borders”, all because Progressives want the Islamics to come into their countries to PROVE they are good people.

Well, they haven’t proved they were good.  And watching a place like Morocco with murderers still killing in the name of Allah just sets this in concrete for most of us.

Islam is EVIL.  They will stop at nothing to bring down Western Civilization, Whites, Christians, Europeans, Liberals and Conservatives.

It is HIGH time the United States, the people in this USA understand the threat and stop treating these people like “individuals”.

They don’t want to treat gun owners like individuals.  Or Christians.  Or white men with money.  No, they lump everyone into some “scary group” and demonize them.

Well, I say that we need to lump all the Muslims into one group and Demonize them.  Remove them, BAN their religion completely, kick them out of the United States, or incarcerate them if they open their mouths once about white people, killing, jihad, Allah or anything else.

Wait!  What?  Too much?  You think this is too much?

Then, let’s be sane people.  Leave our guns alone, leave them in the hands of the gun owners.  Stop beating up on our own Americans and start looking a lot more closely at WHO YOU’RE letting into this country through these “open borders” and who is living in those so-called “Sanctuary Cities”.  Those are the place to go to find the terrorists.

The second amendment isn’t just about guns. It’s about supporting the natural rights of self-defense, resistance to oppression and the civic duty to act in defense of our families and our communities. From the enactment of the Bill of Rights through most of the 20th Century, the Second Amendment seems to have been understood to guarantee to every law-abiding responsible adult the right to possess arms.

The purpose of these events are to express the numerous and protean ways in which the concept of self-protection and expression related to the Constitution in the minds of its authors. For self-defense is indeed at the core of the Second Amendment and an element in the Founders’ political thought generally.

At the same time it is important to realize that the Founding Fathers’ view of self protection was not only more favorable but also more inclusive than the concept as disfavored by many modern thinkers. To the Founders and their intellectual progenitors, being prepared for self-defense was a moral imperative as well as a pragmatic necessity; moreover, its pragmatic value lay less in repelling usurpation than in deterring it before it occurred.

Modern thinkers feel the need to strip away our natural born right to self-protection by limiting the available weapons that are at our disposal. They blame mental illness without documentation. They blame everything except the sole responsible party, the person involved in the action.

With the support of thousands of American Patriots across this great country, we will assemble at every state capitol at 1pm CDT on Saturday April 14, 2018 to show our support for our 2nd Amendment rights and to support our Constitution as a whole. 3. Statistics showing high murder rates justify gun control but statistics showing increasing murder rates after gun control are “just statistics.”

20. Guns are so complex that special training is necessary to use them properly, and so simple to use that they make murder easy.

21. A handgun, with up to 4 controls, is far too complex for the typical adult to learn to use, as opposed to an automobile that only has 20.

22. Women are just as intelligent and capable as men but a woman with a gun is “an accident waiting to happen” and gun makers’ advertisements aimed at women are “preying on their fears.”

23. Ordinary people in the presence of guns turn into slaughtering butchers but revert to normal when the weapon is removed.

32. Police operate with backup within groups, which is why they need larger capacity pistol magazines than do “civilians” who must face criminals alone and therefore need less ammunition.

33. We should ban “Saturday Night Specials” and other inexpensive guns because it’s not fair that poor people have access to guns too.

34. Police officers have some special Jedi-like mastery over handguns that private citizens can never hope to obtain.

35. Private citizens don’t need a gun for self- protection because the police are there to protect them even though the Supreme Court says the police are not responsible for their protection.

36. Citizens don’t need to carry a gun for personal protection but police chiefs, who are desk-bound administrators who work in a building filled with cops, need a gun.

37. “Assault weapons” have no purpose other than to kill large numbers of people. The police need assault weapons. You do not.

38. When Microsoft pressures its distributors to give Microsoft preferential promotion, that’s bad; but when the Federal government pressures cities to buy guns only from Smith & Wesson, that’s good.

39. Trigger locks do not interfere with the ability to use a gun for defensive purposes, which is why you see police officers with one on their duty weapon.

40. Handgun Control, Inc., says they want to “keep guns out of the wrong hands.” Guess what? You have the wrong hands.

 

Safety Versus Security

Benjamin Franklin talked about the choice being between essential liberty and temporary safety. The truth is that safety cannot be bought. It might be borrowed for a time, but there is no such thing as permanent safety.

On 14 March 2018, thousands of young people, in the High School age range (and many much younger than that) walked out of their schools “in protest”.

This protest was staged by Progressives.  Let me be clear, a “Progressive” is nothing more than a Marxist, and Anti-Capitalist, a wanna-be Che Guevera Fan club member, and an arm of the Communist Party.  Every Liberal in the United States is a Closet Progressive, and out-of-the-closet Progressives are Communists in the making.

No, I don’t misunderstand the difference, I KNOW the differences in the definitions of the various types of political parties, but I also know that over time these groups have melded into one for a main objective; to utterly destroy the very foundation of the United States of America.

Those children of 14 March were Sock Puppets.  Many thought they were memorializing the children and teacher killed last month in Florida.  Outwardly, many were told to go protest, and teachers, school boards and school officials – MOST of whom belong to the NEA – allowed this to happen.  School officials who are not in the Teacher’s Unions (notoriously Left Leaning by the way…. seeing the pattern yet?) stood tacitly by for the most part and ignored the ramifications.

Instead of memorializing the dead children, one ADULT with a bullhorn angrily read the names of the children and teach killed, with a very emotional “MURDERED!” she shouted.

Others chanted “Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho! The NRA has GOT TO GO!”

Some young (Muslim) women – I know this because they were dressed in hijabs, stated they came here looking for “peace and tranquility” and America “is a murdering country”.  Came here for tranquility?  From where?  Why?  Stay in your own country and fight there.

Franklin argued for Liberty, not safety.  He, like so many others of the men of his time pledged his “fortunes” to the cause of making America Free.

History tells us that the Constitution originally did not contain the Bill of Rights.  The First Ten Amendments, which were required before the Colonies would eventually ratify the Constitution.  While those tend Amendments are certainly like all the others, able to be added or removed based on the rules IN the Constitution, those ten Amendments are part and parcel of what enables us, the People of this country, to remain in charge.

Not the government.  Not a set of Judges.  Not even Congress.  Not the President.  We, the People.  The laws in the Constitution govern the GOVERNMENT, not us.

The Second Amendment was not written as a secondary by product of wild imaginings.  It was written because the King of England had tried numerous times to disarm the British Subjects in the Colonies.  In fact, all of the Colonists were “Subjects” to the King.  Now, today, we, their descendants are CITIZENS.

We remain Citizens by Right of Being Born here.  By Right of being able to defend ourselves against those who would disarm us, and reign over us with tyranny.  The Colonists didn’t want a standing Army to be used against them.

Today, we have a “standing Army”; the police, who have been militarized.  The US Military, sworn to protect the Constitution, the National Guard, the Coast Guard, and other, lesser groups who are armed in every Department of the US Government (As “Agents”).

The Second Amendment is NOT about Hunting.  It’s NOT about “self-defense”.  It’s about PREVENTING a large standing army from taking our Freedoms away.

The Second Amendment is there to PREVENT Progressives from taking our guns.

I’m going to say something here, that might sound inappropriate to many of you, and I don’t condone violence, and am, having served in the military for over two decades, very against war.  But, it is high past time to stand up and fight back.  Not with violence.  With phone calls.  With letters.  With Email.  With speeches.  With words. With the Pen for the Pen is mightier than the sword.

It is time to let everyone know, without a doubt, we will NOT give up one more piece of Liberty for Safety.  Giving up our guns gives anyone the ability to come in and rules us all.

In my sixty years on this planet, I would never have believed that we could have gone so far down the path of destruction at the hands of an internal enemy of Progressive Marxism.  All, EVERYTHING I have fought for is being usurped before my very eyes by wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Progressives are the ENEMY.  They are not “Progressive”. They are REGRESSIVE.  They are the Children of Hitler.  They are the “arm band” people.  They are the ones who tell you “It’s for the Children” and then put you in prison later, for who knows what purposes or reasons.

Because, you are a dissenter.

I say DISSENT!

ARISE! and Stand up to these people.

While you still can, be heard.  When they won’t hear you any more and they start coming for your guns, then will be the time to shoot back.

This isn’t a game any more.  This is not a charade.  The Left WANTS YOUR GUNS.

Vermont has approved, 30-0, a measure allowing police to confiscate weapons.

The proposal, which passed with a 30-0 vote, states a police officer could seize firearms from an individual if they were determined to be a risk to themselves or others, WCAX-TV reported.

Now is not the time to sit on your ass and do nothing. Call them, explain that we are NOT giving up our guns under any circumstances.  We will not give them up without a fight.  And if that fight comes to hot lead, so be it.

Government Corruption Runs Deep

Ladies and Gentlemen, I admit, I wasn’t really “keeping up” with the news the last few months as this “memo” thing began, nor did I pay much attention to the “Russian Collusion” story based solely on the fact I have no television and rarely see much news.

I read things on FB or the Internet and get interested and start digging. It’s how I get all my news. By getting interested in a story and then reading all side of the coin, not just one news agency, ALL OF THEM. Right, Left, Middle, Russian, German, French, makes no difference to me. I READ IT ALL.

After poring over that memo release and all the various news sources associated with it, I have come to a rather scary conclusion. Following are my thoughts only:

1) The memo details a lot of corruption. But, it’s only the surface. There is more to come, a LOT more. Names will get named, and connections will be made.

2) The corruption went all the way up the chain of command back to Obama himself, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, James Comey and many others.

3) This makes Watergate look like a “speeding ticket”.

4) The Democratic Party is in absolute MELTDOWN right now and you can judge that for yourselves by simply reading the screeching going on just on Facebook. They are self-destructing, and the lies keep coming, in droves.

5) I predict – and I rarely do this because I’m usually wrong – that there will be major protests in the next few weeks over this as more details are revealed. They will turn violent, to the point of destruction, turning over cars, “Antifa” will suddenly reappear, as will the “New Black Panthers” and other “Democrat support groups”… and the violence will get very, very large in major cities.

6) The Civil War is ON. This is no joke any more. It has been on-going now since before the elections (See a previous article I posted about How Civil War Happens) and understand that the violence will be directed at the cities at first, then at Right Wingers, Conservatives, White men and women, and children because they wil use Alinsky tactics to “pick a target, freeze it and attack it”. Mark my works on this.

7) The violence will get worse as the Spring and Summer drag on.

