I’m going to let everyone who has been paying attention, onto a little secret.

There’s no “Leader” or “Hero” who is gonna step forward.

There’s no “storm” coming.

There’s no “count down”.

No one is coming to save you or America.

An election was stolen.

A fake vaccine was created and then a “disease” was thrust into our countries, to FORCE to take this fake vaccine. It’s not even a vaccine if you’re listening to the doctors. NO, not the CDC, or WHO, I’m talking about the man who INVENTED it. I’m talking about the hundreds of virologists, and experts, MDs and PHDs who’ve been coming forward on a daily basis to tell the truth.

Thosands have been injured or even killed by this “vaccine”. Normal testing was never performed. No clinical trials. (Ask yourselves why not….)

The claim that 650,000 American’s died from Covid is as much a hoax as the virus itself. Sure, people are getting a severe cold or flu (golly CORONA VIRUSES make up about half of all the cold viruses out there) and sure, they’ve been dying from complications. BUT THE MAJORITY ARE NOT DYING. The old, the infirm, those with other medical issues….

Ask why they are now TRYING TO FORCE A “vaccine” on everyone, EVERYONE. WHO is doing that? WHY are they doing it? What gives them the RIGHT to do it? (Nothing gives them the right). The Chinese and Australia are literally holding people down and injecting them with something. WHY!

We are in a war for our very lives in this country, for our freedoms, for our Liberty, for our Constitution, for our Way of Life and for the future of this country long after we’re gone.

The Communists embedded in our government aren’t going away, aren’t getting arrested, aren’t being tried for treason, and certainly aren’t being sent to GITMO. Anon and Q appears to have been a psychological operation created by CIA, or the CCP, or the Leftists, or someone who worked this out ahead of time and used gullibility of the “Believing American People”, their Hope and Caring to keep them at bay, while the Commies worked their magic to steal an election, to get good Americans arrested, and Bad People they could control, put in public offices.

Americans must start now, rise up. Fight back, demand accountability of any elected official, all of them, not a few, but ALL of them. We the People control this country.

The country is not controlled by “politicians” and it’s high time to put a hard stop to their belief they are our leaders. They are NOT our leaders. They are our servants.

Starting on 11 September 2021, we will all need to be stepping up to the plate. No more “big business” support, no amazon, no facebook, no twitter. Use signal, telegram and small social media to get in touch. Use your TELEPHONE to call, but, best, talk to people IN PERSON. Continue to support LOCAL businesses who refuse to give in to masks, shots, the hype and Leftists. Stock up on food, gas and other important items.

If you have Mayors and Governors who are Leftists/Commies, START PROTESTING in front of their offices, their homes, follow them around. School boards are being removed slowly, keep that up. SCARE THEM OFF.

No violence. Not unless someone else is violent with you, then PUT THEM DOWN. Fight back if you must, but don’t start it. Take the high ground.

Heinlien postulated that “An Armed Society, is a polite Society.” If there are Vets out there willing to, once again, pick up weapons and guard the backs of Real Americans, it’s high time we do it. Walk the bleeding edge of what is necessary to keep Antifa and the Criminal Left out of our people’s faces, backs and flanks.

Never use your weapon unless it becomes necessary and the other side becomes a threat to Life, Limb and Property. Follow the states’ laws to the Letter. Don’t give a stacked court another victim, you.

That Leader or Hero is right there with you, RIGHT NOW, reading this. It is YOU.

The American People, the American Public, the America we all know and love lives right there inside your heart and head.

YOU are that Leader in your own community. Each of us has skills, abilities and a love for this country that goes back to the very beginning of our genetics, to the foundation of this country, and to the Republic’s very tiny roots.

America was FOUNDED by PEOPLE LIKE YOU. By your fore-fathers and fore-mothers who were curious, brave, and emboldened to step away from regimes of Monarchs and form a free country. These are your roots. This country has stood for FREEDOM for 245 years, we have fought pirates, Monarchies, Communists, Socialists and Muslims. Anyone who would take the freedoms of others. And now, we’re allowing these scum into our governments, into our schools and into our lives simply because we were afraid be called names, or embarrassed on Social Media?

Stand up, America. Stand up Americans!

Be again, what you were before, a BEACON of HOPE for those who wish to be Free. Stop cowering because you’re afraid.

How:

Organize and attend peaceful rallies throughout your state. Let your voices be heard and your presence felt.

Let the so-called “leaders” know your demands and your determination.

Thousands of small rallies will collectively be more powerful than one large rally.

STOP doing business with the enemy. Show the enemy who really holds the power of the purse strings. Don’t cross the virtual picket line. Cut off the enemy’s monetary supply lines.

If you have local companies that are refusing entry over masks, vaccine “papers”, make sure you call the Nazis out for it, publicly. NO ONE has a right to demand your papers. Especially if they can’t ask for ID for voting.

Defend the Constitution Now

The “Narrative” Falters, and the Investigations will begin.

Folks, Freedom has never been free.  It costs blood, money and lives.  Today we stand on the edge of an abyss, where the sheep are destined to die, not as a free people, but as sheep led to the slaughter.  Fear, and shame have forced you into your homes.  Lies from the media, padded numbers, lack of information and data in the beginning have wrought a huge and undeniable political mess.

We have allowed the Left, the Leftist Governors, and the wannabe petty tyrants in every level of government get out of control, and to control you!  All over a virus.  All over the words “It’s for your safety.”

 

For weeks I have stated, regardless of a virus of whatever “virility” it has, the Constitution, our Rights as Americans have been and are being violated consistently.

 

I have around me people who state over and over “it’s not illegal for a governor” to do what they have done.

 

Or “Wear a mask!” or “we all need to stay home or DIE!”

 

But, what every, last one of these people misunderstand is the Oath of office I took several times, beginning more than forty-five years ago to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and that oath never ran out. It didn’t mean “Fighting just commies” or enemies of America.

 

That oath has nothing to do with a virus, or my health.

 

It MEANT and MEANS to DEFEND and UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES.

 

Governors FORCING people by edict into their homes against their will, telling them “you will die” is not only illegal, it’s against the Constitution of the United States, and nearly every Constitution of every state.

 

Businesses have been shut down. People are going hungry. Stores are out of food, supplies, and no one can go outside.

 

All because a few people felt power because of this virus. And others are made to feel powerless over the virus. Whether this virus is deadly or not isn’t relevant. What IS relevant are the people who can’t work because of ILLEGAL orders (Executive orders) from Governors.

 

I’ve explained this over and over, but executive orders are meant to manage agencies under the Executive (President, governor, mayor etc). Mayors haven’t the authority to close cities. Governors haven’t the authority to close their states. The President hasn’t the authority to place the entire US on House Arrest either (and God Forbid if he put out such an EO right now – the Left would all die as their heads exploded saying it was illegal, think about that a minute).

 

Legislatures make laws. NOT Governors, and certainly not by executive order. Especially not to control Citizens’ behaviors.

 

Now these illegal orders by Governors and by various “smaller bureaucrats” like the one in this letter from the State of Colorado, (and this one to the North Carolina governor), are about to find out just how illegal their actions were.

 

I’m by no means a lawyer – but I can certainly understand High School Civics, and don’t try to “interpret the law”; I read it for what it is, and I study the various cases associated with such things.

 

America was founded on the Declaration of Independence, and it was based on the same nonsense happening here; petty overloads pretending to be governors sent by some “King” as his voice abused the people of their country, the Colonists.

 

The same thing is happening now. The faces and names have changed, the system of government is no longer a Monarchy, but, there are those that WANT it to be.

 

A virus might kill everyone, but by God it’s our right to be a Free People; not under house arrest for months.

 

It is HIGH TIME to open the states, the businesses and let people get back to being NORMAL.

 

All over this country, Americans are revolting against these illegal orders, reopening their businesses, police and sheriffs refusing to cite citizens for not wearing masks, or reopening their shops. People are sick and tired of the tyranny of a few Governors.

 

It doesn’t take a genius to see which Governors are the culprits either. It’s about to bite a certain political party directly in the ass too; and every, single governor who wanted to play “King”.

 

So I say to all Americans, if you’re scared of the virus, YOU stay home. If you’re terrified you might die if you contract it, then YOU wear a mask. If you’re worried about it so much, that you have to tell others “what to do” then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

 

If, however, you believe in America as I do, then stand up, be counted now, contact those governors and tell them you’re done playing this game. Time’s up. We’re going back to normal in SPITE of them.

 

The Governors all these states need to stand down, and do it tonight, or there’s going to be hell to pay sooner than later.

 

DO NOT be SURPRISED in November at what is going to happen to those who kept their states closed, or to people like Pelosi and the rest of that group.

Seeing a movie on Facebook about “Plandemic” – this covid virus – and how it was a PLANNED thing, rather than an accident, Youtube removed the movie.  I went hunting for further information.

I found WordPress has removed several sites talking about it.

So, if MY site suddenly vanishes, you will know why, it’s NOT because *I* took it down.

A tale of two maps

At first, I wanted to think I was wrong. But now, it’s easy to compare. The Governor of North Carolina just announced that we have a “Stay at home” order starting on Monday.  Well, I’m an American, I’m a Veteran, I’m an old guy who is intent on staying alive, and staying in shape.

I refuse to “stay at home”.  Now, I think anyone sick should stay home. I think anyone with this virus or flu, ought to stay home (anyway).  I think if you are immune compromised, you ought to stay home.  I think if you’re over 60 and in poor health, stay the hell home.

The first map is the states currently CLOSED, with stay at home orders. The yellow means businesses are closed….  North Carolina is in Yellow at the moment, they close all the pubs, bars, restaurants over a week ago (Tuesday, 17 March 2020)

For the most part, the only states with “you’re confined to your house” are, in my words,  CommieCrats.

They are TESTING the WATERS friends.  If this were across the board, and the Republicans were doing it too, I might be less concerned.  But, at this point…. if they can get away with this, and force you to stay home, then they can force you to do anything they want. This is a test.

You’re going to fail.

You’re going to fail because most of the states have almost no cases, and if they do they are at home, or in the hospital, and it’s been two weeks of this…..

I do NOT plan to “stay home” or “inside”.  I’m NOT sick. I’ve been “quarantined already” for two weeks now.  Tuesday will be the 15 days.  I’ve had NO close contacts with anyone since the 17th other than my wife.  We’ve not been in physical contact with anyone.  I’ve been careful, washing hands, cleaning up after me, and her, and others, using hand sanitizer.  If I get this virus now… then it was not because I was not careful.

Just because I am OUT and ABOUT does not mean I’m going to get sick.

It does NOT mean I am going to catch something from some random person.

We have less than 700 people in this state (North Carolina) (allegedly) confirmed to have this virus. We’ve had 7 deaths so far.

We have a .45% mortality rate at this time.

Yes, I KNOW it could get worse.  I KNOW people can die from it.  But, they can die from getting hit by a bus.  They can die if they starve to death because “No job, no work, no money”….

Stop letting these States push you AROUND.

The Time has Come….

… to speak on this subject.

Having been a member of the US military, worked in the White House and have done “jobs” for some Three Letter Agencies in the past, and having ALSO been a member of, and formed, several small Constitutionally protected militia groups – and watched many of them disassemble themselves in fits of pique, miscommunication, and diverse ideological arguments, I have become somewhat jaded on “militia” groups and the like.

So many are enamored with “titles” like “Commander” or “Head of Operations” and haven’t really a clue how to do operations of any sort, or command themselves to go to the bathroom.  Instead, each group starts with enthusiastic clamoring for attempt to stand up against “the Government”, then fall apart because their goals are murky at best, and some people are simply a danger to themselves and others.

Militia groups exist and are constitutionally protected.  But, the MEDIA and certain elements with the US Government would have you believe otherwise.  IF you study history you would understand that we had militias from the beginning of this country, and they are, INDEED a product of the English and French common law to protect their own smaller enclaves in former times.

America didn’t even have a standing Army well after the foundation of the country.  The Continental Army was formed to fight the British in 1775.  However, that group disbanded, and  at least twice more a standing army was eventually created to protect the young nation.  Militias STILL existed then to protect local areas against invasion.

In truth, the Government is US, we the People.  We the People are in control.  We ARE the government.  We elect those Reps who go there and ignore our laws, and ignore our Constitution.  It’s time to begin holding them accountable to us.

The problem is, the government has become rife with those people mentioned in the last paragraph, who have not one iota of caring about the US Constitution.  They are mostly Left Leaning government workers and people in charge of various departments, and view the Constitution as a “living document to be changed how they wish”.  This is simply not the case.

The Constitution was never meant to be ‘changed easily’.  It’s very difficult at best, to introduce a new Amendment, or get it ratified in the end.  It’s nearly impossible to remove the Bill of Rights.  In fact, if there IS ever an attempt, this should be viewed as an outright act of War against our Way of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.

