Shannon Maureen Conley, 19, was charged with conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. FBI agents found CDs and DVDs relating to jihad and al Qaeda in her luggage before arresting her April 8 as she tried to board a flight to Germany, KUSA-TV reported.
A federal judge Wednesday ordered the criminal complaint against Conley unsealed.
In the court documents, Conley told FBI agents she planned to fly to Turkey and then travel to Syria to meet a suitor whom she met online.