Be prepared. Keep your powder dry. Stock up on food and water and be ready for anything – or nothing at all. But always be Prepared for the worst. If you are a conceal carry license hold (and I don’t care if you are) don’t go OUT without your weapons any more and be trained and prepared to defend yourself. No one else is going to do it for you.

Before long, I’m afraid, we’re going to have to remove the Communists from America and take it back from them.  They’ve had a grip for too long.  It’s time to clean house.

The Arrogance of the Left

Here’s a guy who out and out says exactly what we’ve been saying all along. That the “State” will “come take out guns” through the use of “militarized police”.

He goes on to state how he coolly handles those of us who say “You can have my guns when you pry them from my cold, dead fingers”. He says, “Oh, they will, and you’ll be dead in a pool of your own blood”.

Where his arrogance ends however is that we aren’t in this to play dead, or get dead, or to be the first to fire the “next shot heard ’round the world”.

We are in this for our Rights. Yes, that “Second Amendment” Right, and his blithering idiot “First Amendment” right. And all of the other of the first ten in the Bill of Rights.

The government, and it’s minions have NO rights to come take the guns “For the common good”. This is not a “Commonwealth”. America is neither a Monarchy where we are all “subjects” to a king, nor a Socialist State (Although so many of them like to THINK we are).

America is a Representative Constitutional Republic. We are not ruled by theocrats, autocrats, kings, emperors or the people we send to Washington, to the Capitols or the County Seats. We rule OURSELVES through those we place in office.

If, at this point the Left, Politicians and political appointees wish to test this theory, then Thomas Jefferson, one of America’s first “Bad Asses” said it first and I’ll repeat it for emphasis…. and I quote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Please, JIM KARGER, please understand that you too will be one of the masses lying there in a pool of your own blood, shot dead by the other side because you chose the wrong side to stand. And truthfully, you may fall victim to your beloved “State” because the second that most-hated “Second Amendment” goes away, you have nothing left to protect your “First Amendment” from the “State” masters.

Be the American Public so misguided, so ill-informed and so uneducated that they believe only that which is fed them by the media, the so-called Fourth Estate? The Media, the Press, the people who stood toe-to-toe with corrupt politicians in the past now stand behind them and take whatever they are fed, and then in turn feed that to a populous of sheep?

Another thing Mr. Jefferson said was, “I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”

Right he was. Until the future came upon men and women mindlessly caught up in the Battle of the Stars, Television and all sorts of other distraction.

I leave you with these thoughts my friends… be you a wise man, or poor, rich or idiot, none can do better for their country than to stand by it in tough times. That you stand by your country does NOT mean you follow all the laws, corrupt as they may be, or orders from on high, placed upon you as if you were a subject to a King. None of us are by birth slaves. No one in this country living today is a slave and none of shall be slaves again. But if, like Mr. Karger, one chooses such a path then Sam Adams said it best.

Why there is a problem with gun laws

Why do you need to own an ugly black rifle capable of shooting 2-4 rounds per second with the mere pull of a trigger?

Why do you need to be able to buy a thousand rounds?

Why do you NEED high capacity magazines?

I have a better question.  Why do you ask?

Seriously though, when I am asked these questions, sometimes it is difficult getting through to the people who ask.  They are asking the questions rhetorically and do not require, nor even WISH you give an answer.  In fact, they want you to splutter and hem and haw, and feel threatened and guilty.

Why are there gun control laws to begin with?  Why are there people on a no-fly list who can purchase guns?  Why are there people who should be in mental institutions who can purchase weapons?

These are the better questions.

The BEST question though is. if  criminal commits a crime using a gun, say, murder, why isn’t he adjudicated as a murderer and executed? Why aren’t people who are mentally defective put in mental institutions?

So many questions, so few answers, right?

Wrong.

Let’s look at the last questions first.

Because people believe that folks who are mentally deranged shouldn’t be placed in institutions.  Do-gooders for the past hundred years have fought to remove people from mental institutions and indeed, shut down such places.  The same people fought to have “privacy” added to medical records.

Now they wish to reverse this trend.  They would love to know if everyone out there is considered “sane” or not… but it’s not their business any more.

Then, they would like to ask you questions at the doctors office (and I have experienced this personally, so this isn’t some vacuous statement) about your ownership of guns; or whether you have “recently felt like harming yourself or others”.

Let me address the title; no-fly lists.  How does one even get ON a no-fly list?  And why are they on it?  Because they might blow up a plane with a 4 ounce bottle of shampoo?  Or because you spoke out against the US government because you’re dissatisfied with their work ethic?

Both, actually.  If you are a terrorist, you might wish to blow up a plane and perhaps you’ve made it clear, because, for instance you MIGHT belong to Islam.  Islam has made it abundantly clear they wish to kill Americans (and Jews, and Europeans, and Whites, Blacks, Asians, whomever, and wish to do so with impunity… because you’re an INFIDEL).  And you might have made a statement against the US government for their over-reaching, heavy-handed nonsense and you’re questioning their ability to be useful any more.

And with good reason.  You’re an American Citizen questioning the government, because YOU are a watchdog.  YOU are supposed to question the country’s leaders as a dutiful citizen.  Making sure they are doing their job, and doing it for the benefit of the people, and not themselves.

If you’re a terrorist you should BE on a no-fly list, in particular to prevent further training as a terrorist, and secondarily to that to prevent you from blowing up the damned plane.  You should NOT be able to purchase a gun.

If you’re a citizen questioning your government, you should NOT be a no-fly list, no matter which politician, party or group is running the White House this week.  In fact, you should not be on that list, you should NOT be questioned about your questioning, and you SHOULD be allowed to purchase a gun.

Or ten of them.  Or a hundred.

You should not be considered a threat, mentally defective, you should not be considered a person of interest and should be left the hell alone.

In the United States you have a right to your opinion, to express it, Freedom of Speech, Assembly, and to cross state lines and come and go as you please.  No one should be bothering you.

The second you actually commit a crime of course, that all goes out the window.

Now – I’m not going to answer all the above questions.  But I’m going to explain this, carefully for the slow readers out there….

If you are not a criminal (and that includes people who have committed non-capital offenses in the past and have served their time) should not be denied their rights.  They should not be placed on watch lists.  They should not be denied guns, freedom of speech, travel or assembly.

The Progressives in this country (Read: Liberals/Marxists/Communists/Libtards/Democrats and morons) are using words to push their agenda.  They want to be able to place ANYONE on a no-fly, watch list and thereby prevent them from buying, holding, using, storing or otherwise have rights to guns.

In other words, the idea of background checks is to see if someone doesn’t meet a certain criteria;  that criteria will be decided by whome EVER is in charge of the current government, be it GOP, Democrats, Obama, Leftist, Rightist, Libertarian, Marixist, Commie, Pinko or whatever….

Therein lies the problem.

Everyone wants to TRUST the government and it’s time to distrust them with all your hearts.

Our government is supposed to be by the people and for the people; not for themselves, not for profit, not to control us, not to have power.

Do not trust a politician who says they will “ban guns”.  Or implement regulations to “check backgrounds” because quite honestly, who is going to watch the watchers?????

You see, we already have several thousand gun laws on the books, federal, state, local, wish lists and made up stuff that some local “authority” can invoke at their whim.  Those rules, laws, city regulations, county statutes are all there for one thing.  To prevent you and me from having a normal, healthy, happy life pursuing whatever business we like, go where we wish and drink the beer we like.

You see my friends gun control isn’t about guns.

It’s about control.

No-fly lists are great if you’re preventing terrorists.  Not so good if you’re preventing granny or grandpa from boarding a plane to go home for Christmas.  Or stopping Joe Blow because he happens to have expressed dissatisfaction with a government policy of allowing in random illegal immigrants (who didn’t go through normal regulations and procedures to get into the country).

Our country is under siege.  Siege from illegals, from terrorists, from people who want to “change” our country to something it is not, and was never intended to be.

We are here to prevent the latter, more than anything.  And we will do so.

No more gun laws will be enacted.

No more “refugees” will be let in, or they will be run out.

NO more Obamas in office.  No more Clintons in office.  They had their day. And have ruined our country.

If you don’t like guns, by God move someplace where guns are already illegal.  If you don’t like the idea this is a Capitalist country, move to a Communist country.  I was here first, and my country was the way it was before you tried to screw it up.  If you don’t like the fact you can’t get some rich guys money split up amongst all your homies… then homie, move the fuck out of my country and leave the guys alone that have the money.

Those guys create jobs.  Or maybe you should just get a job?

The greatest problem with gun control is that anyone can be placed on a list, adjudicated as mentally defective and prevented from exercising their rights.

Veto coming on Obamacare Repeal

 

For First Time Ever, Senate Votes to Repeal Obamacare — This Is What You Can Expect to Happen Next

The Senate voted Thursday evening for the first time ever to repeal President Barack Obama’s signature health care law, passing the measure 52-47.

The bill will now head to the House, where it should win easy approval from the Republican majority.

Congress will then send the measure, which also strips federal funding for Planned Parenthood, to Obama who will veto it.

This marks the first time the Republican controlled Congress has ever sent a bill to repeal Obamacare to the president’s desk.

In a statement, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who has been relentless in his efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act, said the vote represented a “significant step towards repealing every word of Obamacare.”

“Since before my first day in office, I pledged to do everything within my power to repeal Obamacare,” he said. “And over the last three years, I’ve worked day and night to do exactly that, sometimes to the dismay of those in Washington.”

“This bill repeals as much of that failed law as we can under arcane Senate rules and the narrow guidelines of the budget,” Cruz added. “I am also encouraged that this bill prohibits taxpayer funds from going to abortion-providers. This bill is a substantial improvement over the original House bill, and I’m grateful to Senate conservatives and Senate leadership for joining me in making it so.”

Planned Parenthood, however, saw things differently, releasing a statement calling the measure a “cynical political attack.”

“In spite of these political attacks, we’re focused on providing high-quality, compassionate health care to people all across this country. We won’t be deterred by violence, smear campaigns, or cynical political attacks like this.”

Obama Planning Executive Order for Gun Control

Friends;  Americans, Arm yourselves.  ISIS had their hands in the middle of this attack, and I wouldn’t be surprised now if Obama himself didn’t have his hands in it somehow.

It is, however coming.  Obama is planning an executive order to control who can get a gun.  And we ALL know it will be applied impartially and fairly don’t we?  Right…. and chickenshit won’t make you sick if you eat it.

I personally believe that government is a requirement for civilization.  I DO NOT believe a BIG Government is necessary.  I DO believe that the Constitution is the highest law of our country and the President is there to support and defend that Constitution and the current idiot in the White House is neither defending it, nor supporting it and is in fact negating it, usurping power for himself and for the government and is culpable in the deaths of those people yesterday.