We, the People are both Constitutionally required to keep an eye on our government, and the attempts to undermine our freedoms, as well as to fight back against such attempts.

When you were a child, you heard “America is a melting pot” – of peoples from everywhere. This is true, but it was also the beginning of attempts to undermine our way of life by the Marxists living in this country.  They have used our own laws against us, and loud, shrill voices pointing fingers at us have caused people to back down, shut up for fear of being identified as “someone who might be a racist” or other things.  These tactics have worked and the Real, True American Idealism has been nearly eradicated.

 

Marxism, indeed “Democratic Socialists” have undermined the very fabric of this country, have put themselves in every Agency and department in the US Government, embedded judges, law enforcement personnel and lawyers in the Justice system.

Democratic Socialists are Communists. Marxism’s ultimate goal is to put control in the hands of a communist government. Progressivism is nothing more than a form of “Close Communism”.

The tactics of calling you names, making you feel guilty and forcing you to be quiet has worked to the point, we’ve allowed this infiltration of our government by these Marxist types.  (Note: We lump them ALL into the same bag now, as they do with us.  Marxism, Communism, Progressivism, most Liberalism and certainly any other of the so-called “party affiliations” that lean Left out there are nearly all seeking the same goal, and that is the utter destruction of America, Capitalism, and any sense of Patriotism or any sort of “nationalism” in this country.)

American Way of Life is NOT meant to be controlled by any single party, or any particular Ideology, other than that put in place by our Founding Fathers; the Constitutional Republic.  We are a “democracy” in that the “majority do not rule the minority”.

We are a Representative government.  We deliberately elect people to go in and stand up for our Rights, and to vote as we small groups want, as long as those votes by the Representative comply wholly with the idea of the Constitution, including our Bill of Rights.

Currently, in Congress, in both houses, we have people on both the Democrat and Republican sides of the aisle who choose to ignore Constitutional requirements, and were voted in by people who, apparently could not care less. While this is “certainly representative of the constituents”of those particular areas, it is also most definitely, against the Constitution.

It is time, in my humble opinion, to stop the Leftist infiltration of America any further.  We have a strong President at the moment.  But, that is not going to last forever.  American’s will become complacent again soon enough.  Three or four years hence, they will forget, as they always do the damage the Obama Administration did to this country in the name of “Progress” and “Compromise”.

Compromise to us means everyone gives a little and gets something in return.  To the Left, Compromise means, “You back off, you give us what we ask for, or we’ll call you names and make you look bad in public.”

Every person that reads this needs to think. Think about this:

We have a proposal to give to America.  To every, single red-blooded American in both birth and name, legal immigrants, and those who have had their rights pushed aside, ignored, and voted out… to the Second Amendment in particular, and the usurping of other Rights in the Bill of Rights.  A new, leaderless “Militia”.

Such a militia will include all Americans based on the current laws of this country and the Constitution.  It would include by default any existing “militia groups” that will adhere to the bylaws, and follow the same goals.

We propose a group with very clear, resolute goals, built from the bottom up, rather than the top down.  The rules, goals, mission statement and so forth will be presented and you- The People- will each begin your own local creation and representation within your OWN local regions.  City enclaves, counties, states, and on and on.

The size and shape of your organization will be up to your local control.  The only thing coming from “National” will be the set of rules, not orders, not direction (other than what the rules state) and each group would be local.  “National” will provide a way to contact each other, give directions on connecting up and help groups form by giving information.

What the people of United States need are multiple, small, decentralized covert operations cells of Men and Women who actually understand the Constitution. People who can, and will take the time to resist these Marxist moves on our government.

So, turn off your televisions for a time, and stop listening to the main stream media now, grab a good friend, or a good neighbor and start researching Clandestine Cell Systems.

We’re putting together an organization which will help. It will take good people, some time, and a good understanding of the goals. This isn’t a joke. This isn’t pie-in-the-sky.

This is a start for all the people feeling lost, feeling like there is nothing left to do but give up and let whatever happens, happen.

Americans do NOT give up, we don’t quit, and we don’t let evil win.

Are you going to let Evil win because it’s just easier to sit down and do nothing at all, or will you take up your flag, fly it high and stand up, be heard and make it clear we’re not going to go down to Communism without a fight?

Climate Change: The Science of it All – Part Two

In part two, we will touch on why we should not be simply accepting the main stream media, or “scientists” views without study.

Do you BELIEVE the media?  Why do you believe the media? Why SHOULD you believe the media?

Let’s look at the words “belief”.  What does it mean to us.

Belief is the state of mind in which a person thinks something to be the case, with or without there being empirical evidence to prove that something is the case with factual certainty. In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something.  Another way of defining belief is, it is a mental representation of an attitude positively orientated towards the likelihood of something being true.  In the context of Ancient Greek thought, two related concepts were identified with regards to the concept of belief: pistis and doxa. Simplified, we may say that pistis refers to trust and confidence, while doxa refers to opinion and acceptance. The English word doctrine is derived from doxa. Essentially, what we are saying is simple. If you have previous, personal knowledge, experience of, or observe something, you have a reason to “believe” that a particular something is true.  Previous experience with something tends to give a person fore-knowledge of future events, in relation to the previous experience.  There is personal knowledge, and pure reason alone.  There is experience.  There is a learning experience, which might include “book learning” or “teaching” or even your own experience with no one around.

In any case, you learn something by some method.  To this author, personal experience trumps books, or teaching and media experiences or projections.  Because, you have yourself, experienced some aspect of learning, it is more real than having read it in a book, seen it on television, or had a professor “explain it to you”.

If you are sitting on the beach one summer and experience extreme heat one year, and a hurricane the next, and the third year, a chill wind from the north at the same time period you’re more than likely to remember the other two experiences and say, “Hmmm, something is not like the other two years”.  These things are also known as empirical evidence….

Empirical evidence is information that justifies a belief in the truth or falsity of a claim. In the empiricist view, one can claim to have knowledge only when one has a true belief based on empirical evidence. This stands in contrast to the rationalist view under which reason or reflection alone is considered evidence for the truth or falsity of some propositions.^[2] The senses are the primary source of empirical evidence. Although other sources of evidence, such as memory and the testimony of others, ultimately trace back to some sensory experience, they are considered secondary, or indirect.

Many of those touting “Climate Change” as true, also seem to have a degree in one thing or another.  Some don’t have a degree in anything remotely related to weather, like Bill Nye, a “mechanical engineer”.  I’m a “non-degreed electronics engineer”.  I have vastly more experience in the field of radio theory than Nye does in his own field – and, am likely more qualified to talk about “Climate Change” because I have meteorological training in addition to other Earth Science training.  However, that’s not the point.  He’s a “Science Guy” and in the media.  He’s also a “comedian” as well.  In 1986, Nye left Boeing to pursue comedy, writing and performing jokes and bits for the local sketch television show Almost Live!, where he regularly conducted wacky science experiments.

He is a television actor.  He’s part of the reason we should not simply accept what we see on television at face value.

Neil DeGrasse Tyson, also a “scientist”.  In reality, he is.  He’s an astrophysicist, probably a pretty good one.  Also, younger than me.  And an African American.  And a “believer” of Climate Change.  Of the people I’ve heard talk on it, he is the ONLY voice that I have personally listened to and respect.  I still don’t believe in “climate change” though, because there is no ‘settled science here’.

Science is the “craft of knowledge”, not a “belief system”.

If you are forced to “believe” in something, you must have faith it exists or is true.  You can not necessarily demonstrate it happens or there is a cause and effect.

Cause and effect is very important here. Cause and effect are related, one event occurs which creates a second event.  Lightning causes thunder in the atmosphere.  Thunder is the effect generated by a lightning strike ripping through the air at 224,000 miles per hour.  Essentially this causes a sonic boom.

Climate Change has a cause and effect.  Likely many causes for the effects on the climate.

The media concentrates on ONE and ONLY ONE thing.  The amount of carbon dioxide put into the air by humans.

The media doesn’t mention the sun, sun spots, sun’s radiant energy.  Media doesn’t mention seasonal changes where they point out “more or less ice” in the antarctic.  Instead you will find many satellite images show “more or less” but looking closely you will discover the images are different years, even different decades and invariably the one with “less ice” is a summer image. (Summer occurs in the Antarctic in the WINTER TIME in North America).

They always feel to mention the cause and effect of taking pictures at the wrong time of year.

We have kept scientific records for about 400 to 500 years.  The Chinese kept sunspot records.  Temperatures have been recorded by humans since they developed a thermometer and measurements. (mid 1700s)  In 1593, Galileo invented a “thermoscope”, a device capable of demonstrating rudimentary temperature changes.  There were no scales yet.

Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit was the German physicist who invented the alcohol thermometer in 1709, and the mercury thermometer in 1714. In 1724, he introduced the standard temperature scale that bears his name—Fahrenheit Scale—that was used to record changes in temperature in an accurate fashion.

The point being, while we could record some information, it was inaccurate at best, and with no scales, it’s useless today.  Ice cores are pulled from the arctic and antarctic and CO2 is measured.  But, core samples are not 100% accurate either, nor, can they give exact dates for the cores. Only approximate decades.

The Earth, we know, has gone through multiple Cooling and Warming Cycles.  Ice Ages come and go.

Our last one was about 10,000 years ago, with a “mini Ice Age” in the 1700s.  This is a historical fact. And we’re still, technically “coming out of it”.  Also, a historical fact.

At about the middle time period of this “little ice age” another event was occurring.  The Maunder Minimum, also known as the “prolonged sunspot minimum”, is the name used for the period around 1645 to 1715 during which sunspots became exceedingly rare, as was then noted by solar observers.

How many SUVs existed then? None.  How much oil was being burned by humans?  None, or at least very little.  How many modern factories spewing gasses into the air existed?  None.

At the end of the of this little ice age, the Industrial revolution was really just getting into it’s infancy.  And still, there was an insignificant amount of gasses being blown into the air.

Cause and effect.  It is also believed that the sun caused this little Ice Age.  And, there were also volcanoes that may have contributed to the issue.

If volcanoes contributed, then how can CO2 be the culprit?

Also, note that the little Ice Age wasn’t necessarily global, but was essentially restricted to the Northern Hemisphere according to many records, AND even just to the North American Continent.  England had colder temperatures in the 1600s, and there were times when it was normal.

So, was the sun spots, or rather, lack thereof a cause and the effect being a little ice age?  Many scientists “believe this to be true” now.

The one take away is that, however it happened, the SUN contributed greatly to the little Ice Age.

Oh, and this is “climate change”.

But, it certainly wasn’t human caused.

The media uses buzz words, and sometimes they use scientific terms in an effort to cause you to take notice.  A form of “social engineering”.  DeGrass Tyson and Nye are both quite guilty of this, and are media personalities.

The Weather Channel is another media outlet.  If you listen to them they can’t predict where the next hurricane is going to track, let alone where it will land.  How can they be so dead set on a path for destruction of a 1 degree Celsius variation of the Earth’s temperature twenty years hence?

Simply put, they can’t.

They are a media outlet, they get people to watch them based on suspense, based on scare tactics, based on how they can keep you hanging on to the next word, which comes right after this next advertisement (to get you to buy things).

It is HOW they MAKE THEIR MONEY.

The long and short of it is simple.  The Media is out to make big money.  They do it by enticing you, the population, to watch them.  They keep you in suspense, give you reasons why you’re going to die, and they fall into line with those who tell them “we’re going to die….” and forget the part “…if we don’t keep the government giving us grants to investigate this climate change stuff!”

Richmond, Virginia and the Gun Ban – 1-20-2020

I once lived in Virginia.  Many of my forefathers are from there in fact (a Great-Great-Great Grandfather named James Thompson Donaldson Sr. was born in Scott County, lived in Wythe Co VA and later Kentucky. My family migrated with Daniel Boone to Kentucky from Virginia.

I have roots there, and deep connection with the state of Virginia, even though I no longer live there and likely never will.

Here’s a little bit of history for perspective:

The first shots of the Civil War were fired in Virginia.

Williamsberg VA was the site of one of the first “gun confiscations” in the place soon to be know as “United States” when Governor Dunmore led the official British forces in Virginia at the start of the American Revolution. Local residents had appointed guards to watch the brick “magazine” in Williamsburg where the coloniy’s muskets and gunpowder were stored, but on the very windy night of April 20, 1775 they abandoned their posts. Dunmore took advantage of the opportunity. He had 20 sailors and marines from the schooner Magdalen land at Burwell’s Ferry, near the modern Kigsmill Resort. They walked four miles to Williamsburg, opened the locked gates of the magazine using keys provided by Lord Dunmore, and started to remove the half-barrels of gunpowder weighing 65 pounds each.

