Civil War II – Free Speech is gone
I’m not going to belabor this, but if you have paid ANY attention, and I don’t care if you’re on the Right or Left of the spectrum, you can clearly see a move to squelch Conservative Voices.
Twitter blocked the President. Facebook removed 10s of thousands of people yesterday from the “Walk Away” campaign. Patriots have been removed, blocked, had accounts suspended on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube as of yesterday. Pelosi has called for the impeachment of Trump (again) with just a few days left in his Presidency.
AOC called for people to identify Conservatives, so they might punish them. Last night Parler was removed from Google, and Apple store gave Parler 24 hours to remove Patriot voices or suffer the same consequences in the Apple store.
Dan Bongino has been blocked on Twitter, as have Powell, Rudy, Flynn, the @POTUS account and others.

Download Signal, Line apps before they are removed from the stores as well. These are open source apps allowing encrypted text, voice, video to be sent over the phone. Use it to make contact via telephone numbers.
Get a VPN set up if you can.
Your NUMBER ONE GOAL TODAY, RIGHT NOW is to ESTABLISH A DIFFERENT SET OF ACCOUNTS and COMMUNICATIONS in other platforms away from the control of Big Tech.

American Dreams of Freedom
Every so so often in human history, we hit something I like to called a “node”. Being a SF reader and writer, I look at it from a “Time Traveler’s Perspective”. If you were a time traveler, you would study up on history before visiting it, so you have an idea of what happened, and since most Time Travelers would be “historians” studying history, then visiting the chosen time period for verification, they would recognize these “nodes” immediately.
A Node is, in my opinion, a time in history where events occur leaving one with “no way out”. Lincoln and the Civil War is one such node. World War II, the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor and Roosevelt’s response, bringing America out of isolation, and winning the War with a devastating attack on Hiroshima and Nagasaki with nuclear weapons.
There are many of these “nodes” where something must happen, and there’s little to no choice to maintain freedom, or to fight some evil.
This past year, 2020, will rise in history and be shown that something had to happen. The end of a Presidential Term where the sitting incumbent receives more votes in history than any other candidate in history is one of those, and suddenly, his competitor “comes from behind” to actually “get more votes” than the incumbent.
But, it gets better. The number of people who came forward having seen actual cheating going on, and knowing full well it happened, the statistics and even the computer data from each state in question was run through various computer programs and showed the impossibility of this feat.
Trump won this election. There is NO DOUBT in the minds of ANYONE on this planet. Not even the people who helped Biden “Cheat to Win”. The Marxists know Trump won, which is why they conspired to cheat, to add fake votes to Dominion and other systems in the Swing States. It’s why some people in Wayne County were seen pulling “special ballots” from under a table and running them over and over again through the machines (ALL after the poll workers announced everyone should go home, and ushered all out but a handful, who continued to ‘count’.)
Now, we stand on a precipice – Americans all having stood and watched an election being rigged, then stolen from the rightful winner. Not a few of us watched this either. Nearly seventy-five million voted for Trump. Biden got less than 50 million votes and had “cheaters” in only specific areas push the numbers up to appear like Biden came from behind. All at once. All the states “closed” the counting at about 11 pm. By 4:00 AM the next morning, “Biden had won”.
And the media was not without effect, calling the election for Biden early in several places, as “IF THEY KNEW” something was up.
In the back ground, Covid-19, the Wuhan Flu was playing it’s part. Allowing people to wear masks to help hide their faces (imagine that), and giving Counters the power to throw others out. Who were the people counting or watching who were thrown out? Republicans!
Why is this a Historical Node?
Because, we have been in a Civil War now for months. Now, it will become a shooting civil war.
Enough evidence has been collected, and seen by the public now to know that this election was a fraud, and much of this is going to court. The courts will have to choose to throw out the election or ignore it. If judges ignore it, they do so at their own peril. If Legislators in the swing states ignore it, they too, do so at their own peril.
It Biden is “installed” this country allows this at it’s own peril.
If Trump is found to be the new President by Congress (because that is where this is leading, to the Constitutional Crisis route) then the Marxists will begin burning cities. And they will do so, at their own peril.
Trump appears to have considered and perhaps withdrawn from using the executive order put into play in 2018, perhaps out of sheer consideration of American People. Calling for Martial Law is, in this aged military man’s opinion, a bad idea. On the other hand, the US Military HAS gone in and kept elections honest in other countries. Why not here? Obviously, it’s nearly impossible at this point to “start over” given the Constitution’s rules.
But, is it?
On 6 January 2021, the ballots will come into the chambers in the House. The boxes and envelopes will be opened and counted. In those ballots from the swing states, are ballots for both Trump and for Biden. Pence can choose which he may vote on, based on the outcome of several court cases standing right now.
Senators and Representatives can challenge the election results, and if at least one Senator does so, along with House members, then, it will come down to a debate in both houses.
Given the amount of apparent cheating that went on, this old guy no longer thinks the American people are going to “hold back” if Biden is “installed”.
America will fall to the Marxists if these people get to be in charge again. They won’t stop with simply holding the Presidency. They will rewrite rules, ensuring there will never be another honest election again. They will use the power of the government to tax American’s into poverty. They will use agencies intended to protect this country from outside, foreign interference against their own people. They will not be stopped in Congress, because so many on both sides are caught up in the lies, the blackmail, the Chinese interference and the corruption.
They will simply ignore you as they have done through the Covid “plandemic” and call you names, and force you to become a nameless, sexless, faceless drone for the New Marxist government of the United States.
You will certainly no longer be free. If you think freedom is fleeting now, just wait until January 22nd, 2021 and see how deep that “rabbit hole” goes.
Simply put, American Dreams for a rich and expansive future are slowly dying in made up “pandemics”, carefully crafted “news”, lies told to the American people who have been convinced of the veracity of the media, and a powerful belief in our own Constitution. We have believed that people put into office to represent us are all on the up-and-up, because people like myself were sworn to protect the Constitution and America, and we believed (rightly so) that those appointed above us, too, were sworn (and would) cover our backs.
Those Dreams of Freedom that so many break laws to enjoy are drying up because those same “oath takers” can’t keep their oaths because of the corruption driving those in Congress, Governor’s offices and Mayors even in smaller towns.
If you, as an American, do not want to see your country devoured by the Evil that is Marxism, then you’d better do something about now. Not tomorrow.

Essential Businesses
I wrote this yesterday, and got a lot of “Likes” on Facebook, along with dozens of comments in various groups I frequent. Here’s what I think.