Obama is a Traitor to America and it’s high time the Congress took him out of the position he is in before he causes even more danger for this country.

His “Change” has become undeniably evil, Marxist and he has placed this country in danger of an internal civil war over guns, race, illegal immigration and has enabled foreign powers to undercut us in military strength, has over-reached spending and government to a point never before seen in the history of the world.

The danger to this country comes at a time when Russia is threatening the US on a daily basis as well as NATO in general.  Islam is NOT what it is touted to be, and Obama is as responsible for this as any other Muslim.

He is no longer President in my view.  He is a Liar, a thief, Traitor and a Muslim — all on a grand scale.

He must go.  If Congress does not remove him forthwith, there will be a severe danger to this country, the infrastructure and we will become vulnerable to war from the outside.  China, North Korea, Cuba, Russia and the entire Muslim population of the planet awaits the weakening of this country to the point that will allow them all to attack us with impunity.

At some point there will be an “incident” which will be precipitated by Islam’s fanatics, which in turn will put thousands in danger of even going outside.  Martial law may be declared at that point making it difficult to travel or move around across state lines.

When that happens…. expect the absolute worst.  On the bright side of all of this will be police, firemen, military and civilian leaders who will do all they can to put a stop to it.  There are too many people still in the government who will NOT stand for allowing it to happen.  Someone in there will do something, and they will all be purged.

President Obama Planning Executive Order to Expand Background Checks for Gun Purchases

Rather than tackle the root of the issue causing the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks in America — radical Islam — Obama continues to be a good little prog and push forward the agenda to shred our Second Amendment rights to bits.

In light of the San Bernardino mass shooting — which by the way, was composed of a freshly married Muslim couple — is looking to create yet another executive order to make it more difficult to buy firearms at a gun show.

Because background checks have done such a stellar job of stopping crazy people from doing bad things so far, right?

White House officials are seeking a way to use executive authority to close the so-called gun show loophole that allows thousands of people to buy guns each year without a background check, but complicated legal issues have slowed the process.

Almost three years ago, President Obama asked Congress to change the law to require background checks for weapons sold at gun shows, but a bill to do so died in the Senate – dashing administration hopes for legislative action to address the loophole.

Efforts to use Obama’s executive powers to address the issue took on added urgency in October, when a shooter at a community college in Oregon killed nine people, then shot himself.

Requiring background checks for weapons sold at gun shows might not have had any effect on Wednesday’s shooting in San Bernardino, in which 14 people were killed. So far, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has determined that two of the weapons used in the assault were legally purchased at a gun shop in Corona.

But White House officials and their allies continue to see expanding the background check system as the most promising avenue to reduce at least some of the deaths caused by guns.

“We all have a part to play,” Obama said, including “legislators” in the list of those who must work to make it more difficult for violent people to get access to weapons.

“Right now, it’s just too easy.”

Notice how this said background checks likely wouldn’t have prevented the shooting — or any of the others — yet the utter lack of success with said method of “gun control” isn’t going to deter them from implementing more.

They’re essentially trying the same solution to the problem, despite knowing this particular solution will fail, but because it helps push their agenda, they’ll do it anyway.

That, my friends, is the definition of insanity.

I’ve said it before, but what the heck, I’ll say it again:

We don’t need gun control. We need terrorist control.

And we just so happen to have millions of certified terrorist control experts at our disposal if only we’d send them out and let them do their jobs.

Unfortunately for us, that goes against the liberal playbook so it won’t likely happen with this president in office.

Obama, Hillary Toying With ‘Civil War’ Over Gun Confiscation

On November 2, The Daily Beast pointed to recent statements from President Obama and Hillary Clinton regarding the implementation of Australian-style gun confiscation and suggested “civil war could erupt on American soil” if any administration actually tried to confiscate privately owned firearms.

The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.

According to The Daily Beast, confiscation was workable in Australia because there was no Second Amendment and the government only had to take 650,000 guns. That is a far cry from the “350 million” believed to be in Americans’ hands.

Yes, “350 million.”

But even more important than the number of guns is the depth of American “devotion” to them. And The Daily Beast observes that it is this devotion–this dedication to the philosophy and tradition underlying the right to keep and bear arms–that turns the mere mention of confiscation into something that could literally rip the country apart.

The Daily Beast put it thus, “The prospect of confiscation—as much as it might, theoretically, reduce drastically or even eliminate gun crime altogether—is simply impossible in the United States.” They pointed to statements by Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson, who stressed that Jews could have curtailed the Holocaust had they retained their guns. The Daily Beast suggests Carson hit on something “Second Amendment enthusiasts are fond of arguing,” namely, “that gun rights are enshrined in the Constitution not only for the sake of hunters or people who want to protect their homes and businesses from criminals, but also to allow the population to resist an overreaching government.”

Breitbart News previously reported that Founding Father James Madison used Federalist 46 to make that very point–that armed citizens could band together and resist their government, should it tend toward tyranny. And he pointed out that this demonstrated American exceptionalism inasmuch as citizens of other nations, lacking arms, also lacked the ability to resist.

The Daily Beast addressed the way Hillary mentioned confiscation only later to mock gun owners for fearing the government might come after their guns:

Clinton can joke all she likes about Americans fearing “black helicopters” taking their guns away, but it is no exaggeration to suggest that civil war could erupt on American soil were the U.S. government to attempt anything remotely resembling what was done in Australia.

The column in The Daily Beast is aptly titled, “Yes, They Want to Take Your Guns Away.”

DOOMSAYERS, prepare your bunkers. The ‘Doomsday Clock’ is ticking.

The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, a group founded by the creators of the atomic bomb, say the world is now three minutes from a catastrophic midnight and the closest it has been in 30 years.

The clock moved forward two minutes, citing global warming and the proliferation of nuclear weaponry as the world’s greatest threats.

“This is about Doomsday; this is about the end of civilisation as we know it,” Bulletin executive director Kennette Benedict said.

“The probability of global catastrophe is very high, and the actions needed to reduce the risks of disaster must be taken very soon.”

The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists was created in 1945 and the clock first appeared two years later on the Bulletin’s magazine cover. The minute hand has moved as far from midnight as 17 minutes (1991) but was once just two minutes away (1953).

The last time the clock was at three minutes to midnight was in 1983 during the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union.

Richard Somerville, a member of the 20-member board of scientists at the Bulletin, said the burning of fossil fuels will lead to a “major climatic disruption globally”.

‘The urgency has nothing to do with politics or ideology,” Dr Somerville said.

“It arises from the laws of physics and biology and chemistry”.

RUSH: This is Ann and Ed in Southern California. Welcome. It’s great to have you on the phone. Hello.

ANN: Hello.

RUSH: Hi.

ANN: Hi, Rush. How are you?

RUSH: Just fine. Thank you very much.

ANN: Great. Well, we have some interesting news. My husband Eddie is on the phone with us. We live in Southern California, and we’re Catholic, active Catholics in our community, and there was a town hall meeting last evening, emergency meeting called by our local parish priest, ordered by our bishop (unintelligible) and the Archdiocese of San Bernardino. They have made the decision that they’re going to absorb the immigrants that are coming through because the federal government called the bishop’s office on Monday and they’re gonna be busing these immigrants to our communities and asking us to open our homes and to house them for up to a month. The church will reimburse us for any out-of-pocket expenses and we were told not to talk to anybody about it, especially the media. I’m not especially happy about it. My husband is a retired doctor, and he will share his concerns with you regarding this matter. Eddie, do you want to go ahead and talk about your thoughts?

EDDIE: Longtime listener, Rush. Thanks —

RUSH: Thank you, Eddie.

EDDIE: I’m very concerned about the health care crisis that we’re facing and these illegal aliens that are coming into the United States. Doctors are being asked not to talk to the media, they’re on gag orders, both doctors and nurses, and we got a big problem because there are a lot of diseases that can come through this border bringing all kinds of stuff —

RUSH: Eddie, I just read that in some cases the lice are so bad you can see them crawling down the faces of some of the kids.

ANN: Yeah, the lice won’t kill you, but Ebola will, and so will gonorrhea and there’s syphilis and AIDS and hepatitis and diphtheria and polio, meningitis, and this new coronavirus coming in from the Middle East, so —

RUSH: Hang on. I gotta take a break. Hold your thought and we’ll continue after the break.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: We rejoin Ann and her retired doctor husband, Eddie, on the phone jointly, together with us from Southern California. Eddie, could you put Ann back to the phone or is she on with you?

ANN: Yes. Hi. I’m here with you.

RUSH: Okay, Eddie, I’ll come back to you in just a second, but, Ann, I want to clarify. Did you say that it is the Catholic Church that the government called and asked for assistance?

ANN: Yes.

RUSH: Okay. And then the Catholic Church accepted and said, "Okay, we will," at least the Catholic Church in your town. You haven’t identified where you’re from.

ANN: Yes.

RUSH: And then the bishop has asked you and the other parishioners to help pay for this, but you are not supposed to tell anybody this, which you’ve just done.

ANN: Yes. That’s what they asked us, not to get the media involved. The diocese will reimburse us for any out-of-pocket expenses.

RUSH: Now, wait. Because you’re gonna be asked to house some of them yourself?

ANN: Yes.

RUSH: Are you going to?

ANN: No. That’s why I’m calling. I’m letting people know this is not in the best interests. We have a FEMA — at Norton Air Force Base is a designated FEMA camp. This is an emergency. They need to go there.

RUSH: You know, that just frosts me. This whole thing, Air Force Bases, military bases are being turned into day care centers here. But that’s another thing. I don’t mean to distract you.

ANN: Yeah.

RUSH: Why did they tell you not to tell the media about this?

ANN: They don’t want a lot of people there at the churches when they busload these mothers and children.

RUSH: A-ha. Why do you think the Catholic Church accepted this?

ANN: We’re sympathetic and we want to help, but this is not always the best way to help. And the government created the problem; they should fix the problem.

RUSH: Exactly. Why do you think that your local Catholic Church is helping Obama and the government do this? I mean, this administration has targeted the Catholic Church.

ANN: I don’t know. I called the diocese in my community and made a request, and so they had a town hall meeting, emergency meeting last evening with a hundred people in attendance. I would say 70% of the people are on board. I’m on board in theory. And my husband, Eddie, can share his thoughts about the reaction far more articulate than I can, so I’ll let you express to Rush your thoughts.