Local residents quickly discovered what was happening, but the sailors and marines had time to load 15 of the 18 half-barrels into a wagon and return safely to the Magdalen.

The governor claimed he was ensuring a slave insurrection could not use the gunpowder, but the colonists recognized he was disarming them. Patrick Henry led militia on an unauthorized march to the capital city; violence was avoided by a face-saving compromise when the royal Receiver General paid for the value of the gunpowder.

Yesterday, Monday 20 Jan 2020, a similar event occurred.

As  State Legislator Amanda Chase says, this is not a “Virginia Problem”. This is an “America Problem”.

It’s NOT about guns. It’s about Rights. It’s about the fact the Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights. It wasn’t placed there to create an army, or give permission to the “national guard” to carry arms.

It clearly, VERY CLEARLY, states two important things. The people are the militia. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed.

Virginia and the USA are “Free States” and as such, our citizens are forever, “the Militia”. It’s not a few men and women who decide to put on a uniform and a “patch”, and it’s not “white people”, it’s not “racists”.

It is EVERYONE in this country who has those rights.

It is the GOVERNMENT WHO MAY NOT TAKE THEM AWAY.

The United States of America, her citizens, WILL NOT GIVE UP their rights. We keep those guns as a Symbol of Freedom.

To the rest of the world – we don’t care what you do, think, or say. This is Europe or Australia. This is sure as hell NOT Russia, or China and anyone that wants to emulate THOSE places are welcome to move out of this country to one more suitable for their tastes.

The Left in America is simply WRONG.

Stand down, stop trying to ban our guns.

Conspiracies, Gun Control and You

I find it disconcerting that people continually bring up conspiracies, and call those of us who, by the way are very well read on some of the subjects, “sheep” and “brainwashed”.

This is a Leftist tactic. Call people names. Make them feel bad. Make them think they are stupid. Look, I’ve been following and in many cases, disproving (even, shall we say ‘disemboweling’), conspiracy theories) for a very long time. Perhaps longer than some folks visiting here have been alive.

I even ran a site called “Anomalies Network”. I was the forums administrator and one of my jobs was to take apart conspiracy theories and show the holes. I don’t have as much time these days to do that – but suffice it to say that almost every stupid theory out there, from 9-11 to Illuminati has been pretty much disproven.

People, however persist on these things because it gives an air of mystery.

Let me explain what is wrong with this…. it is distracting. It keeps people in an uproar over the wrong things. It takes the focus off the most important things in life, including but not limited to taking care of your own, your family, yourself, your friends and your future.

Right now, there are things that are SIGNIFICANTLY more important than “George Bush caused 9-11”.

1. Pedophilia… of EPIC proportions.
2. GUN CONTROL
3. Socialists, Communists and Muslims in Government
4. Fighting the good Fight

Choose your battles wisely and carefully. Of all of those things above, Gun Control is the NUMBER ONE MOST IMPORTANT point of the four.

The US Government is onto the pedo rings, and they are taking them down. But, it answers what has happened to so many children who simply vanished over the years.

Socialists and Communists and Muslims in Government will work itself out, or it won’t.

Fighting the Good Fight – the thing that is most near and dear to your heart, whatever that might be, is nothing if you don’t have the freedom to fight. I fight against censorship constantly, to the point I’ve been banned from Social Media in some areas. But, I’m STILL HERE, aren’t I?

Gun Control – isn’t about guns, it’s about CONTROL.

The NRA, GOA and a couple other organizations have more or less folded under pressure from the Left. And from internal pressure of those who think it easier to “get along to go along”.

Gun Control affects us all. Cops, Military, Fire Fighters, and Civilians. A weapon in the hand of a trained individual is worth all the cops in the world if they are 6 minutes away.

Controlling the guns – a plank of the platform of the Leftists in Congress (Beto O’Rourke for example) is absolutely his highest and most important point of order. Bernie Sanders is right there with him.

These two men have one thing in Common. Socialism.

Which, eventually, leads to Communism.

American can NOT become Communist, while the men and women of this country stand up and firmly say “NO”. And to do this we MUST in unison, stand say, “You Shall NOT infringe our Right to keep and bear Arms”.

Stand up. Call your Congressional Reps and tell them in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS, attempting to remove our weapons, or access to them, absolutely, unequivocally means WAR.

“Act of Terror”

Pam Geller wrote an article on the 22nd of December 2018 highlighting the murder of two, young Danish hikers in Morocco.  (https://gellerreport.com/2018/12/female-tourists-beheaded-2.html)

The scum that did this are connected to ISIS (as stated by Danish authorities).

But, the problem is, Islam is also connected to them.

Islam IS the problem.

Those Progressives in Europe are cutting their OWN throats with the “hate crime” legislation and rulings.  Far too many countries have opened their borders to these murderers, and people still, somehow believe that Islam is “a religion of peace”.

America is doing the same thing, in a smaller way.  We’ve had at least one woman murdered here by these criminals, beheaded at her place of business in Oklahoma in 2014.  Little was done.  Yes, he was caught, but was it treated as a crime or a terrorist attack?  He had been fired for “proselytizing” (Islam).  He was shot by … a citizen with a gun, one of the executives on duty that day.

What came from the FBIs mouth NEXT was the typical propaganda of the Obama Administration:

A law enforcement official said the F.B.I. had not found any connection between Mr. Nolen and the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, or other groups. “It’s not a typical workplace response, and given the current environment it is very alarming and is something we are closely looking into,” one of the officials said. “So far, there is no nexus to terrorism we are aware of.”

This scumbag, Alton Nolan was found guilty of murder in 2017 but nothing was done for the family.  The woman murdered can’t be brought back. The defense attempted to argue the man was mentally ill (Perhaps in an effort to remove any prison time).

Maybe, people like this SHOULD be viewed as mentally ill and removed from the streets immediately?  I know that the Left will scream about it, then try to say that “All religions are mentally ill”.  Or somehow spin the topic back onto the Right.

This is not a Right vs Left topic.  This is a Western Civilization vs Islam Topic.

The Danes, the Brits, the Norwegians, and most of the other “White European” countries are experiencing this anomaly, all because of “Open Borders”, all because Progressives want the Islamics to come into their countries to PROVE they are good people.

Well, they haven’t proved they were good.  And watching a place like Morocco with murderers still killing in the name of Allah just sets this in concrete for most of us.

Islam is EVIL.  They will stop at nothing to bring down Western Civilization, Whites, Christians, Europeans, Liberals and Conservatives.

It is HIGH time the United States, the people in this USA understand the threat and stop treating these people like “individuals”.

They don’t want to treat gun owners like individuals.  Or Christians.  Or white men with money.  No, they lump everyone into some “scary group” and demonize them.

Well, I say that we need to lump all the Muslims into one group and Demonize them.  Remove them, BAN their religion completely, kick them out of the United States, or incarcerate them if they open their mouths once about white people, killing, jihad, Allah or anything else.

Wait!  What?  Too much?  You think this is too much?

Then, let’s be sane people.  Leave our guns alone, leave them in the hands of the gun owners.  Stop beating up on our own Americans and start looking a lot more closely at WHO YOU’RE letting into this country through these “open borders” and who is living in those so-called “Sanctuary Cities”.  Those are the place to go to find the terrorists.

 

America’s Fall

Today, we older generational people, the “Boomers” as some refer to us in an unkindly manner, are the last of the children of “The Greatest Generation”.  We came after the end of World War II.

Our parents and Grand Parents saw the fall of the 3rd Reich, the Japanese Empire and the rise of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic – the USSR.  My father fought in the Korean War, a marine, who survive a massive battle to take and retake some unknown-today hill against Chinese Communists helping the North Koreans.

My wife’s father stood terrible duty in the Aleutians during World War II.  My own family has had military members through out our time in the United States, ranging from the American Revolution, to the War of 1812, Spanish-American War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and later events like police incidents in Central America, the Cold War, Afghanistan and Iraq in more recent times.

My family has a storied history in war.  Not because we’re war mongers.  Quite the contrary.  We’re all against war.  But, almost every military man and woman knows and understands something that many today don’t grasp.

We understand the requirement to have a strong military to prevent incursion of Communism into our own environs.  We hold Military Service in a very high regard and do it of our own, free will almost always each of us joining a service before being drafted for some particular fight for Freedom.

As such, we all understood, before stepping into the boots and hefting a rifle the sacrifice we were making, in some cases, the ultimate sacrifice, giving one’s life for the American Way of Life.

We also understand/understood history.  Those stories before us of both war, and how they came into being.  How the Revolutionary War began, why it began, who precipitated it and why America came into being.

Today, we have people unaccustomed to war, and many who have been to war recently who understand that sometimes a war must be fought to keep everyone else safe.

Young people today seem to care little about the past, and are more concerned with protesting to give away their God Given, inalienable, natural rights.

Some see the Second Amendment (and indeed, sometimes the entire Constitution) as a worn, tired, out-of-date piece of parchment not worth the ink with which it was written.  Calls for changing the Constitution abound.  Cries to rescind the Second Amendment are being yelled loudly in the Press and from the Left side of the Political Aisle.

I’m here, not unlike Paul Revere himself, to herald a call to Arms and Warn the Americans that “The Progressives are Coming”.  They are already among us, screaming for things like “Common Sense Gun Laws” and “Gun reform”.

Truthfully, guns don’t require “reforming” as they aren’t evil, didn’t do anything wrong and are simply tools of the trade to the military man, police officer and honest, duty-bound Citizen of the United States to defend himself, his family and his community against transgressions against themselves by either criminals or, God Forbid, the Government itself.

We stand on the very precipice of the fall of the United States today.

The aforementioned Boomers and Millennials are locked in a mortal battle at this point in time. Not a bloody battle (no yet anyway) over Gun Control, the Second Amendment and the “tired, worn out Constitution”.

In less than a generation, roughly twenty-five more years, that youngest generation marching today against guns, against the NRA, against the “evil AR15” and against you my friends, will be the next generation in control of Congress, the White House and the Supreme Court.

We, the Boomers, the Cold Warriors, the Afghan and Iraqi Veterans are all that is left to stand up to those children who want to give away the very heart of America to Socialism, and ultimately, Communism.

The Communists warned us, over and over, they would take us over without firing a shot.  But, shots have been fired, against innocents in schools, and cities all over America using the “Evil Black Assault AR15” – a simple, semi-automatic rifle that is no different from a bolt action deer rifle, other than it has a smaller caliber.

Those children of today know not what they give away, know not how many men and women died protecting those very rights they intend to hand over to a future government, to remove those rights from their very own hands.

One generation, mark my words, if we do not turn this trend around now, if we do not reign in the wild accusations from Children, taught to them by Progressive and Marxist teachers in a public school, paid by OUR tax monies, given to those same Progressives and Marxists the Communist’s prophecy will have come true.

We are doomed to die in less than three hundred years.

Today, we wander down the path the Romans wandered in their last days.  Innocence lost, barbarians at the door and living in our own land, as well as our own apathy and ignorance have wrought what we shall soon reap.

This author implores you all, one last time, step up, be heard, fight the loss of this country and the loss of the Greatest Document written by man.  The US Constitution.

I personally swore and oath to protect it, six times in my career.  That Oath never expires and it doesn’t lessen as the years go by, it only calls in a stronger voice to me.

But, I’m one man.  My children learned their lessons well, and will continue in my stead.

Will yours?

I call upon every would-be, wannabe and existing Militia in the United States to stand up, be heard.  Do not back down.  Do not let the Constitution die when we die.

Safety Versus Security

Benjamin Franklin talked about the choice being between essential liberty and temporary safety. The truth is that safety cannot be bought. It might be borrowed for a time, but there is no such thing as permanent safety.

On 14 March 2018, thousands of young people, in the High School age range (and many much younger than that) walked out of their schools “in protest”.

This protest was staged by Progressives.  Let me be clear, a “Progressive” is nothing more than a Marxist, and Anti-Capitalist, a wanna-be Che Guevera Fan club member, and an arm of the Communist Party.  Every Liberal in the United States is a Closet Progressive, and out-of-the-closet Progressives are Communists in the making.

No, I don’t misunderstand the difference, I KNOW the differences in the definitions of the various types of political parties, but I also know that over time these groups have melded into one for a main objective; to utterly destroy the very foundation of the United States of America.

Those children of 14 March were Sock Puppets.  Many thought they were memorializing the children and teacher killed last month in Florida.  Outwardly, many were told to go protest, and teachers, school boards and school officials – MOST of whom belong to the NEA – allowed this to happen.  School officials who are not in the Teacher’s Unions (notoriously Left Leaning by the way…. seeing the pattern yet?) stood tacitly by for the most part and ignored the ramifications.

Instead of memorializing the dead children, one ADULT with a bullhorn angrily read the names of the children and teach killed, with a very emotional “MURDERED!” she shouted.