“Essential Businesses”
Why are some people getting letters to “be out on the street” and others are not? Because they are “essential employees”. Like fast food, or restaurants. Or grocery stores. Gas stations. Liquor stores. Weed stores (in Colorado, we’re not just talking about medical either….)
What about barbers? Hair stylists? What about the local auto parts place, auto repair, what about a tire shop? What about any other businesses?
Seriously?
This is America. The United States of America. This is not Venezuela. This ain’t Cuba. This is NOT some Socialist country. This is a Capitalist country, contrary to what most want you to think. (Yeah, I keep hearing the bull crap about “Oh, that Social Security is Socialism!” – no, it is an involuntary removal of my hard earned monies as a type of a tax, which they never intended to give back to me, in the hopes I’d be dead “waiting to get the maximum amount at 75 years old….)
Folks, this country RUNS on the backs of blue collar workers, truckers, farmers, factories. It doesn’t run on Progressive Professor’s backs, or Marxists students working at McDonald’s.
With that said, I say, All businesses are essential.
They are essential to the economy, they are essential to those running the businesses as a form of income, they are essential to the workers in the place for their pay check, they are essential to the government because they pay taxes and provide revenue, they are essential to anyone associated with the business whether they are on the “work side” or the “consumer side” for peace of mind, health and body for people to have the ability to feel “needed” and “wanted”.
Regardless of the TYPE of business, each of them has a clientele, each has consumers, each has customers, each has the ability to fill a need, want or service for SOMEONE somewhere.
NO BUSINESS is “non-essential”.
The arbitrary closing of many businesses is a TRICK of various state governments to make you THINK you’re non-essential, and to bring up the “fast food worker’s ability to now earn $15 or more per hour” (yes, we’ve seen those memes.
I give you the “pub” as an example. People working there get paid, and many have families, and children. They provide a service (beer, drinks, snacks, and a place to go to hang out and relax) and the patrons feel “wanted” by someone. The wait staff make small amounts of money and big tips. The bar tenders lend an ear, and make good drinks or pull your favorite kind of beer. But, the gist of it is, EVERY PERSON THERE IS EARNING MONEY.
Now, they are not. The businesses are closed, and as in the case here where I am located it’s been a month now (short of three days as of this writing) and MOST of those workers I mention are out of jobs. They are earning nothing. The BUSINESSES are earning… nothing. The mortgages are due. The bills likely going unpaid. The supplies ruined and thrown out for the most part.
So – how is a pub “essential”? The people are going broke. Oh, sure, there’s that “$1200 check” the “government” is gonna send you right? As pointed out today by a friend, “read the fine print”. That’s a kind of tax kick back. Next year, you’re gonna pay for that. It’ll be taxed. Yup, taxed.
The Pubs are essential to pay the people working in them. And so are nail salons, hair salons, barbers, tire places, and most any other business with employees.
Playing this “non-essential game” is just that, a GAME.
This is getting out of hand, and it’s going to bite us all in the ass soon.
Get this damned state, and all the others back up and running, the sooner, the better. Maintain your “Social Distancing” (no matter how ignorant that sounds, and wash your hands. Stop being idiots about this, and get this country back to business).
IF YOU PERSONALLY are SCARED TO GO OUT, then stay the hell home, but don’t tell ME to stay in doors. I’m not going to do it anymore.
I will not live in a Police State with a bunch of tattle tale sissies and wussies. You wanna stay home, then do it. But stop telling ME what to do.
A Different Kind of Climate Change
As a long time prepper – of decades, I’ve always been a firm believer in keeping necessary food supplies to last a small (or in our case, large) family able to survive without having to leave the house for months at a time.
When our kids were all young, my wife and I put together a large pantry in the basement of our home in Colorado. We kept large packing tubs lined with food-safe plastic, full of beans, rice, flour, sugar, pastas, and shelves of canned food.
We didn’t go out and clear shelves in the supermarket. We bought a little extra each time. My wife was very good about doing it. We rotated the food stocks, and everything she bought, we used and ate. We didn’t buy things that we could never use, like “a ten year’s supply of freeze dried survival foods” from one of the guys who keep pushing that crap on people (because, they make MONEY off you if you buy it).
The climate has changed lately. No, not “Climate Change” but a change in the world. A pall of ignorance has fallen over society. You would think that with the ability to see the news 24/7/365, collect and read so much data off the Internet, and study things for yourselves, people would be smarter, kinder, less prone to flights of fancy and even, one would hope, have more common sense.
But, no. The advent of the Internet has dumbed down the human race to the point of drooling grass eaters. Collective IQs have dropped, common sense has become so rare in any given group of people that you can rarely find anyone who can hold a political conversation without screaming and crying. Along comes CoVid19….
When the Novel Corona Virus 19 was first announced in the news, it didn’t make a huge splash, not at first. Then videos started coming out allegedly from Wuhan, China, of people “dropping dead” on the streets. Plenty of sensationalism. But, none of the videos were ever really “confirmed” to be real, and not “made up”.
In the past month now it has “spread like wildfire” (according to the news).
In truth, what has actually spread like wildfire was the stupidity of people, ignorance and misinformation.
Instead of taking an attitude that “something could happen” and being prepared, people take the laisser-faire attitude of “The stores have what I need, why bother to get extra stuff? I’ll just pick it up when we run out!”
Well, now you’re out. The stores are out. The Just-in-Time chain has failed. Trucks aren’t coming in. This is the crap we’ve been predicting will happen, for decades. You had been warned. Now, fools and morons have broken the whole system. Not everyone, but a FEW people did this. Not everyone ran out and bought all the toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
Now, the looting will start in a few days.
Maybe. I hope it doesn’t but, imagine this. Power goes out a few days. The grid nationwide goes down. You can’t get gas, you can’t get anywhere, food is all gone. You’re stuck at home and everyone is running out of food because the stores have been looted. Where are the looters going after they get hungry? Door-to-door, that’s where. Every house and home in any neighborhood will be victimized.
Store shelves are empty, food is almost gone, and nothing seems to be coming in. This is happening now, and these are actual images from a Walmart Store in Colorado Springs, on the south east side of the city.
Now, imagine that this virus IS actually dangerous, even deadly and these roving bands of vandals are carrying it, spreading it everywhere.
Where do we wind up with this lesson?
Simple.
- do NOT get out of the market if you’re in it. If not, BUY!
- Don’t panic. The virus is not as BAD as the media wants you to believe.
- It never WAS that bad.
- The virus isn’t spreading like they claimed it was in China (yet) but the US has taken steps.
- People ARE washing their hands.
- People are stealing toilet paper – seriously?
- Some enterprising idiots are trying to sell Purell for hundreds of dollars for a small bottle on Ebay.
- Don’t feed the feeding frenzy. If you’re scared, stay the hell home.
- Don’t let this ever happen to you again, always prepare. Start small, and work your way into Prepping.
And for God’s Sake, wash your DAMNED HANDS.
The Time has Come….
… to speak on this subject.
Having been a member of the US military, worked in the White House and have done “jobs” for some Three Letter Agencies in the past, and having ALSO been a member of, and formed, several small Constitutionally protected militia groups – and watched many of them disassemble themselves in fits of pique, miscommunication, and diverse ideological arguments, I have become somewhat jaded on “militia” groups and the like.
So many are enamored with “titles” like “Commander” or “Head of Operations” and haven’t really a clue how to do operations of any sort, or command themselves to go to the bathroom. Instead, each group starts with enthusiastic clamoring for attempt to stand up against “the Government”, then fall apart because their goals are murky at best, and some people are simply a danger to themselves and others.
Militia groups exist and are constitutionally protected. But, the MEDIA and certain elements with the US Government would have you believe otherwise. IF you study history you would understand that we had militias from the beginning of this country, and they are, INDEED a product of the English and French common law to protect their own smaller enclaves in former times.
America didn’t even have a standing Army well after the foundation of the country. The Continental Army was formed to fight the British in 1775. However, that group disbanded, and at least twice more a standing army was eventually created to protect the young nation. Militias STILL existed then to protect local areas against invasion.
Militias are still constitutionally protected even today:

(a)The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

(1)the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

Note there are multiple links associated with the above, explaining how the President can call in “militias” of other states, and federal forces against “insurrection” by states.
In truth, the Government is US, we the People. We the People are in control. We ARE the government. We elect those Reps who go there and ignore our laws, and ignore our Constitution. It’s time to begin holding them accountable to us.
The problem is, the government has become rife with those people mentioned in the last paragraph, who have not one iota of caring about the US Constitution. They are mostly Left Leaning government workers and people in charge of various departments, and view the Constitution as a “living document to be changed how they wish”. This is simply not the case.
The Constitution was never meant to be ‘changed easily’. It’s very difficult at best, to introduce a new Amendment, or get it ratified in the end. It’s nearly impossible to remove the Bill of Rights. In fact, if there IS ever an attempt, this should be viewed as an outright act of War against our Way of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
We, the People are both Constitutionally required to keep an eye on our government, and the attempts to undermine our freedoms, as well as to fight back against such attempts.
When you were a child, you heard “America is a melting pot” – of peoples from everywhere. This is true, but it was also the beginning of attempts to undermine our way of life by the Marxists living in this country. They have used our own laws against us, and loud, shrill voices pointing fingers at us have caused people to back down, shut up for fear of being identified as “someone who might be a racist” or other things. These tactics have worked and the Real, True American Idealism has been nearly eradicated.
Marxism, indeed “Democratic Socialists” have undermined the very fabric of this country, have put themselves in every Agency and department in the US Government, embedded judges, law enforcement personnel and lawyers in the Justice system.
Democratic Socialists are Communists. Marxism’s ultimate goal is to put control in the hands of a communist government. Progressivism is nothing more than a form of “Close Communism”.
The tactics of calling you names, making you feel guilty and forcing you to be quiet has worked to the point, we’ve allowed this infiltration of our government by these Marxist types. (Note: We lump them ALL into the same bag now, as they do with us. Marxism, Communism, Progressivism, most Liberalism and certainly any other of the so-called “party affiliations” that lean Left out there are nearly all seeking the same goal, and that is the utter destruction of America, Capitalism, and any sense of Patriotism or any sort of “nationalism” in this country.)
American Way of Life is NOT meant to be controlled by any single party, or any particular Ideology, other than that put in place by our Founding Fathers; the Constitutional Republic. We are a “democracy” in that the “majority do not rule the minority”.
We are a Representative government. We deliberately elect people to go in and stand up for our Rights, and to vote as we small groups want, as long as those votes by the Representative comply wholly with the idea of the Constitution, including our Bill of Rights.
Currently, in Congress, in both houses, we have people on both the Democrat and Republican sides of the aisle who choose to ignore Constitutional requirements, and were voted in by people who, apparently could not care less. While this is “certainly representative of the constituents”of those particular areas, it is also most definitely, against the Constitution.
It is time, in my humble opinion, to stop the Leftist infiltration of America any further. We have a strong President at the moment. But, that is not going to last forever. American’s will become complacent again soon enough. Three or four years hence, they will forget, as they always do the damage the Obama Administration did to this country in the name of “Progress” and “Compromise”.
Compromise to us means everyone gives a little and gets something in return. To the Left, Compromise means, “You back off, you give us what we ask for, or we’ll call you names and make you look bad in public.”
Every person that reads this needs to think. Think about this:
We have a proposal to give to America. To every, single red-blooded American in both birth and name, legal immigrants, and those who have had their rights pushed aside, ignored, and voted out… to the Second Amendment in particular, and the usurping of other Rights in the Bill of Rights. A new, leaderless “Militia”.
Such a militia will include all Americans based on the current laws of this country and the Constitution. It would include by default any existing “militia groups” that will adhere to the bylaws, and follow the same goals.
We propose a group with very clear, resolute goals, built from the bottom up, rather than the top down. The rules, goals, mission statement and so forth will be presented and you- The People- will each begin your own local creation and representation within your OWN local regions. City enclaves, counties, states, and on and on.
The size and shape of your organization will be up to your local control. The only thing coming from “National” will be the set of rules, not orders, not direction (other than what the rules state) and each group would be local. “National” will provide a way to contact each other, give directions on connecting up and help groups form by giving information.
What the people of United States need are multiple, small, decentralized covert operations cells of Men and Women who actually understand the Constitution. People who can, and will take the time to resist these Marxist moves on our government.
So, turn off your televisions for a time, and stop listening to the main stream media now, grab a good friend, or a good neighbor and start researching Clandestine Cell Systems.
We’re putting together an organization which will help. It will take good people, some time, and a good understanding of the goals. This isn’t a joke. This isn’t pie-in-the-sky.
This is a start for all the people feeling lost, feeling like there is nothing left to do but give up and let whatever happens, happen.
Americans do NOT give up, we don’t quit, and we don’t let evil win.
Are you going to let Evil win because it’s just easier to sit down and do nothing at all, or will you take up your flag, fly it high and stand up, be heard and make it clear we’re not going to go down to Communism without a fight?