EDDIE: Well, I just brought up the diseases that are coming through and the lack of screening that’s going on, Rush. I mean, we’ve got FEMA facilities that can provide medical care, housing, nutrition and clothing, safety and transportation and stabilize the situation so that these people can be reintegrated or be dealt with, but to put us and subject us to health care —

ANN: Risk.

EDDIE: — problems, risk, whatever you want to call it, seems to be an incompetence on behalf of the government when they themselves, these different agencies are not talking to each other. FEMA’s not talking to Homeland Security, and Homeland Security isn’t talking to the other agencies. To me there’s just a lack of coordination that’s going on between these bureaucrat, enormously bureaucrat institutions.

RUSH: Eddie, look. You have to forgive me here. I think I’m on a different wavelength. And I don’t mean this question to be rude. But would this all be okay with you if there were more coordination?

EDDIE: No. But they’re coming in and we have to deal with this. We can’t — I mean, as Americans we can’t stop it.

RUSH: Well, see, that’s the nub of it. So they’ve got you.

EDDIE: Yeah.

RUSH: "They’re coming in; we’ve got to deal with it." Okay, so they’ve won. It doesn’t matter what’s happened after they get in. Once they have coerced everybody into thinking that what they have to do is make it okay after they get here, there’s never gonna be an end to it.

EDDIE: That’s the big concern. They told us that this was gonna last for 30 days, but many of us are scratching our head going, "Thirty days? I just can’t believe that’s gonna be cast in concrete." We know that it’s gonna go beyond 30 days, and it’s gonna go on and grow and grow and grow, unless this stops.

RUSH: Well, it isn’t gonna stop, because the government doesn’t want it to stop.

EDDIE: Exactly.

RUSH: There’s no effort to make it stop. There’s a lot of lip service in that direction. It’s understandable that when churches are called upon to be charitable, that they would do it. That’s actually a mart move on the part of the Regime. Not gonna have too many churches say "no" to a request for charity, but then they are turning around and asking parishioners to temporarily house some of these people, and you pay for it on the promise that you’ll be reimbursed.

EDDIE: Especially when there’s a FEMA facility literally 10 miles away. And it really bothers me when doctors and nurses are on gag orders not to talk about the health care risks of these immigrants coming through the border. We have to do this right. We need to protect the American citizens and it’s the duty of the government to do that, and they’re not doing it.

RUSH: Ed, let me remind you of something. The left in this country — and I don’t mean to politicize this, but they do, so let me respond in this way. The left in this country blames the original white European discoverers of this country with bringing in syphilis, racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, environmental destruction. This is in the public school curriculum today. Young people are taught that this is what Christopher Columbus and the Pilgrims and all of the white Europeans who settled in this country and eventually founded it, they brought all this stuff in. So who are you, doctor, to complain about a little disease coming in because this is not the first time it’s happened. That’s what they would say to you if you called a liberal talk show, if you could find one, that’s what the host would say to you.

EDDIE: Yes. Unfortunately we have a health care system that’s bankrupt, that is being destroyed by Mr. Obama. And it can’t take on this burden.

RUSH: Well, it is.

EDDIE: It is.

RUSH: It is taking on this burden.

EDDIE: It is taking on this burden. And Dinesh D’Souza did such a great job in his movie — we saw it this last weekend — talking about how diseases had moved in Europe and with even the Indians, that they died mainly because of viruses and diseases coming in as things got repopulated. It wasn’t because there were soldiers killing Indians. It was literally because they were dying of disease. And we’ve got Ebola, Rush, that has moved from Africa to New Guinea and may be in Europe. What the heck are we going to do if we get an Ebola outbreak in the United States? We’re not prepared for this, and it’s a 90% mortality rate, that virus.

RUSH: Ed, do you really think that’s possible because of this? Do you think an Ebola outbreak is possible because of this or are you being maybe a little exaggerated in your caution here?

EDDIE: Well, I’m concerned, and I feel like the Paul Revere just waving the flag wanting to get us to take a look at this. And there’s a way to solve this with existing facilities that are already in place, that have medical clinics that have the ability to bring nurses and doctors in. Just screen —

ANN: And create jobs for Americans.

EDDIE: Yeah.

RUSH: I don’t believe I’m hearing that.

ANN: What’s that?

RUSH: This is a job creation opportunity?

ANN: Well, I’m just saying, if they open up these FEMA camps to house these illegal immigrants it will create jobs in the community where we live.

RUSH: Uhhh…

ANN: I don’t know.

RUSH: It’s complicated. It is truly complicated. The last thing I ever considered any of this to be was a job creation opportunity, but I thank you for presenting that perspective. In the meantime, you seem resigned to the fact that this has no end and that you have to come up with a way of making this as acceptable or manageable as possible, and it sounds like your primary concern here is that the people attempting to organize this repatriation or patriation of the refugees is not being done right.

ANN: Yes. That is the correct assessment. It was just Monday he got the call from the government. Tuesday we’re meeting, and Tuesday night everyone is saying "yes" and there hasn’t been much time to really think strategically and carefully about the ramifications of saying "yes."

RUSH: Well, speaking of that, I mean, something I meant to ask your husband, Ed. Ed, are you still on the phone? I assume you are.

EDDIE: I am, yes.

RUSH: How can these people, the arrivees, be screened for illnesses and disease in the short time they’re in these processing centers?

EDDIE: You know, we were told that they went through two brief screenings. I don’t know what that entails, but you’ve got a great point. I mean, you can’t really do a thorough job —

RUSH: I don’t believe I’m even asking the question.

EDDIE: — in a McDonald’s type of fashion where you’re just running people through. You’ve got to spend the time doing proper testing to make sure that certain diseases are not coming through the border.

RUSH: Right. But they are. They are coming through —

EDDIE: But they are.

RUSH: — the border, that’s what you just said. Back to you, Ann. What is — I’ve never heard this term, either — what is a FEMA camp?

ANN: It’s federal emergency — what’s the E stand for?

EDDIE: Rush knows what FEMA is.

RUSH: I know what FEMA is, but what is a FEMA camp?

EDDIE: Well, it’s a FEMA facility, they’ve been established throughout the United States —

ANN: There’s like 600 of them, at least.

EDDIE: — in military bases that —

RUSH: So that’s why they’re calling this Obama’s Katrina. I thought this was —

EDDIE: Yeah.

RUSH: — the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

ANN: Correct.

RUSH: Right.

EDDIE: But Rush, isn’t this an emergency? Isn’t this a federal emergency, and shouldn’t FEMA be involved in this?

RUSH: It’s not an emergency. That’s the point. It isn’t an emergency. It is planned.

EDDIE: Yes, I agree. I agree it is planned, and I believe —

RUSH: It’s an emergency for you. It’s an emergency for people who live where you live, but this is not an emergency. This is payback. This is who knows what. This is political. This has a political objective for Obama and the Democrats. Obama’s not treating it as an emergency. Is he down there? They said Bush never flew over, didn’t go down to New Orleans for Katrina. Has Obama been there? Where’s Obama visiting the refugee FEMA camps? He’s not there. What emergency? He’s out raising money for more of this.

EDDIE: This is being done to overwhelm the government. The Cloward and Piven scenario, overwhelm the government, this is just part of his plan.

RUSH: Well, yeah. Yeah. Except it’s overwhelming you. It’s overwhelming the country. The government that results from this is what Obama wants. We were never set up to be able to provide for and handle limitless numbers of people who are unproductive. From everybody’s perspective, yeah, it’s an emergency the way you look at it. It’s an emergency for your neighbors. It’s an emergency for the doctors and everybody that has to deal with this. But it’s not an emergency. This is a number of things, but it’s not an emergency.

I defy anybody to tell me where the government’s treating it as an emergency. It’s an emergency where you are violating a church order by calling me and talking about it? That’s not an emergency. That’s something far worse. I appreciate your bravery. I’m glad you took the time to call. I’m a little long. I’ve gotta take a time-out here. But I’m stunned at what you’ve had to say. I’m also stunned at the attitude that you have about it, not being critical. I don’t mean to be critical. It sounds like you have accepted your fate, and now you’re trying to make the most of it, which I guess is all you can do. But that in itself to me equals victory for them.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Well, folks, if you had any question… Do you know what’s going on? If you had any uncertainty or any doubt, let me explain it to you after the call from Ann and her husband, Eddie, the retired doctor. The idea here — and this is why I say this is not an emergency. It is for them, but it’s not an government emergency. It’s not an Obama emergency. This is not a problem for Obama and the Democrats.

The idea for them is to get as many people across the border and then transferred where they want them to live in this country as they can, as quickly as possible. That’s why gag orders are being issued. "Don’t talk to anybody in the media and tell ’em about the diseases! Don’t talk and tell ’em about anything to do with these arriving kids, or whoever else is also." It’s not just kids, folks, the 300,000.

These are government numbers: 300,000 since April. It’s not just kids. So it’s clear here, from the Democrat Party standpoint, the idea is to get as many people here across the border and then transferred out all over the rest of the country where they’re going to live, as quickly as possible. FEMA might slow that down. Legitimate health inspections might slow that down. So you process ’em quickly.

You bus ’em, you fly ’em, and you do it before anybody really knows what’s happening. So far, only one little town in California even seems to be trying to stop this, and that’s Murrieta, California. Everywhere else they’re just saying, "What happened?" Well, they’re overwhelmed. They don’t know what to do about it. Think about what a perfect situation this is for the Democrats.

They are getting illegal alien single mothers with dependent children, who are even more certain to vote Democrat — and did you hear Eddie and Ann? They’ve already accepted it. The problem for them is not stopping it. The problem is dealing with it. So it isn’t gonna be long, folks, before this is just going to be accepted as "the new normal," just like 8% unemployment or 12% or whatever, or everybody working part time.

The new normal.

This is what it is.

It’s also highly likely that Obama’s approval numbers in the Hispanic community might be on the rise as a result. So this is not an emergency.

This is mission accomplished.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: You know, look at how the numbers of illegals in this current influx has been quietly ratcheted up. When this first started, we were talking about, eh, a couple of thousand kids, maybe few hundred. Then it became a few thousand, and then it became 30,000, and then it became 50,000. Finally, we heard that there was a memo. We find a memo, a government memo sent in January.

There was a jobs posting. See if you remember this, ’cause we found it. It was a jobs posting memo by the federal government in January where they were looking for transportation and logistics companies to bid on jobs involving the transportation and resettling of 65,000 illegal immigrant children. This was back in January. We either had this news for you last week or the week before.