Others chanted “Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho! The NRA has GOT TO GO!”

Some young (Muslim) women – I know this because they were dressed in hijabs, stated they came here looking for “peace and tranquility” and America “is a murdering country”.  Came here for tranquility?  From where?  Why?  Stay in your own country and fight there.

Franklin argued for Liberty, not safety.  He, like so many others of the men of his time pledged his “fortunes” to the cause of making America Free.

History tells us that the Constitution originally did not contain the Bill of Rights.  The First Ten Amendments, which were required before the Colonies would eventually ratify the Constitution.  While those tend Amendments are certainly like all the others, able to be added or removed based on the rules IN the Constitution, those ten Amendments are part and parcel of what enables us, the People of this country, to remain in charge.

Not the government.  Not a set of Judges.  Not even Congress.  Not the President.  We, the People.  The laws in the Constitution govern the GOVERNMENT, not us.

The Second Amendment was not written as a secondary by product of wild imaginings.  It was written because the King of England had tried numerous times to disarm the British Subjects in the Colonies.  In fact, all of the Colonists were “Subjects” to the King.  Now, today, we, their descendants are CITIZENS.

We remain Citizens by Right of Being Born here.  By Right of being able to defend ourselves against those who would disarm us, and reign over us with tyranny.  The Colonists didn’t want a standing Army to be used against them.

Today, we have a “standing Army”; the police, who have been militarized.  The US Military, sworn to protect the Constitution, the National Guard, the Coast Guard, and other, lesser groups who are armed in every Department of the US Government (As “Agents”).

The Second Amendment is NOT about Hunting.  It’s NOT about “self-defense”.  It’s about PREVENTING a large standing army from taking our Freedoms away.

The Second Amendment is there to PREVENT Progressives from taking our guns.

I’m going to say something here, that might sound inappropriate to many of you, and I don’t condone violence, and am, having served in the military for over two decades, very against war.  But, it is high past time to stand up and fight back.  Not with violence.  With phone calls.  With letters.  With Email.  With speeches.  With words. With the Pen for the Pen is mightier than the sword.

It is time to let everyone know, without a doubt, we will NOT give up one more piece of Liberty for Safety.  Giving up our guns gives anyone the ability to come in and rules us all.

In my sixty years on this planet, I would never have believed that we could have gone so far down the path of destruction at the hands of an internal enemy of Progressive Marxism.  All, EVERYTHING I have fought for is being usurped before my very eyes by wolves in sheep’s clothing.

Progressives are the ENEMY.  They are not “Progressive”. They are REGRESSIVE.  They are the Children of Hitler.  They are the “arm band” people.  They are the ones who tell you “It’s for the Children” and then put you in prison later, for who knows what purposes or reasons.

Because, you are a dissenter.

I say DISSENT!

ARISE! and Stand up to these people.

While you still can, be heard.  When they won’t hear you any more and they start coming for your guns, then will be the time to shoot back.

This isn’t a game any more.  This is not a charade.  The Left WANTS YOUR GUNS.

They MUST DISARM YOU to control you.  And Control you, they will.

Unintended Consequences

In the social sciences, unintended consequences are outcomes that are not the ones foreseen and intended by a purposeful action. The term was popularized in the twentieth century by American sociologist Robert K. Merton.

UnintendedConsequences is what happens when you attempt to remove the Rights of Free people, because a few loud mouths with zero understanding of history yell louder than the rest of us.

Stand up and be heard.  Shout down the Democrats, Liberals and ignorance of the “Student Protesters” to Congress.

Before Election Last Year

Over on facebook, a good friend of mine, who is also a Canadian and a staunch “Supporter of the American Constitution” as well as a “Right Winger” started a discussion on his page.  Over the course of several days there were dozens of comments, many of them were Left Wing trolls attacking him.

At one point I was defending various things, and the following is what I wrote there.  When I was finished, the only comment I received was from some guy saying “You need a girl friend”.  I explained that “I have a wife and she wouldn’t like that”.  His response was “Ask, you might be surprised.”

Is that seriously how Liberals think? It’s ok?  I mean if they can’t attack you with name calling, they try to drag you to their lowest level.

Today, the Right “owns” the White House, the House and Senate.  The Left “owns” the disaster of Barack Obama, and the near destruction of the American Economy.  They can’t come to grips with that, but can continue to call Trump a “racist”, “rapist” and all the other things.  Now that the “memo” is out, how many heads will roll?  Probably none.

Anyway, the following is a copy of the comments I made through the discussion.  It’s historical now.

Please allow me to educate some of the people here. This is what ” Progressivism” is about. They HATE that America was founded on it’s guiding principles. They HATE the Founding Fathers. They HATE the Constitution. They will use it only to gain benefit while usurping power from the People of the United States. The Progressives were reformers in the late 19th and early 20th century who believed that in order to address modern problems, America needed to abandon the old ideas of the Founding in favor of a new expansive conception of the role of government. Progressives paved the way for modern liberalism and politics, and their core ideas are still the mainstay of today’s liberalism.

Some Progressives were prominent journalists such as Herbert Croly (co-founder of The New Republic), some were distinguished professors such as John Dewey and Woodrow Wilson (president of Princeton before he was President of the U.S.), and many were political leaders such as Theodore Roosevelt and Robert La Follette. Progressives could be found in both political parties: Wilson was a Democrat, Roosevelt was a Republican.

The Progressives were united in their contempt for what they called the “individualism” of the Founding. Instead of a government that protects natural rights through limited, decentralized powers, they envisioned an expansive government, a “living” and evolving Constitution, and the rule of “experts” in nationally centralized administrative agencies.

Whereas the Founders believed the government had a well-defined and limited role to play in the lives of citizens—essentially leaving people alone to lead their lives—the Progressives favored a much more active role for the government in overseeing civil society, regulating the economy, and redistributing wealth.

These two fundamentally different understandings of the role of government grow out of two different understandings of freedom. For the Progressives, freedom is not secured when government protects natural rights and otherwise leaves citizens to rule themselves. True freedom, by this view, demands an active government that provides equal means to self-fulfillment for all. It is not enough to create the conditions that allow people to pursue their own happiness—equal opportunity—since some citizens start with more advantages than others. Government must set out to level the playing field and determine outcomes.

To ensure that all citizens possess all they need to attain happiness, government must create an environment in which all possess the same advantages, despite the fact that this requires government to interfere with the very natural rights the Founders sought to secure. Government must redistribute wealth and grant benefits in order to ensure that everyone has equal means to pursue happiness, and must provide economic and social resources to develop the social character of citizens.

This is why LIBERALS are also the enemy today: Liberalism can be understood in two very different ways. Liberalism, or what some call “classical liberalism,” is a political philosophy based on individual liberty and limited government. Over the last century, however, liberalism has come to take on a different meaning. The contemporary understanding of liberalism is based not on individual liberty, but on the use of government to grant benefits and advantages in order to give everyone the ability to achieve a certain standard of living and reduce inequalities. Therefore, modern liberalism encourages an extensive network of interest groups that receive benefits from government and organize in order to preserve those benefits.

Modern liberalism grows out of the Progressive rejection of American constitutionalism and an embrace of a new conception of freedom, anchored in big government. There are however certain significant differences between Progressivism and modern liberalism.

Whereas modern liberalism exalts freedom of self-expression, especially sexual liberation, most Progressives embraced traditional morals. Liberals are also obsessed with equality of outcomes in ways that the Progressives were not. Today, liberalism has lost the faith in progress that characterized Progressivism, mostly because of a loss of confidence in the inevitability of progress and the creeping effects of having embraced relativism from the start of the Progressive movement.

The administrative state is the conglomeration of federal administrative agencies—whether executive agencies, executive departments, or independent regulatory commissions—that have become a “fourth branch” of government. Over the past few decades, the Left has worked diligently to steal your identity from you. Not your name, or credit card numbers, but the absolutism of who “You” are.  If you’re white, a male, around 40 or older, working for a living and taking care of your family, or your older now, like myself and “white, retired, and OLD” by their standards, the Left labels you as a danger to society.

The Left has this ability to put a label on someone to disconnect them from reality, and then use it collectively in a disproportionate manner, thereby disconnecting people from their own, true selves.

The Left dehumanize people to attack them, and make the attacks easier by the collective mob mentality they use. A new name (yes, they call you a name), to target you, then the others of their kind glom onto the name and they use it too.  That’s how the left functions.

The Left have sharpened this “weapon” of their’s over the years since the 60s. NOW, they use it to divide Americans.

You can see it in Facebook, Twitter and Gab. The folks who are “Nazi” and KKK types are all over the place… and the rest of us normal people are caught in the middle trying to redefine ourselves as “NOT being THEM”.

Just because you’re white does not make you a racist.  But the Left uses this tactic to make you think you are, and make others assume you are..  The Left is teaching this to your children and attempting to shame them and be ashamed of themselves because, well, you know, “White Privilege”.

Here’s a guy who out and out says exactly what we’ve been saying all along. That the “State” will “come take out guns” through the use of “militarized police”.

He goes on to state how he coolly handles those of us who say “You can have my guns when you pry them from my cold, dead fingers”. He says, “Oh, they will, and you’ll be dead in a pool of your own blood”.

Where his arrogance ends however is that we aren’t in this to play dead, or get dead, or to be the first to fire the “next shot heard ’round the world”.

We are in this for our Rights. Yes, that “Second Amendment” Right, and his blithering idiot “First Amendment” right. And all of the other of the first ten in the Bill of Rights.

The government, and it’s minions have NO rights to come take the guns “For the common good”. This is not a “Commonwealth”. America is neither a Monarchy where we are all “subjects” to a king, nor a Socialist State (Although so many of them like to THINK we are).

America is a Representative Constitutional Republic. We are not ruled by theocrats, autocrats, kings, emperors or the people we send to Washington, to the Capitols or the County Seats. We rule OURSELVES through those we place in office.

If, at this point the Left, Politicians and political appointees wish to test this theory, then Thomas Jefferson, one of America’s first “Bad Asses” said it first and I’ll repeat it for emphasis…. and I quote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

Please, JIM KARGER, please understand that you too will be one of the masses lying there in a pool of your own blood, shot dead by the other side because you chose the wrong side to stand. 72 DHS Employees on Terrorist Watch List

Well, I have a question.  Actually, several questions.

Why are they on the watch list?

If they are on the watch list, why?

If they are on the watch list, why are they working for the DHS?

If they are on the watch list, do they have clearances?  If so, why?

If they are terrorists, connected to terrorism, are Muslim then why haven’t they 1) been fired, 2) had clearances revoked, 3) Named, 4) deported?

If they are Americans, what form of due process was used to place them on a no-fly list?

If they are actually adjudicated then why can they buy guns?

You see, it takes a few questions to get to the meat of the matter but apparently no one is asking questions, are they?  Especially not this President.

At least 72 employees at the Department of Homeland Security are listed on the U.S. terrorist watch list, according to a Democratic lawmaker.

Rep. Stephen Lynch (D., Mass.) disclosed that a congressional investigation recently found that at least 72 people working at DHS also “were on the terrorist watch list.”

“Back in August, we did an investigation—the inspector general did—of the Department of Homeland Security, and they had 72 individuals that were on the terrorist watch list that were actually working at the Department of Homeland Security,” Lynch told Boston Public Radio.

“The [former DHS] director had to resign because of that,” he said.

DHS continues to fail inspections aimed at determining the efficiency of its internal safety mechanisms, as well as its efforts to protect the nation.

Lynch referred to a recent report that found the Transportation Security Administration, which is overseen by DHS, failed to stop 95 percent of those who attempted to bring restricted items past airport security.

“We had staffers go into eight different airports to test the department of homeland security screening process at major airports. They had a 95 percent failure rate,” Lynch said. “We had folks—this was a testing exercise, so we had folks going in there with guns on their ankles, and other weapons on their persons, and there was a 95 percent failure rate.”

Lynch said he has “very low confidence” in DHS based on its many failures over the years. For this reason, he voted in favor of recent legislation that will tighten the vetting process for any Syrian refugees applying for asylum in the United States.

“I have very low confidence based on empirical data that we’ve got on the Department of Homeland Security. I think we desperately need another set of eyeballs looking at the vetting process,” he said. “That’s vetting that’s being done at major airports where we have a stationary person coming through a facility, and we’re failing 95 percent of the time.”

“I have even lower confidence that they can conduct the vetting process in places like Jordan, or Belize or on the Syrian border, or in Cairo, or Beirut in any better fashion, especially given the huge volume of applicants we’ve had seeking refugee status,” Lynch said.

 

Why there is a problem with gun laws

Why do you need to own an ugly black rifle capable of shooting 2-4 rounds per second with the mere pull of a trigger?

Why do you need to be able to buy a thousand rounds?