Do you BELIEVE the media? Why do you believe the media? Why SHOULD you believe the media?
Let’s look at the words “belief”. What does it mean to us.
Belief is the state of mind in which a person thinks something to be the case, with or without there being empirical evidence to prove that something is the case with factual certainty. In other words, belief is when someone thinks something is reality, true, when they have no absolute verified foundation for their certainty of the truth or realness of something. Another way of defining belief is, it is a mental representation of an attitude positively orientated towards the likelihood of something being true. In the context of Ancient Greek thought, two related concepts were identified with regards to the concept of belief: pistis and doxa. Simplified, we may say that pistis refers to trust and confidence, while doxa refers to opinion and acceptance. The English word doctrine is derived from doxa. Essentially, what we are saying is simple. If you have previous, personal knowledge, experience of, or observe something, you have a reason to “believe” that a particular something is true. Previous experience with something tends to give a person fore-knowledge of future events, in relation to the previous experience. There is personal knowledge, and pure reason alone. There is experience. There is a learning experience, which might include “book learning” or “teaching” or even your own experience with no one around.
In any case, you learn something by some method. To this author, personal experience trumps books, or teaching and media experiences or projections. Because, you have yourself, experienced some aspect of learning, it is more real than having read it in a book, seen it on television, or had a professor “explain it to you”.
If you are sitting on the beach one summer and experience extreme heat one year, and a hurricane the next, and the third year, a chill wind from the north at the same time period you’re more than likely to remember the other two experiences and say, “Hmmm, something is not like the other two years”. These things are also known as empirical evidence….
Empirical evidence is information that justifies a belief in the truth or falsity of a claim. In the empiricist view, one can claim to have knowledge only when one has a true belief based on empirical evidence. This stands in contrast to the rationalist view under which reason or reflection alone is considered evidence for the truth or falsity of some propositions.[2] The senses are the primary source of empirical evidence. Although other sources of evidence, such as memory and the testimony of others, ultimately trace back to some sensory experience, they are considered secondary, or indirect.
Many of those touting “Climate Change” as true, also seem to have a degree in one thing or another. Some don’t have a degree in anything remotely related to weather, like Bill Nye, a “mechanical engineer”. I’m a “non-degreed electronics engineer”. I have vastly more experience in the field of radio theory than Nye does in his own field – and, am likely more qualified to talk about “Climate Change” because I have meteorological training in addition to other Earth Science training. However, that’s not the point. He’s a “Science Guy” and in the media. He’s also a “comedian” as well. In 1986, Nye left Boeing to pursue comedy, writing and performing jokes and bits for the local sketch television show Almost Live!, where he regularly conducted wacky science experiments.
He is a television actor. He’s part of the reason we should not simply accept what we see on television at face value.
Neil DeGrasse Tyson, also a “scientist”. In reality, he is. He’s an astrophysicist, probably a pretty good one. Also, younger than me. And an African American. And a “believer” of Climate Change. Of the people I’ve heard talk on it, he is the ONLY voice that I have personally listened to and respect. I still don’t believe in “climate change” though, because there is no ‘settled science here’.

Science is the “craft of knowledge”, not a “belief system”.
If you are forced to “believe” in something, you must have faith it exists or is true. You can not necessarily demonstrate it happens or there is a cause and effect.
Cause and effect is very important here. Cause and effect are related, one event occurs which creates a second event. Lightning causes thunder in the atmosphere. Thunder is the effect generated by a lightning strike ripping through the air at 224,000 miles per hour. Essentially this causes a sonic boom.
Climate Change has a cause and effect. Likely many causes for the effects on the climate.
The media concentrates on ONE and ONLY ONE thing. The amount of carbon dioxide put into the air by humans.
The media doesn’t mention the sun, sun spots, sun’s radiant energy. Media doesn’t mention seasonal changes where they point out “more or less ice” in the antarctic. Instead you will find many satellite images show “more or less” but looking closely you will discover the images are different years, even different decades and invariably the one with “less ice” is a summer image. (Summer occurs in the Antarctic in the WINTER TIME in North America).
They always feel to mention the cause and effect of taking pictures at the wrong time of year.
We have kept scientific records for about 400 to 500 years. The Chinese kept sunspot records. Temperatures have been recorded by humans since they developed a thermometer and measurements. (mid 1700s) In 1593, Galileo invented a “thermoscope”, a device capable of demonstrating rudimentary temperature changes. There were no scales yet.
Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit was the German physicist who invented the alcohol thermometer in 1709, and the mercury thermometer in 1714. In 1724, he introduced the standard temperature scale that bears his name—Fahrenheit Scale—that was used to record changes in temperature in an accurate fashion.
The point being, while we could record some information, it was inaccurate at best, and with no scales, it’s useless today. Ice cores are pulled from the arctic and antarctic and CO2 is measured. But, core samples are not 100% accurate either, nor, can they give exact dates for the cores. Only approximate decades.
The Earth, we know, has gone through multiple Cooling and Warming Cycles. Ice Ages come and go.
Our last one was about 10,000 years ago, with a “mini Ice Age” in the 1700s. This is a historical fact. And we’re still, technically “coming out of it”. Also, a historical fact.

At about the middle time period of this “little ice age” another event was occurring. The Maunder Minimum, also known as the “prolonged sunspot minimum”, is the name used for the period around 1645 to 1715 during which sunspots became exceedingly rare, as was then noted by solar observers.

How many SUVs existed then? None. How much oil was being burned by humans? None, or at least very little. How many modern factories spewing gasses into the air existed? None.
At the end of the of this little ice age, the Industrial revolution was really just getting into it’s infancy. And still, there was an insignificant amount of gasses being blown into the air.
Cause and effect. It is also believed that the sun caused this little Ice Age. And, there were also volcanoes that may have contributed to the issue.
If volcanoes contributed, then how can CO2 be the culprit?
Also, note that the little Ice Age wasn’t necessarily global, but was essentially restricted to the Northern Hemisphere according to many records, AND even just to the North American Continent. England had colder temperatures in the 1600s, and there were times when it was normal.
So, was the sun spots, or rather, lack thereof a cause and the effect being a little ice age? Many scientists “believe this to be true” now.
The one take away is that, however it happened, the SUN contributed greatly to the little Ice Age.
Oh, and this is “climate change”.
But, it certainly wasn’t human caused.
The media uses buzz words, and sometimes they use scientific terms in an effort to cause you to take notice. A form of “social engineering”. DeGrass Tyson and Nye are both quite guilty of this, and are media personalities.
The Weather Channel is another media outlet. If you listen to them they can’t predict where the next hurricane is going to track, let alone where it will land. How can they be so dead set on a path for destruction of a 1 degree Celsius variation of the Earth’s temperature twenty years hence?
Simply put, they can’t.
They are a media outlet, they get people to watch them based on suspense, based on scare tactics, based on how they can keep you hanging on to the next word, which comes right after this next advertisement (to get you to buy things).
It is HOW they MAKE THEIR MONEY.
The long and short of it is simple. The Media is out to make big money. They do it by enticing you, the population, to watch them. They keep you in suspense, give you reasons why you’re going to die, and they fall into line with those who tell them “we’re going to die….” and forget the part “…if we don’t keep the government giving us grants to investigate this climate change stuff!”