It was when we found that that we had our suspicions confirmed that this is not just happening, that this is not just some spontaneous invasion. Somebody knew that this was gonna happen, and that they were planning for it, and they were seeking job applicants from transportation-logistics companies to be able to handle the "dispersion," if you will, of these new arrivals. At any rate, that number was 65,000.

Now, over the weekend, the number shot up to 300,000 in the Drive-By Media. A New York Times story just cavalierly mentions that since April, 300,000 illegals have flooded the border. As I sagely pointed out yesterday, that is twice the size of the invasion force at the Normandy beaches on D-Day. The Allied forces had 150,000 soldiers invading Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Sword Beach, all that, the Normandy Beaches on D-Day.

This is 300,000, and it’s just in there in a Sunday story in the New York Times. As far as I know, only one tiny town in California even seems to be trying to stop it. That would be Murrieta, California. It seems that this circumstance is just being accepted, in the sense that there may be some people who are protesting to stop it, but it’s gone beyond that point now. The idea of stopping it doesn’t even seem to be a realistic expectation.

Everybody now is focused on, "Okay, what do we do with these people?" Look, I understand you just can’t ignore them and leave them to the wolves. Don’t misunderstand. But I don’t get the acceptance. I don’t get the idea that there’s no end to this. I understand what Obama’s doing. He’s trying to get Hispanic numbers up; he’s trying to put pressure on Republicans to vote for amnesty before the November elections.

I understand all of that.

I understand the politics of it.

On one side, I have a tough time coming to grips with the idea that there’s nothing that can be done. That’s just me. I admit, folks, I may be on a different wavelength than all these people. I think even if I lived where this were happening, my first question would be, "When is this gonna stop?" But maybe you don’t have time to ask that question when you’re surrounded by it.

Maybe there are other concerns that take precedence, which is probably part of the plan.

US Government “Shut Down” 2013

Good morning all.

I’m sitting at a military installation.  For the record it is being passed on the news that literally several thousand at the various bases in my region have been furloughed.

Now – looking around me, I can tell you this is kind of bullshit.  A whole lot of government people are at work.

This morning NOAA shut down their web sites.  Web sites don’t require a hell of a lot of work – except updating the data on them, so why shut it down?  A large portion of the people working for ALL government agencies are Contractors.

In our case, I’m a contractor, money has been allocated already (for awhile, we could be furloughed soon too though).

In the case of NOAA most of the weather people doing updates are contractors.

So shutting down sites is a childish thing the President has ordered.

Yesterday monuments in DC were closed.  Today a lot of parks are closed… even if they have roads passing through, the ROADS ARE CLOSED.  Childish.

The White House hasn’t been reopened since sequestration… childish.

Do I care if the government “shuts down”?  Not really.

All those “economic problems” because “caused” by this are more bullshit problems.  They aren’t getting their check on payday – but you can bet your ass they will get their back pay.  No one is going to stop spending money because the government has shut down.

Funny…. though, Obamacare hasn’t shut down.  It launches the day the government shuts down and it’s being funded.

Childish.

There is a (slight) possibility that if this continues for weeks there will be some “crashes”.  EBT cards won’t get funded soon enough and a lot of government agencies will simply stop working.  This means that there will be some ripples, but how bad those ripples becomes is anyone’s guess right now.

I honestly see the GOP caving in shortly because they are getting the majority of the blame, even though it is Harry Reid and the Senate really stopping this.

Yesterday they funded the military, but refused to fund the VA.  Congress will get paid no matter what, because it’s written into the constitution they will get paid.

Basically this is a “Fund my stuff, but not your stuff” kind of fight.  The country as a whole doesn’t want Obamacare.  A few people want it.  Liberals assholes who want others to pay for their problems.

I have a job, I have health care – I’m expecting it to increase drastically to the point I will tell them “I don’t want it”.  And I’ll take the “fine” and I won’t pay that either.  Pretty soon, I will have ZERO INCOME and how cool will that be?  I can’t really be fined if I have no money right?  Whatever.

To hell with the government, Obama, the Democrats, the GOP – all of them.  They are a bunch of lying assholes who want to control every aspect of our lives in America.  They want most of our money we make (so they can waste it), they want to control where we can go, when we can go, how much we can save or not save, they want to control OUR HEALTH, they want to control what we eat, read, drink, own, where we live, how we live and whether we live or die.

Not only is it TIME to shut this government down, it’s time to remove these assholes from office.

Dmitry Medvedev on nuclear weapons: “They may still come in handy”

Almost as if the strategic leaders and the media have no idea what’s happening on Russian soil, Dmitry Medvedev seems to be shouting it from the rooftops.  As we have learned in the past, when Russia makes promises, they lie; when Russia makes threats, they are telling the downright truth.  In just the past week, they have made one threat after another concerning their resistance to NATO’s missile shield, and things just got worse.

Exacerbating the tensions between NATO allies and Russia, Medvedev decides to flex Russian muscles on their nuclear capabilities.  Charles Clover and Geoff Dyer of FT.com report:

Then, taking the podium in a glittering Kremlin ballroom, Mr. Medvedev declared that Russia’s younger generation needed positive role models to inspire them towards “success in literature, art, education, and” – he paused wistfully – “nuclear weapons”.

Medvedev continues to talk about Russia’s itchy trigger finger and their nuclear arms capabilities.

“They may still come in handy,” he said, apropos, seemingly, of nothing. “We’re not going to use them, but let’s still keep them around, because we have a big country, a complex country. We must value it and protect it.”

This heightened rhetoric is suspected to be coming from what was discussed at the most recent NATO summit in Chicago.  The NATO European missile defense shield has been the subject of debate over the past few weeks, but it seems as if Russia is bringing the aggravation to a head.  They claim that the defensive measures of the shield would provoke war.  But, I thought that war was over?  Apparently, not.

In fact, the article goes on to state:

If that were to happen, said General Nikolai Makarov, chief of Russia’s general staff, it could lead to an “illusion of security”, which could lead to war. Countries allowing the missile defence shield on their soil, Gen Makarov said, risked a Russian nuclear first strike. “A decision on pre-emptive use of the attack weapons available will be made when the situation worsens,” he breezily told a news conference this month.”

Yes, the good general actually said the words, “nuclear first strike”.  This is extremely unnerving, especially given their recent activities, as reported earlier last week.  Steve Gutterman of Reuters reports:

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) was successfully launched from the Plesetsk facility in northwestern Russia and its dummy warhead landed on target on the Kamchatka peninsula on the Pacific coast, the Defense Ministry said.”

The new ICBM has capabilities, which suggest that the Russians had anticipated NATO’s construction of the shield.

The new missile is expected to improve Russia’s offensive arsenal, “including by increasing the capability to overcome missile defense systems that are being created”, the ministry said in a statement.

The General Makarov’s comments of a first strike are especially scary, concerning NORAD’s current level of preparedness.  The Clinton administration implemented PDD 60, which states that the US will absorb a first strike before retaliating.  In an interview with Robert Bell of the National Security Council, he stated that the US will no longer “launch on warning”.  He further says,

“Our policy is to confirm that we are under nuclear attack with actual detonations before retaliating,”

In short, if Russia does decide to launch a first strike in response to NATO’s deployment of the European missile shield, they shall certainly succeed (and their newly tested ICBM has proven it can get through).  This makes the US and NATO allies strategically sitting ducks.

This comes months after the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence voted to approve the President’s plan to arm the Syrian opposition.

WASHINGTON – Just as the Syrian crisis was getting under way, a joint U.S.-Israeli test of an anti-missile system prompted the Russian General Staff to go on “high alert” and notify President Vladimir Putin that missiles may be incoming on Syria.

The reason: Neither the United States nor Israel bothered to notify Russia that the Sept. 2 test was going on in the Mediterranean near Syria.

Moscow’s response was immediate.

The Russian General Staff thought Israel had launched a preemptive attack on Syria in the eastern Mediterranean which some Russian officials said could have led to World War III.

The U.S. and Israel were conducting a joint test of Israel’s Arrow-3 anti-missile system when it launched two Israeli Ankor, or Sparrow, missiles as targets from the central Mediterranean toward the eastern Mediterranean coast.

The Arrow is Israel’s most advanced anti-missile system and the U.S. has spent billions of dollars in its development.

According to various sources, the Russian ballistic missile early warning radar at Armavir on the Black Sea detected the launch of the two Ankor target missiles, heading toward Syria.

Armavir provides early warning of incoming missile attacks on Russia from Europe and the Middle East.

Putin was immediately notified of the launches.

When the truth came out about the unannounced anti-missile test, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov criticized Israel for undertaking such a launch during a crisis occurring in the neighboring country of Syria.

Referring to the Mediterranean region as a “powder keg,” Antonov warned that anything such as an unannounced missile test could explode into war.

Yes, yes we should.

Some believe he means “Russia”.  Others believe “asymmetrical attacks on America”.

I think we should expect anything, up to and including direct attacks in America by terror cells that are obviously here (they crossed a porous border), and perhaps the unknown like a nuclear bomb in a harbor someplace, a direct attack by Russians on our military in the region or naval vessels in the Med.

We don’t know with any surety that Assad used weapons on the Syrians, or whether the Muslim Brotherhood did it.  We don’t know who provided the weapons (we believe it was Saddam).  We don’t know why the President suddenly wants to do this thing without the approval of the American people and Congress.

There is no strategic plan, there is no politic plan to fuse the military action with fixing the problem and there is no real threat to America – at the moment.  If we attack them and Iran, Hezbollah, Russia and God-Knows-Who-Else jumps in and piles on – well, all bets are off.

Obama Fighting Americans on Syria and losingg

WASHINGTON — President Obama faces a daunting and uphill battle to win congressional authorization for a military strike on Syria, a USA TODAY Network survey of senators and representatives finds.

The comprehensive poll of Congress finds that only a small fraction of the 533 lawmakers — 22 senators and 22 House members — are willing to say they will support the use of force in response to the reported use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime. Far more overall — 19 senators and 130 House members — say they will oppose a resolution that would authorize military strikes.

The largest group of lawmakers remains undecided, including a majority of the Senate and the House. That could create an opportunity for the president to persuade them in a string of six interviews with TV network anchors Monday and a televised address to the nation Tuesday. The Senate could vote as early as Wednesday.

Internet communications being monitored by several news outlets tell of China sending ships through the Red Sea into the Bosphorus to “observe” Russian and US naval and military activities there. China reportedly already has several ships laying off the Syria coast, but their names and types are currently unknown.