Why do you NEED high capacity magazines?

I have a better question.  Why do you ask?

Seriously though, when I am asked these questions, sometimes it is difficult getting through to the people who ask.  They are asking the questions rhetorically and do not require, nor even WISH you give an answer.  In fact, they want you to splutter and hem and haw, and feel threatened and guilty.

Why are there gun control laws to begin with?  Why are there people on a no-fly list who can purchase guns?  Why are there people who should be in mental institutions who can purchase weapons?

These are the better questions.

The BEST question though is. if  criminal commits a crime using a gun, say, murder, why isn’t he adjudicated as a murderer and executed? Why aren’t people who are mentally defective put in mental institutions?

So many questions, so few answers, right?

Wrong.

Let’s look at the last questions first.

Because people believe that folks who are mentally deranged shouldn’t be placed in institutions.  Do-gooders for the past hundred years have fought to remove people from mental institutions and indeed, shut down such places.  The same people fought to have “privacy” added to medical records.

Now they wish to reverse this trend.  They would love to know if everyone out there is considered “sane” or not… but it’s not their business any more.

Then, they would like to ask you questions at the doctors office (and I have experienced this personally, so this isn’t some vacuous statement) about your ownership of guns; or whether you have “recently felt like harming yourself or others”.

Let me address the title; no-fly lists.  How does one even get ON a no-fly list?  And why are they on it?  Because they might blow up a plane with a 4 ounce bottle of shampoo?  Or because you spoke out against the US government because you’re dissatisfied with their work ethic?

Both, actually.  If you are a terrorist, you might wish to blow up a plane and perhaps you’ve made it clear, because, for instance you MIGHT belong to Islam.  Islam has made it abundantly clear they wish to kill Americans (and Jews, and Europeans, and Whites, Blacks, Asians, whomever, and wish to do so with impunity… because you’re an INFIDEL).  And you might have made a statement against the US government for their over-reaching, heavy-handed nonsense and you’re questioning their ability to be useful any more.

And with good reason.  You’re an American Citizen questioning the government, because YOU are a watchdog.  YOU are supposed to question the country’s leaders as a dutiful citizen.  Making sure they are doing their job, and doing it for the benefit of the people, and not themselves.

If you’re a terrorist you should BE on a no-fly list, in particular to prevent further training as a terrorist, and secondarily to that to prevent you from blowing up the damned plane.  You should NOT be able to purchase a gun.

If you’re a citizen questioning your government, you should NOT be a no-fly list, no matter which politician, party or group is running the White House this week.  In fact, you should not be on that list, you should NOT be questioned about your questioning, and you SHOULD be allowed to purchase a gun.

Or ten of them.  Or a hundred.

You should not be considered a threat, mentally defective, you should not be considered a person of interest and should be left the hell alone.

In the United States you have a right to your opinion, to express it, Freedom of Speech, Assembly, and to cross state lines and come and go as you please.  No one should be bothering you.

The second you actually commit a crime of course, that all goes out the window.

Now – I’m not going to answer all the above questions.  But I’m going to explain this, carefully for the slow readers out there….

If you are not a criminal (and that includes people who have committed non-capital offenses in the past and have served their time) should not be denied their rights.  They should not be placed on watch lists.  They should not be denied guns, freedom of speech, travel or assembly.

The Progressives in this country (Read: Liberals/Marxists/Communists/Libtards/Democrats and morons) are using words to push their agenda.  They want to be able to place ANYONE on a no-fly, watch list and thereby prevent them from buying, holding, using, storing or otherwise have rights to guns.

In other words, the idea of background checks is to see if someone doesn’t meet a certain criteria;  that criteria will be decided by whome EVER is in charge of the current government, be it GOP, Democrats, Obama, Leftist, Rightist, Libertarian, Marixist, Commie, Pinko or whatever….

Therein lies the problem.

Everyone wants to TRUST the government and it’s time to distrust them with all your hearts.

Our government is supposed to be by the people and for the people; not for themselves, not for profit, not to control us, not to have power.

Do not trust a politician who says they will “ban guns”.  Or implement regulations to “check backgrounds” because quite honestly, who is going to watch the watchers?????

You see, we already have several thousand gun laws on the books, federal, state, local, wish lists and made up stuff that some local “authority” can invoke at their whim.  Those rules, laws, city regulations, county statutes are all there for one thing.  To prevent you and me from having a normal, healthy, happy life pursuing whatever business we like, go where we wish and drink the beer we like.

You see my friends gun control isn’t about guns.

It’s about control.

No-fly lists are great if you’re preventing terrorists.  Not so good if you’re preventing granny or grandpa from boarding a plane to go home for Christmas.  Or stopping Joe Blow because he happens to have expressed dissatisfaction with a government policy of allowing in random illegal immigrants (who didn’t go through normal regulations and procedures to get into the country).

Our country is under siege.  Siege from illegals, from terrorists, from people who want to “change” our country to something it is not, and was never intended to be.

We are here to prevent the latter, more than anything.  And we will do so.

No more gun laws will be enacted.

No more “refugees” will be let in, or they will be run out.

NO more Obamas in office.  No more Clintons in office.  They had their day. And have ruined our country.

If you don’t like guns, by God move someplace where guns are already illegal.  If you don’t like the idea this is a Capitalist country, move to a Communist country.  I was here first, and my country was the way it was before you tried to screw it up.  If you don’t like the fact you can’t get some rich guys money split up amongst all your homies… then homie, move the fuck out of my country and leave the guys alone that have the money.

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Thursday defended Muslims after the San Bernardino, California, shooting on Wednesday that killed 14 people and wounded 17 others, adding that federal officials would take action in case of anti muslim rhetoric and activity.

“When we see the potential for someone to lift, lifting that mantle of anti muslim rhetoric or as we saw after 9/11 violence directed at individuals who may not even be Muslims but may be perceived to be Muslims and they will suffer just as well, just as much, and when we see that we will take action,” -US Attorney-General Loretta Lynch.

Many community members said they were concerned about a backlash against the Muslim community in view of the rise of Islamic State and some opposition among politicians and the public in the United States over U.S. plans to accept Syrian war refugees.

The couple suspected of killing 14 people at a holiday party in California amassed thousands of rounds of ammunition and a dozen pipe bombs, authorities said on Thursday as they sought clues to the pair’s motives and whether they had links to Islamist militants.

Syed Rizwan Farook, 28, and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, 27, were killed in a shootout with police five hours after Wednesday’s massacre at the Inland Regional Center social services agency in the city of San Bernardino, about 60 miles (100 km) east of Los Angeles.

Veto coming on Obamacare Repeal

 

For First Time Ever, Senate Votes to Repeal Obamacare — This Is What You Can Expect to Happen Next

The Senate voted Thursday evening for the first time ever to repeal President Barack Obama’s signature health care law, passing the measure 52-47.

The bill will now head to the House, where it should win easy approval from the Republican majority.

Congress will then send the measure, which also strips federal funding for Planned Parenthood, to Obama who will veto it.

This marks the first time the Republican controlled Congress has ever sent a bill to repeal Obamacare to the president’s desk.

In a statement, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who has been relentless in his efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act, said the vote represented a “significant step towards repealing every word of Obamacare.”

“Since before my first day in office, I pledged to do everything within my power to repeal Obamacare,” he said. “And over the last three years, I’ve worked day and night to do exactly that, sometimes to the dismay of those in Washington.”

“This bill repeals as much of that failed law as we can under arcane Senate rules and the narrow guidelines of the budget,” Cruz added. “I am also encouraged that this bill prohibits taxpayer funds from going to abortion-providers. This bill is a substantial improvement over the original House bill, and I’m grateful to Senate conservatives and Senate leadership for joining me in making it so.”

Planned Parenthood, however, saw things differently, releasing a statement calling the measure a “cynical political attack.”

“In spite of these political attacks, we’re focused on providing high-quality, compassionate health care to people all across this country. We won’t be deterred by violence, smear campaigns, or cynical political attacks like this.”

I personally believe that government is a requirement for civilization.  I DO NOT believe a BIG Government is necessary.  I DO believe that the Constitution is the highest law of our country and the President is there to support and defend that Constitution and the current idiot in the White House is neither defending it, nor supporting it and is in fact negating it, usurping power for himself and for the government and is culpable in the deaths of those people yesterday.

Obama is a Traitor to America and it’s high time the Congress took him out of the position he is in before he causes even more danger for this country.

His “Change” has become undeniably evil, Marxist and he has placed this country in danger of an internal civil war over guns, race, illegal immigration and has enabled foreign powers to undercut us in military strength, has over-reached spending and government to a point never before seen in the history of the world.

The danger to this country comes at a time when Russia is threatening the US on a daily basis as well as NATO in general.  Islam is NOT what it is touted to be, and Obama is as responsible for this as any other Muslim.

He is no longer President in my view.  He is a Liar, a thief, Traitor and a Muslim — all on a grand scale.

He must go.  If Congress does not remove him forthwith, there will be a severe danger to this country, the infrastructure and we will become vulnerable to war from the outside.  China, North Korea, Cuba, Russia and the entire Muslim population of the planet awaits the weakening of this country to the point that will allow them all to attack us with impunity.

At some point there will be an “incident” which will be precipitated by Islam’s fanatics, which in turn will put thousands in danger of even going outside.  Martial law may be declared at that point making it difficult to travel or move around across state lines.

When that happens…. expect the absolute worst.  On the bright side of all of this will be police, firemen, military and civilian leaders who will do all they can to put a stop to it.  There are too many people still in the government who will NOT stand for allowing it to happen.  Someone in there will do something, and they will all be purged.

President Obama Planning Executive Order to Expand Background Checks for Gun Purchases

Rather than tackle the root of the issue causing the overwhelming majority of terrorist attacks in America — radical Islam — Obama continues to be a good little prog and push forward the agenda to shred our Second Amendment rights to bits.

In light of the San Bernardino mass shooting — which by the way, was composed of a freshly married Muslim couple — is looking to create yet another executive order to make it more difficult to buy firearms at a gun show.

Because background checks have done such a stellar job of stopping crazy people from doing bad things so far, right?

White House officials are seeking a way to use executive authority to close the so-called gun show loophole that allows thousands of people to buy guns each year without a background check, but complicated legal issues have slowed the process.

Almost three years ago, President Obama asked Congress to change the law to require background checks for weapons sold at gun shows, but a bill to do so died in the Senate – dashing administration hopes for legislative action to address the loophole.

Efforts to use Obama’s executive powers to address the issue took on added urgency in October, when a shooter at a community college in Oregon killed nine people, then shot himself.

Requiring background checks for weapons sold at gun shows might not have had any effect on Wednesday’s shooting in San Bernardino, in which 14 people were killed. So far, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms has determined that two of the weapons used in the assault were legally purchased at a gun shop in Corona.

But White House officials and their allies continue to see expanding the background check system as the most promising avenue to reduce at least some of the deaths caused by guns.

“We all have a part to play,” Obama said, including “legislators” in the list of those who must work to make it more difficult for violent people to get access to weapons.

“Right now, it’s just too easy.”

Notice how this said background checks likely wouldn’t have prevented the shooting — or any of the others — yet the utter lack of success with said method of “gun control” isn’t going to deter them from implementing more.

They’re essentially trying the same solution to the problem, despite knowing this particular solution will fail, but because it helps push their agenda, they’ll do it anyway.

That, my friends, is the definition of insanity.

I’ve said it before, but what the heck, I’ll say it again:

We don’t need gun control. We need terrorist control.

And we just so happen to have millions of certified terrorist control experts at our disposal if only we’d send them out and let them do their jobs.

Unfortunately for us, that goes against the liberal playbook so it won’t likely happen with this president in office.

San Bernardino California Shootings – 2 December 2015

Edit: Just reported: One of the San Bernardino shooters is Farooq Saeed per police radio chatter.

I have been warning in this forum and others for Americans to ARM themselves.

We now have a mass casualty event in California, the number one anti-gun, gun-free zone in the United States.

Details are very sketchy, but we know this:

At 11:00 AM California time, at least three men, possibly dressed in black clothing and carrying “long guns” and “tactical stuff” walked into a building in San Bernardino, CA and began shooting people.  The even lasted approximately three minutes and these apparently well-trained terrorists vacated the premises, jumped into a dark SUV of some sort.

The faces of the men were covered by masks.

Fourteen people are dead, dozens more are injured.

Phones were shut down for some reason. (This was just reported as I am listening to the news, information coming from witnesses).

A week ago, or just less I warned people to carry weapons.  Apparently Americans aren’t listening.  Why are you not listening?

This event was a planned event.  It was either:

A) ISIS

B) Al Qaeda

C) Obama planned or Hillary Clinton Planned to bring out the big guns against Guns.

These were military trained people.  This was a barbaric act.  These men are most LIKELY ISIS.