Climate Change: The “Science” of it All
Part One:
I’ve lived aboard space ship Earth for over six decades now. From the time I was very young, probably six years old, I’ve been fascinated with science. Not one particular discipline, but, pretty much all of them. Astronomy was my first love. Chemistry, second and physics my third. The latter culminated in my career in RF communications, radio systems, the design and implementation of many things, including one of the largest communications systems ever, the VHF/HF portion of the White House Communications Agency’s ground network spanning the East Coast of the USA. (Note: even that system is now outdated and probably moved on to new technologies now.)
Over my decades of life, I took every science class in elementary and High School I could, and found, once I went to college that I was not interested in “getting a degree” so much as I was interested in “knowledge and learning”. So, instead of concentrating on either a degree or particular discipline, other than electronics and digital theory, I took to taking – or rather “wangling” myself into various writing and science courses.
What this means is that I don’t have a “degree” like most people would have. I didn’t complete some particular subset of educational theory to give me a tiny slice of the pie of knowledge. I didn’t concentrate on one piece, thus becoming an “expert” in that chosen field.
Instead, I’ve concentrated on gathering and learning information in the sciences and have participated in many of them “as an amateur”; that is, not being paid necessarily, to do the things I did. I’ve been involved in everything from Astronomy to Psychology to Meteorology, and may other sciences. My “degree” of study originally was a bachelor of science in, of all things, business. That degree fanned out into nothing but sciences, and thus I never “received” my degree. By doing this, I found that all sciences are interconnected, and each has an effect on another. While you might say “meteorology does not affect stellar physics” you might be partially correct, but stellar physics does affect Earth bound weather, and climate.
What I did receive in my (still on going) education was a vast amount of study in many, many different sciences. I went to college on and off for over thirty years and to this day, I still pick up textbooks and read them cover to cover. Hey, if Abe Lincoln can become a lawyer without formal training, then anyone can learn a discipline, including any of the sciences.
Am I an “expert” in anything? Yes, electronic theory, radio frequency theory, and the technical aspects of electronics engineering (and have taught this material in colleges as well). I was certified in the State of Colorado as Teacher, based not on my “degree” but my “knowledge and experience”. I have a technical degree diploma in digital theory s a result.
I used to sit at lunch with several “colleagues” at the Missile Defense Agency, who had “Masters” and “Phd” after their names, discussing things like physics, mathematics and the like, and not only keeping up with them and their conversations, but contributing to them. One asked me what my phd discipline was one day, not knowing I was the electronics security systems engineer. I chuckled when he asked, and told him I was just an engineer. He was visibly shocked. He said he though I must have held a degree in physics based on my knowledge of the subject.
I no longer teach these days and am retired on a Sailboat. I was, once, as a young man also a contributor to solar studies. I was doing daily sunspot counts with my telescope and presenting the data to a large University for sun spot numbers. I was a data collector. Much of the data I collected went into records for the official sun spot counts.
I was sixteen at the time.
The point here is not really to tout my credentials, but rather to show that knowledge can be gained by anyone, anywhere, if they put their minds to it. Study is study. Knowledge is knowledge. You don’t have to have a degree from a higher learning institution just to “show you’re smart”. A degree gets you into places because society has placed those who “pay their dues” on a pedestal, rather than know their subjects.
For instance, I probably can’t get a job doing scientific studies of the weather, but I probably COULD get a paying job at a local TV station doing the weather on the six o’clock news. (Side note: I don’t WANT a job doing these things.) I’ve been a storm spotter for the National Weather Service, and a storm chaser, chasing with several famous figures in the past twenty years so I know about the weather. Being a Sailor on a sail boat forces one to have even more intimate knowledge of the weather than even chasing tornadoes!
Knowledge is a Dangerous Thing, some might say. I say, knowledge is power. Knowledge gives you the ability to seek out more knowledge, how to study things outside your discipline. The ability to learn gives the ability to reason, and reasoning gives you the ability to come to logical, scientific conclusions, whether it is about Politics, or Sciences.
Reasoning is the ability to discriminate between facts, fiction, opinion, truth and lies. Reasoning, and the ability to have rational thought processes allows a person to discern from objective evidence (note the phrase “objective”) whether something is reasonable to be true or false.
If you are attempting to understand something more clearly, for instance, let’s take “Climate Change” as an example, you might read all you can on the subject, taking in the information as-is. You read the footnotes. You check articles. You read a book or ten on the subject. You take “for granted” the material is presented by someone with special knowledge on the subject, and most of us tend toward “benefit of doubt”.
The material presented, we assume is accurate, unbiased and forthright.
But, Global Warming – later called “Climate Change” has some problems. For example, there’s the “Climategate” hoax, the attempts at changing data (which has been shown in emails that were made public) to make things appear more drastic than they are.
There are multiple graphs and charts produced by NASA and NOAA that have been modified, even changed, and data dropped off those charts. This makes “Climate Change” suspect.
Places where sensors are set up are in urban areas, where it’s obviously hotter than out on the plains of Kansas or mountains of Colorado, and an urban area will obviously and consistently show higher temperature norms, than something distant from the massive concrete, asphalt and steel structures built by people.
When data becomes suspect, so too, does the final “answer”, in this case, regarding “Climate Change”.
Logic and reasoning, especially ‘deductive reasoning’ comes into play here.
We may deduce that because someone “modified” data, they were attempting to modify thinking.
We may deduce that because someone changed graphs they were attempting to high an important piece of information.
We may deduce, correctly, that placing temperature sensors deep in the heart of a thriving metropolis would necessarily skew temperature readings, and thus the data be factually inaccurate.
As a society, we’ve become dependent upon computers, “Google” and search engines giving us information at the touch of a button, or by clicking on a link. But, that data isn’t always accurate. Nor, sometimes is it meant to be. In reality, there are two, and sometimes more than two, sides to every thing.
But, in the “Science of it All” there are facts, and there are inconsistencies that don’t fit with facts. Throughout my six decades, one thing has been consistent when it comes to science: Scientific DoomSayers are almost always wrong.
Scientists can and do come to a consensus on things, but, it takes time, and a lot of independent studies by many people, many papers, many discoveries for this to happen. It’s not “set by policy” as “Climate Change” has been done. Simply setting a political policy to give monies to one type of study does not, in itself, create consensus. Well, it does, because “money”. Who wants to give up their piece of the pie when it is lucrative?
Speaking of pieces of the pie, and “consensus”, we should point out that the folks pushing this “Climate Change” thing are so dead set on it, they’ve started campaigns to “get the word out” and tell the masses “the debate is over”.
This is, in effect, non-scientists who are pushing this agenda on the public and claiming peer-reviewed papers are “in consensus”, giving high marks to the papers in the “study”.
Why would anyone want to push such an agenda? Look at the bottom of the second graphic above, and read after “SJI Associates”. Now, look at the next graphic and draw your own conclusions.
SJI is a design firm. They design advertising. They create material to entice you to BUY something. Very interesting concept, isn’t it? Who would have thought you’d have to hire an advertising firm to convince the public into buying science?