A multitude of missiles, both US and Russia, French and British are present in the region.  Chinese radar systems are deployed at this time in Syria.  Russian radar and anti-missile systems are deployed within Syria at this time, along with an unknown Russian presence.  The Syrians are believed to have S-300 long range anti-aircraft missile systems deployed in the region as well.

Iran may or may not have a submarine in the area, and they have reportedly (rumors) deployed Republican Guard troops to the region.  The Iranians have also “ordered” their “militias” to retaliate against America if Syria is attacked.  The Iranians may also have a ship in the region at this time, but there are no firm details as of yet.

Today the US removed diplomats from Lebanon, Turkey Amid Threats to embassies and Russia cancelled it’s “lobbying” mission to DC to try to convince Congress to back off.

US Navy destroyers in the Mediterranean are “fully ready” to launch cruise missiles into Syria as part of a US military campaign that would not involve “extraordinary” monetary costs, a top admiral said Thursday.

Syria is moving the chemical weapons assets at this time and obviously they will place them in schools, hospitals and civilian population centers.

On the Verge of World War III

The article at the bottom of my comments is a couple of days old, it’s from Debka – so it’s not the best source but is probably accurate. Basically we’re looking at the following states being involved in this as things heat up:

Syria, Iran, Hezbollah, Russia, China

Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America

France is “waiting” for more information from the UN.
UK is really “just waiting”.

Russia has moved about 8 ships total toward the Med. The US has moved a few subs, some destroyers into the Med and the Nimitz Carrier group to the Gulf.

Obama is preparing the country for an attack, “limited in scope and duration”, promising “no boots on the ground”. Anyone who has been in the military KNOWS this isn’t true, isn’t going to be true and can’t possibly work. Anyone with even a limited sense of tactics understands you don’t telegraph your moves to the “enemy”. Anyone with even a rudimentary grasp of strategy knows you don’t put all your eggs in one basket when planning any sort of an attack. And anyone with a clue about life understands you don’t go to war for no good reason and you certainly don’t do it if you can’t PROVE you have a good reason. Obama has not proved anything.

The Senate committee just delivered the Resolution to go into Syria to the full Senate. Congress, both houses will debate and vote likely next week on this.

We’re standing on the verge of World War III – without a “draft”, without American support, without support of the majority of Congress – and we’re less than a week away from September 11. Rumors are rampant on the Internet that there’s more than meets the eye here, and the country is “confused” according to our so-called “leader” Obama.

First he sets a “Red Line” then when the bad guys cross it a month ago, it takes time to verify this, and now he’s ready to go into a limited in scope and duration “war” against the Assad regime, to apparently punish the regime, but to give a leg up to verified enemies of America – Hezbollah, Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim lunatics. Iran is saying how they will “bring it” to the US. Russia is backing Syria. Syria is claiming their own allies now. The Chinese are going to back the Russians. Obama has castrated our military in recent months through the shut down of units, bases, equipment, and firing of men smarter than himself.

The United States is being set up for failure big time by this man. Americans, whom for the most part are opposed to this “action” in Syria are caught in the middle of all of the forces massing on the horizon.

America is, from intelligence, full of leaderless Islamic cells – from Iranian Revolutionary Guard to Hezbollah, to Al Qaeda. Americans are being disarmed in some states including my own, in an attemp(?) to make us more vulnerable to outside forces.

It is time to stand up and be heard. It’s time to remove this asshat from the White House. It’s time for his Impeachment to begin. Get on the phone and start making the case with your members of Congress. We have to stop this guy from bringing the nukes down on our heads for his own ego.

Syria’s Muqdad threatens World War III for US strike

Syria’s deputy foreign minister Faisal Muqdad said Wednesday his regime would not give in to threats of a US-led military strike, even if a third world war erupts. In an interview with AFP, Faisal Muqdad said his government had taken “every measure” to counter a potential intervention aimed at punishing the regime of Bashar al-Assad over a suspected deadly poison gas strike, was mobilizing its allies and would take every measure “to retaliate against… aggression.”

To go to Syria or Not

Up until today I’ve considered this whole Syria thing total folly.

But my American Military Mind started really thinking this through.

Today several Travel Warnings were issued by State.  It occurs to me that the US Government isn’t telling the Public everything.  So, I’m going to lay this out as if I were standing there listening in to the briefings we can’t usually hear.

Pretend for a moment you’re standing in a Congressional Classified Briefing and they bring up the number of “rebel groups” (There are about 1200 different groups).  They bring up that the most powerful among those Rebels are Hezbollah related.  Hearing more information about this and the fact that there are actually chemical weapons available in that country you realize suddenly that if the Rebels WIN this civil war, they get their hands on those WMD.

Now, who do you think will not OWN those items?

Terrorists….

To use that stuff on Americans. On US Embassies.  On Israelis.  On Christians.  On innocents.  On cities.  On subways, trains, airports, malls….

After considering this, perhaps the whole reason the President wants to go in there (other than regime change which I think is his real reason for this) is to stop the terrorists.  Nope.  Obomber doesn’t want to do that, those are his people.  He wants to clear out Assad and allow the Muslim Brotherhood to take over.

The Pentagon, the US military, Congress and most of the American people are smarter than the President gives us credit for being.  The MILITARY will go in there and secure or destroy the WMD to prevent it from falling into the hands of terrorists.

Remember them calling Bush a liar about Iraqi WMD?  Remember most of us saying “It was moved to Syria”?  Remember that Obama doesn’t want Bush to get any credit and is blaming him for everything?

No folks what this is truly about is allowing Obama to appear like a winner, Bush like a loser, hiding the fact that the WMD in Syria belonged to Saddam (and this will vindicate Bush if we can get a-hold of that stuff and prove it) and it will put Obama OUT of Office.

Honestly, this is a lot more complex than just letting Muslims to kill Muslims, or bombing some random camels and tents like Clinton did.  No, no, no, my fellow Patriots.

This is Obama trying to get us nuked.

This is Obama trying to hide the fact the WMD belonged to Saddam.

This is Obama trying to look good.

This is the Pentagon trying to stop terrorists from getting their hands on these weapons.

My final thinking on this is… we probably should go in there.  But do it right.  Everything we’ve got.  Take down BOTH sides of this conflict, destroy the chemical weapons and vindicate Bush, and if we get the chance, kick Russia in the nuts and take them down as well.

America has been made out to be a pansy-assed country by our OWN President.  It’s time to remove this guy from office and do the right thing.  But we have to DO IT RIGHT!

Russian Warships Cross Bosphorus

Three additional Russian warships – SSV-201 intelligence ship Priazovye and two landing ships Minsk and Novocherkassk crossed Bosphorus strait, France Press agency reported from Istanbul.

Russian warships are on their way to the Syrian coast, says the Agency.

Russia is strongly opposing any military intervention against the Syrian regime of Bashar Al-Assad; blamed for the use of chemical weapon on the outskirts of Damascus, which allegedly killed more than 1000 people. Russia is the biggest supporter of the regime and its biggest arm supplier.

ST. PETERSBURG – Even as he makes his case on Syria to world leaders gathered at an international summit here, President Obama plans to call lawmakers back in Washington to urge them to vote to authorize a military strike in Syria.

Obama will be doing outreach to key lawmakers on Capitol Hill during his two-day visit to Russia for the Group of 20 summit, deputy national security adviser Benjamin J. Rhodes told reporters here Thursday.On Wednesday, during his visit to Sweden, Obama made five calls to a bipartisan group of senators as part of the administration-wide effort to lobby lawmakers on Syria, Rhodes said.

Obama lands in St. Petersberg

Air Force One had Wheels Down in St. Petersberg this morning for the G-20 summit.  I guess it’s on again.  Obama hasn’t got the balls to back up anything he says.  He’s vacillated on the “Red Line”, and now he’s blaming the world community, Congress and whomever else he can blame for setting that red line.  I guess backing out of meeting with Putin over Snowden is out too?

The “Lion’s Den” is right.  When Americans on the Right and the Left see Putin as a better leader than their own President, there is a damned serious problem in America.  A DAMNED serious problem.  Even this morning, Ralph Peters on Fox News said he didn’t like Putin, but he RESPECTED him as a tough and fair leader.  Amazing.

Putin called Kerry a liar.  Flat out, a liar.  Take that John F-ing Kerry.  All Kerry could do was sputter and say “That’s basically untrue…”.  What was untrue, Kerry?

I spent many years traveling with Reagan and Bush, Air Force One, Air Force Two, dropping in and out of countries before and after the “Boss” landed.  I did communications.  I really, really feel sorry for the WHCA guys these days traveling with this asshat.  I wish the military contingent well – assuming they are even traveling with the President these days.

NRA backs ACLU spying lawsuit over gun registry fears

The National Rifle Association on Wednesday filed an amicus brief in federal court supporting an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit challenging a government phone-tracking program that collects the telephone records of millions of Americans.

The brief argues that the National Security Agency’s phone records collection program could “allow identification of NRA members, supporters, potential members, and other persons with whom the NRA communicates, potentially chilling their willingness to communicate with the NRA.”

The ACLU’s lawsuit — which names as defendants the heads of national intelligence as well as the agencies they lead, including the National Security Agency, the FBI, the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice — argues the phone record collection program disclosed by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden is unconstitutional.

Syria Update: 4 September 2013 – and questions.

The threat of a US Strike is growing.  Ten Thousand are trying to cross the border at the moment… right now.  They want out of there.

Congress is set to vote on the resolution shortly, probably within the hour.

Obama didn’t “put the line there” – someone else did that.

Chemical weapons were used by SOMEONE… but who?

This is a proxy war – we think, but it’s Russia and America facing off with Naval ships in the Med and Gulf…. this is a Cold War escalation as we’ve not seen in two decades.  Nuclear war becomes a grim possibility, if you’re thinking, you can see this.  Obviously the Russians are seeing it, and they are threatening the US.

American citizens by and large don’t want us going in as a police force.  And yet our idiots in Congress aren’t listening to the people.  For that matter, CNN’s own Op-Ed pages are telling the President to IGNORE THE POLLS!

Is this entire Syrian issue with Chemical Weapons a cover up?

Seriously, Obama, almost a year ago stated what “the red line” was.

A year later – well in August it turns out that chemical weapons were used.  And they were used BEFORE that apparently and we did nothing.  Now we MUST do something?

What happened to the 27 or 30 scandals?  Oh, yeah, they aren’t in the news suddenly are they?

Benghazi is being ignored by the media. Deaths of Navy Seals, ignored.  The IRS scandal, ignored.  The NSA spying, ignored.  Project Gun walker and Fast and Furious, completely forgotten now… Obama has lied time and again to the American public.  Kerry has lied, over and over.  Hillary Clinton lied.  The IRS Director lied.  Eric Holder lied.