They walked in and murdered a lot of people and left without being seen by authorities.  They planned this well, and they got away with it.

If this is an Obama-Thing, it is an evil thing.  The men, I promise you were not 40-something-White-Christian, Right-Wing, Gun-Owning Males.  I PROMISE you they were not.

These were hired men who did this mission to call out the Congress to attack guns in America, or they were ISIS terrorists.

My money is on the latter, and my hopes and prayers is that these were NOT people working for the current political establishment.

If, however, tomorrow suddenly Congress is meeting to address this issue and putting out various bills to ban guns, then you can bet your ASS Obama and the Presidency is involved.  (He did say he was planning to take care of the “gun problem” in America before he left office…).

If that’s the case, my friends, America is in very, very deep shit and we’re about to go to war internally.  There will be a Civil War over disarming American Citizens.  Hillary wants it. Obama wants it.  Various others want it. Some in Congress, and every Liberal and Progressive out there wants guns banned.

Americans… ARM YOURSELVES.  Liberals, either you’re with the Constitution or against it.  Progressives… don’t go there.  Military personnel, watch your orders.  Cops, watch your orders.  Constitutional Means Constitutional.  Oath Keepers, keep them straight.

Christmas is coming and so is ISIS.

Obama, Hillary Toying With ‘Civil War’ Over Gun Confiscation

On November 2, The Daily Beast pointed to recent statements from President Obama and Hillary Clinton regarding the implementation of Australian-style gun confiscation and suggested “civil war could erupt on American soil” if any administration actually tried to confiscate privately owned firearms.

The Daily Beast theoretically agreed that “confiscation on a massive scale” may be “the only way to solve American gun violence,” but they pointed out that it was not realistic and suggested Hillary risks causing irreparable divisions by talking about confiscation then mocking gun owners as conspiracy theorists waiting for “black helicopters” to come take their guns away.

According to The Daily Beast, confiscation was workable in Australia because there was no Second Amendment and the government only had to take 650,000 guns. That is a far cry from the “350 million” believed to be in Americans’ hands.

Yes, “350 million.”

But even more important than the number of guns is the depth of American “devotion” to them. And The Daily Beast observes that it is this devotion–this dedication to the philosophy and tradition underlying the right to keep and bear arms–that turns the mere mention of confiscation into something that could literally rip the country apart.

The Daily Beast put it thus, “The prospect of confiscation—as much as it might, theoretically, reduce drastically or even eliminate gun crime altogether—is simply impossible in the United States.” They pointed to statements by Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson, who stressed that Jews could have curtailed the Holocaust had they retained their guns. The Daily Beast suggests Carson hit on something “Second Amendment enthusiasts are fond of arguing,” namely, “that gun rights are enshrined in the Constitution not only for the sake of hunters or people who want to protect their homes and businesses from criminals, but also to allow the population to resist an overreaching government.”

Breitbart News previously reported that Founding Father James Madison used Federalist 46 to make that very point–that armed citizens could band together and resist their government, should it tend toward tyranny. And he pointed out that this demonstrated American exceptionalism inasmuch as citizens of other nations, lacking arms, also lacked the ability to resist.

The Daily Beast addressed the way Hillary mentioned confiscation only later to mock gun owners for fearing the government might come after their guns:

Clinton can joke all she likes about Americans fearing “black helicopters” taking their guns away, but it is no exaggeration to suggest that civil war could erupt on American soil were the U.S. government to attempt anything remotely resembling what was done in Australia.

The column in The Daily Beast is aptly titled, “Yes, They Want to Take Your Guns Away.”

DOOMSAYERS, prepare your bunkers. The ‘Doomsday Clock’ is ticking.

The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, a group founded by the creators of the atomic bomb, say the world is now three minutes from a catastrophic midnight and the closest it has been in 30 years.

The clock moved forward two minutes, citing global warming and the proliferation of nuclear weaponry as the world’s greatest threats.

“This is about Doomsday; this is about the end of civilisation as we know it,” Bulletin executive director Kennette Benedict said.

“The probability of global catastrophe is very high, and the actions needed to reduce the risks of disaster must be taken very soon.”

The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists was created in 1945 and the clock first appeared two years later on the Bulletin’s magazine cover. The minute hand has moved as far from midnight as 17 minutes (1991) but was once just two minutes away (1953).

The last time the clock was at three minutes to midnight was in 1983 during the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union.

Richard Somerville, a member of the 20-member board of scientists at the Bulletin, said the burning of fossil fuels will lead to a “major climatic disruption globally”.

‘The urgency has nothing to do with politics or ideology,” Dr Somerville said.

“It arises from the laws of physics and biology and chemistry”.

They wish to keep sending tax payer money to foreign countries that hate us. They wish to fund bogus global warming projects in the billions and they refuse to take a pay cut themselves.

Yet they will now deny the wounded veteran his pension COLA increases which he or she earned and depends on while struggling to survive day to day, some are in wheel chairs and without arms and legs. Mr. Politician you are now going to be held accountable.

This vote, to first deny and then block the able bodied and disabled veterans their earned pension COLA raises is unacceptable and an act of treason against the Republic from the Marxists in the government. They must want a war against 25 million veterans. Mr. Communist, Mr. RINO, Mr.. Democrat, Mr. Republican. So be it. You got it.

I called the Marxist Senator (comrade) Harry Reid this morning at 0430 hours and left him a message notifying him that we are now mobilizing and coming to see him soon in Washington. The Insurrection Act of 1807 is the set of laws that govern the ability of the President of the United States to deploy troops within the United States to put down lawlessness, insurrection and rebellion. US Government “Shut Down” 2013

Good morning all.

I’m sitting at a military installation.  For the record it is being passed on the news that literally several thousand at the various bases in my region have been furloughed.

Now – looking around me, I can tell you this is kind of bullshit.  A whole lot of government people are at work.

This morning NOAA shut down their web sites.  Web sites don’t require a hell of a lot of work – except updating the data on them, so why shut it down?  A large portion of the people working for ALL government agencies are Contractors.

In our case, I’m a contractor, money has been allocated already (for awhile, we could be furloughed soon too though).

In the case of NOAA most of the weather people doing updates are contractors.

So shutting down sites is a childish thing the President has ordered.

Yesterday monuments in DC were closed.  Today a lot of parks are closed… even if they have roads passing through, the ROADS ARE CLOSED.  Childish.

The White House hasn’t been reopened since sequestration… childish.

Do I care if the government “shuts down”?  Not really.

All those “economic problems” because “caused” by this are more bullshit problems.  They aren’t getting their check on payday – but you can bet your ass they will get their back pay.  No one is going to stop spending money because the government has shut down.

Funny…. though, Obamacare hasn’t shut down.  It launches the day the government shuts down and it’s being funded.

Childish.

There is a (slight) possibility that if this continues for weeks there will be some “crashes”.  EBT cards won’t get funded soon enough and a lot of government agencies will simply stop working.  This means that there will be some ripples, but how bad those ripples becomes is anyone’s guess right now.

I honestly see the GOP caving in shortly because they are getting the majority of the blame, even though it is Harry Reid and the Senate really stopping this.

Yesterday they funded the military, but refused to fund the VA.  Congress will get paid no matter what, because it’s written into the constitution they will get paid.

Basically this is a “Fund my stuff, but not your stuff” kind of fight.  The country as a whole doesn’t want Obamacare.  A few people want it.  Liberals assholes who want others to pay for their problems.

I have a job, I have health care – I’m expecting it to increase drastically to the point I will tell them “I don’t want it”.  And I’ll take the “fine” and I won’t pay that either.  Pretty soon, I will have ZERO INCOME and how cool will that be?  I can’t really be fined if I have no money right?  Whatever.

To hell with the government, Obama, the Democrats, the GOP – all of them.  They are a bunch of lying assholes who want to control every aspect of our lives in America.  They want most of our money we make (so they can waste it), they want to control where we can go, when we can go, how much we can save or not save, they want to control OUR HEALTH, they want to control what we eat, read, drink, own, where we live, how we live and whether we live or die.

Not only is it TIME to shut this government down, it’s time to remove these assholes from office.

Dmitry Medvedev on nuclear weapons: “They may still come in handy”

Almost as if the strategic leaders and the media have no idea what’s happening on Russian soil, Dmitry Medvedev seems to be shouting it from the rooftops.  As we have learned in the past, when Russia makes promises, they lie; when Russia makes threats, they are telling the downright truth.  In just the past week, they have made one threat after another concerning their resistance to NATO’s missile shield, and things just got worse.

Exacerbating the tensions between NATO allies and Russia, Medvedev decides to flex Russian muscles on their nuclear capabilities.  Charles Clover and Geoff Dyer of FT.com report:

Then, taking the podium in a glittering Kremlin ballroom, Mr. Medvedev declared that Russia’s younger generation needed positive role models to inspire them towards “success in literature, art, education, and” – he paused wistfully – “nuclear weapons”.

Medvedev continues to talk about Russia’s itchy trigger finger and their nuclear arms capabilities.

“They may still come in handy,” he said, apropos, seemingly, of nothing. “We’re not going to use them, but let’s still keep them around, because we have a big country, a complex country. We must value it and protect it.”

This heightened rhetoric is suspected to be coming from what was discussed at the most recent NATO summit in Chicago.  The NATO European missile defense shield has been the subject of debate over the past few weeks, but it seems as if Russia is bringing the aggravation to a head.  They claim that the defensive measures of the shield would provoke war.  But, I thought that war was over?  Apparently, not.

In fact, the article goes on to state:

If that were to happen, said General Nikolai Makarov, chief of Russia’s general staff, it could lead to an “illusion of security”, which could lead to war. Countries allowing the missile defence shield on their soil, Gen Makarov said, risked a Russian nuclear first strike. “A decision on pre-emptive use of the attack weapons available will be made when the situation worsens,” he breezily told a news conference this month.”

Yes, the good general actually said the words, “nuclear first strike”.  This is extremely unnerving, especially given their recent activities, as reported earlier last week.  Steve Gutterman of Reuters reports:

The Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) was successfully launched from the Plesetsk facility in northwestern Russia and its dummy warhead landed on target on the Kamchatka peninsula on the Pacific coast, the Defense Ministry said.”

The new ICBM has capabilities, which suggest that the Russians had anticipated NATO’s construction of the shield.

The new missile is expected to improve Russia’s offensive arsenal, “including by increasing the capability to overcome missile defense systems that are being created”, the ministry said in a statement.

The General Makarov’s comments of a first strike are especially scary, concerning NORAD’s current level of preparedness.  The Clinton administration implemented PDD 60, which states that the US will absorb a first strike before retaliating.  In an interview with Robert Bell of the National Security Council, he stated that the US will no longer “launch on warning”.  He further says,

“Our policy is to confirm that we are under nuclear attack with actual detonations before retaliating,”

In short, if Russia does decide to launch a first strike in response to NATO’s deployment of the European missile shield, they shall certainly succeed (and their newly tested ICBM has proven it can get through).  This makes the US and NATO allies strategically sitting ducks.

WASHINGTON – Just as the Syrian crisis was getting under way, a joint U.S.-Israeli test of an anti-missile system prompted the Russian General Staff to go on “high alert” and notify President Vladimir Putin that missiles may be incoming on Syria.

The reason: Neither the United States nor Israel bothered to notify Russia that the Sept. 2 test was going on in the Mediterranean near Syria.

Moscow’s response was immediate.

The Russian General Staff thought Israel had launched a preemptive attack on Syria in the eastern Mediterranean which some Russian officials said could have led to World War III.

The U.S. and Israel were conducting a joint test of Israel’s Arrow-3 anti-missile system when it launched two Israeli Ankor, or Sparrow, missiles as targets from the central Mediterranean toward the eastern Mediterranean coast.

The Arrow is Israel’s most advanced anti-missile system and the U.S. has spent billions of dollars in its development.

According to various sources, the Russian ballistic missile early warning radar at Armavir on the Black Sea detected the launch of the two Ankor target missiles, heading toward Syria.

Armavir provides early warning of incoming missile attacks on Russia from Europe and the Middle East.

Putin was immediately notified of the launches.

When the truth came out about the unannounced anti-missile test, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov criticized Israel for undertaking such a launch during a crisis occurring in the neighboring country of Syria.

Referring to the Mediterranean region as a “powder keg,” Antonov warned that anything such as an unannounced missile test could explode into war.

WASHINGTON — President Obama will address the nation Tuesday night on chemical weapons in Syria, as he and aides pursue a diplomatic proposal at the United Nations that has put military and congressional action on hold.

Obama spoke Tuesday with the leaders of France and the United Kingdom, and agreed to explore whether a Russian proposal to put Syria’s weapons under international weapons is workable, senior White House officials said.