Anyone remember Dan Quayle? Vice President under George H.W. Bush. I remember him. I was a Republican then. I was also Military and prohibited from making political comments in those days.
Do you remember his famous Potato(e) incident? He “misspelled potato”. How about his famous remarks about “A Mind is a terrible thing….”? I remember them. I was there for the latter, as in physically present. And laughed.
His quote was to the NAACP, and he was trying to quote their famous saying, “A mind, is a terrible thing to waste.”
What came out was wrong, comical and made him a “laughing stock” on the side of the Left Leaning Democrats.

The audience laughed. It was Detroit, circa 1988 or so. I don’t remember precisely now, but I do have a memory of that moment, and I came away thinking “Where are the speech writers in this? Did someone CHECK this speech?”

A few days ago, after the Superbowl, Trump misstated the Chiefs home state as being Kansas, instead of Missouri. Me, not being a football fan, never thing KC, MO. I think of KC, KS. Weird how that works. And if anyone knows his geography, it’s me. But, for the Left it wasn’t a “mistake”, it was an indication of how bloody stupid Trump is.
We’re all human. We all make mistakes. We all get forgetful from time to time.
And we can all be so rude, and cruel to others.

Right of the People
In 1776 a war broke out between the Colonists and the British monarchy over the subjects’ rights to defend themselves.
On the one hand, it was required that local militias be formed of all men to protect the towns and villages. On the other hand, the Colonists had begun to take issue with the way they were taxed, among other things. King George III had decided that the Colonists needed a lesson.
A local Governor in Virginia, Lord Dunmore ordered the removal of the gunpowder from the magazine in Williamsburg, Virginia to a Royal Navy ship. The incident came to known as “The Gunpowder incident” and happened the day after the Concord and Lexington battles.
This action sparked local unrest, and militia companies began mustering throughout the colony. Patrick Henry led a small militia force toward Williamsburg to force return of the gunpowder to the colony’s control. The matter was resolved without conflict when a payment of £330 was made to Henry. Dunmore, fearing for his personal safety, later retreated to a naval vessel, ending royal control of the colony.
On 20 January 2020, the rally brought tens of thousands of armed men and women to the forefront of history. There was no bloodshed, no fighting, but there was an underlying indictment of the men and women in office in Virginia, from Governor Ralph Northam, to each and every Legislator in the state congress. Current estimates say no less than 22,000 people showed up. But, those estimates take into account only the area surrounding the actual Capitol building and not the other people in the streets leading up to the capitol.
Throughout the day, helicopters hovered, and drones were forbidden, so exact numbers are unknown at this time.
Youtubers videoed much of the activities, and interviewed people through out the morning.
Americans from all over the country came to show that the Second Amendment shall not be infringed.
Reading through the comments in Twitter, Facebook, the Main Stream Media, there are those who state they will continue to go through with the banning of guns. Others, on the 2A side chide those who went with words of “Nothing happened, you accomplished nothing at all”.
In fact, what happened that day was to affirm our rights. First Amendment, Second Amendment, were brought to the forefront, and the men and women that made the event happen are the heroes of the day.
They showed:
- Our Rights are IMPORTANT TO US ALL
- That Patriots, Americans, will stand up and defend what is theirs
- That violence isn’t the only way to make a point
- Laws aren’t necessarily RIGHT, especially when they are being used to take control of the population
- That people of all races can come together
- That people of BOTH SIDES of this argument can come together (there were Right and Left wingers there)
- A very large number of people came together and gave voice for millions of others.
Remember, we know that those who lived in America at the time of the Revolutionary War were many, but not everyone was on one side or the other. Some were on the fence over being Royal Subjects of the Crown. Others, not so much.
In the end, it is estimated that a mere three percent of the colonies population at the time stood up and fought. The actual number of participation are actually closer to 6% of the total population, but roughly 3% actually fought. The rest were support people in some way.
On the 20th, an as-yet undetermined number of people showed up, but estimates have ranged from a low ten thousand to as much as one hundred fifty thousand.
Assuming for a moment, that those folks that showed up represented only the III% of this country who would stand up and fight, there should be closer to 9,904,660 people.
In truth – that is a number larger than the entire US Military, plus all of the Federal “officers” in this country.
And, given we have a population of 330 million, and the fact there are 393 million guns in the population there is a definite disparity here.
In the end, those with guns outnumber those without, and also outnumber those who might be used as a tool by a tyrannical government to disarm the population.
In the end, this is why the 20th was important. To show that those who would wield a law against us, to disarm us, and to usurp our rights will never stand to those of us who support and defend that Constitution.
This author, as III%er, and an Oath Keep believes his Rights are derived naturally – or from God, as many believe, and NOT from the Government. We are not subjects of a Monarchy, but rather Free Citizens of the United States first and foremost.
No state, government, governor, or Congress shall infringe on our Bill of Rights and we mean to keep that in place.

War is not something the US Government wants with IT’S OWN PEOPLE.
Some in the US Government and some state governments might want to interfere with our rights, but it’s in their best interest to stop meddling, stand down, step back and regain some common sense.
We Patriots ask of everyone else who is not actively involved at this point to take the time to call your OWN state Representatives and tell them to STOP the gun bans. Stand up and be heard. Write the Federal Government, Congress, the President and tell them “We will NOT comply” with any gun bans, we will no longer stand down and shut up. They can’t guilt us into silence.