Or is this something worse, a method by which the asshole-in-chief manages to bring us to the brink of a nuclear war with Russia just so he and Putin can make nice-nice on the sidelines and “fix” the whole world, bring “peace in our time” or make himself appear to be larger than life?

What if this is all a giant hoax perpetrated by Obama and his puppet masters?

US is involved in ‘Hot War’ with Russia, fought by proxies

Edward Snowden is a ‘red herring’ and the ‘childish’ cancelation by Obama of a meeting with Putin in September is of little significance as the US president has little to offer Russia, William Engdahl a geopolitical analyst, told RT.

The real issues of missile defense, Syria and Iran will remain unresolved because of a policy pursued by Washington of full spectrum dominance, where the sole super power the US seeks to dictate military, economic and financial terms to the entire world, Engdahl added.

RT: The Russian deputy foreign minister didn’t have a particularly productive discussion with the US Secretary of State in Brussels. Are there any indications that the same talks that are happening today will be any different?

William Enghdal: I doubt it rather seriously. The decision by President Obama to cancel the meeting with Putin before the G20 meeting is really an indication of a lack of strategy on the part of Obama rather than the putting down of Russia. The background to that is the fact that there are not only fundamental differences between the two sides, the United States government in Washington has been trying since the end of the Cold War to dismantle Russia, quite simply, with missile defense, with the plundering of their economy through using the IMF and shock therapy in the ’90s.

Now that Obama is back in the presidency they are finding a far more difficult negotiating partner over questions like Syria, over issues like the missile defense and others. Snowden, I think is a red herring, simply an excuse that is very convenient to use at this point.

Russian president says it is too early to say what Russia will do but does not exclude supporting a UN resolution

Vladimir Putin has warned the US against launching military action in Syria, stating that Russia has “plans” on how it would react if such a scenario unfolded.

The Russian president’s comments came as Barack Obama for the first time portrayed his plans for US military action as part of a broader strategy to topple Bashar al-Assad, as the White House’s campaign to win over sceptics in Congress gained momentum.

In an interview with Associated Press and Russia’s state Channel 1 television, Putin said it was too early to talk about what Russia would do if the US attacked Syria but added: “We have our ideas about what we will do and how we will do it in case the situation develops toward the use of force or otherwise. We have our plans.”

At the same time he said Russia did not exclude supporting a UN resolution on punitive military strikes if it were proved that Damascus used poison gas on its own people. But he described the idea that Syrian government forces would use chemical weapons at a time when he said they were in the ascendancy and knowing the potential repercussions as absurd. Given his comments, and the fact that Russia has protected Syria from punitive action at the UN security council before, his suggestion that Russia might support a resolution on strikes is unlikely to be given much credence in the US.

Russia later dispatched a missile cruiser to the eastern Mediterranean, which will arrive in about 10 days. The ship, Moskva, will take over operations from a naval unit in the region that Moscow says is needed to protect national interests. It will be joined by a destroyer from Russia’s Baltic Fleet and a frigate from the Black Sea Fleet.

In the US, senators will begin a series of votes on Wednesday to authorise a 90-day window for US military action against Syria.

A new draft resolution was agreed by leaders of the Senate foreign relations committee after the secretary of state, John Kerry, pressed a forceful case for striking against the Assad regime. Earlier, Obama secured the backing of the Republican leadership at a key White House meeting.

Break time

Needed a break from everything.  Took a few days off.  Went “fishing” for a few days.  Caught a few…. oh… “fish”.

Anyway, been tracking Syria, the Russians, and the rest of the world political climate on the side, but keeping my comments limited.

Contrary to some of my friends who seem to believe the Russians are the good guys here I have to say they are certainly poking and prodding to awaken a sleeping Eagle.  At the same time, Obama is acting like a complete buffoon.  Obama IS a Buffoon.  He’s an asshat and a clown.  Some how he believes he has the right to launch a new war against someone in the Middle East.  We’re tired of this shit and he needs to bring home our boys and girls and let them rest.

Facing off with the Russians is about as stupid a thing as he could do.

Invoking the War Powers Act is about as unconstitutional as he could do.  He is asking Congress to back him.  He hasn’t called Congress home so he is apparently in no hurry to cause a nuclear war.

And, please make no mistake about this, if we launch attacks against Syria, who happens to have Russia as an Ally Russia isn’t going to sit on their asses and do nothing.  Now a lot of military personnel, and non-military personnel alike out there will argue the Russians can’t possibly stand up to the United States Military and ordinarily I’d agree.  But the truth is the Russians and United States alike still have Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICMBs) armed with from 2-20 megaton warheads.  Both countries can drop a warhead with pinpoint accuracy and we all know that.

No, their tanks can’t stand up to ours.  Their military, as well trained and large as it is isn’t a match for ours.

But this isn’t completely about the Russians invading American Soil (or us doing the same to them).  This is about Obama pressing Putin into a corner on Syria over might-be-chemical-weapons (and I’m not expert, but I’m both aware and cognizant of what Sarin nerve agents, or most nerve agents do to victims, and have seen videos of those who were affected by the chemical attack).

Currently, the Russians have around eighty armed vessels off the coast of Syria, including it appears two destroyers and at least one air craft carrier.

The US has sent a number of ships and the USS Nimitz is moving into place with a full carrier group.  I won’t post troop movements here though, ever…. but I’ll point out we’re not on equal terms right now.

What the US and Russia are doing is playing Russian Roulette.  One well placed nuke will take out most of the carrier group.  One accidental shot across the wrong bow, at the wrong building (containing Russian citizens or troops) and its on like Donkey Kong.

I have “high confidence” we can “take” the Russians.  But this, again, isn’t about our military.  This is about the innocent people who will be caught up in the ensuing nuclear strife.  Do I honestly think they will lob nukes at us?  Yes, the Russians are NOT our friends, never have been our friends.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike the Russia people.  I dislike the Communism they hold so dear, the deaths of millions because of Communism in the 19th and 20th centuries and I hate the fact that Putin is a former KGB bad boy who tries to look like a Russian James Bond on television.  He’s certainly more “manly” than Obama though, and I think that is what makes the girls make puddles in their panties.  And half the American “metrosexual” males, and maybe a good portion of the US military today.

The truth is, I don’t trust our own government to protect our own people against a nuclear war.  In fact, I’m 100% certain the ONLY people protected will be the “Elites” in Congress, the White House and a few special “governors” around the country.  I’m 100% certain that people like me, with a home in striking distant of any of several military installations will die in the first salvo rendering me useless to our own American fighting forces (the people of this country).  Along with me, thousands or millions would die in my area alone.  The whole region would be rendered useless to America, no more farming to the East, no military personnel here, no machines, no assets, no satellite control.  Well, you get the bleakness of the picture and I don’t need to beat a dead horse.

Sure, some of you will severely disagree with me, and say how we won’t get into a nuclear weapon throwing contest.  But, are you really that sure?

Basically, this is a clarion call to American Patriots around the country.  Be ready for the worst.  Be prepared.  When the shit hits the fan, we’re on our own.  There won’t be a government to help anyone, there won’t be a military force in place to protect American Citizens.  Martial Law will be declared and you’ll be told to stay home and pretty much die alone.

The time is at hand…. Congress isn’t even in session and we’re going to see something happen, soon.  I believe it won’t be what we expect at all.

Benghazi: More cover up!

Well, it’s been almost a year.  Nothing has been done.  No one brought to justice.  No one has been arrested, not even in the White House.

Team involved in tracking Benghazi suspects pulling out, sources say

Two weeks after the Obama administration announced charges against suspects in the Benghazi attack, a large portion of the U.S. team that hunted the suspects and trained Libyans to help capture or kill them is leaving Libya permanently.

Special operators in the region tell Fox News that while Benghazi targets have been identified for months, officials in Washington could “never pull the trigger.” In fact, one source insists that much of the information on Benghazi suspects had been passed along to the White House after being vetted by the Department of Defense and the State Department — and at least one recommendation for direct action on a Benghazi suspect was given to President Obama as recently as Aug. 7.

Meanwhile, months after video, photo and voice documentation on the Benghazi suspects was first presented to high-level military leaders, the State Department and ultimately the White House, prison breaks in the country have eroded security. U.S. special forces have now been relegated to a “villa,” a stopover for the operators before they’re shipped out of the country entirely.

“We put American special operations in harm’s way to develop a picture of these suspects and to seek justice and instead of acting, we stalled. We just let it slip and pass us by and now it’s going to be much more difficult,” one source said, citing 1,200 prisoners escaping two weeks ago. “It’s already blowing up. Daily assassinations, bi-weekly prison escapes, we waited way too long.”

The latest development raises questions about when the attackers will be brought to justice in the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans last September.

The special operators are starting to get frustrated at the lack of action, and Fox News has been told by multiple sources that one special forces leader “literally yelled” at former Libyan Chief of Mission William Roebuck “and told him, ‘so you’re willing to let these guys get away with murder?'”

The outburst was “met with crickets,” the sources said.

Asked about what actions have been taken on the suspects, the U.S. Department of Justice declined to comment. However, a senior U.S. official with knowledge of the situation in Libya suggested there is always intelligence to be gained by simply watching and listening to the suspects.

In addition, Pentagon officials disputed what the operators in question are claiming, saying that group was not specifically tasked with finding the Libyan suspects responsible for the Benghazi attack. These officials said other forces out of Fort Bragg are tasked with that mission, and they are not leaving. Pentagon officials also say the trainers, which were authorized by Congress under part of the defense budget to facilitate training of Libyans for counterterrorism, were not there to track the Benghazi suspects. They insist congressional funding is very clear in its mission: for training locals in counterterrorism.

However, special operators in the region counter the claims and suggest the Pentagon and State Department are playing with words, saying those being pulled are in fact tasked with both training the Libyans and identifying Benghazi attack suspects. “The training is partly a cover and some of these guys … provided the information on suspects directly to U.S. military commanders and the U.S. State Department last November and again in January. They are there and trained to find, fix and finish,” one said.

Fox News reported earlier this year that American forces had identified suspects by the end of November 2012, and reported on their whereabouts to Roebuck last January, yet no action was taken. They returned again in January to identify and locate these same suspects after being requested to do so by military leaders. In the months since, the operators in the region have been sitting in de facto standby, despite the Justice Department charges being filed.