The U.S. and allies discussed the proposal Tuesday at the United Nations, said officials who requested anonymity because negotiations are ongoing.

Russia — ally of Syria and opponent of U.S. military strikes — said Monday it would ask Bashar Assad’s government to put chemical weapons under international control and have them dismantled; Syria announced Tuesday it would accept Russia’s offer.

Yes, yes we should.

Some believe he means “Russia”.  Others believe “asymmetrical attacks on America”.

I think we should expect anything, up to and including direct attacks in America by terror cells that are obviously here (they crossed a porous border), and perhaps the unknown like a nuclear bomb in a harbor someplace, a direct attack by Russians on our military in the region or naval vessels in the Med.

We don’t know with any surety that Assad used weapons on the Syrians, or whether the Muslim Brotherhood did it.  We don’t know who provided the weapons (we believe it was Saddam).  We don’t know why the President suddenly wants to do this thing without the approval of the American people and Congress.

There is no strategic plan, there is no politic plan to fuse the military action with fixing the problem and there is no real threat to America – at the moment.  If we attack them and Iran, Hezbollah, Russia and God-Knows-Who-Else jumps in and piles on – well, all bets are off.

Obama Fighting Americans on Syria and losingg

WASHINGTON — President Obama faces a daunting and uphill battle to win congressional authorization for a military strike on Syria, a USA TODAY Network survey of senators and representatives finds.

The comprehensive poll of Congress finds that only a small fraction of the 533 lawmakers — 22 senators and 22 House members — are willing to say they will support the use of force in response to the reported use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime. Far more overall — 19 senators and 130 House members — say they will oppose a resolution that would authorize military strikes.

The largest group of lawmakers remains undecided, including a majority of the Senate and the House. That could create an opportunity for the president to persuade them in a string of six interviews with TV network anchors Monday and a televised address to the nation Tuesday. The Senate could vote as early as Wednesday.

On the Verge of World War III

The article at the bottom of my comments is a couple of days old, it’s from Debka – so it’s not the best source but is probably accurate. Basically we’re looking at the following states being involved in this as things heat up:

Syria, Iran, Hezbollah, Russia, China

Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States of America

France is “waiting” for more information from the UN.
UK is really “just waiting”.

Russia has moved about 8 ships total toward the Med. The US has moved a few subs, some destroyers into the Med and the Nimitz Carrier group to the Gulf.

Obama is preparing the country for an attack, “limited in scope and duration”, promising “no boots on the ground”. Anyone who has been in the military KNOWS this isn’t true, isn’t going to be true and can’t possibly work. Anyone with even a limited sense of tactics understands you don’t telegraph your moves to the “enemy”. Anyone with even a rudimentary grasp of strategy knows you don’t put all your eggs in one basket when planning any sort of an attack. And anyone with a clue about life understands you don’t go to war for no good reason and you certainly don’t do it if you can’t PROVE you have a good reason. Obama has not proved anything.

The Senate committee just delivered the Resolution to go into Syria to the full Senate. Congress, both houses will debate and vote likely next week on this.

We’re standing on the verge of World War III – without a “draft”, without American support, without support of the majority of Congress – and we’re less than a week away from September 11. Rumors are rampant on the Internet that there’s more than meets the eye here, and the country is “confused” according to our so-called “leader” Obama.

First he sets a “Red Line” then when the bad guys cross it a month ago, it takes time to verify this, and now he’s ready to go into a limited in scope and duration “war” against the Assad regime, to apparently punish the regime, but to give a leg up to verified enemies of America – Hezbollah, Muslim Brotherhood and other Muslim lunatics. Iran is saying how they will “bring it” to the US. Russia is backing Syria. Syria is claiming their own allies now. The Chinese are going to back the Russians. Obama has castrated our military in recent months through the shut down of units, bases, equipment, and firing of men smarter than himself.

The United States is being set up for failure big time by this man. Americans, whom for the most part are opposed to this “action” in Syria are caught in the middle of all of the forces massing on the horizon.

America is, from intelligence, full of leaderless Islamic cells – from Iranian Revolutionary Guard to Hezbollah, to Al Qaeda. Americans are being disarmed in some states including my own, in an attemp(?) to make us more vulnerable to outside forces.

It is time to stand up and be heard. It’s time to remove this asshat from the White House. It’s time for his Impeachment to begin. Get on the phone and start making the case with your members of Congress. We have to stop this guy from bringing the nukes down on our heads for his own ego.

Syria’s Muqdad threatens World War III for US strike

Syria’s deputy foreign minister Faisal Muqdad said Wednesday his regime would not give in to threats of a US-led military strike, even if a third world war erupts. In an interview with AFP, Faisal Muqdad said his government had taken “every measure” to counter a potential intervention aimed at punishing the regime of Bashar al-Assad over a suspected deadly poison gas strike, was mobilizing its allies and would take every measure “to retaliate against… aggression.”

To go to Syria or Not

Up until today I’ve considered this whole Syria thing total folly.

But my American Military Mind started really thinking this through.

Today several Travel Warnings were issued by State.  It occurs to me that the US Government isn’t telling the Public everything.  So, I’m going to lay this out as if I were standing there listening in to the briefings we can’t usually hear.

Pretend for a moment you’re standing in a Congressional Classified Briefing and they bring up the number of “rebel groups” (There are about 1200 different groups).  They bring up that the most powerful among those Rebels are Hezbollah related.  Hearing more information about this and the fact that there are actually chemical weapons available in that country you realize suddenly that if the Rebels WIN this civil war, they get their hands on those WMD.

Now, who do you think will not OWN those items?

Terrorists….

To use that stuff on Americans. On US Embassies.  On Israelis.  On Christians.  On innocents.  On cities.  On subways, trains, airports, malls….

After considering this, perhaps the whole reason the President wants to go in there (other than regime change which I think is his real reason for this) is to stop the terrorists.  Nope.  Obomber doesn’t want to do that, those are his people.  He wants to clear out Assad and allow the Muslim Brotherhood to take over.

The Pentagon, the US military, Congress and most of the American people are smarter than the President gives us credit for being.  The MILITARY will go in there and secure or destroy the WMD to prevent it from falling into the hands of terrorists.

Remember them calling Bush a liar about Iraqi WMD?  Remember most of us saying “It was moved to Syria”?  Remember that Obama doesn’t want Bush to get any credit and is blaming him for everything?

No folks what this is truly about is allowing Obama to appear like a winner, Bush like a loser, hiding the fact that the WMD in Syria belonged to Saddam (and this will vindicate Bush if we can get a-hold of that stuff and prove it) and it will put Obama OUT of Office.

Honestly, this is a lot more complex than just letting Muslims to kill Muslims, or bombing some random camels and tents like Clinton did.  No, no, no, my fellow Patriots.

This is Obama trying to get us nuked.

This is Obama trying to hide the fact the WMD belonged to Saddam.

This is Obama trying to look good.

This is the Pentagon trying to stop terrorists from getting their hands on these weapons.

My final thinking on this is… we probably should go in there.  But do it right.  Everything we’ve got.  Take down BOTH sides of this conflict, destroy the chemical weapons and vindicate Bush, and if we get the chance, kick Russia in the nuts and take them down as well.

America has been made out to be a pansy-assed country by our OWN President.  It’s time to remove this guy from office and do the right thing.  But we have to DO IT RIGHT!

ST. PETERSBURG – Even as he makes his case on Syria to world leaders gathered at an international summit here, President Obama plans to call lawmakers back in Washington to urge them to vote to authorize a military strike in Syria.

Obama will be doing outreach to key lawmakers on Capitol Hill during his two-day visit to Russia for the Group of 20 summit, deputy national security adviser Benjamin J. Rhodes told reporters here Thursday.On Wednesday, during his visit to Sweden, Obama made five calls to a bipartisan group of senators as part of the administration-wide effort to lobby lawmakers on Syria, Rhodes said.

Air Force One had Wheels Down in St. Petersberg this morning for the G-20 summit.  I guess it’s on again.  Obama hasn’t got the balls to back up anything he says.  He’s vacillated on the “Red Line”, and now he’s blaming the world community, Congress and whomever else he can blame for setting that red line.  I guess backing out of meeting with Putin over Snowden is out too?

The “Lion’s Den” is right.  When Americans on the Right and the Left see Putin as a better leader than their own President, there is a damned serious problem in America.  A DAMNED serious problem.  Even this morning, Ralph Peters on Fox News said he didn’t like Putin, but he RESPECTED him as a tough and fair leader.  Amazing.

Putin called Kerry a liar.  Flat out, a liar.  Take that John F-ing Kerry.  All Kerry could do was sputter and say “That’s basically untrue…”.  What was untrue, Kerry?

I spent many years traveling with Reagan and Bush, Air Force One, Air Force Two, dropping in and out of countries before and after the “Boss” landed.  I did communications.  I really, really feel sorry for the WHCA guys these days traveling with this asshat.  I wish the military contingent well – assuming they are even traveling with the President these days.

The National Rifle Association on Wednesday filed an amicus brief in federal court supporting an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit challenging a government phone-tracking program that collects the telephone records of millions of Americans.

The brief argues that the National Security Agency’s phone records collection program could “allow identification of NRA members, supporters, potential members, and other persons with whom the NRA communicates, potentially chilling their willingness to communicate with the NRA.”

The ACLU’s lawsuit — which names as defendants the heads of national intelligence as well as the agencies they lead, including the National Security Agency, the FBI, the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice — argues the phone record collection program disclosed by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden is unconstitutional.

This is a proxy war – we think, but it’s Russia and America facing off with Naval ships in the Med and Gulf…. this is a Cold War escalation as we’ve not seen in two decades.  Nuclear war becomes a grim possibility, if you’re thinking, you can see this.  Obviously the Russians are seeing it, and they are threatening the US.

American citizens by and large don’t want us going in as a police force.  And yet our idiots in Congress aren’t listening to the people.  For that matter, CNN’s own Op-Ed pages are telling the President to IGNORE THE POLLS!

Susan Rice says administration ‘quite confident’ Congress will OK Syria action

In an exclusive interview NBC’s Brian Williams sits down with National Security Advisor Susan Rice to discuss what a possible strike in Syria entails.

National Security Advisor Susan Rice told NBC News on Tuesday the Obama administration has “no expectation of losing the vote in Congress” on whether to authorize U.S. military action against Syria.

In an exclusive interview with Brian Williams on NBC Nightly News, Rice said the White House is “quite confident” that Congress will approve Obama’s plan to launch punitive cruise missile strikes against Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime.

“We think that the Congress of the United States and the American people understand that we have compelling national interests at stake here,” said Rice, the former U.S. ambassador to the U.N.

Rice touted crucial endorsements from “key leaders,” including House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), who announced Tuesday that he would back Obama’s call for military action against Assad for allegedly using chemical weapons against his people Aug. 21 in a mass murder the administration says killed 1,426 people.

 

Obama also said Tuesday he feels assured that lawmakers will OK military strikes. He said he would be prepared to rewrite his draft resolution to Congress “so long as we are accomplishing what needs to be accomplished, which is to degrade Assad.”

Wag the Dog?

Is this entire Syrian issue with Chemical Weapons a cover up?

Seriously, Obama, almost a year ago stated what “the red line” was.

A year later – well in August it turns out that chemical weapons were used.  And they were used BEFORE that apparently and we did nothing.  Now we MUST do something?

What happened to the 27 or 30 scandals?  Oh, yeah, they aren’t in the news suddenly are they?

Benghazi is being ignored by the media. Deaths of Navy Seals, ignored.  The IRS scandal, ignored.  The NSA spying, ignored.  Project Gun walker and Fast and Furious, completely forgotten now… Obama has lied time and again to the American public.  Kerry has lied, over and over.  Hillary Clinton lied.  The IRS Director lied.  Eric Holder lied.

Or is this something worse, a method by which the asshole-in-chief manages to bring us to the brink of a nuclear war with Russia just so he and Putin can make nice-nice on the sidelines and “fix” the whole world, bring “peace in our time” or make himself appear to be larger than life?

What if this is all a giant hoax perpetrated by Obama and his puppet masters?

Russian president says it is too early to say what Russia will do but does not exclude supporting a UN resolution

Vladimir Putin has warned the US against launching military action in Syria, stating that Russia has “plans” on how it would react if such a scenario unfolded.

The Russian president’s comments came as Barack Obama for the first time portrayed his plans for US military action as part of a broader strategy to topple Bashar al-Assad, as the White House’s campaign to win over sceptics in Congress gained momentum.

In an interview with Associated Press and Russia’s state Channel 1 television, Putin said it was too early to talk about what Russia would do if the US attacked Syria but added: “We have our ideas about what we will do and how we will do it in case the situation develops toward the use of force or otherwise. We have our plans.”