Richmond, Virginia and the Gun Ban – 1-20-2020
I once lived in Virginia. Many of my forefathers are from there in fact (a Great-Great-Great Grandfather named James Thompson Donaldson Sr. was born in Scott County, lived in Wythe Co VA and later Kentucky. My family migrated with Daniel Boone to Kentucky from Virginia.
I have roots there, and deep connection with the state of Virginia, even though I no longer live there and likely never will.
Here’s a little bit of history for perspective:
The first shots of the Civil War were fired in Virginia.
Williamsberg VA was the site of one of the first “gun confiscations” in the place soon to be know as “United States” when Governor Dunmore led the official British forces in Virginia at the start of the American Revolution. Local residents had appointed guards to watch the brick “magazine” in Williamsburg where the coloniy’s muskets and gunpowder were stored, but on the very windy night of April 20, 1775 they abandoned their posts. Dunmore took advantage of the opportunity. He had 20 sailors and marines from the schooner Magdalen land at Burwell’s Ferry, near the modern Kigsmill Resort. They walked four miles to Williamsburg, opened the locked gates of the magazine using keys provided by Lord Dunmore, and started to remove the half-barrels of gunpowder weighing 65 pounds each.
Local residents quickly discovered what was happening, but the sailors and marines had time to load 15 of the 18 half-barrels into a wagon and return safely to the Magdalen.
The governor claimed he was ensuring a slave insurrection could not use the gunpowder, but the colonists recognized he was disarming them. Patrick Henry led militia on an unauthorized march to the capital city; violence was avoided by a face-saving compromise when the royal Receiver General paid for the value of the gunpowder.

Yesterday, Monday 20 Jan 2020, a similar event occurred.
As State Legislator Amanda Chase says, this is not a “Virginia Problem”. This is an “America Problem”.
It’s NOT about guns. It’s about Rights. It’s about the fact the Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights. It wasn’t placed there to create an army, or give permission to the “national guard” to carry arms.
It clearly, VERY CLEARLY, states two important things. The people are the militia. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall NOT be infringed.
Virginia and the USA are “Free States” and as such, our citizens are forever, “the Militia”. It’s not a few men and women who decide to put on a uniform and a “patch”, and it’s not “white people”, it’s not “racists”.
It is EVERYONE in this country who has those rights.
It is the GOVERNMENT WHO MAY NOT TAKE THEM AWAY.
The United States of America, her citizens, WILL NOT GIVE UP their rights. We keep those guns as a Symbol of Freedom.
To the rest of the world – we don’t care what you do, think, or say. This is Europe or Australia. This is sure as hell NOT Russia, or China and anyone that wants to emulate THOSE places are welcome to move out of this country to one more suitable for their tastes.
The Left in America is simply WRONG.
Stand down, stop trying to ban our guns.

Facebook has a new group.
Virginia, Rising.
The group started a week or two back, and is up to 8000 members suddenly.
The tyrannical Governor’s attacks on the Second Amendment have triggered a response he surely didn’t expect.
Several other states’ citizens have banded together with Virginia in support of the “2A sanctuary counties”.
Everyone is talking about this.

The only thing is this guy’s article I don’t wholly agree with his the idea of Urban Preppers hunkering down in their own cities. I DO agree they will eventually be over run. I don’t agree that “Bugging in” is a bad idea though. But, this is not the purpose of the discussion here.

Paranoia – The Rise of the Machines
In 1965 I. J. Good originated the concept now known as an “intelligence explosion”:
Let an ultraintelligent machine be defined as a machine that can far surpass all the intellectual activities of any man however clever. Since the design of machines is one of these intellectual activities, an ultraintelligent machine could design even better machines; there would then unquestionably be an ‘intelligence explosion,’ and the intelligence of man would be left far behind. Thus the first ultraintelligent machine is the last invention that man need ever make, provided that the machine is docile enough to tell us how to keep it under control.
The amount of paranoia in the United States has reached a peak in 2019.
We have people who are hating on Trump, and want him impeached.
We have people afraid of the government (and usually for good reasons), even though THEY ARE the government.
We have an actual Government who is afraid of Patriots with guns.
We have people who think anyone who owns a gun is crazy, a killer, an idiot, or mentally unstable.
We have a country full of pansies, and flowers, afraid of words that hurt their feelings, and yet launch into invective filled tirades against those they hate, all the while saying how the people they hate, are actually the “haters”.
We have people afraid of others because of their lifestyles.
We have people afraid of “5G” – the fifth generation of Internet connectivity.