To make matters worse, the U.S. trainers have been sitting in their Libyan “villa” now for a number of days after a Libyan military leader kicked the Americans out of the camp where they had been standing-up a Libyan special forces team for nearly a year, backed by U.S. taxpayer dollars. The maneuver by the Libyan chief of defense has “left our guys high and dry,” and this same chief has locked down Tripoli as well, Fox News is told. The sources say U.S. leaders have now let the Libyan government occupy the special forces camp — and in turn undermine the effort to train a legitimate force capable of countering Al Qaeda, which was the initial assignment before the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi.

The men tell Fox News their mission was to capture or kill the suspects in question, and they briefed the acting U.S. ambassador in Libya and the senior CIA representative in the country. The men were told both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and an under secretary were briefed about their information and their ability to capture or kill those responsible. Still, they did not get approval from the Department of Defense or the White House.

Some of the individuals report seeing former AFRICOM commander General Carter Ham tell former Libya Chief of Mission Laurence Pope that he could easily submit a plan to kill or capture the suspects, but “politics and fallout kept us from acting. To do an operation we have to have (Chief of Mission) and state approval. We didn’t get it. … They sat on it.”

Multiple sources in Libya tell Fox News that the politics in the lack of response to the Benghazi attacks involves the U.S. State Department position in Libya. “No career diplomat wants to be responsible for giving the green light or supporting an operation that if goes wrong, another Somalia, Blackhawk Down, turns into a political fragmentation grenade that puts any group, party, or element in the public scrutiny spotlight … especially after the train wreck on September 11th.”

Sources told Fox News, though, that the Obama administration will be under pressure to produce some result from its investigation with the one-year anniversary of the attack looming.

Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

Every, single tag and category attached to this blog post had a crime committed against America – from the President speaking out AGAINST Zimmerman and FOR gun control, to Benghazi, to the IRS (which is being ignored) to the NSA (also being ignored) to the “sequestration” and loss of food for wounded warriors at Walter Reed while Gays are being given free leave to go marry their partners in other states.

Give Americans a break, Senator and kick this bastard out of OUR HOUSE – before we do it.

Sovereign Citizens Murder Plot: Devon Campbell and Devin Brutsche charged with plotting to kill Vegas police

(CBS/AP) LAS VEGAS – A couple spent hundreds of hours over four months plotting to abduct, torture and kill Las Vegas police officers as a way to attract attention to their anti-authority “sovereign citizens” movement, police said.David Allen Brutsche and Devon Campbell Newman attended training sessions about sovereign citizen philosophy, shopped for guns, found a vacant house and rigged it to bind captives to cross beams during interrogation, and recorded videos to explain their actions and why officers had to die.

The movement they were intending to promote does not follow U.S. laws.

At every step, police said Thursday, an undercover officer was with them, documenting and recording the alleged plot.

Critics question IRS initiative targeting small businesses

Small business owners across the country are receiving letters from the IRS questioning if they are reporting all of their cash income, in a new push by the agency some are saying could unnecessarily create fear in the small business community.

The Wall Street Journal reports the initiative is an attempt to respond to what the agency feels is a widespread failure by small businesses to report all their cash sales.

The agency says the letters are not the same as an audit, and it is simply seeking more tax information from the businesses. However, some lawmakers and business owners who received the letters say the initiative is alarming.

“There’s an emotional thing when you get a pretty ominous-looking letter from the IRS, [saying] you might have done some bad things,” small business owner Tom Reese tells the Wall Street Journal. “I really work hard with my accountant to make sure that I not only follow the law, but follow the letter of the law.”

One letter the IRS sent is headlined, “Notification of Possible Income Underreporting.”  It notifies the business owner “your gross receipts may be underreported” and says they must complete a form “to explain why the portion of your gross receipts from non-card payments appears unusually low.”

One lawmaker says the letter’s tone implies wrongdoing from the start.

“The letter implies that this is a serious matter that could lead to assessments of additional tax, penalties and interest,” says a letter sent to the IRS Friday by Rep. Sam Graves, R-Mo., chairman of the House Small Business Committee.

Though the IRS has only sent letters to small percentage of businesses so far, around 20,000 of the estimated millions in the U.S., the agency says they hope to expand the program in the coming months.

Homeland Security loses track of 1 million foreigners; report could hurt immigration deal

I forget… what do we pay these guys to do again? Oh, right, to keep track of visitors, and to know when they come and go….

 

This is just the ones they KNOW came in and can’t prove they left.  What about those that sneaked in and didn’t leave?  The ones they don’t even KNOW about?

The Homeland Security Department has lost track of more than 1 million people who it knows arrived in the U.S. but who it cannot prove left the country, according to an audit Tuesday that also found the department probably won’t meet its own goals for deploying an entry-exit system.

The findings were revealed as Congress debates an immigration bill, and the Government Accountability Office’s report could throw up another hurdle because lawmakers in the House and Senate have said that any final deal must include a workable system to track entries and exits and cut down on so-called visa overstays.

The government does track arrivals, but is years overdue in setting up a system to track departures — a goal set in a 1996 immigration law and reaffirmed in 2004, but which has eluded Republican and Democratic administrations.

“DHS has not yet fulfilled the 2004 statutory requirement to implement a biometric exit capability, but has planning efforts under way to report to Congress in time for the fiscal year 2016 budget cycle on the costs and benefits of such a capability at airports and seaports,” GAO investigators wrote.

Outside business groups and Republican donors are trying to breathe life into the push for getting an immigration bill through Congress this year.

Nearly 100 top donors and former party officials signed a letter Tuesday pleading with House Republicans to pass a bill legalizing illegal immigrants, saying it could open the door to earning immigrants’ political support.

“Doing nothing is de facto amnesty. We need to take control of whom we let in our country and we need to make sure everybody plays by the same rules,” the donors said in their letter.

They aimed their pitch at House Republicans, who are trying to figure out a way forward and find themselves trapped between rank-and-file Republican voters who say legalizing illegal immigrants is an amnesty, and the party’s elites and donors who say the party cannot survive nationally without embracing legalization as part of a strategy to win over Hispanic voters.

Apparently the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs has released a new letter.

If anyone in America THINKS they are going to take our weapons, they have another THINK coming.  In the form of hot lead.  Do NOT let the Leftists in the United States kid you one little bit.  They want your complete and utter subjugation and will stop at nothing to get it.

We ARE at war over this.  The first shots were fired in Sandy Hook, lest anyone forget this.  There are plenty of reasons to believe that was a set up.  To date, no one has proved beyond a shadow of doubt that the shooter was Lanza.  No one.

We live in a seemingly free country, so we’re told. But that may be because the majority of us have never spent time in a war zone or highly secured police state-like environment.

Few of us understand what it looks like when military and state intelligence assets take over.

Those who do understand, and have themselves implemented such plans in other countries, see exactly what’s going on and they are sounding the alarm (often falling on deaf ears).

In Concord, New Hampshire the local police chief has filed a requisition with the Department of Homeland Security to beef up his police force with a Ballistic Engineered Armored Response Counter Attack Truck to quell any disturbances initiated by activists or other potential domestic terrorists. In response, the residents held a city council meeting, prompting a retired Marine Colonel to weigh in.

He was formerly a coordinator tasked with manning, training and equipping the Iraqi Army throughout the northern provinces, and he candidly shares his insights and compares the nationwide lock-down in Iraq to what’s happening right here at home.

This is coming from someone who knows – someone who has seen exactly how a population is put under control by means of surveillance and force – and he suggests that what they did in Iraq is child’s play compared to what’s happening in the Land of the Free today.

My job was to man, train and equip the Iraqi Army in Al Anbar, Najaf, Karbala and the northern provinces… We did everything we could to make it as strong as possible.

I’ll tell you right now, homeland security would kick their butts in a week.

What’s happening here is we’re building a domestic military, because it’s unlawful…unconstitutional to use American troops on American soil. So, what we’re doing is we’re building a military.

The way we do things in the military is called task organization. You take a command and then you attach units to it in order to accomplish the mission.

What’s happening is Homeland Security is pre-staging gear and equipment… what they’re trying to do is use standardized vehicles, standardized equipment. 

I saw a picture of the Marathon bombing and there were two officers – they both had identical helmets, flack jackets, weapons… everything I wore in Iraq.

What we’re doing here – let’s not kid about it – we’re building a domestic army and we’re shrinking the military because the government is afraid of its own citizens.

I don’t know where we’re going to use this many vehicles and this many troops.

NSA broke privacy rules ‘thousands of times each year,’ report says

(CNN) — The National Security Agency broke privacy rules “thousands of times each year” since 2008, The Washington Post reported, citing an internal audit and other documents.

NSA leaker Edward Snowden — whose ongoing leaks have riled the Obama administration and intelligence community — provided material to the newspaper earlier this summer.

The May 2012 audit found 2,776 incidents of “unauthorized collection, storage, access to or distribution of legally protected communications” in the preceding 12 months, the Post reported in its story Thursday.

“Most were unintended. Many involved failures of due diligence or violations of standard operating procedure,” said the Post article by reporter Barton Gellman. “The most serious incidents included a violation of a court order and unauthorized use of data about more than 3,000 Americans and green-card holders.”

The paper said most incidents involved unauthorized surveillance of Americans or foreign intelligence targets in the country.

The Obama administration is the Hallmark Cards of Brothers’ Day, having done so much to bring it about: courting Brotherhood satellites in the Middle East from Day One, doing tireless “outreach” to Brotherhood organizations in the U.S. (including “hundreds” of meetings with CAIR by the count of one administration official), and helping the Brothers spread the Islamist Ascendancy Arab Spring from Egypt to Tunisia, Libya, and — coming soon, at an intervention near you — Syria. So grateful is the Brotherhood’s Egyptian mothership that its future plans include a new capital city, al-Quds (what the Zionist enemy calls “Jerusalem”) . . . which just happens to be the favorite city of John Brennan, Obama’s national-security adviser and assassinations czar.

President Obama rushed in to join the Palestinian Authority and his good friend Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey’s Islamist Prime Minister, in congratulating President-elect Mohammed Morsi. But what better way to mark this momentous occasion than a Brothers’ Day greeting card?

There is, for example, the one Representative Peter King, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, has just sent to Obama Homeland Security secretary Janet Napolitano. In the spirit of the times, Secretary Napolitano’s crack agency took a time out from not enforcing the federal immigration laws to issue a visa to a member of Gama’at al-Islamia (the Islamic Group), the Egyptian terrorist organization headed by the “Blind Sheikh” — Omar Abdel Rahman. It was the Blind Sheikh who started up the Islamic Group’s jihadist cell branch office of same in the New York metropolitan area in the late Eighties. That IG branch office bombed the World Trade Center in 1993.