At the same time he said Russia did not exclude supporting a UN resolution on punitive military strikes if it were proved that Damascus used poison gas on its own people. But he described the idea that Syrian government forces would use chemical weapons at a time when he said they were in the ascendancy and knowing the potential repercussions as absurd. Given his comments, and the fact that Russia has protected Syria from punitive action at the UN security council before, his suggestion that Russia might support a resolution on strikes is unlikely to be given much credence in the US.

Russia later dispatched a missile cruiser to the eastern Mediterranean, which will arrive in about 10 days. The ship, Moskva, will take over operations from a naval unit in the region that Moscow says is needed to protect national interests. It will be joined by a destroyer from Russia’s Baltic Fleet and a frigate from the Black Sea Fleet.

In the US, senators will begin a series of votes on Wednesday to authorise a 90-day window for US military action against Syria.

A new draft resolution was agreed by leaders of the Senate foreign relations committee after the secretary of state, John Kerry, pressed a forceful case for striking against the Assad regime. Earlier, Obama secured the backing of the Republican leadership at a key White House meeting.

Boehner says he’ll back Obama on Syria strikes

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, on Tuesday endorsed President Barack Obama’s call for military action in Syria.

Following a meeting with President Obama and other key congressional leaders on Syria, Speaker John Boehner says, “I’m going to support the president’s call for action.”

The top elected Republican in Washington, Boehner said following a meeting at the White House that he intended to support Obama’s plan for limited strikes against the regime of Bashar Assad in Syria.

“I am going to support the president’s call for action,” he told reporters. “I believe my colleagues should support this call for action.”

Break time

Needed a break from everything.  Took a few days off.  Went “fishing” for a few days.  Caught a few…. oh… “fish”.

Anyway, been tracking Syria, the Russians, and the rest of the world political climate on the side, but keeping my comments limited.

Contrary to some of my friends who seem to believe the Russians are the good guys here I have to say they are certainly poking and prodding to awaken a sleeping Eagle.  At the same time, Obama is acting like a complete buffoon.  Obama IS a Buffoon.  He’s an asshat and a clown.  Some how he believes he has the right to launch a new war against someone in the Middle East.  We’re tired of this shit and he needs to bring home our boys and girls and let them rest.

Facing off with the Russians is about as stupid a thing as he could do.

Invoking the War Powers Act is about as unconstitutional as he could do.  He is asking Congress to back him.  He hasn’t called Congress home so he is apparently in no hurry to cause a nuclear war.

And, please make no mistake about this, if we launch attacks against Syria, who happens to have Russia as an Ally Russia isn’t going to sit on their asses and do nothing.  Now a lot of military personnel, and non-military personnel alike out there will argue the Russians can’t possibly stand up to the United States Military and ordinarily I’d agree.  But the truth is the Russians and United States alike still have Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICMBs) armed with from 2-20 megaton warheads.  Both countries can drop a warhead with pinpoint accuracy and we all know that.

No, their tanks can’t stand up to ours.  Their military, as well trained and large as it is isn’t a match for ours.

But this isn’t completely about the Russians invading American Soil (or us doing the same to them).  This is about Obama pressing Putin into a corner on Syria over might-be-chemical-weapons (and I’m not expert, but I’m both aware and cognizant of what Sarin nerve agents, or most nerve agents do to victims, and have seen videos of those who were affected by the chemical attack).

Currently, the Russians have around eighty armed vessels off the coast of Syria, including it appears two destroyers and at least one air craft carrier.

The US has sent a number of ships and the USS Nimitz is moving into place with a full carrier group.  I won’t post troop movements here though, ever…. but I’ll point out we’re not on equal terms right now.

What the US and Russia are doing is playing Russian Roulette.  One well placed nuke will take out most of the carrier group.  One accidental shot across the wrong bow, at the wrong building (containing Russian citizens or troops) and its on like Donkey Kong.

I have “high confidence” we can “take” the Russians.  But this, again, isn’t about our military.  This is about the innocent people who will be caught up in the ensuing nuclear strife.  Do I honestly think they will lob nukes at us?  Yes, the Russians are NOT our friends, never have been our friends.  Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike the Russia people.  I dislike the Communism they hold so dear, the deaths of millions because of Communism in the 19th and 20th centuries and I hate the fact that Putin is a former KGB bad boy who tries to look like a Russian James Bond on television.  He’s certainly more “manly” than Obama though, and I think that is what makes the girls make puddles in their panties.  And half the American “metrosexual” males, and maybe a good portion of the US military today.

The truth is, I don’t trust our own government to protect our own people against a nuclear war.  In fact, I’m 100% certain the ONLY people protected will be the “Elites” in Congress, the White House and a few special “governors” around the country.  I’m 100% certain that people like me, with a home in striking distant of any of several military installations will die in the first salvo rendering me useless to our own American fighting forces (the people of this country).  Along with me, thousands or millions would die in my area alone.  The whole region would be rendered useless to America, no more farming to the East, no military personnel here, no machines, no assets, no satellite control.  Well, you get the bleakness of the picture and I don’t need to beat a dead horse.

Sure, some of you will severely disagree with me, and say how we won’t get into a nuclear weapon throwing contest.  But, are you really that sure?

Basically, this is a clarion call to American Patriots around the country.  Be ready for the worst.  Be prepared.  When the shit hits the fan, we’re on our own.  There won’t be a government to help anyone, there won’t be a military force in place to protect American Citizens.  Martial Law will be declared and you’ll be told to stay home and pretty much die alone.

The time is at hand…. Congress isn’t even in session and we’re going to see something happen, soon.  I believe it won’t be what we expect at all.

Benghazi: More cover up!

Well, it’s been almost a year.  Nothing has been done.  No one brought to justice.  No one has been arrested, not even in the White House.

Team involved in tracking Benghazi suspects pulling out, sources say

Two weeks after the Obama administration announced charges against suspects in the Benghazi attack, a large portion of the U.S. team that hunted the suspects and trained Libyans to help capture or kill them is leaving Libya permanently.

Special operators in the region tell Fox News that while Benghazi targets have been identified for months, officials in Washington could “never pull the trigger.” In fact, one source insists that much of the information on Benghazi suspects had been passed along to the White House after being vetted by the Department of Defense and the State Department — and at least one recommendation for direct action on a Benghazi suspect was given to President Obama as recently as Aug. 7.

Meanwhile, months after video, photo and voice documentation on the Benghazi suspects was first presented to high-level military leaders, the State Department and ultimately the White House, prison breaks in the country have eroded security. U.S. special forces have now been relegated to a “villa,” a stopover for the operators before they’re shipped out of the country entirely.

“We put American special operations in harm’s way to develop a picture of these suspects and to seek justice and instead of acting, we stalled. We just let it slip and pass us by and now it’s going to be much more difficult,” one source said, citing 1,200 prisoners escaping two weeks ago. “It’s already blowing up. Daily assassinations, bi-weekly prison escapes, we waited way too long.”

The latest development raises questions about when the attackers will be brought to justice in the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans last September.

The special operators are starting to get frustrated at the lack of action, and Fox News has been told by multiple sources that one special forces leader “literally yelled” at former Libyan Chief of Mission William Roebuck “and told him, ‘so you’re willing to let these guys get away with murder?'”

The outburst was “met with crickets,” the sources said.

Asked about what actions have been taken on the suspects, the U.S. Department of Justice declined to comment. However, a senior U.S. official with knowledge of the situation in Libya suggested there is always intelligence to be gained by simply watching and listening to the suspects.

In addition, Pentagon officials disputed what the operators in question are claiming, saying that group was not specifically tasked with finding the Libyan suspects responsible for the Benghazi attack. These officials said other forces out of Fort Bragg are tasked with that mission, and they are not leaving. Pentagon officials also say the trainers, which were authorized by Congress under part of the defense budget to facilitate training of Libyans for counterterrorism, were not there to track the Benghazi suspects. They insist congressional funding is very clear in its mission: for training locals in counterterrorism.

However, special operators in the region counter the claims and suggest the Pentagon and State Department are playing with words, saying those being pulled are in fact tasked with both training the Libyans and identifying Benghazi attack suspects. “The training is partly a cover and some of these guys … provided the information on suspects directly to U.S. military commanders and the U.S. State Department last November and again in January. They are there and trained to find, fix and finish,” one said.

Fox News reported earlier this year that American forces had identified suspects by the end of November 2012, and reported on their whereabouts to Roebuck last January, yet no action was taken. They returned again in January to identify and locate these same suspects after being requested to do so by military leaders. In the months since, the operators in the region have been sitting in de facto standby, despite the Justice Department charges being filed.

To make matters worse, the U.S. trainers have been sitting in their Libyan “villa” now for a number of days after a Libyan military leader kicked the Americans out of the camp where they had been standing-up a Libyan special forces team for nearly a year, backed by U.S. taxpayer dollars. The maneuver by the Libyan chief of defense has “left our guys high and dry,” and this same chief has locked down Tripoli as well, Fox News is told. The sources say U.S. leaders have now let the Libyan government occupy the special forces camp — and in turn undermine the effort to train a legitimate force capable of countering Al Qaeda, which was the initial assignment before the Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi.

The men tell Fox News their mission was to capture or kill the suspects in question, and they briefed the acting U.S. ambassador in Libya and the senior CIA representative in the country. The men were told both Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and an under secretary were briefed about their information and their ability to capture or kill those responsible. Still, they did not get approval from the Department of Defense or the White House.

Some of the individuals report seeing former AFRICOM commander General Carter Ham tell former Libya Chief of Mission Laurence Pope that he could easily submit a plan to kill or capture the suspects, but “politics and fallout kept us from acting. To do an operation we have to have (Chief of Mission) and state approval. We didn’t get it. … They sat on it.”

Multiple sources in Libya tell Fox News that the politics in the lack of response to the Benghazi attacks involves the U.S. State Department position in Libya. “No career diplomat wants to be responsible for giving the green light or supporting an operation that if goes wrong, another Somalia, Blackhawk Down, turns into a political fragmentation grenade that puts any group, party, or element in the public scrutiny spotlight … especially after the train wreck on September 11th.”

Sources told Fox News, though, that the Obama administration will be under pressure to produce some result from its investigation with the one-year anniversary of the attack looming.

Tom Coburn happy he doesn’t have to impeach Obama

The Republican Senator, Tom Coburn said President Obama is moving “perilously close” to impeachment, Sen. Tom Coburn told a town hall crowd this week, two reports said Thursday.

However, he stated he is a “friend” to the President and further went on to say:

“That’s not something you take lightly, and you have to use a historical precedent of what that means,” he said. “I think there’s some intended violation of the law in this administration, but I also think there’s a ton of incompetence, of people who are making decisions.

“I believe [an impeachment charge] needs to be evaluated and determined, but thank goodness it doesn’t have to happen in the Senate until they’ve brought charges in the House,” Coburn said. “Those are serious things, but we’re in a serious time. I don’t have the legal background to know if that rises to high crimes and misdemeanor, but I think they’re getting perilously close.”

 

Really, Senator?  Thank “Goodness” you don’t have to “deal” with it?  Let someone ELSE “deal with it”?

Senator, you’re not a man, you’re a coward.  If you had the intestinal fortitude to follow through you’d be working with House members to arrange exactly what you’re talking about, IMPEACHMENT – and the eventual removal of this criminal from the Office of the President.

America has gone over the edge and you are sitting in the People’s building being HAPPY you don’t have to DO anything over Benghazi, over Ft. Hood Massacre (It was a bloody TERRORIST ATTACK).  We are going to let Obama NOT take the blame for NSA, the IRS, the DOJ (I’m not going to name all the scandals here, but suffice it to say they were ALL CRIMES!)

Get off your lazy ass and get going on removing this criminal from office before American burns.

Every, single tag and category attached to this blog post had a crime committed against America – from the President speaking out AGAINST Zimmerman and FOR gun control, to Benghazi, to the IRS (which is being ignored) to the NSA (also being ignored) to the “sequestration” and loss of food for wounded warriors at Walter Reed while Gays are being given free leave to go marry their partners in other states.

Give Americans a break, Senator and kick this bastard out of OUR HOUSE – before we do it.

Sovereign Citizens Murder Plot: Devon Campbell and Devin Brutsche charged with plotting to kill Vegas police

(CBS/AP) LAS VEGAS – A couple spent hundreds of hours over four months plotting to abduct, torture and kill Las Vegas police officers as a way to attract attention to their anti-authority “sovereign citizens” movement, police said.David Allen Brutsche and Devon Campbell Newman attended training sessions about sovereign citizen philosophy, shopped for guns, found a vacant house and rigged it to bind captives to cross beams during interrogation, and recorded videos to explain their actions and why officers had to die.

The movement they were intending to promote does not follow U.S. laws.

At every step, police said Thursday, an undercover officer was with them, documenting and recording the alleged plot.