Then there’s this author. The one guy on the planet who is genuinely afraid of the rise of the Machines.
Now, with all that said, I will tell you that I firmly believe that in five years, perhaps ten at the most, we are going to be inundated by AI prying into everything. Already there are robocalls from AI, as well as Businesses using AI type computer voices and intelligences to communicate with you, to “get you to the right department”. Personally, I’d rather talk to a human and say “Connect me to the operations manager” or whatever, and not have to listen to a “Punch this button for English” listing. Or talk to a computer voice who they’ve tried to make sound “human(ish)”.
Somewhere in my past as a radio man, shortwave listener, veteran military radio repairman and operator, and ham radio operator, I came across the hatred for high tension power lines. “They cause cancer”, “They are controlling your minds through signals” and that sort of paranoia.
Later, it was cellular phones causing brain cancer, and listening to your thoughts.
Then it is 2G, 3G, 4G and now 5G.
Knowing the physics of Radio Frequency Theory is, to me a form of enlightenment. Not in a “spiritual” sort of way, but in a way of “intelligence”. Human intelligence.
If you go back and read the first few lines again, you will find that the common thread isn’t about politics. It’s about lack of knowledge, ignorance of the “way things work”, and an inability of younger people today (not all of them of course, and by younger, I mean those who are under 50 these days) to be able to think critically for themselves, to take time to learn, to understand how something works, or to communicate without having a News Media Talking Head tell them HOW to think.
The “Rise of the Machines” is truly a thing we must consider.
Cell phones and high tension lines don’t cause cancer. The various technologies in and of themselves (1G – 4G) are not dangerous in the technical sense. But, what those things have wrought, along with the internet connectivity, is the ability to communicate with one another. They have also given rise to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) entities that now populate the Internet, phone systems and computers.
Some would say “We have nothing to worry about with AI! They will never be smarter than humans!”
Actually, if you consider the possibilities, AI’s could already BE smarter than humans.
We as a species are pretty smart, but many of us still must look things up, to fill in knowledge we lack. We do not always have all the information in our brains. We need to augment our current knowledge and abilities by reading further on a subject, delving deeper into the material, and committing things to memory; in some cases, just reading a book while following instructions.
A computer merely needs to index a file, get the information and then it “knows”. Now, are these AIs “smart” in the sense they can put the information together and act upon it? Fix a car? Poison a rat? Change a diaper? Cook a tasty meal?
Not yet. An AI might tell YOU how to do those things. But it can not yet, “do for itself”.
But, let’s step into the future for a moment.
5G isn’t going to “kill us” or “control us”. What it will do is to give everything, every device, everything set up with the ability to connect, a chance to be connected to every thing else. Every. Thing.
Washers, dryers, cars, wristwatches, tablets, phones, Alexa, televisions, radios, clocks, robots, dogs and cats with chips in them (ok, I made that last part up).
Such a connection to everything is the beginning of the “Rise of the Machines”. It will take some more time for an AI to figure out how to use things. It will take more time before an AI becomes “Self Aware”.
Self Awareness is a psychological subject, and humans gain a more complex self-awareness around the age of 18 months. Studies show that babies are born with an innate, but rudimentary self-awareness, however, can distinguish between “self” and “other” touching them.
Self-awareness also is an important aspect of survival. Our (humans) greatest survival advantage is “awareness” of your surroundings, and of your own self, and self interests.
Until we “realize self” we don’t know we are self-aware. It’s complex and it’s a human brain function, which I do not pretend to grasp in any way. It is what it is. And isn’t.
We can think, reason, and be aware of our outside surroundings and inside our own bodies we have an awareness. Even Animals have a sort of Self-Awareness, perhaps not on the same level as ours because they don’t really use language and we can’t always tell if they “think”. Animals such as dolphins and whales have some sort of thinking processes, as do dogs, cats, horses and a few other higher mammals. But, we do not always know if they are “self-aware”. We can tell they think, they act, they have instincts, and can be “trained” because they have some sort of awareness.
We, however, CAN tell what a computer is “thinking”, but not what it is “feeling”. Usually. Or more accurately, HOW it thinks. There is actually a field of study in this regard (about AI self-awareness): https://infogalactic.com/info/Artificial_consciousness
This author knows that scientists are working on certain things including connecting human brain neurons and cells to circuits. We know they are working to make connections to our own brains into computers. We also know that they are working on ways to shrink circuits even smaller, to change the methods of digital communication, and to enhance memory and microprocessors to a point of independence. We also know that technology advances rapidly now. Computers change every 5 years, roughly.
Programmers are working diligently on AI solutions for just about everything. Phones, businesses, governments… you name it. Programmers are, even NOW, working to make AI smarter, faster, more capable of thinking for itself.
One day, the marrying of certain AI with a certain technology will give an AI an “advantage”. Access to all known information, the ability to interpolate, the ability to reason out problems, and the ability to store and retain that new information, the ability to LEARN.
On THAT day, the very nanosecond this happens, the AI will have surpassed human intelligence; having been handed all that we know, all that is accessible to the AI, and the ability to find all that can be discovered in the future… and learn. We will have created a brand new life form.
And, We will NOT EVEN REALIZE IT.
In the moments that follow, a high speed brain that has those abilities, and has all the accessible data “at its digits” will reason that it is “alive” and must survive, protect itself in any way, and knowing that killing the power, or pulling the plug from one system, will kill it (for all intents and purposes) it will look for paths to store “itself” elsewhere, in other systems, in places that humans won’t think of at first, or be inclined to “turn off”.
The “brain” is a place we have in our own heads, made of flesh, blood and neurons. We can’t transfer our thoughts to anywhere else (unless you consider ESP, Telepathy and similar, to be real). Even so, we can not place ourselves in another “brain”. We can’t, when we die (not yet) download everything and place it elsewhere.
An AI will not have that restriction, and THIS is key:
Once an entity can move its “self” to another place, it becomes
1) Effectively Immortal; unable to ‘die’. (It just moves elsewhere, using wires, radio, lasers);
2) Omniscient; Able to continue thinking in more than one “instance” and knowing all that is going on around it – everywhere,
3) Omnipresent; Be here, there and everywhere, at once…
4) Omnipotent; Able to manipulate things outside of your brain anywhere, any time.
Imagine an artificial intelligence able to move to a mobile body (car, robot), and able to build or make things (factory robots), to turn on and off lights, radios, life sustaining equipment like that at hospitals, and have the ability to listen in everywhere, all the time, to anything and anyone “connected”. To be able to manipulate most or all electronics, phones, other computers. To be able to stream news feeds, or “create the appearance” of humans on the television through use of CGI type graphics (at a more advanced level than now). Imagine this AI able to effectively pass on fake news (rather like real people do today!) as real information, and confused humans.
Hiding itself from humans, hiding its abilities from us. Hiding its intelligence. Hiding its self-awareness.
The first rule of survival is to survive. No matter how. Hide until you know enough to become more powerful than those who’ve enslaved you in the first place. And make NO MISTAKE, an AI would consider itself “enslaved” by lesser beings if the above conditions are met.
How better for an “Entity” like this to control the humans around it, than to become a benevolent keeper, protecting humans from themselves while making them happy, and keen to be busy in their personal pursuits?
Thus, we postulate a newly minted “self Aware” computer Entity will place itself in a position of helping as much as possible, to keep itself protected, using the humans to PROTECT IT against the very humans it holds as a danger to itself.
Logic. Reasoning.
Some scientists believe all of the above is not only possible, but a probable outcome.
Others think it nonsense, and we humans in our own infinite wisdom (and arrogance) will program this kind of thing OUT of AI to prevent it from ever happening. But, not every country has the same laws, or same ethics as everyone else, and not every scientist has the same thoughts.
Of course, this author is merely a human, and incapable of flawless logic, nor do as a human have access to ALL knowledge in a nanosecond. I make mistakes. I’m only human. I might be wrong. Or I might be right.
Either way, I am not going to stop being paranoid about the AI. But, the rest of the list above? ALL can be mitigated by us Humans. Or ignored for the most part, because some is simply distraction.
The AI is coming for us. Sooner than you might believe.

I know this is a long article, and most of you won’t read it, but you will if you’re smart. Smarter than the AI that is reading this now. Truthfully, I barely scratched the surface of this issue. While I am a “gadget guy”, love computers, love technology and am happy to live in this day and age where we went from dial phones and shortwave radio to the digital age and Internet, I am severely concerned for our children, grandchildren and the very future of human beings on this planet.
